This research discusses the implementation and evaluation of the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) convolutional neural network model for classification of fruit types, specifically to differentiate between Banana and Papaya. The CNN model used consists of several convolutional, pooling, and fully connected (dense) layers designed to extract features and perform binary classification. Data augmentation is applied to the training set to increase data variation and prevent overfitting. The image data used is normalized to speed up training convergence. The model was trained using the Adam optimizer and the binary crossentropy loss function for 20 epochs. Performance evaluation was carried out using the validation set. The results show that the model is able to effectively classify fruit images with a high level of accuracy. Predictions are made by uploading images, resizing them, and normalizing them before using the model for predictions. The classification threshold was set at 0.4, where a predicted probability greater than or equal to 0.4 was classified as Banana and a probability less than 0.4 was classified as Papaya. This research shows that the CNN model can be used effectively for binary image classification tasks and can be extended to classify more types of fruit with appropriate data adjustments and model architecture.

J.E. Sahetapy argued that crime is a product of culture, evolving to become more modern and complex. Children, as future leaders, require guaranteed rights and protection as regulated in Indonesia's laws, including the Criminal Code and the Child Protection Law. However, violations like sexual violence by those closest to them, such as parents, persist. This research examines cases of sexual violence against children by biological parents, focusing on Supreme Court decisions. Using normative juridical methods and a statutory approach, the study analyzes the legal aspects of these cases. Findings reveal that despite evidence, defendants were acquitted due to the judge's doubts about witness statements and existing evidence, applying the in dubio pro reo principle. This decision has sparked debate for potentially setting a harmful precedent and hindering child protection enforcement. The study underscores the need for more responsive and appropriate legal implementation to achieve justice and optimal protection for child victims of sexual violence.

Gresik district is experiencing problems with subsidized fertilizer from the government. The scarcity of fertilizer in Gresik district is not only caused by a lack of fertilizer availability, but can also be caused by delays in distribution. Finally, there is a risk of excessive fertilizer use. The purpose of this study is to determine the availability and needs of subsidized fertilizers, evaluate the implementation of fertilizer distribution, and provide recommendations for developing effective and efficient fertilizer distribution in Gresik Regency. This research uses a qualitative method. This research refers to the evaluation theory according to William N Dunn which consists of 6 indicators, namely effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness and permanence. The result of this research is that the distribution of subsidized fertilizers has been effective, but there are still a few obstacles to scanning ID cards for the T-PUBRES application. Based on data from the Gresik Regency Agriculture Office, there is no shortage of subsidized fertilizer in Gresik Regency, but indeed the Gresik Regency subsidized fertilizer allocation from the Ministry of Agriculture is only part of the e-allocation. The delivery of subsidized fertilizer to kiosks is also good where the distribution is also in accordance with the policy. The implication of this research is that the Gresik Regency Agriculture Office needs to collaborate with the Gresik Regency Population and Civil Registry Office to improve the KTP of farmers so that it can be read by the REKAN KIOS application to make it easier for farmers to get subsidized fertilizer.
