Transportation of oil palm Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) from the plantation to the harvest collection point (HCP) must be done as quickly as possible. This is due to an increase in free fatty acids after the FFB is harvested. Some of the obstacles found were the FFB transportation equipment which was not yet capable of reaching the fruit in the garden easily and the transportation time which was quite long due to the uneven road conditions. With technological advances and the rapid development of innovation, the discovery of track model wheelbarrows that use a driving engine means that further studies are needed to determine the effectiveness of these transport machines. In this research, we will compare wheelbarrows without engines and wheelbarrows with track models, there are 3 (three) treatments given, namely on flat roads, bumpy roads and damaged roads. Researchers search for and collect data on transport capacity, transport load, transport speed and transport costs. The results of this research show that carrying capacity and road conditions have a effect on travel time and speed. This is due to the ability/power of the machine which is quite large and stable in transporting fruit. and, other results from this research show that the use of motorized wheelbarrows can reduce transportation costs because the transportation speed increases so that the travel time is shorter.

This research is inspired by the statement that a good leader must always be able to motivate his subordinates in such a way that in carrying out their duties, teachers will have high work effectiveness and are expected to be able to produce satisfactory results, both for the madrasah and the teachers themselves. The research approach uses qualitative methods. The data collection techniques are participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The research uses individual site and cross-site data analysis. The validity check of data is based on several criteria including: degree of trust, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results of this research are: 1) The leadership of the madrasah headmaster in raising teachers’ awareness at MIN 9 and MIN 14 Blitar, is carried out by improving the performance of his personnel and by giving awards to subordinates. The head of the madrasah provides a role model and attention, supports welfare, sets a good example, and motivates subordinates. The head of the madrasah supports and appreciates the achievements of his subordinates. The madrasah principal also always tries to take a personal approach by building a good relationship. The setting of a calm and pleasant work atmosphere will increase teacher performance, apart from that, creating a conducive physical environment will increase the motivation of education staff in carrying out their duties. Teacher awareness to increase their ability results of winning national scale literacy competitions. 2) The leadership of the madrasah headmaster in upgrading the capacity of teachers at MIN 9 and MIN 14 Blitar is carried out by ensuring that teachers can professionally carry out their duties by participating in preparing lesson plans, selecting teachers who are competent in guiding students in self-development, providing explanation and motivation to subordinates about how to carry out tasks in the madrasah, informing instructions to subordinates to galvanize their abilities by forming a well-organized work team, arranging a regular learning schedule, and fulfilling school facilities and infrastructure that are adequate and meet standards so that cleanliness and the amenities of the school environment is always maintained. 3) The leadership of the madrasah headmaster in empowering teachers at MIN 9 and MIN 14 Blitar is carried out by inviting subordinates to improve teacher competence, motivating teachers to work, coordinating in terms of work results, always evaluating teacher activities, holding official meetings, providing motivation to teachers during official meetings, being an example by arriving earlier to school and motivating teachers to continue their studies. The madrasah headmaster strives to increase teacher empowerment by giving them duty and authority to oversee superior or extra-curricular programs in the form of arts, religion, scouting and sports.

The existence of infrastructure and development that continues to develop in Kulon Progo, such as the YIA Airport in  Kulon Progo, hotels and shopping centers can lead to rapid development growth in Kulon Progo. With development increasing rapidly but not accompanied by the development of human resources in the surrounding area, this has resulted in the marginalization of the surrounding community. The author's aim is to analyze the activities carried out by the Kulon Progo government to increase the capacity of the Kulon Progo community. Can also analyze problems that arise in the development process and how the Department handles them. A qualitative approach was chosen for this research process, namely descriptive research. The data sources used are primary data obtained during the research process and secondary data from books and other literature. The data collection process was carried out by interviews, direct observation and documentation. The research results include plans for development and empowerment activities prepared by the department taking into account various agency linkages and the needs of business actors in Kulon Progo. The Department carries out various programs such as training to increase production capacity, improving central management, issuing permits to increase business capacity in Kulon Progo. Monitoring and evaluation of activities is also carried out to determine the obstacles and successes of activity programs.

