In the digital era, people are expected to master and use technology. This also applies to micro, small and medium enterprises. MSMEs must be able to make good bookkeeping both manually and digitally. Digital accounting can be managed with the Bukukas application on a smartphone. The advantage of this application is that it makes recording easy, economical, easy to increase capacity, quality and reporting expertise. Application-based financing so that MSME players can use the BukuKas application independently. This mission was carried out in Kedungdalem Village MSMEs by presenting around 20 people from various types of MSMEs such as flower sales, chips and snacks businesses. The obstacles that are often faced by MSMEs are that there is no record of bookkeeping and financial transactions and some are still recording manually as well. In addition, there are still difficulties in determining profits and inventory levels. Therefore, providing training on how to use the BukuKas application can help them record financial transactions and market their products.

The attendance of teachers and administrative staff at SMKN 1 Praya Tengah is a document that records the hours of attendance for each teacher and administrative staff at SMKN 1 Praya Tengah. Recording the hours of attendance carried out by each teacher and administrative staff at SMKN 1 Praya Tengah can affect the net salary and allowances that will be received by the teacher and administrative staff each month, because the salary and allowances given depend on their attendance, with having an attendance application can certainly guarantee an accurate time record and prevent errors from occurring when compared to making notes manually. This accurate information helps provide precise details about each teacher and administrative staff at SMKN 1 Praya Tengah and can certainly help improve the performance of teachers and staff.

SOPs can be defined as documents that describe operational activities carried out daily, with the aim that the work is carried out correctly, precisely, and consistently, to produce products according to predetermined standards” (Tathagati, 2014). The existence of SOP will help the company to achieve company goals. To achieve company goals, the company provides a design in the form of an SOP that will guide employees in carrying out their duties and minimize errors in carrying out the responsibilities of each employee. This study aims to determine the application of standard operating procedures (SOP) in the Inventory Department at PT RIMEX International Indonesia Balikpapan. This type of research is qualitative concerning the 7 main points in the SOP which include efficiency, consistency, minimizing errors, problem-solving, and defense boundaries. There are 3 research informants: One supervisor, one Quality Control, and 1 Warehouseman. Data collection techniques through interviews. The results of the analysis show that Inventory Department employees have implemented the SOP made by the company. The problem found is that there are differences in goods between the recording of goods in the company's recording system and the physical goods between the recording of goods in the company's recording system and the physical goods in the warehouse, such as how many items are left, abandoned and how many items are left in the warehouse.

In companies, office administration systems have an important role, especially warehousing administration in the warehouse section that handles inventory. Warehousing administration in the warehouse department is the spearhead of all records of incoming and outgoing goods. PT. Transkon Jaya has a warehouse section that handles spare parts inventory for vehicles or equipment that is rented, the inaccuracy of data in recording administration at the warehouse will have an impact on the company's operations. Based on the description above, the authors conducted a study entitled Analysis of Warehouse Administration Systems at the Warehouse Department at PT Transkon Jaya Tbk, Balikpapan City. The research method used in this research is Descriptive Qualitative Research which uses comparative analysis techniques through literature study, observation, and interviews. From the results of research and analysis, it can be concluded that the warehousing administration system in the Warehouse Department at PT. Transkon Jaya Tbk Balikpapan uses 2 (two) mechanisms, namely a computerized mechanism that uses the MYOB application and a manual mechanism. However, the application used is an accounting computer application, not an application specifically for inventory administration, which can provide information regarding the location of goods, the number of goods, the date of goods coming in, the date of goods left, and the amount of stock in the warehouse in real-time.

Low education human resources in Indonesia, especially educators or teachers who are less professional in carrying out their work, can be the cause of low levels of education in this country. One way to improve the quality of education is through the professionalization of teachers or through educational supervision. Supervision through various methods, education corrects educational problems helping, supervising, guiding, and directing educators towards professionalism in its goal is to improve education and address problems with it. Educational supervision supports teachers in developing lesson plans that will produce the desired learning outcomes. Supervision is an integral part of efforts to improve learning achievement and teacher quality. Supervision or supervision is an effort to provide services to education, especially teachers. Education supervision is also a process of controlling and evaluating activities to ensure that all educational activities are carried out according to plan, as well as activities to improve and correct if there are deviations that will interfere with the process of achieving goals. Reviewing educational supervision in order to improve teacher professionalism is the purpose of this. This article is written using the literature study method in the form of a number of literature tasks related to the management of research materials, reading and recording, and information collection techniques. Analysis of employee payroll accounting information systems should be carried out effectively and required relevant information and a system, namely an accounting information system as a means of communication which can later be used for the needs of company management. Likewise things at PT. Star Rubber Jujuhan Bungo Jambi Regency where employee payroll accounting is very important. The purpose of this study was to determine the payroll accounting information system for employees at PT. Star Rubber, obstacles in employee payroll accounting information systems and efforts to overcome obstacles in employee payroll accounting information systems at PT. Star Rubber. This study used qualitative research methods. Data were obtained from subjects in the study including the Director, Expenditure Treasurer and employees regarding the payroll system of PT. Star Rubber Jujuhan and Employees of PT. Star Rubber.  The results showed that the Employee Payroll Accounting Information System at PT. Star Rubber has been designed to support the achievement of company goals and the creation of good internal control. In addition, the payroll and remuneration system is also designed to ensure that employees' salaries and wages are paid. While the related functions at PT. Star Rubber is a staffing function that is held by the personnel department, the function of recording employee attendance times is held by the timekeeper, the function of making payroll and wages is handled by the personnel section, the cashier function, and the function of paying salaries and wages is authorized by the personnel and cashier section.

