Madang Kebab Nusantara is a nascent SME operating in the food industry and is currently in need of a robust brand identity amidst a competitive landscape within the same sector. In my capacity as a graphic designer with a solid educational background, I am entrusted with the responsibility of cultivating creative ideas in visual design, including logos, packaging, and mascots, to establish a professional image for the client's brand. Direct interaction with clients enables me to comprehend the needs of SMEs, articulate concepts, and deliver design solutions that align with the brand's essence, ensuring that the client's brand captures the attention of consumers in the market.

The role of Pokdarwis in carrying out the development of an area is considered strategic in building an equal distribution of welfare for local communities. Pokdarwis Srikandi, which is based in the Tinjomoyo sub-district area of Semarang, is expected to be able to develop the potential of its area into tourism business activities that can revive the economy of the people in the area. With the average management and members having different educational backgrounds, the Pokdarwis management must work hard to continue to equip and improve the abilities of their members, especially in governance management, because they are the spearheads of the Pokdarwis in providing services to visiting guests or tourists. The form of governance management Technical guidance activities include lectures on Pokdarwis governance, with material related to Pokdarwis administrative governance provided. The next implementation of capacity and capability improvement is the implementation of financial administration training carried out by creating simple financial reports and directly practicing the process of recording the organization's income and expenditure transactions. Governance management capabilities are needed to realize the sustainability of tourism management in the Tinjomoyo Village area, especially in administrative management and financial administration management.

This community service program was motivated by the suboptimal development of agribusiness partnership patterns among farmer groups assisted by the Agricultural Extension Center (BPP) of East Dumai District, Dumai City, which has resulted in low productivity, limited value added, and weak bargaining power of farmers. The program aimed to enhance farmers’ understanding, capacity, and readiness to develop sustainable agribusiness partnership strategies. The method applied was a community organizing approach through counseling, participatory discussions, and mentoring involving five farmer groups with a total of 15 farmers. The results indicate an improvement in farmers’ understanding of agribusiness partnership concepts and models, a shift in mindset from individual to collective group-based farming, and the emergence of initial agreements to develop simple partnership schemes with local agribusiness actors. In addition, farmers showed increased readiness in managerial aspects, product quality improvement, and communication with potential partners. This program contributes to strengthening farmer group institutions and provides a foundation for developing more structured and sustainable agribusiness partnerships.

Community empowerment is a fundamental pillar of national development aimed at enhancing social welfare, social justice, and active public participation in the development process. This Community Service Program aims to strengthen community understanding and capacity, particularly among women members of the PKK organization in Rimba Sekampung Village, regarding the strategic role of community empowerment as a national development priority. The activity was conducted on Thursday, January 18, 2024, at Jalan Belimbing, Rimba Sekampung Village, Dumai City. The implementation method employed socialization through counseling and persuasive guidance using a non-formal and participatory educational approach. The program focuses on women's empowerment, community participation in development, and the prevention of social issues such as sexual violence and bullying among children and adolescents. The results indicate an improvement in participants' awareness, understanding, and active involvement during discussions, as well as a strengthened commitment to act as agents of change within their communities. This program contributes positively to reinforcing the role of women as strategic partners of the government in promoting inclusive, equitable, and sustainable national development.

Halal SMEs in Pekalongan need to adopt a more progressive approach to remain relevant and competitive. Innovation is not just a concept but also an urgent necessity to enhance products, production processes, and marketing strategies. Halal SMEs in Pekalongan should view innovation as the key to improving their competitiveness globally. Empowering Halal SMEs through the Pekalongan Halal Special Economic Zone (KEK) should be the main focus in the strategic plan and regional economic development. This research utilizes qualitative descriptive research with an exploratory approach. It is also a type of literature study. The results of this literature review illustrate the importance of empowering Halal SMEs to achieve global competitiveness through innovation and collaboration. In the context of empowerment, crucial aspects include capital, education, training, and financial support, needed to enable SMEs to develop their production capacity and innovation. Furthermore, the Pekalongan Halal KEK plays a significant role as a facilitator of the growth of the halal economic sector. The KEK provides incentives, infrastructure, and strict regulations that encourage transparency and access to the global market for halal products.

