This research aims to analyze the effect of imposing sanctions on perpetrators of the crime of child sexual intercourse in decision number 4/pid.sus-anak/2022/PN.Lbo. This research is normative research by dissecting problems related to rules or norms, principles and regulations as well as court decisions, and analyzed descriptively. The research results show the factors that influence the judge in handing down decision number 4/Pid.Sus-Anak/2022/PN.Lbo regarding the crime of child sexual intercourse, seen from both juridical and non-juridical aspects, which pay attention to the charges given by the public prosecutor, the facts of the trial and is based on two valid pieces of evidence, namely the testimony of the witness and the defendant. Non-juridical considerations are that the perpetrator admits his actions and mistakes, promises not to repeat them; the perpetrator has never been convicted and makes a statement that he will be responsible for what he did; and act kindly and politely during the trial. Therefore, judges in examining sexual relations cases must be more proportional and prioritize conscience, especially in terms of providing protection to victims, considering the long-lasting effects on the future of children and the nation. Parents are expected to increase supervision and vigilance towards their children, especially girls so that they do not become victims of criminal acts. Apart from that, society and the government are expected to maximize the role and function of protecting children as the next generation

This research aims to determine the influence of pastoral care on the involvement of people in diaconal duties. The research method used is a qualitative method through in-depth interviews with several sources involved in diakonia tasks. The research results show that pastoral care has a significant role in increasing people's awareness of the call to serve, providing the skills and knowledge needed to carry out diaconal duties effectively. Pastoral care acts as the main bridge in carrying out Christ's mission to gather those who need service. Through pastoral care, people feel restored in their faith, receive spiritual and practical support, and become involved in church services. Although this goal is sometimes difficult to achieve, pastoral care can increase people's involvement in diaconal duties with direct impacts in the form of growth in faith, new awareness, personality development, and optimism in living life. However, the influence of pastoral care on community involvement is not yet visible, because there are other influencing factors. Suggestions from this research are the need to further increase people's understanding of pastoral care, strengthen personal relationships between pastors and people, and develop spiritual education programs to understand the importance of diakonia and encourage active involvement in church services.

Historically, this famine signified a divine judgment on the people of Israel for their moral and spiritual deviations despite their material prosperity. In today's context, this spiritual hunger remains relevant as modern society grapples with materialism, technological advancements, and a subsequent spiritual void. Many individuals seek meaning and direction but often fail to find lasting fulfillment. This paper emphasizes the enduring need for God's word as a source of truth, guidance, and comfort. Key aspects include, Spiritual Hunger The persistent spiritual emptiness experienced by many, underscoring the necessity of God's word for true satisfaction. Role of the Church,The importance of churches and Christian communities in teaching and disseminating God's word effectively to meet contemporary spiritual needs. Utilizing Media and Technology, Leveraging digital platforms to spread biblical teachings and reach a broader audience in the digital age. Individual Responsibility, Encouraging personal engagement with Scripture to foster a deeper relationship with God and to serve as living testimonies to others. The study concludes that rekindling the hunger for God's word is crucial in addressing the spiritual needs of today's society, offering a timeless guide and a source of hope for those seeking truth. This calls for a collective effort by individuals and faith communities to prioritize and propagate the transformative power of God's word in a world often devoid of spiritual direction.

The differences between men and women often lead to gender inequality, which results in stereotypes against women. The issue of the position and role of women remains an interesting subject to study. Since the establishment of Muhammadiyah, KH. Ahmad Dahlan has paid great attention to the development of women. Under the guidance of KH. Ahmad Dahlan and Nyai Walidah (the wife of KH. Ahmad Dahlan), they founded an organization named “Aisyiyah” to elevate the status and dignity of Muslim women. This research is descriptive with qualitative data support that is inductive in nature, which means the research starts from specific realities and then abstracts them into general conclusions. The data sources required for this research are found in both primary and secondary books. The results of the research show that Aisyiyah also played a role in the formation of Indonesian women's organizations by advocating for equal rights between men and women. Gender equality, as understood by Aisyiyah, is based on abilities rather than gender or physical appearance. One of Aisyiyah's concrete actions in empowering women and promoting equal rights is in the field of education. During the Dutch colonial period, women were able to receive the same level of education as men. The role of women in accessing various spaces has been realized by Aisyiyah through tangible programs that continue to this day.

This study aims to explore the role of nutrition in disease prevention and identify the factors influencing the nutritional status of the population in Indonesia. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this research analyzes scientific literature and secondary data from official sources such as the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Indonesian Ministry of Health. The analysis results indicate that macro and micronutrients, such as complex carbohydrates, plant-based proteins, healthy fats, and vitamins and minerals, play a significant role in reducing the risk of chronic diseases such as type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and cancer. The Mediterranean diet and plant-based eating patterns have proven effective in improving health and preventing disease. However, Indonesia faces complex nutritional challenges, including a high prevalence of stunting in children and rising obesity rates in adults. Stunting is primarily caused by limited access to nutritious food and lack of nutritional knowledge, while obesity is associated with high-calorie diets and low physical activity. This study suggests increasing nutrition education, access to nutritious food, and promoting healthy lifestyles as essential steps to address nutritional problems in Indonesia and improve the overall quality of life.
