BLDC motor applications used in various forms in instrumentation, robotics, household, and transportation. One application of transportation equipment used as a propeller of electric bicycle vehicles. The value of the bicycle vehicle adjusted to the speed set, the amount that has determined. The purpose used in this study is to improve the efficiency of the regulation of BLDC motors on electric bicycles. Indicators of increasing performance are increasingly steady-state errors, and transient response required. The method used in this research is to do mathematical modeling in the form of transfer and optimization function equations. The model used is the model with the structure of the transfer function, while the optimization method used in this study is the Ziegler-Nichols method and firefly algorithm. The firefly algorithm is used in this study to obtain optimal Kp, Ki, and Kd values. The results showed that the firefly algorithm achieved better performance compared to the Ziegler-Nichols method.

Pengabdian ini merupakan pengabdian lanjutan dari proses pengabdian sebelumnyam bahwa di Kelurahan Desa Gebang memiliki potensi untuk ditingkatkan UMKM makanan ringan.  Dengan adanya peningkatan UMKM di Kelurahan Gebang, akan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di lingkungannya. Akan tetapi dalam pemasaran produk UMKM masyarakat di Kelurahan Gebang belum diimbangi dengan adanya pemanfaatan alat tekhnologi, sehingga proses pemasaran belum optimal. Hal ini disebabkan karena rata-rata pelaku UMKM memiliki usia yang tidak muda lagi, sehingga perlu pendampingan yang lebih ekstra. Pada saat era milineal ini, semua disajikan secara praktis dan efisien yaitu dengan memanfaatkan tekhnologi informasi. Seperti pemasaran melalui akun facebook, Instagram, website, twitter dan lain-lain. Hal ini bertujuan bahwa dengan menggunakan tekhnologi informasi, semua informasi produk dapat tersampaikan secara luas, baik tingkat nasional maupun internasional. Permasalahan yang utama ketika UMKM tidak memanfaatkan tekhnologi informasi dengan baik adalah mereka hanya bisa menjual produknya secara lokal dan jenis-jenis produk yang dijual tidak tersampaikan secara luas. Dalam mensiatasi kompetensi bisnis di era digital diharapkan seluruh UMKM memahami dan menggunakan digital marketing dengan baik, agar mereka mampu bersaing dengan baik hingga mencapai keunggulan k;ompetitif lebih maksimal. Materi yang diberikan kepada UMKM di Kelurahan Desa Gebang adalah tujuh konsep pemasran ampuh dengan metode digital, diantaranya adalah Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Pembuatan Konten, Mobile Marketing, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Pemasaran Media SosialUMKM, Digital Marketing, Kelurahan Gebang

Community service activities carried out in Babakan Village,  Ciparay District, Bandung Regency are community service activities that become the annual agenda of the Immanuel College of Health Sciences in Bandung. In 2018, the Nursing D3 study program focuses community service activities at Babakan III Elementary School. The target of these community service activities is for students in grades 1 through 6. The aim of community service is to increase the knowledge of SD Babakan III students about personal hygiene, and to know the optimization of personal hygiene. Method: This activity was carried out in SD Babakan III using a community empowerment approach. The intended community is  elementary school students in Babakan III, Ciparay Subdistrict, especially classes 3 and 4, as many as 85 students were trained for 2 days. The form of training provided is through the provision of material with lectures, discussions and demonstrations. Results: Based on the evaluation in the form of pre-test and posttest, there was an increase in students' knowledge, from 60% to 90%. This training also provides enrichment about personal hygiene for class teachers in SD Babakan III, Ciparay District. Conclusion: This training was conducted at SDN Babakan III with a total of 85 students, with a good level of knowledge (90%) after 2 days of training. It is hoped that the training that has been carried out will be able to become the foundation for behavior change in the school environment and at home by applying the principles of healthy living. 

This community service activity is motivated by the importance of Strengthening digital communication capacity within environmental communities to support the sustainability of community-based environmental conservation movements. The MAT PECI Community (Indonesian Community for Ciliwung Care) as an active partner in conservation and education along the Ciliwung River still faces limitations in managing digital organizational communication, particularly in documentation, publication, and social media optimization aspects. This activity aims to enhance the capacity of community members in utilizing digital media as a means of communication, education, and environmental advocacy. The method used is Participatory Action Research with a participatory approach that involves the community actively from problem identification, planning, implementation, to evaluation. The program includes digital communication training, mentoring in social media content creation, basic photography and videography training, and the development of community digital publication strategies. The results show an increase in members’ understanding and skills in using social media, behavioral changes toward more structured documentation, greater awareness of the importance of digital communication, and the formation of a more directed organizational communication system. The findings indicate that strengthening community-based digital communication is effective in social empowerment and supports the sustainability of environmental conservation movements.

Neuro Associtive Conditioning Kepolisian Republik Indonesia (NAC POLRI) mempunyai tujuan untuk mengembalikan semangat dan teladan yang telah diwariskan oleh para pejuang dan para pahlawan Indonesia melalui training Pendidikan Karakter.  Kemerosotan bangsa Indonesia, khususnya para generasi penerus bangsa menjadikan bangsa Indonesia terpuruk.  Generasi muda menjadi loyo seperti tak bertenaga di alam Indonesia yang subur dan gemah ripah lohjinawi.  Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi menjembatani Rencana dan kiprah NAC POLRI melalui media online berupa website.  Melalui website nacpolri.org diharapkan semua tujuan dan rencana untuk membuat kembali generasi muda memiliki karakter bangsa Indonesia akan tercapai.  Proses pembuatan website yang dibuat melalui rencana yang benar, develop web yang benar, cara mengisi artikel yang benar dan cara memelihara website yang benar menjadi nilai tambah website nacpolri.org.  Website nacpolri.org menjadi besar dan disukai pengunjung karena menggunakan cara Search Engine Optimization (SEO) dan selalu di evaluasi perkembangannya.  Sehingga tujuan menjadikan bangsa ini kembali memiliki Pendidikan Karakter yang kuat akan bisa diwujudkan.

Decision Support System couple the intellectual resource of individuals with the capabilities of the computer to improve the quality of decision. It's a computer based support system for management decision makers who deal with semi-structured problem. An integrated decision support system for use in an machine mollen product has been developed. It incorporates a linear Programming model that represents the contribution optimal and optimizes the production water pump and mollen machine. An optimization model is performed using a management scient model called linear programming approach in older to determine media selection. To use this model, the DSS needs ti interface with another software. Mathematical Programming is a technique used in mathematical models, particularly optimization models, to assist in decision making. The Simplex Method is "a systematic procedure for generating and testing candidate vertex solutions to a linear program." (Gill, Murray, and Wright, p. -137) It begins at an arbitrary corner of the solution set. At each iteration, the Simplex Method selects the variable that will produce the largest change towards the minimum (or maximum) solution. The  development of computer programs to be used as Decision Support Systems involves several tasks such as mathematical modeling, technical and data collection and development of a user friendly interface.