The preparation and formulation of Village Regulations in Realizing the Management Principles of Regional Empowerment and Regional Development must go through the stages of the process of drafting and formulating draft village regulations with the aim of ensuring that the village regulations do not conflict with the public interest and/or higher statutory regulations. However, the Village Government in Bintan Regency has not implemented the stages of the process of drafting and formulating village regulations which have not been maximized, resulting in village regulations that are not in accordance with the systematicity of statutory regulations and it is feared that village regulations will conflict with the public interest and/or statutory regulations. higher invitation. The problems in this research are: How are the Legal Arrangements in the Preparation and Formulation of Village Regulations in Realizing the Principles of Management of Regional Empowerment and Regional Development, How are the Implementation of the Drafting and Formulation of Village Regulations in Realizing the Principles of Management of Regional Empowerment and Regional Development, what factors are obstacles/constraints and solutions in the Preparation and Formulation of Village Regulations in Realizing the Management Principles of Regional Empowerment and Regional Development. Based on these problems, this research uses normative and empirical legal research methods. The research results show that this arrangement does not contain definite elements of an evaluation and clarification team, and has not been running optimally in practice, there are obstacles in the field. The implementation of the stages of drafting and formulating Village Regulations has not been carried out and well coordinated so that the results of village regulations have not been optimal. The obstacles faced are the lack of knowledge, understanding and experience of village officials' human resources regarding the preparation of village regulations, the geographical location between villages and sub-districts and districts, not all of which can be reached by land and not all of them require quite a short time, coordination is not optimal. As for suggestions from the research results on the need for statutory regulations that contain an attachment to the technical format for drafting village regulations, the Regional Government of Bintan Regency can carry out outreach to all village governments regarding the preparation and formulation of village regulations, and strengthen human resource capacity.

The Jeruk Village in Surabaya is one of the areas that have many Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) with various types of businesses such as culinary, convenience stores, laundry services, and garment shops. In an effort to maintain legal certainty and enhance the capacity of business actors in facing trade competition in the area, the Surabaya City Government officially enacted Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2021 on the Development and Empowerment of Micro Enterprises. Research results show that the local and sub-district governments provide comprehensive services to the community, especially UMKM that have business permits. The socialization conducted by the Lakarsantri Sub-District in Surabaya includes explanations about the Business Identification Number (NIB) to UMKM actors. Moreover, they also provide support in the business permit application process, including issuing business codes as a form of business activity legality. The implementation of UMKM development and empowerment policies in the Jeruk Village, Lakarsantri Sub-District, Surabaya, reflects several indicators in the Policy Implementation Theory by Merilee S. Grindle. The Lakarsantri Sub-District, especially Jeruk Village, has diligently and effectively implemented this policy, as reflected in various activities, ranging from raising awareness to assisting in the business permit application process. The benefits of this policy are directly felt by both the government and the UMKM owners.

Transportation of oil palm Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) from the plantation to the harvest collection point (HCP) must be done as quickly as possible. This is due to an increase in free fatty acids after the FFB is harvested. Some of the obstacles found were the FFB transportation equipment which was not yet capable of reaching the fruit in the garden easily and the transportation time which was quite long due to the uneven road conditions. With technological advances and the rapid development of innovation, the discovery of track model wheelbarrows that use a driving engine means that further studies are needed to determine the effectiveness of these transport machines. In this research, we will compare wheelbarrows without engines and wheelbarrows with track models, there are 3 (three) treatments given, namely on flat roads, bumpy roads and damaged roads. Researchers search for and collect data on transport capacity, transport load, transport speed and transport costs. The results of this research show that carrying capacity and road conditions have a effect on travel time and speed. This is due to the ability/power of the machine which is quite large and stable in transporting fruit. and, other results from this research show that the use of motorized wheelbarrows can reduce transportation costs because the transportation speed increases so that the travel time is shorter.

This research is inspired by the statement that a good leader must always be able to motivate his subordinates in such a way that in carrying out their duties, teachers will have high work effectiveness and are expected to be able to produce satisfactory results, both for the madrasah and the teachers themselves. The research approach uses qualitative methods. The data collection techniques are participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The research uses individual site and cross-site data analysis. The validity check of data is based on several criteria including: degree of trust, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results of this research are: 1) The leadership of the madrasah headmaster in raising teachers’ awareness at MIN 9 and MIN 14 Blitar, is carried out by improving the performance of his personnel and by giving awards to subordinates. The head of the madrasah provides a role model and attention, supports welfare, sets a good example, and motivates subordinates. The head of the madrasah supports and appreciates the achievements of his subordinates. The madrasah principal also always tries to take a personal approach by building a good relationship. The setting of a calm and pleasant work atmosphere will increase teacher performance, apart from that, creating a conducive physical environment will increase the motivation of education staff in carrying out their duties. Teacher awareness to increase their ability results of winning national scale literacy competitions. 2) The leadership of the madrasah headmaster in upgrading the capacity of teachers at MIN 9 and MIN 14 Blitar is carried out by ensuring that teachers can professionally carry out their duties by participating in preparing lesson plans, selecting teachers who are competent in guiding students in self-development, providing explanation and motivation to subordinates about how to carry out tasks in the madrasah, informing instructions to subordinates to galvanize their abilities by forming a well-organized work team, arranging a regular learning schedule, and fulfilling school facilities and infrastructure that are adequate and meet standards so that cleanliness and the amenities of the school environment is always maintained. 3) The leadership of the madrasah headmaster in empowering teachers at MIN 9 and MIN 14 Blitar is carried out by inviting subordinates to improve teacher competence, motivating teachers to work, coordinating in terms of work results, always evaluating teacher activities, holding official meetings, providing motivation to teachers during official meetings, being an example by arriving earlier to school and motivating teachers to continue their studies. The madrasah headmaster strives to increase teacher empowerment by giving them duty and authority to oversee superior or extra-curricular programs in the form of arts, religion, scouting and sports.

