The nutritional problems faced in Indonesia today remain the same, namely that many children suffer from malnutrition. The national movement to increase breastfeeding is one of the government's efforts to improve the health status of mothers and children. However, the achievement of exclusive breastfeeding has not been achieved, one of the reasons is the breastfeeding factor. Meanwhile, the point in the success of providing exclusive breastfeeding and continuing it for up to 2 years is related to a mother's understanding of lactation management. So this service activity is carried out to teach mothers who are young pregnant, late pregnant and have just given birth to a 1 month old baby to participate so that their knowledge increases. The method in this activity is a pre-test before providing information related to breastfeeding and lactation management, then continuing with the post-test to see the success of the activity. The mothers' enthusiasm was seen to be very high and resulted in a strong determination to be able to provide exclusive breast milk to their babies. The success rate of this activity was 80%, judged from the responses and questions from the participants.

Monitoring nutrition and health during the First 1000 Days of Life (HPK) in Pacellekang Village is very important to prevent stunting. However, during the pandemic, many posyandu were forced to stop their activities because they were in the red zone. The assistance program for malnourished pregnant women (KEK) aims to improve the health and nutritional status of KEK pregnant women in Makassar City. Community service activities are carried out online using Zoom meetings, WhatsApp groups and Google Forms. The results of the service show that most of the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women regarding nutrition and health are classified as good. The majority (85.2%) of pregnant women had carried out pregnancy checks at least four times with a midwife or doctor during pregnancy. Apart from that, 88.9% of pregnant women regularly take blood supplement tablets. Around 85.2% of pregnant women follow the principles of balanced nutrition in their daily diet. However, 55.6% of pregnant women who frequently experience nausea and vomiting tend to lose their appetite and skip meals and snacks. Based on program monitoring in October, there were records that two pregnant women were unable to provide exclusive breastfeeding (IMD) due to premature birth (separation care), and young mothers (under 20 years) felt anxious when breast milk did not come immediately after delivery, so they gave Formula milk.

Background: The maternal mortality rate (MMR) in Indonesia is still quite high, based on the results of SUPAS in 2015, the MMR was 305/ 100,000 live births.Efforts to decrease of MMR can be done by ensuring that every mother can access quality health services for pregnant women because every pregnancy has the risk of complications. Integrated antenatal services are carried out including health counseling, antenatal care, case management and follow-up, preparation for delivery and planning for referrals in case of pregnancy. In the initial researchconducted in Hutaginjang Village, Muara, there were still pregnant women who did not have their pregnancy checked according to the minimum pregnancy standards. Purpose: Screening and pregnancy risk factors is indispensable for early pregnancy and the potential for emergency pregnancy. Methods: Activities carried out by integrated and free pregnancy examinations for pregnant women include measuring weight / height and arm  ircumference, vital signs, physical examination, Hb examination, urine protein and glucose, provision of IEC about nutritional fulfillment, overcoming complaints of pregnant women in trimester IIII,preparation for delivery and administration of iron supplements as well as preparation for referrals for mothers who experience complications in their pregnancy. Results: The activity was carried out without any obstacles, with 18 mothers having their pregnancies checked. The results of the examination found several risk factors for pregnancy, namely age under 20 years and above 35 years of parity, history of delivery by sectio, height below 145 cm, anemia, preeclampsia, breech location, hyperemesia gravidarum, gestational diabetes and gemelli pregnancy. Each mother received communication, information and education related to  maintaining and improving health during pregnancy and  giving iron tablets. Conclusion:Screening and control of pregnancy risk factors is needed to detect early whether the pregnancy is at risk and has the potential for emergency pregnancy, so that the mother can pass her pregnancy well and give birth to a healthy baby.

Infant health can be known one of them through the assessment of nutritional status. In general, Body Mass Index (BMI) has been used as a method for measuring the nutritional status of children. If there are two children who have same body weight and height, they may have different nutritional status. Whenever this occurs, the use of BMI for measuring the nutritional status shall be deemed less accurate. The anthropometry will be vital in measuring the nutritional statuss. The guidelines for determining the nutritional status Anthropometry parameters are selected and recommended which includes an assessment of the age, weight, body length or height. This research aims to build a model of C4.5 adaboost so it can recognize patterns and be able to classify the nutritional status of children into five classes: normal, fat, very fat, thin and very thin. The variables used in this classification is Gender, Age (Months), Weight (kg) Height (cm). C4.5 (decision tree) Method has a good performance in dealing with the classification of nutritional status but the C4.5 has a weakness in the class imbalance. Adaboost isone ofboosting methods that could reduce imbalances class by giving weight to the level of classification error which may alter the distribution of data. Experiments carried out by applying the adaboost method C4.5 to obtain optimal results and a good degree of accuracy. The experimental results obtained from C4.5 method show that accuracy is 89.53%, the error rate is 10.47%, while the results of C4.5 with adaboost show 90.23% accuracy and 9.77% error rate. It can be concluded in the classification of nutritional status of children with C4.5 and adaboost proven method to solve problems of class imbalance and improve the high accuracy and can reduce the level of classification error.
