Along with technological developments, buying and selling transactions are also influenced by technological developments. In the past, buying and selling transactions were carried out in markets, shops, stalls, but nowadays sellers and buyers carry out buying and selling transactions online (e-commerce), one of which is the marketplace. The increasingly consumerist life of society in the era of globalization has resulted in reduced public awareness of the packaged food products they consume. There are problems that often arise regarding the inclusion of net weight. For example, business actors do not include net weight information on packaged food products. This problem is certainly detrimental to the public because they do not know the actual net weight of the food product. The main problems in this research are (1) What is the legal protection for marketplace consumers against packaged food products that do not include net weight? (2) What factors cause packaged food product businesses in the marketplace to not include net weight? This research is empirical juridical research, meaning that analyzing problems is carried out by combining legal materials which are secondary data with primary data obtained in the field. The legal sources and materials used are primary and secondary legal materials. The results of this research indicate that legal protection for marketplace consumers for packaged food products that do not include net weight according to Law Number 8 of 1999 has not been implemented which has different (varied) answers from consumers because some consumers say that there are still business actors who have not know about the rules for including net weight and from the Kupang City Industry and Trade Service itself which has never handled cases regarding business actors selling packaged food products that do not include net weight, in other words there have been no complaints.

From 2018–2022, this research will look at the IDX30 index companies listed on the Indonesian stock market to investigate how company size, debt policy, and dividend policy relate to one another, with Return On Assets acting as a moderating variable. Using secondary data culled from annual reports, this study applies quantitative research methodologies. Using a purposive selection technique, fifteen IDX30 businesses were selected as part of the research. The data is examined using moderated regression analysis in particular. This research shows that dividend policy is affected by company size and debt policy. Large corporations may see few changes to their dividend policies as a result of a limited return on assets. Also, return on assets can't mitigate how debt policy impacts dividend policy.

It is expected that UMKM will become a leading economic sector in order to achieve its building goals. This is due to the fact that UMKM is one of the few businesses that can thrive in challenging economic conditions. Due to this, in order for UMKM to be able to continue, UMKM has to have sound financial management practices. The first is having accurate financial knowledge and the ability to create financial reports that are needed to formulate business strategies that will eventually emerge. The financial performance of East Sudimara Culinary MSME in Ciledug, Tangerang does not reflect a sound financial performance. Training and mentorship outcomes, such as basic accounting and financial report writing, raise MSME actors' knowledge of the value of the information collected.

One of the businesses that is affected by changes in times and technology is purun crafts . Based on observations, it shows that the biggest problem with the existence of this business is the inability to access the market in a sustainable manner. On the other hand, there is a limited amount of raw materials taken directly from nature in swamp areas that have been converted into housing, and a limited number of craftsmen. Other problems are related to the availability of skilled labor, product durability and the involvement of creativity in producing the product.

This study aims to investigate the influence of macroeconomic factors on the performance of the maritime business in the post-COVID-19 pandemic era. Utilizing a literature review approach, this research analyzes the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on maritime businesses and its relationship with macroeconomic factors. Prior to the pandemic, the maritime business experienced stable growth, driven by macroeconomic growth and increasing international trade. However, the COVID-19 pandemic has transformed the landscape of the maritime industry by causing a decline in trade volume, increased operational costs, and changes in trade patterns. Macroeconomic factors such as economic growth and market demand dynamics also affect the operational conditions and business strategies of shipping companies. The implications of these findings underscore the need for adaptation and innovation in maritime business practices, including investment in technology and infrastructure, as well as international collaboration to address the challenges faced. Future research can deepen understanding of changes in international trade dynamics and identify more effective adaptation strategies for shipping companies in this post-pandemic era. Thus, this study makes a significant contribution to understanding and addressing the challenges faced by the maritime industry in the future.