Housemart Cirebon is a trading company engaged in staple goods located on Jalan Cideng Indah, Cirebon Regency - West Java. Cirebon Housemart provides basic ingredients from national brands ranging from household needs, baby products, to body and beauty care products. At present the business activities carried out are somewhat less effective. Sales, promotions and orders are still done manually, this is less effective because there is no detailed information on what products are being sold to buyers. . Recording and checking of transaction data, customer data, goods data, is still done manually in written document archives, data loss is still very likely to occur. The development method used to design the system uses the prototype method. The results of this research are in the form of a web-based Housemart Cirebon Sales Information System that is capable of performing sales, ordering and data processing services at Cirebon Housemart so that it can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of performance and time. The hope is to be able to provide complete information regarding the ordering process, services and promotions so that it is even better at Housemart Cirebon.

The aims of this research are: (1) to identify the types of language interference in learning English, (2) to find out the most dominant example of the mother tongue in learning English, and (3) to investigate the causes of interference in learning English. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with selected twenty students from the seventh grade as the respondents. This research used observation, interview, recording, and note-taking, for data collection while employing document analysis to analyze the gathered data. This study was conducted in the following procedure, (1) observation (2) interview (3) documentation. From the self-introduction by the respondents, the researcher found that there were three types of language interference made by seventh-grade students namely phonological, grammatical, and lexical interference. The findings also showed that the most dominant example of the mother tongue in learning English made by seventh-grade students is phonological interference. The analysis also revealed that the causes of language interference, there were students’ background and the students’ limited mastery of the English vocabulary

This research has specific objectives, namely (1) Describing religious values in the novel Elegi Tawa Niyusa by Lin Aiko. (2) Describe the social values in the novel Elegi Tawa Niyusa by Lin Aiko. (3) Describe the cultural values in the novel Elegi Tawa Niyusa by Lin Aiko. (4) Describe the moral values in the novel Elegi Tawa Niyusa by Lin Aiko. The basic theory in this research is structuralism theory. Structuralism theory is seen as a literary approach that emphasizes the study of the relationship between the building blocks concerned. This type of research is qualitative research, qualitative research is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observed behavior. The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis. The descriptive analysis method is a method carried out by describing the facts which is then followed by analysis. Research methods such as reading techniques, recording things that are considered to contain religious values, social values, cultural values, moral values in the novel Elegi Tawa Niyusa by Lin Aiko, analyzing the extrinsic elements in the form of religious values, social values, cultural values, moral values, concluding the results study. The data source used is a literary work in the form of a novel entitled Elegi Tawa Niyusa by Lin Aiko. The result of this research is the discovery of extrinsic elements contained in the novel, namely the values contained in the novel, namely religious values in the form of keeping prayers, surrendering to God, perfecting worship, being filial to parents. Social values in the form of an attitude of respect or appreciation, an attitude of caring for each other, an attitude of caring for or protecting each other, and empathy for fellow creatures created by God. Cultural values that take the form of free association. Moral values that take the form of responsibility. The conclusion is surrender to God, mutual respect or respect, avoid promiscuity, always be responsible for the actions or decisions you have chosen.

Administrative financial education is an important component in the field of education to obtain educational facilities, including in Kober TK Islamic Center. Recording of acceptance and management of school financial administration at the Kober TK Islamic Center using handwriting or has not been computerized, which can result in a lot of bookkeeping, writing errors, and delays in financial reporting. In addition to the long recording process, data search also takes a long time, which can make it difficult for administrative staff to process acceptance and manage financial administration. Based on the problems in the Kober TK Islamic Center, it is necessary to build an information system that can assist in recording and managing financial administration. This information system creates using the MySQL database, the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language, and Sublime Text for the text editor. the test server uses XAMPP, and the data used is obtained from Kober TK Islamic Center. The expected results of this final project are to assist employees in recording acceptance and managing financial administration efficiently. Then, for this project, it is hoped that it can also assist in the acceptance and management of financial administration in the Kober TK Islamic Center.