High blood pressure, marked by a sustained rise in arterial pressure, poses a complex medical challenge with diverse origins. Internal factors like gender, age, and heredity, combined with external elements such as obesity, unhealthy habits, and stress, contribute to its development. The aging process in elderly individuals often results in reduced adaptive capacity, making them more susceptible to various ailments, including hypertension. To address this issue, Therapeutic Touch is explored as a non-pharmacological intervention, utilizing touch energy to modulate the nervous system and hormonal responses, thereby restoring energy balance and reducing pain and blood pressure levels. This study investigates the impact of Therapeutic Touch on blood pressure reduction in hypertensive elderly individuals in Balung Village, Kendit District, Situbondo Regency, using an experimental design with a one-group pre- and post-test setup. The research involves the entire hypertensive elderly population of Balung Village (32 individuals), with 30 participants selected through purposive sampling for a six-session Therapeutic Touch intervention over two weeks. Data collection employs observation sheets with coded responses, revealing a significant post-intervention shift towards normal blood pressure. Statistical analysis, using the Wilcoxon signed test (p-value: 0.000 ? ? 0.005), supports the acceptance of the  hypothesis. In conclusion, Therapeutic Touch proves effective in reducing blood pressure among elderly individuals with hypertension, operating through mechanisms influencing nerves, hormones, and overall body relaxation.

MikroTik RouterOS is a Linux-based operating system that is intended as a network router. Designed to suit all users. MAC address-based authentication systems may not be able to cope with the significant growth in the number of users. Using different system in a hotspot network can provide additional security advantages. By replacing the MAC address authentication method with a different system, access risks can be reduced to improve overall network security. After the hotspot network with the voucher system is running well, the Company can develop further by adding additional features or services according to the needs of the company. This development can improve security or increase network capacity to accommodate companies. Replacing the system with a Hotspot Voucher system using Mikrotik will increase flexibility, management, and access control in a hotspot network using Mikrotik Router devices, Switches, UTP Cables, and Access points. From the specifications above, Mikrotik is quite suitable for hotspot vouchers with a voucher system to provide flexibility in managing user access. Previously used MAC address-based authentication was difficult to manage and inflexible. With a different system, setting up and managing access becomes more efficient and can be done more easily. Hotspot voucher configuration with a limit of 5 Mbps Download and 5 Mbps Upload. MAC address system can be overcome with a hotspot voucher system. Enterprises can handle significant user growth without compromising access control.

Pokdarwis Srikandi, which is based in the Tinjomoyo sub-district area of Semarang, is expected to be able to develop the potential of its area into tourism business activities that can revive the economy of the people in the area. With the average management and members having different educational backgrounds, the Pokdarwis management must work hard to continue to equip and improve the abilities of its members, especially in governance management. The form of Governance Management Technical Guidance activities includes lectures on Pokdarwis Governance, with material related to financial management, marketing and promotion of tourism products provided. Capacity and Capability Improvement Implementation of financial administration training is carried out by creating simple financial reports and directly practicing the process of recording the organization's income and expenditure transactions. The research establishes regional financial integration (Local Revenue, asset spending, and General Allocation Fund) on North Sumatra's economic ability to develop development potential. The data analysis method uses panel data. The research results found that Local Revenue, asset spending, and General Allocation Funds simultaneously or together had an effect on the economy. Local Revenue and asset spending have a partial effect on the economy. The General Allocation Fund has no partial effect on the economy.

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the calculation of the use of raw materials in Asep Embordir, the advantages of Asep Embordir before using the Linear Program and the advantages of Asep Embordir after using the Linear Program to increase maximum profit. The method used in this research is a survey method. With a descriptive analysis approach. The data used are data from interviews and direct observations during April 2022 regarding raw materials for making apparel, labor wage costs, and profits and production time. The existing problems are then formulated using the linear programming method and solved using the simplex method. The results showed that the use of raw materials in Rmfcollectionembroidery for cloth was 45 wood, buttons (27.8) packs, thread 9 rolls) and collar hardener (162 meters). The optimal production quantity for all production variations according to the company's production capacity is 540 pcs, while for KDLP the optimal production is 60 pcs. RMFCollectionembroidery profit from the selling price of Rp. 35,000/pcs, the total profit from KDLP is Rp. 2,100,000, this can be representative of the profit from the production of other clothing sizes. Based on the results of research studies, it is suggested that for the future, if asep border will increase the amount of production, companies need to take into account development costs and need to further analyze the use of all existing production capacity so that production can be carried out optimally.