The existence of infrastructure and development that continues to develop in Kulon Progo, such as the YIA Airport in  Kulon Progo, hotels and shopping centers can lead to rapid development growth in Kulon Progo. With development increasing rapidly but not accompanied by the development of human resources in the surrounding area, this has resulted in the marginalization of the surrounding community. The author's aim is to analyze the activities carried out by the Kulon Progo government to increase the capacity of the Kulon Progo community. Can also analyze problems that arise in the development process and how the Department handles them. A qualitative approach was chosen for this research process, namely descriptive research. The data sources used are primary data obtained during the research process and secondary data from books and other literature. The data collection process was carried out by interviews, direct observation and documentation. The research results include plans for development and empowerment activities prepared by the department taking into account various agency linkages and the needs of business actors in Kulon Progo. The Department carries out various programs such as training to increase production capacity, improving central management, issuing permits to increase business capacity in Kulon Progo. Monitoring and evaluation of activities is also carried out to determine the obstacles and successes of activity programs.

High blood pressure, marked by a sustained rise in arterial pressure, poses a complex medical challenge with diverse origins. Internal factors like gender, age, and heredity, combined with external elements such as obesity, unhealthy habits, and stress, contribute to its development. The aging process in elderly individuals often results in reduced adaptive capacity, making them more susceptible to various ailments, including hypertension. To address this issue, Therapeutic Touch is explored as a non-pharmacological intervention, utilizing touch energy to modulate the nervous system and hormonal responses, thereby restoring energy balance and reducing pain and blood pressure levels. This study investigates the impact of Therapeutic Touch on blood pressure reduction in hypertensive elderly individuals in Balung Village, Kendit District, Situbondo Regency, using an experimental design with a one-group pre- and post-test setup. The research involves the entire hypertensive elderly population of Balung Village (32 individuals), with 30 participants selected through purposive sampling for a six-session Therapeutic Touch intervention over two weeks. Data collection employs observation sheets with coded responses, revealing a significant post-intervention shift towards normal blood pressure. Statistical analysis, using the Wilcoxon signed test (p-value: 0.000 ? ? 0.005), supports the acceptance of the  hypothesis. In conclusion, Therapeutic Touch proves effective in reducing blood pressure among elderly individuals with hypertension, operating through mechanisms influencing nerves, hormones, and overall body relaxation.

MikroTik RouterOS is a Linux-based operating system that is intended as a network router. Designed to suit all users. MAC address-based authentication systems may not be able to cope with the significant growth in the number of users. Using different system in a hotspot network can provide additional security advantages. By replacing the MAC address authentication method with a different system, access risks can be reduced to improve overall network security. After the hotspot network with the voucher system is running well, the Company can develop further by adding additional features or services according to the needs of the company. This development can improve security or increase network capacity to accommodate companies. Replacing the system with a Hotspot Voucher system using Mikrotik will increase flexibility, management, and access control in a hotspot network using Mikrotik Router devices, Switches, UTP Cables, and Access points. From the specifications above, Mikrotik is quite suitable for hotspot vouchers with a voucher system to provide flexibility in managing user access. Previously used MAC address-based authentication was difficult to manage and inflexible. With a different system, setting up and managing access becomes more efficient and can be done more easily. Hotspot voucher configuration with a limit of 5 Mbps Download and 5 Mbps Upload. MAC address system can be overcome with a hotspot voucher system. Enterprises can handle significant user growth without compromising access control.

The data analysis method uses panel data. The research results found that Local Revenue, asset spending, and General Allocation Funds simultaneously or together had an effect on the economy. Local Revenue and asset spending have a partial effect on the economy. The General Allocation Fund has no partial effect on the economy.