The research entitled Use of Language in advertisements and broadcasts on TV. The formulation of the problem is (1) How is the use of the variety of spoken language? (2) How is the use of languageseen from the accuracy of the choice of words (diction)? (3) How is the code mixing that occurs in the use of the language, the method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The source of the data used in this research is the oral utterances delivered in broadcast news. Source of data used as research data is news that is broadcast starting from the morning and at night. Technique data collection in this study used the recording method with listening and listening techniques note technique. The results of the research show that (1) the use of speech variety is variety official (2) the use of diction, then 10 of the ten news used is obtained. Of the ten types of accuracy of diction analyzed, the results of the accuracy of the use of diction were obtained, as follows: use of special general words 6, use of words that are almost synonymous 5, use of denotative and connotative words 4, use of words that are similar in spelling 1, use of idioms 1, use of foreign endings 1, and use of continuity word choice 4 found inaccurate word choice. (3) the use of mixing Indonesian code into the language Region is code mixing into (inner code-mixing) due to code mixing carried out between local languages ​​and Indonesian. based on the results obtained the researcher's observation in depth, from the use of the language used is sufficient light what else is the local language and most of the errors found are correct used. Then mix the code that is widely used in broadcast news and advertisements should be avoided because it is news for the area and speak the local language.

This article aims to understand the important role of Indonesian in proselytizing or spreading Islam by understanding and mastering Indonesian well. In the context of Indonesian diversity, the use of Indonesian in da'wah needs to pay attention to inclusive and tolerant messages. Language is something that cannot be separated from human life. Preachers can communicate religious messages more effectively to the general public and to avoid the use of inappropriate Indonesian in preaching. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection was carried out with data collection techniques through documentation techniques, listening techniques, and recording techniques on da'wah videos delivered by Ustadz Dr. Adi Hidayat, Lc., M.A in the Adi Hidayat Official YouTube Channel. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was assertiveness in conveying messages and interaction in this case it was also found that Indonesian language in da'wah was better understood, touched the heart, closer between the preacher and the audience so that the audience's interest in the preacher was formed in listening to the da'wah.

Song lyrics are a series of words that form a song, consisting of several stanzas, refrains or choruses. Forming song lyrics is not as easy as compiling an essay, but it can be obtained in the form of one's expression such as experiences that have been experienced, things that have been seen or heard, and various inspirations. The writer will express his experience by doing word games and language so as to create interest and distinctiveness in the lyrics or verses. This research is qualitative research and uses qualitative descriptive methods, namely interpreting and describing data. The main object of his research was the song "By My Side" composed by David Choi and Dewi Dee Lestari. Using suposive sampling techniques, trianggulation of data and theory, descriptive analysis techniques and data collection, by reading and recording them.. Aims to know what languages are used and what message to convey. The result is that the code mix contained in the lyrics of the song is mix the code inward, which is Indonesian, and mix the code out, which is English.

This research is motivated by the rapid development of technology in the field of social media so that preachers use it to deliver their da'wah. Youtube is one of the social media that is loved by many people, including the younger generation who use YouTube to find the information they need, including da'wah content. This phenomenon is of concern to the preachers, one of which is ustadz Das'ad Latif, to convey the message of da'wah. The da'wah message he delivered used a distinctive language, the regional language, so that many viewers were happy with the da'wah message he conveyed. The purpose of this study is to find out the contents of Ustadz Das'ad Latif's da'wah messages on the @Das'adLatif YouTube channel. The type of research used is qualitative research, namely research that produces findings that can be achieved by using measurements of both spoken and written words. The subject of this research is the sound of da'wah messages in videos on the YouTube channel @Das'adLatif. The data collection technique for this research uses a descriptive approach by watching and recording video content. Data were analyzed by content analysis method. The results of the study show that in Ustadz Das'ad Latif's Youtube Channel there are three da'wah messages including: Aqidah messages, Sharia messages and Moral messages. The contents of the message examined on Ustadz Das'ad Latif's YouTube channel are the core of the lecture which contains da'wah messages in it. From the categories of messages that have been mentioned there are sub-categories including: messages of aqidah including: faith in Allah, faith in His Angels, faith in His book, faith in His Messenger, faith in the Day of Judgment, faith in making up the qadha and qadar. Shari'ah messages include: worship and muamalah. Moral messages include: morals to God and morals to humans.

This research was conducted at PT XYZ, which aims to determine the application of incoming mail SOPs to PT XYZ's Dynamic Archives Subsection and to find out whether the implementation of these SOPs has been carried out optimally. This research is a qualitative research with data collection methods through observational studies, interviews and documentation with informant taking techniques using purposive sampling with a total of 4 participants. The results obtained in this study stated that the management of incoming mail at the PT XYZ Dynamic Archives Subdivision was still not in accordance with the applicable SOP. There is a messy Agenda Book Recording, file cabinets that are not given indexes and follow-up units, as well as inadequate distribution equipment. Thus, adequate facilities or equipment are needed in the process of distribution, education and training of employees in managing incoming mail, as well as supervising incoming mail management activities.