Leaders who cannot actualize their influence do not have the character of true leadership. Then we must know how educational leadership is so the purpose of this article is to dig deeper into leadership and complete the task. The Bogor District Small and Medium Enterprise Cooperative Service will assist cooperatives and micro, small and medium enterprises in the Bogor district to meet licensing requirements and build their capacity. Facilitation of halal certification licensing, food safety counseling certification, digital and packaging training, and development of new entrepreneurs for micro, small and medium enterprises in Bogor Regency. To find out the influence of leadership style on employee performance at the Cooperative Office of Small and Medium Enterprises in Bogor Regency, and to find out the effect of the work environment on employee performance and to find out the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at the Office of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises in Bogor Regency. This research is a causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The sample of this research is 77 employees. the sampling technique used random sampling, the data collection technique used primary data and the data analysis technique in this study used the SPSS 25 application. Based on the results of this study it shows that Leadership Style has a partial effect on Employee Performance, Work Environment has a partial effect on Employee Performance. Then Leadership Style and Work Environment together (simultaneously) have a significant influence on employee performance.

The problems that exist in the Pekalongan Regency Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports Office (Disporapar) on the one hand are problems in the organisational structure, especially in charge of Tourism, which has no sub-fields, even though the workload is very high. Another problem is that many tasks in the tourism sector have not been handled properly, such as the implementation of the licensing process and public services in the tourism sector, the implementation of qualifications and administration of tourism services, coordination and formulation of standards, norms and tourism promotion, and facilitation of tourism product development and the tourism business world and the creative economy in the tourism sector. On the other hand, it is a heavy responsibility for Disporapar to coordinate, communicate and socialise due to the low participation of the community to become "people aware of tourism".The purpose of the study was to analyse efforts to develop institutional capacity in public services in the field of tourism in Disporapar Pekalongan Regency. Analyse the factors that hinder and support capacity development efforts in public services in the field of tourism in Disporapar Pekalongan Regency. The data used are primary and secondary data. With data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques through four stages that must be passed, namely information collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.Based on the results of the analysis of the above research, the conclusion is that first, the development of institutional capacity in coordinating public services in the tourism sector at the Pekalongan Regency Disporapar is not yet sufficient internally, such as budget improvement, improvement of organizational structure, recruitment of human resources apparatus, and provision of infrastructure facilities. Second, externally, there has been no development and improvement of tourism objects that are adequate for the consumption of local and foreign tourists in Pekalongan Regency. Thirdly, there is a lack of participation and awareness of the people to form "Rakyat Sadar Wisata" groups, but more people are not aware of tourism, so there is still "robbery" and destruction of tourist attraction facilities, illegal parking in tourist attraction areas, inadequate number and condition of tourist attraction facilities, and a lack of investors. However, there is a relief in the support from the Provincial and Central Governments as well as the availability of large areas of coastal, inland and mountainous land in Pekalongan Regency and the many potential natural resources in Pekalongan Regency that have not been utilised. The Broiler Chicken business owned by Andien, belonging to Mrs. Tri Winarti, initially operated with a capacity of 12,000 chickens and planned to expand to 24,000 chickens. This study aims to assess the sustainability of the development of Andien's Broiler Chicken farm to 24,000 chickens from a financial perspective. Financial analysis was conducted through calculations of Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period (PP). From the calculation results, it can be concluded that the expansion of Andien's Broiler Chicken business from 12,000 chickens to 24,000 chickens is a viable step based on the scenario calculations. The Payback Period (PP) is 1.31 periods, indicating a quick payback of investment as PP is less than 12 periods. The calculation results show an NPV value of Rp 4,936,714,867 using a 6% discount rate (based on the 2023 BRI KUR interest rate), and if using a 7% discount rate (based on the 2023 Mandiri KUR interest rate), the NPV would be 4,633,045,331. The presence of a positive NPV indicates the viability of this business development. The calculated IRR value reaches 22.26%, exceeding the 6% discount rate. The feasibility of the business is also supported by a BCR value of 1.09, where a ratio above 1 indicates the viability of the business.

In the current era of globalization and digital, fast, precise and accurate information services are needed. One of the technologies that must be applied in government agencies is the implementation of e-government which refers to the development of national e-government, and is adapted to the conditions that exist in each government agency. The aim of this e-government is to improve the quality of service and especially to realize the smart city which is currently being discussed. One of the districts that has recently implemented a smart city is the South Tapanuli district. So that in this study an analysis of the application of e-government in realizing smart cities will be carried out with the aim of knowing the process of implementing e-government policies, implementing smart cities that focus on the community, and to find out the obstacles or obstacles in the implementation of e-government. The results of the study explain that the implementation of e-government in South Tapanuli district is indeed very effective in realizing smart cities in the midst of increasingly sophisticated technological developments. This is shown by the achievement of smart city aspects, although not optimal. In the implementation of e-government there are still a number of weaknesses, obstacles and challenges because the implementation in South Tapanuli district is still relatively new. These obstacles include the inadequate availability of human resources, the level of public capacity regarding e-government is still very low. Supporting factors for e-government implementation are full government support through regulations and established financial support.

