This study explores the relationship between religiosity and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) within contemporary organizations by adopting a positive psychology perspective. OCB is defined as discretionary behaviors by employees that go beyond their formal job duties and contribute positively to the overall functioning and success of the organization. Examples include helping colleagues, being punctual, and demonstrating initiative, which foster a cooperative and productive work environment. Religiosity, on the other hand, is understood as a belief system that shapes an individual’s values, attitudes, and behaviors, both intrinsically—stemming from internal spiritual commitment—and extrinsically—motivated by external social or cultural influences. Through a systematic review of ten national and international academic journals, this study identifies several common dimensions of OCB, such as altruism (helping others selflessly), civic virtue (active and responsible participation in organizational affairs), and conscientiousness (going beyond minimal job requirements). The findings reveal a consistent positive correlation between religiosity and OCB, especially in sectors like education, Islamic banking, and healthcare, where religious principles strongly influence organizational culture. The integration of religious values into organizational practices encourages employees to exhibit behaviors that promote harmony, ethical conduct, and a sense of community within the workplace. This is particularly evident in employees who possess high levels of intrinsic religiosity, as their internalized beliefs motivate them to engage in prosocial actions that benefit the organization. The study recommends that human resource management strategies incorporate religious or spiritual values to cultivate a positive organizational culture. Such integration can be achieved through training programs, leadership development, and reward systems that emphasize ethical behavior and social responsibility, ultimately leading to improved employee satisfaction, loyalty, and overall organizational performance.

Market performance reflects the firm's value from the perspective of investors, based on current performance and future projections, which influence stock prices and long-term investment returns. This study aims to examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure and Intellectual Capital (IC) on market performance, with profitability as a moderating variable. The study was conducted on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2021–2023 period. The sample consisted of 166 observations. The sampling method used in this study was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through documentation and analyzed using STATA software. The results show that CSR disclosure has no significant effect on market performance, while IC has a significant negative effect on market performance. However, profitability, measured by Return on Equity (ROE), significantly strengthens the relationship between CSR disclosure and market performance, as well as between IC and market performance."

This study aims to analyze religious moderation from the perspective of Pope Francis' synodality. The researcher will use Pope Francis' framework on synodality to explore the paradigm of religious moderation in Indonesia and reveal its relevance to the socio-religious dimension of Indonesian society. Through the idea of synodality, Pope Francis offers a more inclusive way of living the faith. Researchers will utilize qualitative methods with a descriptive-analytical approach. Research on this theme will be carried out first by dissecting the conceptual study of religious moderation and explaining the essence of synodality then offering a conception of religion inclusively as a path towards religious moderation. From this study, researchers found that religious moderation can be applied in society if religious people also participate actively in developing creative, innovative, and transformative new ways. In this context, every religion needs to be given the opportunity to reveal its characteristics in diversity.

Obesity in women of childbearing age is a growing health problem, not only due to dietary patterns and lack of physical activity, but also due to the influence of social and cultural factors. This study aims to gain a deeper understanding of the experiences, perspectives, and habits of women of reproductive age who are obese within the context of local social and cultural norms. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews with five primary informants who are obese, as well as triangulation informants from community health workers and healthcare professionals. The results of the study indicate that perceptions of obesity are still predominantly viewed from the perspective of physical appearance rather than health. Social factors such as family eating patterns, snacking habits, comments from others, and lack of physical activity are triggers for obesity. Meanwhile, local culture has a varied influence—some communities are beginning to adopt slim body ideals, while others remain neutral. Obesity also impacts self-confidence, social stigma, and limitations in daily activities. However, most informants expressed hope for a healthier life. This study recommends interventions that consider local cultural values and involve family and community support in obesity prevention effort.