The trust of the congregation in the mosque management is greatly influenced by the quality of a transparent and accountable management system. Manual recording systems that are still widely used are often less effective in providing accurate, fast, and easily accessible data, especially related to cash flow information and mosque activity programs. This condition can cause unclear information that has an impact on the low active participation of pilgrims. This research offers a solution in the form of building a website-based mosque administration system that is adaptive and easy to use. System development is carried out through the stages of needs analysis, feature design, application implementation, and functional testing. The system built provides several main services, including managing worship schedules, recording income and expenditure in a structured manner, and reporting mosque activities in detail and real-time. Through the web platform, financial information and activity programs can be accessed more openly, thereby increasing transparency and accountability in mosque management. The results of the development show that this system is able to simplify the administrative process, speed up the presentation of information, and support the supervision of funds by pilgrims and administrators. Thus, a website-based administration system can be an effective solution to increase the trust of worshippers and encourage more active participation in mosque activities.

The existence of technology has become insignificant and affects all activities and human life in the world. As in today's era, almost everything is dependent on technology. Information technology in the e-government era can make it easy for people to obtain information and communicate interactively. Because with this technology, we can get information quickly. Information obtained through communication technology makes it easier for an organization to cooperate with each other in achieving the goals of the organization. Therefore the use of technology needs to be optimized and developed so as not to experience backwardness in obtaining information. This study aims to analyze the application of electronic signatures to the electronic official document system at the Jakarta Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration using qualitative research methods by collecting data through recording and observation. The theory used is Grindle's policy implementation theory. Based on the results of the research and discussion above, it can be concluded that the application of electronic signatures to the electronic official document system at the Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration in Jakarta in general has a positive impact and eases the work of its employees.

Sawangan Village, which is one of the villages in Kebasen District, Banyumas Regency, is one of the villages that focuses on reducing stunting rates. According to the interviews we conducted with Posyandu cadres, they experienced problems during the weighing and measuring process. So far, Posyandu cadres have had trouble in the process of weighing and measuring the height of toddlers, because the process is still using conventional tools. In the process of recording the growth and development of children under five is done by recording using a boloin in a book. Because the recording was done by hand, it was constrained by handwriting which was difficult to read. Based on these problems, Forum Group Discussion (FGD) activities were carried out, socialization and training on the use of digital scales, outreach and training on the use of the website-based “Smart Immunization Application” system and Android mobile. The number of participants in this activity was 17 people. Indicators of the success of the activities that have been carried out are coordination with partners, management of a team of lecturers as assistant partners, training on the use of digital scales, training and outreach systems. Based on the activities that have been carried out, it can be concluded that this activity is of interest to Posyandu cadres and parents of toddlers as evidenced by the enthusiasm of the participants. Obstacles faced are not all parents use smartphones, internet access, and constraints on parents' age.

The mail management system is a much-needed development in the current era of information technology development, especially in an agency. However, at the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office of Ngawi Regency, the management of correspondence which can manage incoming mail and outgoing mail numbers is still done manually, namely by recording it in a large book because it collects data every year.The problem that occurs is the difficulty in finding recorded data, which must be searched manually in a book with the risk that the book will be damaged due to search activity. Furthermore, when making outgoing letter numbers, there is also a problem when you need a letter number on a date that has already passed.This research was carried out by using the extreme programming method which is a derivative of the Agile method which uses an object-oriented approach. The stages involved in the extreme programming method are Planning, Design, Coding, and Testing. The results of this study are Information System for Management of Incoming Mail and Outgoing Mail Numbers Web-Based at the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office of Ngawi Regency.

The development of technology today has become something that is universal and can be used in various human lives. One of them is in business. In today's era, it is undeniable that a computer is a component that must be owned by a company in running its business, in order to assist in processing data and help improve the quality of work and quality in service. In this case, Toko Maju Jaya is used as a place of research, because in this place the system that is carried out is still manual and has not been managed properly, so errors often occur in making reports and in processing stock items. The purpose of this study is to provide convenience during the processing of sales, purchase transactions, goods data, supplier data and customer data, minimizing errors in recording. The research method used in this research is using the R&D (Research and Development) method. This method is used to produce a certain product that is analytical and can be tested for effectiveness so that it can be used in the wider community. In designing the system the tools used are Flowcharts, Entity Relationship Diagrams and Context Diagrams, while for data collection using observations, interviews, and literature studies. The database application development tool uses MySQL and the programming language uses Visual Basic 6.0. With this information system transaction data processing can be done computerized so as to reduce errors in reporting.
