This activity aims to socialize the importance of school and family synergy in children's social and emotional development. This activity uses a lecture method, namely by presenting socialization material followed by questions and answers between the presenter and participants. During childhood, children's emotional development is not yet stable, so it becomes a problem for children in socializing. For example, temper tantrums, anxiety, phobias, and aggression. In Kindergarten in Popodu village, Bolaang Uki district, these problems arise more often because the social environment is wider and more diverse than the family. To overcome these problems, school and family synergy is needed. The implementation of socialization begins with the presentation of the first resource person, then continues with the second resource person and ends with a question and answer session for participants and resource persons. This activity produces additional information for participants in the form of understanding and knowledge about the importance of collaboration between teachers and parents in developing children's social emotions. Forms of collaboration that can be carried out include: dialogue and meetings between teachers and parents, involving parents and teachers in efforts to support children's development both in the family and at school as well as reciprocal visits between teachers and parents at home and at school.

This research investigates the effectiveness of new methods in improving computer system performance through a rigorous scientific approach. The research method applied includes the steps of data collection, implementation of new methods, data analysis, and evaluation of results. The research results show that the proposed innovative approach successfully improves the performance of the computer system in various test scenarios. Key findings include significant improvements in data processing speed, with increased system responsiveness and more optimal resource use efficiency. Statistical analysis shows a 25% increase in data processing speed and up to 20% improved resource usage. These results provide a strong empirical basis for the recognition of a scientific approach in improving computer system performance, as well as demonstrating the potential for further application in the context of computer system performance optimization. Currently, education is facing various challenges due to significant changes in times. The extensive use of technology has influenced education to a large extent. Currently, many tourist villages are emerging which are included in edutourism with a variety of tourism potential within them. It is known as an edutourism-based Creative Tourism Village because most of the tourist attraction concepts in Kerkep fall into the creative category and can add to the education of tourists, especially the tourist attraction icon of the Kerkep Creative Tourism Village, namely the Sumber Sirah water tourism. The purpose of this service is because this village is a village that has great potential in developing edutourism. For this reason, a marketing process is needed to carry out promotions that have not been fully used by partners because of the technological tools that need to be understood. This community service activity uses a presentation method, implementation method with direct visits, and discussion forums through assistance regarding digital marketing via social media. This study aims to explore and analyze how the integration of deontological ethics and virtue ethics can serve as a foundation for enhancing accountability and transparency in the Social Services Department of Bima Regency, focusing on the understanding and application of ethical principles by civil servants and their impact on governance. Employing a qualitative descriptive method, this research involved in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies to collect data from various informants directly involved in the implementation and supervision of bureaucratic ethics. Data analysis was conducted through an iterative model, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing to gain a deep understanding of the dynamics of deontological and virtue ethics in the bureaucratic environment of Bima Regency. The findings indicate that although the integration of deontological and virtue ethics holds great potential in enhancing transparency and accountability, real challenges are faced, including the misalignment between ethical principles and bureaucratic operational realities, resistance to change, and weaknesses in the oversight system. These findings highlight the importance of comprehensive ethical education and training, the development of effective accountability mechanisms, and increased community participation as key strategies to overcome these challenges and strengthen the ethical foundation in the governance of Bima Regency.

The maritime industry, as one of the vital sectors in the global economy, plays an indispensable role in facilitating international trade and the transportation of goods worldwide. However, confronted with challenges of heightened global competition and fluctuations in fuel prices, the industry needs to seek solutions to enhance efficiency and overall performance. This study assesses the application of Lean Management Principles in the maritime industry, emphasizing strategies such as value stream mapping, waste identification, and employee training as crucial for success. Findings reveal potential for enhancing operational efficiency and reducing waste, along with additional benefits such as heightened customer satisfaction and contributions to environmental sustainability. Recommendations for further research encompass case studies on Lean Management implementation in the maritime industry, the development of tailored implementation models, and investigations into the environmental ramifications of Lean Management application. In conclusion, the implementation of Lean Management holds significant promise for improving the performance of the maritime industry and fostering its overall development.

The aim of the results of implementing the data analyst capstone project in increasing visitors to Resort Hotels is to analyze the factors causing the decline in the number of visitors to Resort Hotels. Management transformation in the shipping industry has become increasingly important with the advancement of information technology. This research aims to analyze the role of information technology in management transformation in the shipping industry. Through a literature review approach, this study explores the use of information technology in enhancing operational efficiency, facilitating faster decision-making, and improving company competitiveness. The main findings indicate that information technology has been a key driver in management transformation, with the adoption of integrated logistics management systems and real-time ship monitoring. However, challenges such as infrastructure complexity, data security issues, and resource constraints are also identified in the implementation of information technology. Effective mitigation strategies are needed to address these challenges. This study also highlights the importance of collaboration and partnerships in the transformation of the shipping industry. Thus, this research provides a comprehensive understanding of the role of information technology in management transformation in the shipping industry, while highlighting the challenges faced and their practical implications.

