The tourism potential in the Sampang Regency area is very good, one of which is rice tourism in Ataman village. Padi tourism offers beautiful views with typical village culinary attractions. However, in rice tourism there are still problems such as visitors not respecting the cultural values and beliefs of the local community and managers also do not have tourist regulations. Therefore, this results in a decrease in tourist visitors so that the contribution of PADes automatically decreases. The research method used is empirical juridical research with a field study approach. Data collection in this research uses several methods including interviews, observation and literature search. The research location is Taman Village, Jrengik District, Sampang Regency. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive-qualitative. The results of research during the MBKM KKNT show that the management of Rice Fields Tourism in Taman Village is still not well organized, considering that the management pattern of facilities and infrastructure is still lacking, especially the management does not have rules for tourist visitors, so tourism is quite quiet so that PADes decreases. Therefore, the MBKM KKNT program created a legal education program regarding the protection of tourist visitors within the framework of preventive protection. The results are quite satisfactory from the results of the socialization showing that understanding of village officials, tourism managers, the community and tourist visitors has increased, especially understanding of the substance of the Tourism Law and the Village Law. This study examines the implementation of Law Number 8 of 2015 within the context of the General Election Commission's (KPU) strategy to increase young voter participation in simultaneous regional elections (Pilkada).  Employing a normative juridical research method with a statutory approach, this analysis investigates the legal basis and KPU's strategies in efforts to enhance young voter engagement.  The research findings indicate that Law No. 8/2015 and PKPU No. 8/2017 provide a comprehensive legal basis for the KPU to implement strategies for increasing young voter participation through various programs such as school-based socialization, social media campaigns, and collaborations with youth organizations and educational institutions. Factors influencing the effectiveness of these strategies include internal aspects such as human resources, knowledge management, and financial support, as well as external factors such as public political awareness, effective communication, and public response. This research concludes that while the legal framework is adequate, more detailed regulations regarding young voters are still needed, and the strategies implemented by the KPU are in line with existing laws.

The advancement of technology today has made digital media a necessity that often leads to dependency, especially among teenagers. Junior high school students need guidance in using technology so they can access social media wisely, in order to develop a positive character. KKN-T students from UNWIRA Kupang conducted community service through observation and visits to SMPN 2 Nagawutung, which revealed that many students are using their mobile phones inappropriately, resulting in a decline in interest and talent. The methodology of the service includes mentoring, training, and socialization to educate students about the proper use of digital media. Although social media offers many benefits, such as access to vast information and educational resources, misuse can have negative consequences, including addiction and the spread of hoaxes. Therefore, education, socialization, and assistance in the use of digital media are very important for the development of children.

Narcotics are substances or drugs that can cause decreased consciousness, hallucinations and excitability. In Indonesia itself, drug use is currently critical. Based on survey results from research (BNN), 3.3 million Indonesians are drug addicts, most of whom are young. The lack of knowledge and insight in a nation, especially among teenagers, regarding the impacts caused by drug abuse can worsen the level of drug abuse, plus the development of increasingly sophisticated information technology makes it easier to distribute drugs. Based on the magnitude of the impact caused by drug abuse among teenagers, socialization activities were carried out on the dangers of drug abuse at State Junior High School 3 Jrengik. The aim of carrying out this socialization activity is so that students as targets of the socialization activity can understand the impacts of drug use, both physical, psychological and socio-economic impacts, as well as the criminal sanctions they will face. The research method used is normative law using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach.  The results obtained are that law enforcement and the role of schools and local police agencies are very much needed in efforts to prevent narcotics abuse, because if there is no synergy between agencies, it is very possible with access to technology that can make it easier for drug dealers to have a negative influence on students who are still vulnerable. of the influence of promiscuity.

Halal certification assistance activities in Lomaer Village, Blega District, Bangkalan Regency aim to assist Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in obtaining halal certification for their products. Many MSMEs in the Bangkalan area, but do not yet fully have halal certification. The existence of a halal product guarantee issued by the MUI (Indonesian Ulema Council) will provide protection for the general public to realize that every product that is designated as halal is considered safe for consumption in accordance with Sharia principles in Islam. This activity uses methods ranging from observation by collecting data on MSME actors, holding halal certification socialization activities, as well as assisting with halal certification and making NIB for the mechanism for submitting halal labels until registered. There were 8 MSMEs who attended the socialization activity, but because the quota was limited, only two MSMEs were selected, namely "Al-Azfar" and "Tang Kerupuk", to facilitate the registration process and obtain halal certificates.

Batam City as a center of industry and trade has a large market The city of Batam, as an industrial and trade hub, holds significant market potential for the utilization of digital technology. While Batam has established infrastructure that facilitates inter-island access, digital transformation has yet to reach the smaller surrounding islands. The application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) remains relatively unfamiliar to many communities on islands outside Batam. The objective of this training, organized by the student boarding school of UPN Veteran East Java, is to provide an in-depth understanding of digitalization and AI concepts in digital marketing as a means to support the economy of Batam Island’s communities. This Community Service Program (PKM) is implemented through socialization on AI concepts, the positive potential impacts of AI, and practical AI application workshops, in collaboration with the Director of the SPMAA Batam Foundation and ICT volunteers. The results of this PKM activity indicate a high level of enthusiasm among the community to learn about AI concepts and their use in marketing products on social media. Through this training, it is expected that MSME owners and the entire community on Batam Island will benefit from technological advancements, particularly AI, and that it will support the government’s efforts in promoting equitable digital transformation across Batam Island.