Tunneling construction is important to get more attention because considering the magnitude of the risks from this work such as the instability of the carrying capacity of the soil around the construction which can cause collapse during dredging or installation of tunneling walls, or and other problems such as lack of oxygen intake for workers who are carrying out tunneling excavations , the presence of toxic and flammable gases, or falling objects that can result in minor accidents or even death. The purpose of this study is to make a visual assessment through certain media (photos/videos) that can be done quickly regarding the existing conditions of the environment/work, whether the work carried out meets work safety standards, work safety regulations and so on. Rapid assessment can assume that what happened in the field at that time was a reflection of previous work. From the results of the study there were 58 variables which were divided into 4 main variables which were assessed based on the WBS and 26 photos of the environment of the Manikin Dam Tunneling development project taken from several sides. Calculations were made using the results of data from 6 informants, resulting in a P(H | Ecomb) value of 0.932 or a probability of 93.2%, which means that the tunnel work according to the 6 informants was carried out safely. The final value obtained from the analysis is almost close to 1 and all the results of the analysis from the 6 informants are more than 67%.

The problems faced by MSMEs are related to processed products that have unattractive packaging which is one of the problems experienced by partners even though their products are widely known in the market but their production capacity is also still small. In addition, the marketing carried out is still lacking, only relying on sales in the market. The purpose of Bu Tatik's herbal bathok mentoring activities is to increase productivity and develop product rebranding so that it has more selling value in the community. Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) This is a gradual and irreversible kidney disorder that affects the body's capacity to regulate metabolism, fluids, and electrolytes, leading to the development of uremia. Hemodialysis (HD) patients with chronic renal failure are subject to fluid, dietary and pharmaceutical restrictions as well as activity and medication limits. Weight gain, edema, and high blood pressure will occur if fluid balance is not maintained or if there is excess fluid between dialysis sessions. But limiting fluids while receiving hemodialysis can have a number of negative consequences on the body, one of which is thirst and dry mouth (xerostomia), caused by decreased salivary gland production. This scientific study uses a descriptive methodology along with nursing care strategies to apply the "sipping ice cubes therapy" strategy to reduce thirst in CKD patients receiving hemodialysis. Evidence-based practice of nursing This procedure is carried out in the Nursing Room of RSUD Dr. dr. Aloei Saboe Gorontalo City on December 26 2022 and January 26 2023. According to researchers, the administration of the innovative therapy "Sipping Ice Cubes Therapy" can significantly reduce thirst levels in CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease) patients. It can be seen from the 6 respondents who were given the innovative therapy "sipping ice Cubes Therapy" all of which gave a positive response after evaluation, both direct evaluation after giving therapy or evaluation after 3 days of giving the implementation of "sipping ice Cubes Therapy"

Somongari Village is a village in Purworejo Regency and currently Somongari Village is entering the tourist village development stage. However, there are obstacles that make the tourism village development program in Somongari Village less than optimal. These obstacles include not having properly implemented the tourism village roadmap listed in the Village RPJMD, the need to develop a network of partnerships with other parties to develop tourism villages, the need to strengthen village organizations (such as KWT, BUMDes and Karang Taruna). Corruption is a form of dishonesty or criminal act committed by a person or an organization entrusted with a position of power, to obtain illicit profits or abuse of power for one's personal gain. Corruption can involve a wide range of activities including bribery, influence peddling and embezzlement and may also involve practices that are legal in many countries. Political corruption occurs when officials or other government employees act in an official capacity for personal gain. Corruption is most common in kleptocracy, oligarchy, drug-state, and mafia state. Corruption and crime are endemic sociological events that occur with regular frequency in almost all countries on a global scale in varying degrees and proportions. The latest data shows that corruption is on the rise. Each country allocates domestic resources for the control and regulation of corruption and crime prevention. The strategies undertaken in order to fight corruption are often summarized in the term anti-corruption. In addition, global initiatives such as the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals also have targets that are expected to substantially reduce corruption in all its forms.