This study examines social ecology from the perspective of hadith science ('ulum al-hadith), focusing on methodological analysis of prophetic traditions related to environmental and social issues. Using hadith criticism methodology, this research analyzes the authenticity, context, and semantic dimensions of ecological hadiths to construct a comprehensive framework of Islamic environmental ethics. The study applies classical hadith evaluation criteria including sanad analysis, matn criticism, and contextual interpretation to examine how prophetic traditions address the intersection of social and ecological concerns. Findings indicate that authentic hadiths provide a robust foundation for social ecological principles, with particular emphasis on stewardship (khilafah), balance (mizan), and distributive justice in resource management. This research contributes to the development of hadith-based environmental jurisprudence and offers methodologically sound approaches to understanding Islamic ecological ethics.

The development of science and technology has caused the military forces of many countries to spend a lot of money and energy on research and development of automated, multi-faceted and effective (including lethal) technology. From a maritime perspective, this development has attracted widespread interest from many navies in underwater technology such as submarines and unmanned submarines. Modern submarines are now capable of moving at high speeds with very low noise levels, in addition to being able to carry weapons with very high destructive power and carry out diving operations for long periods of time. At the same time, modern unmanned underwater vehicles are now capable of carrying out various types of operations, including surveillance, minelaying, underwater surveys, and even the ability to carry long-range weapons up to thousands of kilometers away. It is undeniable that the development of other countries' navies is a real threat to Indonesia. To overcome this problem, an underwater surveillance system is needed in Indonesian waters, especially in deep waters which are likely to be used by other countries such as ALKI to carry out covert operations. This underwater surveillance system must utilize existing technological developments in order to carry out its functions effectively and sustainably, especially by using autonomous underwater vehicles (USVs). The use of USV in surveillance systems will save a lot of costs because it does not waste budget on expensive logistics, personnel, maintenance, and spare parts. This research is a research and development using mixed research methods (qualitative and quantitative) with research products in conceptual form. In this underwater surveillance system concept, USV will automatically conduct underwater contact surveillance along the ALKI II water body using sensors and software integrated into the USV.

This paper explores the critical role of government in maintaining fair and stable food prices, particularly from the perspective of Islamic economics. Fluctuations in food prices can significantly affect both low-income communities and farmers. Therefore, the government is expected to act proactively by implementing policies such as subsidies, setting fair price benchmarks, and monitoring distribution to prevent harmful practices like hoarding. In Islamic economics, justice is a core principle emphasizing honest and transparent transactions while strictly prohibiting exploitative practices such as usury and speculation. This study discusses how Islamic principles, including zakat and equitable distribution, can be integrated into food policies to build a more just and sustainable system. The findings suggest that governments should strengthen market oversight, improve public education, and develop community-based social programs to ensure fair access to food for all segments of society

Climate change represents an urgent global crisis that demands immediate and collaborative action. In Indonesia, youth have emerged as crucial stakeholders in the implementation of climate change policies. This study explores the strategic role of young people in advancing climate action, focusing on their engagement through two major non-governmental organizations: WALHI (Wahana Lingkungan Hidup Indonesia) and Greenpeace Indonesia. Adopting a qualitative library research method, the study examines secondary sources, reports, and publications to assess how these organizations empower and mobilize youth in climate advocacy. The findings highlight that youth are not passive observers but active contributors to climate governance. Through educational campaigns, social media activism, public demonstrations, and grassroots initiatives, young individuals raise environmental awareness, promote sustainable practices, and exert social and political pressure on government institutions. Their participation fosters democratic engagement, enhances policy responsiveness, and encourages the inclusion of long-term environmental perspectives in national and regional development agendas. Furthermore, youth play a critical role in bridging scientific knowledge with community-based practices, often initiating innovative and context-sensitive solutions tailored to local environmental challenges. Their digital literacy and ability to build networks across diverse societal sectors amplify their effectiveness in shaping public discourse and influencing policy outcomes. This study concludes that empowering youth is fundamental to achieving meaningful and lasting climate action. Their involvement strengthens both mitigation and adaptation efforts, positioning them as key agents of change who are not only directly impacted by climate change but also committed to securing a more sustainable and just environmental future for Indonesia.
