In the motion of daily operations, Sinar Bone Supermarkets as shopping centers provide a variety of different goods with different types, brands and sizes at varying price levels. Problem formulation, Based on the background outlined above, then the problem is: What is the quality of services that includes Tangible, Realibility, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy effect on customer satisfaction in the Sinar Bone Supermarket wiwirano -konawe Utara .Objective, while the objectives of this research is to determine how much the quality of the services provided by Sinar Bone Supermarket. "Quality of service refers to judgments of customers about the core of this service and the service provider itself or the entire service organization, most people are now beginning to show demand towards service excellence, they are no longer just need a quality product, but they prefer to enjoy the convenience of service " The method used in  this  research is  descriptive quantitative method in  accordance with  the  purpose of  the  research presented in advance outlining the nature of the nature and looking for a systematic description of the facts under investigation From the discussion above results show that the performance of the services provided by the service provider is very influential on consumer satisfaction, the strategy adopted by a Sinar Bone Supermarket wiwirano -konawe Utara , especially in the service sector should be implemented properly. 

Main Objective: The main objective of this study is to empower designers to collaborate with researchers in other disciplines — especially in the social sciences — by articulating a design inquiry model that can be implemented in a master's program in design. Background problems: Modern research problems are complex and design needs to be better integrated with the social sciences and play an equal role in addressing them. A final master's degree in design prepares students for this integration, but design activity should be evidence-based rather than viewed retrospectively as a form of research without change. We need to adapt to ultimately contribute to research. Novelty: There are main criteria for design-based inventions in this study, including value, relevance, novelty, focus, transferability, and practicality. When these criteria are met, investigations can operate within the social sciences, or they can be leveraged and serve as the discovery phase in evidence-based inquiry. Research Method: This study presents design-based discovery, a design inquiry model that places design in the theory development cycle as theory building, not theory testing. This research, therefore, uses a design inquiry model approach, (invention-based design) in other disciplines by articulating a design inquiry model that can be implemented in a master's program in design to be complementary and compatible with social science research. Finding/Result: A proposed design inquiry model with design exploration serving as the research discovery phase guiding the design activity to make specific contributions to areas of social science that are outside of design. It involves a careful process with six investigative components, all ultimately connecting the knowledge base beyond design to design exploration. Conclusion: This study proposes six main criteria for design-based inventions: value, relevance, novelty, focus, transferability, and practicality. In the model proposed in this study, the six investigative components are described and supported with examples. Notably, the investigative component includes a standardized format for research questions, as well as the derivation of design principles from processes that involve exploration rather than one that generates solutions. This model can easily be adopted in other master programs with the necessary resources. In addition, this model, if placed in design activities in evidence-based research practices, can become wider. There is no claim that a designer's self-reflection equates to a strictly social science method so design researchers must continue to study design and build on their knowledge of the discipline. This study aims (1) to determine whether the guided inquiry learning model has an effect on the students' science process skills, (2) to find out whether the PBL learning model affects the students' science process skills, (3) to find out the differences in the students' science process skills. VII SMPN 5 Dusun Selatan which uses the guided inquiry learning model and the PBL learning model. The method in this research is comparative quantitative. The research design used was the Nondomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The instrument used was a test in the form of multiple choice questions totaling 25 questions and an observation sheet for students' science process skills. The research sample was students of class VII A and class VII B at SMPN 5 Dusun Selatan. The data collection technique was carried out using the observation method of students' science process skills and learning outcomes tests. The data were analyzed descriptively. The results of this study show that (1) the value of the science process skills of students using the guided inquiry learning model has an average value of 92%, (2) the value of the science process skills of students using the PBL learning model has an average value of 96 %, (3) the difference in the science process skills of students who are taught using the guided inquiry learning model and the PBL learning model, it can be seen from the results of the average value obtained that there are differences, where the PBL learning model has a higher average value than the learning model. guided inquiry. The learning outcomes of the guided inquiry class had an average score of 39 on the pretest and 68 on the posttest. Meanwhile, the average value of the pretest in the PBL class was 40.4 and the posttest score was 69.3. These results indicate that the guided inquiry learning model and the PBL learning model can improve students' learning outcomes and science process skills.

Starting from the development of medical technology that is increasingly sophisticated and rapidly growing,researchers conduct medical research, namely about patient infusion handling services. In handling patient infusion, currently it is still manual which is carried out by nurses / medical personnel. Infusion handling services for patients still have shortcomings, namely the process of monitoring and replacing infusion fluids which are often late. If the problem is not treated quickly, it can lead to problems, namely the presence of air embolism in the blood vessels (the entry of foreign objects into the blood vessels, for example air). From that problem, the researchers made a new innovation in medical technology in handling infusions automatically and based on IoT. In this study, the smart online infusion device that has been made has good features and is very effective in handling infusions. This device has 3 main functions, namely: it can monitor the remaining infusion, it can change the infusion fluid automatically and it can indicate a blocked patient's infusion. This device already has a method for processing data with fuzzy logic. Media monitoring has been supported by a website that can be controlled remotely and in real time. Tests have been carried out and the effectiveness of the system is found to have an error rate of 0.2% - 0.7% and has an accuracy of 98%. Thus this tool can be used in terms of handling patient infusion automatically.