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the calculation of the use of raw materials in Asep Embordir, the advantages of Asep Embordir before using the Linear Program and the advantages of Asep Embordir after using the Linear Program to increase maximum profit. The method used in this research is a survey method. With a descriptive analysis approach. The data used are data from interviews and direct observations during April 2022 regarding raw materials for making apparel, labor wage costs, and profits and production time. The existing problems are then formulated using the linear programming method and solved using the simplex method. The results showed that the use of raw materials in Rmfcollectionembroidery for cloth was 45 wood, buttons (27.8) packs, thread 9 rolls) and collar hardener (162 meters). The optimal production quantity for all production variations according to the company's production capacity is 540 pcs, while for KDLP the optimal production is 60 pcs. RMFCollectionembroidery profit from the selling price of Rp. 35,000/pcs, the total profit from KDLP is Rp. 2,100,000, this can be representative of the profit from the production of other clothing sizes. Based on the results of research studies, it is suggested that for the future, if asep border will increase the amount of production, companies need to take into account development costs and need to further analyze the use of all existing production capacity so that production can be carried out optimally.

Even in personal capacity, in the human body there is capacity or potential as a controller, which essentially facilitates a person to be able to lead himself.This research journal was conducted at SMKS Sagaranten which is located on the cigadog highway km.2 sagaranten sukabumi and produces the influence of the principal's leadership to increase the quantity of students.Leadership is often given the meaning of degree of influence, while the leader is the person who has the most potential to influence. Leaders who cannot actualize their influence do not have the character of true leadership. Then we must know how educational leadership is so the purpose of this article is to dig deeper into leadership and complete the task. Articles are made with techniques for gathering resources such as reading material and books on leadership.So that we can draw the conclusion that educational leadership as "one ability and process of influencing, guiding, coordinating and mobilizing other people who are related to the development of the science of education and the implementation of education and teaching, so that the activities carried out can be more efficient and effective in achieving educational and teaching goals.

The Bogor District Small and Medium Enterprise Cooperative Service will assist cooperatives and micro, small and medium enterprises in the Bogor district to meet licensing requirements and build their capacity. Facilitation of halal certification licensing, food safety counseling certification, digital and packaging training, and development of new entrepreneurs for micro, small and medium enterprises in Bogor Regency. To find out the influence of leadership style on employee performance at the Cooperative Office of Small and Medium Enterprises in Bogor Regency, and to find out the effect of the work environment on employee performance and to find out the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at the Office of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises in Bogor Regency. This research is a causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The sample of this research is 77 employees. the sampling technique used random sampling, the data collection technique used primary data and the data analysis technique in this study used the SPSS 25 application. Based on the results of this study it shows that Leadership Style has a partial effect on Employee Performance, Work Environment has a partial effect on Employee Performance. Then Leadership Style and Work Environment together (simultaneously) have a significant influence on employee performance.

The problems that exist in the Pekalongan Regency Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports Office (Disporapar) on the one hand are problems in the organisational structure, especially in charge of Tourism, which has no sub-fields, even though the workload is very high. Another problem is that many tasks in the tourism sector have not been handled properly, such as the implementation of the licensing process and public services in the tourism sector, the implementation of qualifications and administration of tourism services, coordination and formulation of standards, norms and tourism promotion, and facilitation of tourism product development and the tourism business world and the creative economy in the tourism sector. On the other hand, it is a heavy responsibility for Disporapar to coordinate, communicate and socialise due to the low participation of the community to become "people aware of tourism".The purpose of the study was to analyse efforts to develop institutional capacity in public services in the field of tourism in Disporapar Pekalongan Regency. Analyse the factors that hinder and support capacity development efforts in public services in the field of tourism in Disporapar Pekalongan Regency. The data used are primary and secondary data. With data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques through four stages that must be passed, namely information collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.Based on the results of the analysis of the above research, the conclusion is that first, the development of institutional capacity in coordinating public services in the tourism sector at the Pekalongan Regency Disporapar is not yet sufficient internally, such as budget improvement, improvement of organizational structure, recruitment of human resources apparatus, and provision of infrastructure facilities. Second, externally, there has been no development and improvement of tourism objects that are adequate for the consumption of local and foreign tourists in Pekalongan Regency. Thirdly, there is a lack of participation and awareness of the people to form "Rakyat Sadar Wisata" groups, but more people are not aware of tourism, so there is still "robbery" and destruction of tourist attraction facilities, illegal parking in tourist attraction areas, inadequate number and condition of tourist attraction facilities, and a lack of investors. However, there is a relief in the support from the Provincial and Central Governments as well as the availability of large areas of coastal, inland and mountainous land in Pekalongan Regency and the many potential natural resources in Pekalongan Regency that have not been utilised. However, there is a relief that there is support from the provincial and central governments as well as the availability of large areas of coastal, inland and mountainous land in Pekalongan Regency and there are still many potential natural resources in Pekalongan Regency that have not been utilised to create new tourism objects.
