Getting satisfactory student learning outcomes is the most expected goal by all teachers. However, if the reality is not as expected, especially in elementary school units, of course, teachers' steps do not stop to improve and achieve the main goal. That is what happened to students in grade VI of SDN Harjasari 1, South Bogor District, Bogor City, where the Writer is assigned. The lack of student learning activities in the classroom is the main cause of not getting maximum learning results. For this reason, the author conducted research by applying the Group Investigation Learning Model  as a step to maximize student learning outcomes in the classroom. By forming heterogeneous groups to carry out Natural and Social Science practice activities on artificial vegetative plant propagation, students are more active and can provide group results that are inventions. As a result, students were able to show an increase in learning outcomes well, from 81.5% in the first cycle to 92.6% in the second cycle. Conveying the results of group work, discussing, expressing discoveries while practicing, being thorough, appreciating the work of other groups and providing good learning results is proof that by applying the Group Investigation learning model  has succeeded in achieving the research goals expected by the author. However, this achievement does not indicate that this is the end of the learning model in the teaching and learning process in schools. Educators should use a variety of more interesting learning models to achieve their desired educational goals and as a way to improve their quality as professional teachers at the elementary school level in Indonesia.

This study examines the implementation of the local workforce priority policy in Bekasi Regency during the first six months of the new Regent's leadership (January–June 2025). Although Bekasi is known as a large industrial area with extensive job opportunities, February 2025 data shows that the Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) remains high, at 8.87%, or far above the national average. This condition indicates that the policy based on Regional Regulation (Perda) No. 4 of 2016 has not been running optimally. The analysis results show that the policy implementation faces structural obstacles, one of which is the practice of co-optation in the form of brokering, nepotism, and rent-seeking, which undermine the principle of meritocracy. This situation has resulted in a decline in the quality of human resources recruited by companies and limited opportunities for local job seekers who actually have adequate competence. This report also discusses the legal aspects of the local priority policy, which essentially must be consistent with the principle of non-discrimination and the Supreme Court's decision emphasizing the importance of professionalism in the workplace. Thus, the existence of this policy is not only related to job opportunities, but also concerns the integrity of labor governance. To increase its effectiveness in the future, a comprehensive strategy is needed that includes strengthening regulations to be more adaptive to industry dynamics, increasing transparency and accountability in the recruitment process, developing the capacity of local human resources through targeted training programs, and strict monitoring and law enforcement mechanisms against abuses of authority. Through this integrated effort, it is hoped that the local labor priority policy in Bekasi Regency will not only be a formal instrument but will also be able to have a real impact in reducing unemployment and strengthening the competitiveness of the local workforce amidst the currents of industrial globalization.

The postpartum period, which begins with the delivery of the placenta and ends when the reproductive organs return to their pre-pregnancy state, lasts approximately 6-8 weeks. During this period, many mothers face challenges related to breast milk production, resulting in insufficient or absent milk flow. This condition, if untreated, can hinder the breastfeeding process and affect both maternal and infant health. To address these challenges, several interventions such as warm compresses and oxytocin massage have been explored. The aim of this study was to assess the effectiveness of these two methods in improving breast milk flow among postpartum mothers. A quasi-experimental design was employed, utilizing a non-equivalent control group with pre-test and post-test measurements. The study targeted postpartum mothers who were experiencing difficulties with breast milk production. Purposive sampling was applied to select participants who met the inclusion criteria. The results showed significant differences between the effects of warm compresses and oxytocin massage on postpartum breast milk flow, with a p-value of 0.002 (<0.05), indicating that both methods positively influenced milk production. However, it was found that oxytocin massage had a more pronounced effect on milk flow compared to warm compresses. These findings suggest that oxytocin massage may be a more effective intervention for enhancing breast milk production in postpartum mothers, thus providing valuable information for healthcare professionals aiming to support new mothers in the breastfeeding process. The study also highlighted the importance of personalized care based on individual needs. Further research is recommended to investigate the long-term impact of these interventions and their broader application in various postpartum care settings. Additionally, exploring other complementary approaches could offer a more comprehensive strategy for managing breastfeeding difficulties in the postpartum period.

The function of Prosecutorial Intelligence (Intel Kejaksaan) holds a crucial strategic role, not only in supporting prosecution duties but also in crime prevention, safeguarding national development, and recovering state assets. Despite having a strong legal basis and a broad mandate, this function often faces operational challenges, data integration issues, and resource optimization constraints that limit its effectiveness within the dynamic law enforcement ecosystem. This research aims to deeply analyze the role and challenges of Prosecutorial Intelligence and formulate a model for optimizing its function to enhance the effectiveness of law enforcement in Indonesia. The research methodology employed is normative and sociological juridical with a qualitative approach, gathering data through literature review, regulatory study, and in-depth interviews with practitioners and academics. The findings indicate that the optimization of the Prosecutorial Intelligence function requires three main pillars: (1) Enhancing the capacity and professionalism of human resources (HR) through modern intelligence training and digital forensics. (2) Integrating and ensuring interoperability of the intelligence information system with other law enforcement agencies (Police, KPK, PPATK) to build a comprehensive intelligence big data. (3) Expanding the spectrum of intelligence operations, shifting from a traditional focus on corruption crimes to transnational crimes, cybercrime, and securing strategic national investments. This optimization is expected to transform Prosecutorial Intelligence into a proactive, data-oriented strategic early warning system capable of supporting Prosecutors in making evidence-based decisions, thus achieving effective, just, and impactful law enforcement for the community.

This study aims to examine the effect of Work Life Balance (WLB) and Job Satisfaction (JS) on employee performance at PT PLN ULP Banjarbaru, both jointly and individually, while also identifying the most dominant factor influencing performance. The research background is based on theoretical frameworks, expert opinions, and the researcher’s direct observations of workplace conditions. To achieve the research objectives, hypotheses were formulated and tested using empirical data. The study employed a quantitative approach with a saturated sampling technique, involving the entire employee population. A total of 37 respondents participated as the research sample. The collected data underwent validity and reliability testing to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the measurement instruments. Furthermore, classical assumption tests were performed to meet the requirements of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis demonstrate that both Work Life Balance and Job Satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance, both simultaneously and partially. Among the two independent variables, Work Life Balance was identified as the most dominant factor influencing performance, indicating that employees who maintain a better balance between their personal and professional lives tend to perform better in their work. The adjusted R² value of 0.862 signifies that 86.2% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the two independent variables studied, while the remaining 13.8% is influenced by other variables not included in this research model, such as leadership style, work motivation, or organizational culture. These findings highlight the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance and ensuring job satisfaction to optimize employee performance. The study suggests that organizations should implement policies and practices that promote flexibility, support employee well-being, and foster a positive work environment to enhance both individual and organizational outcomes.