For an organization, speed and accuracy in obtaining information has become a necessity. The existence of an information system becomes a necessity to solve the problem of speed and accuracy in accessing information. XYZ Electronic Store before implementing the information system, had difficulty in knowing quickly and accurately about sales information and how much the store's debt had not been paid. The research method used in this research is observation, interviews and design and implementation of the system. Design system design with DFD, ERD and implementation with PHP programming language. Design system design with the prototype method. After implementing the sales accounting information system and debt recording, the problems faced by XYZ Electronic Store can be resolved. Information on the number of sales in a certain period can be quickly identified, and can schedule debt payments. Debt payment time can be set because the system records all complete debt lists along with the due date.

This research is motivated by the problem of lack of motivation and attention of students in following the teaching and learning process in the classroom because teaching and learning activities still use conventional methods. This makes students have difficulty in understanding the material being studied so that basic competencies and KKM are not achieved. This study uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement and product testing. In this study, researchers used multimedia with the Mind Map method as an interesting learning medium by using a computer that can display text, images, video, and audio so that the learning process is more enjoyable for students. The results of this study are multimedia-based learning media using the Mind Map method. The validity value of media experts is 3.6 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of material experts is 3.8 which is declared feasible, and increases students' understanding and interest as users from 61% initially to increase to 86.11%.

Futsal is a soccer game played indoors, this game itself is played by two teams, each team consisting of five people. At this time futsal is very much in demand from various groups ranging from children to adults, so there are many futsal field rental places, especially in the city of Pekanbaru. However, the problem that occurs is that it is still difficult for tenants to find out where there is a futsal field and the nearest futsal field from where the tenant is located, including price information and field facilities. Therefore, we need a system that can make it easier for tenants to find out where there is a futsal field and the nearest futsal field from the tenant's location. This system is made based on Android so that it can make it easier for users to use this system. The method used in making this system is the Haversine method. The results obtained are a marketplace system that can make it easier for users to find out where there is a futsal field, find the nearest field and it is also easy to find out all information related to the field and can make it easier to rent a futsal field through the marketplace system.

A mental illness is a syndrome, psychological, or behavioral disorder in which a person is dysfunctional at work. The problem is that medical personnel or doctors who are professionals in the field of psychology are not comparable to mental illness, especially teenagers. Meanwhile, the main objective of the research is to determine the quality of the web system based on the perceptions of respondents, namely Darul Ihsan Vocational High School students. Measuring the quality of an expert web system using the WebQual instrument. There are three aspects of WebQual that will be measured, namely: usability, information, and interaction quality. Based on the questionnaires distributed to respondents, the expert web system was developed to fulfill the three aspects of WebQual (usability, information, and interaction, with a score of 83.78%, 80%, and 82.97% in the good category.

Based on the results of observations, it is known that in the emergency room admission room there is no flow for registering inpatients, which causes the patient's family to be confused about the requirements and steps taken in registering an inpatient. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a case study approach. The instruments used are interviews and observations. The results of the research show that the priority problem is problems related to the patient registration system, which is less than optimal. The results of the root cause analysis show that there are four factors causing the problem (man, method, machine, and environment). The design of the inpatient registration flow from the ER was made based on the results of interviews and observations and was based on the applicable SOP. The results of observing the implementation for two days revealed that there were 17 people in charge of patients who had observed the flow of inpatient registration from the ER. There needs to be socialization regarding the flow of registration of inpatients from the emergency room as well as monitoring and evaluation of the flow every three months.

Tambangan Village is one of the urban villages in Semarang City that is active in managing PKK so that it has received several awards in managing the PKK program at both the city and provincial levels. The administrative process in Tambangan Village still uses manual methods both in data recording and recapitulation. This causes several problems that often become obstacles in the PKK administrative process in Tambangan Village, namely there is often scattered data, writing errors, recapitulation of the amount of data that is less accurate and the reporting process is complicated, causing the administrative process to take a long time and information that is incomplete. produced less accurate and inappropriate in the field. This study aims to create a PKK information system in Tambangan Village that can be used to manage data and information for dawis groups, PKK members, PKK activities, the presence of PKK members and Posyandu activities. The results of the questionnaire test from the use of the PKK information system that was built were measured using a Likert scale and the results were 92% with a very satisfied category.