Vocational training in Indonesia is organised based on cooperation or mutual agreement between educational institutions and companies. This research highlights the unavailability of legal regulations that specifically protect vocational trainees. The lack of specific regulations causes the implementation of existing labour regulations to be limited to companies where vocational training is held. Through this normative jurisprudence research, it can be seen that the vacuum legis condition, namely the existence of a vacuum of specific legal rules, has begun to have a solution. The Indonesian government has actually started to improve the quality of human resources through vocational education and training by making three new regulations related to vocational training. There are three new regulations that have been issued, namely: Presidential Regulation No. 68 of 2033 concerning Revitalisation of Vocational Education and Vocational Training issued on 27 April 2022. Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture Regulation No. 5 of 2022 governing the Organisation and Working Procedures of the National Coordination Team for Revitalising Vocational Education and Vocational Training, promulgated on 14 September 2022. Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture Regulation No. 6 of 2022 on the National Strategy for Vocational Education and Vocational Training, also promulgated on 14 September 2022. It is expected that these regulations can be implemented to protect the individual rights of prospective workers in vocational training in Indonesia.

The urgency of this research lies in the importance of digital transformation in enhancing the quality of public services in Bima Regency. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach to explore digital transformation in public services in Bima Regency. The research subjects involve local government officials, SKPD employees, and the general public to obtain a broad perspective on the obstacles and solutions in digital transformation. The research findings indicate that the implementation of e-Government faces various significant challenges, including accessibility, digital literacy, cultural and organizational changes, official support, and budget allocation. Bima Regency requires an inclusive and affordable approach to develop e-Government services accessible to all layers of society, including those in remote areas and vulnerable groups. Digital literacy emerges as a crucial factor in confronting digital transformation, and structured digital literacy programs can assist the public and government employees in acquiring the necessary knowledge and skills. Cultural and organizational changes are also vital in adopting e-Government, necessitating organizational restructuring, capacity building, and continuous learning. Support from officials and public awareness are also crucial factors in the successful implementation of e-Government. With commitment from officials and public awareness of the benefits of e-Government, local governments can accelerate technology adoption and ensure widespread participation from all layers of society. Additionally, adequate budget allocation is crucial in supporting the development of e-Government, enabling the construction of robust technological infrastructure and enhancing service accessibility.

Adolescence is a period of human beings who are still experiencing excellent growth and development intellectually, physically and psychologically. The purpose of dedication is to improve the ability of young women to become Blood Add Tablet Care Cadres. The service method is carried out in junior and senior high schools in Syamtalira Bayu District for young women within a period of 3 months (June to August 2023). The implementation of community service is carried out by means of lectures, demonstrations, practicums, questions and answers and evaluations. The results obtained were 50 young women who were trained to become Blood Add Tablet Care Cadres at the junior and senior high school levels.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of internal control of drug inventory at Nahdlatul Ulama Hospital Tuban and to assess the suitability of the implementation of drug supply management with the applicable standards at Nahdlatul Ulama Hospital Tuban. This research aims to determine the implementation of Tegal regent's regulation number 2 of 2018 concerning village-owned enterprises as well as solutions to obstacles in its implementation., in This research uses a qualitative data analysis method, namely normative juridical which is presented descriptively. Regent's Regulation number 2 of 2018 created a main strategy, namely Tegal Regency's commitment to improving the ranking of all indicators in investment policy in a better direction, structural improvements for all indicators, implementing ease of doing business for all communities, especially micro, small and medium enterprises through village-owned enterprises.

This study examines the meticulous and thorough execution of the Online Single Submission (OSS) in the Tanjung Pinang City Investment and One Stop Integrated Service Office.The main focus involved the complexity of the community’s lack of deep understanding of the business licensing stages, while also exploring the technical barriers that accompanied the integration of the OSS system. The research objectives included an in-depth evaluation of the programme’s operational success, an analysis of the level of stakeholder satisfaction involving business owners, as well as a detailed investigation into the level of efficiency of the OSS implementation. The research method, applied in a descriptive qualitative approach, involved in-depth interviews, rigorous documentation analysis, and a comprehensive literature review. The findings highlight positive progress, although obstacles remain, both in terms of public understanding and technical constraints in OSS operations. In conclusion, the research provides very specific recommendations, including a careful restructuring of the OSS system, a more focused socialisation strategy and breakthrough interventions to improve the effectiveness of the OSS in the future.