At this time the learning process is still partially carried out online (in the network) considering the positive cases of Covid-19 that still exist in the Semarang City area. The implementation of online learning is not without problems, even in several countries, especially Indonesia, it is reported that countries that adopt online learning on average are actually much smaller than expected. The implementation of online learning makes students less understanding of the learning materials provided and students' low interest in learning during the pandemic. This study aims to create a learning application for grade VI elementary school students that contains learning materials, practice questions that are randomized using LCM and facilitate the results of the assessment of the questions. From the results of LCM randomization, each student did not get the same or twin questions. From the test of 3 students, it was found that the questions that appeared in the same order were question number 6, while the questions that appeared in a different order were questions number 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10

This study aims to map the disparities in access to basic education in Baubau and evaluate the outreach efforts undertaken to raise public awareness of the importance of education. The research employs a combination of field surveys, interviews with education stakeholders, and analysis of spatial and demographic data to assess the current situation and the impact of existing interventions.The findings of the research reveal significant disparities in educational access between urban and rural areas, with rural regions facing greater challenges. Key factors influencing these disparities include inadequate infrastructure, a shortage of qualified teachers, and the economic challenges faced by families in remote areas, which limit children's ability to attend school regularly. Furthermore, there is a lack of community awareness regarding the importance of education, which exacerbates the problem.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are business activities carried out by individuals or groups that aim to prosper individuals and groups. One of the problems faced by MSMEs Dapoer Cesky is a lack of knowledge and understanding of the benefits of branding, they do not have a good entrepreneurial spirit and they have not received training or assistance regarding technical branding strategies. Assistance and development through product re-branding is carried out in several steps, namely surveys and designing logos and supergraphics. Tooth loss is an oral health problem that often causes disorders of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), such as pain, clicking sounds, and difficulty chewing. This study aims to provide education and prevent TMJ disorders in the community of Rappocini District who experience tooth loss. The research method includes educational sessions through counseling and distribution of printed materials, as well as prevention through recommendations for the use of dentures and physical exercise. Evaluation was carried out by measuring changes in knowledge, attitudes, and symptoms of TMJ before and after the intervention. Children's dental health is an important aspect that needs special attention from parents, especially mothers, as the primary caregivers. Tooth growth in children aged 7-12 years is a crucial period where permanent teeth begin to replace milk teeth. However, mothers' ignorance or lack of knowledge about this process can lead to cases of persistence, which is when milk teeth remain in the oral cavity even though permanent teeth have begun to grow. This condition can cause various dental and oral health problems in children. This Community Service Program aims to increase mothers' knowledge about tooth growth and the importance of preventing cases of persistence in children in Rappocini District, Makassar City. The methods used include socialization and health education, accompanied by the distribution of educational materials and interactive discussions. The expected results of this activity are increased understanding of mothers regarding the stages of children's tooth growth, early signs of persistence, and preventive measures that can be taken at home. Thus, it is hoped that the number of cases of persistence in this area can be reduced, and children's dental health can be better maintained.

Many factors, including parents' knowledge of how to guide their children to maintain oral health, cause school-age children to often experience oral problems. Although technological advances have helped people get more information about health, they can also cause mistakes. By holding counseling, community service-based activities aim to improve the knowledge of students and parents/guardians of grade 4 of Minasa Upa State Elementary School about oral health and disseminate information about oral health through the internet. The activity was successful, with students and parents/guardians of grade 4 of Minasa Upa State Elementary School gaining better knowledge about oral health.

However, often the lack of attention to nutritional needs and the variety of menus can lead to health problems and lack of user satisfaction. In the context of increasing awareness of the importance of nutrition in supporting health and academic performance, this study fills a knowledge gap on how food services in higher education institutions can meet nutritional needs by presenting a nutritionally balanced menu. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the nutritional needs and plan a balanced nutrition menu in food services in higher education institutions. This study used observational study design. The Data was collected through a survey of 300 students and 100 staff from several higher education institutions in a particular city. The survey included questions about eating habits, food preferences, nutritional knowledge, and satisfaction with existing menus. In addition, direct observation was also made of the menu served in the campus cafeteria. Analysis of the data showed that the majority of respondents had limited nutritional knowledge and tended to consume fast food. The variety of menus offered is also limited, with deficiencies in serving nutritionally balanced meals. However, the majority of respondents expressed a desire to have more access to a nutritionally balanced menu. The results of this study highlight the importance of raising awareness of nutrition and offering a balanced variety of menus in higher education institutions. The discussion also includes the practical implications of these findings in improving the health and academic performance of the campus community. This study confirms the importance of nutritional needs analysis and balanced nutrition menu planning in food services in higher education institutions. Providing a balanced menu can improve the health and well-being of students and staff.

Apart from causing health problems, ARI can also cause death. This activity aims to increase the understanding of cadres and mothers of toddlers about first aid that can be given to ISPA toddlers. The target of this activity is 35 people. The activity method was carried out on May 16 2022 by giving a pre-test, lecture and followed by a post-test by filling out a questionnaire. The evaluation was carried out on cadres, mothers of toddlers by conducting a post test. The results achieved in this activity were that participants gained knowledge about first aid that participants should provide if their toddler suddenly becomes ill, by lying on their lap with the baby's face facing down. Do not restrain the child's body. Tilt the child's body position so that vomit or saliva can come out of the oral cavity, and prevent the tongue from blocking the respiratory tract. Loosen the child's clothing and do not put anything in the child's mouth to prevent tongue biting.
