Adolescent mental health is an increasingly pressing issue, especially in educational settings. At SMP Negeri 5 Sumbawa Besar, many teenagers face mental health challenges, such as anxiety and depression, which can affect their well-being. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of peer group empowerment programs in improving adolescent mental health. Evaluation results showed a significant increase in students' knowledge about mental health after participating in the program, with more than 80% of students feeling more understanding about how to maintain mental health. In addition, this program successfully creates a supportive environment between peers that reduces feelings of loneliness and increases students' self-confidence. Thus, peer group empowerment has proven to be effective in improving the mental health of teenagers at SMP Negeri 5 Sumbawa Besar, as well as making a positive contribution to social dynamics at school. It is hoped that this program can become a model for other schools in efforts to promote adolescent mental health.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in Indonesia's economy, but often find it difficult to adapt to the demands of marketing in the digital era. This community service aims to increase the marketing effectiveness of Draw Coffee MSMEs, a "ready-to-eat coffee" business based in Jakarta, by applying The Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) concept. Its main goals include increasing brand awareness, expanding market reach, and building customer loyalty through a combination of digital and traditional marketing channels. The program uses methods such as SWOT analysis, market trend evaluation, and IMC strategies involving social media, digital marketing, and sales promotion. Over the course of three months, the program resulted in an 18% increase in sales, a 30% growth in social media engagement, and a 15% increase in new customers. Despite its success, challenges such as fierce market competition and the need for product diversification are still areas that need to be further developed.

Organic fertilizers contain organic materials such as compost, manure, or other organic waste materials. When organic fertilizers are applied to the soil, they provide an abundant source of nutrients, including nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, as well as essential micronutrients. The community service activity program aims to empower farmers with the knowledge and skills to make organic fertilizers from local materials, which not only lower production costs but also improve soil quality and crop yields. The community service activity with the theme "Assistance and Making Organic Fertilizers in Reducing Fertilizer Costs for Farmers in Rowo Gempol Village, Lekok District, Pasuruan Regency" Through the Participatory Action Research method which includes preparation, processing, application, and evaluation, this program has succeeded in improving soil quality and supporting plant growth in the campus green area. Organic fertilizers, produced from campus organic waste such as dry leaves and food scraps, increase soil nutrient content and plant health, and reduce the negative impacts of synthetic chemicals. This activity also involves students in the process of processing and applying fertilizers, providing practical experience and raising awareness of the importance of sustainable agriculture and environmental management. The evaluation results showed a significant positive impact on soil quality and plant growth, with more fertile soil and healthier plants. In addition to the ecological benefits, the program plays an important educational role, by increasing students' understanding of environmentally friendly practices and organic farming skills. The success of this model is expected to be replicated in other villages. so that the benefits of this program can be felt more widely and support the creation of more sustainable agriculture.

Education in the modern era requires innovative approaches to address challenges such as ensuring equal comprehension among students. The Moving Class Mastery Learning (MCML) system implemented by MA Al Irsyad Berbasis Pesantren combines moving class and mastery learning approaches. MCML ensures students deeply understand concepts before progressing to new material, supported by digital technology and specialized teacher training. Initial results show significant improvements in learning motivation and student achievement, with 85% achieving optimal mastery levels. As a pesantren-based institution, MA Al Irsyad integrates the national curriculum with religious studies, emphasizing character education, entrepreneurship, bilingual programs, and local cultural arts training. Comprehensive evaluations ensure academic and character development. This approach reflects MA Al Irsyad's commitment to nurturing religious, competent individuals ready to meet global challenges.

The current research aims to verify the relationship between talent management practices represented by (attracting talent, investing talent, localizing talent, retaining talent) and the creative work behavior of employees represented by (exploratory creative work behavior, investment creative work behavior), among a sample of teaching staff in private universities and colleges in the Middle Euphrates region, numbering (276) instructors. The researchers adopted the descriptive analytical approach, taking the questionnaire as a basic mechanism for collecting the necessary data for the practical aspect of the study. The study concluded that there is a relationship between talent management practices and the creative work behavior of employees. As a result, the study reached a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which is that private universities and colleges must create a flexible academic environment that encourages innovation, such as remote work options or flexible work schedules, which supports work-life balance and makes room for creative thinking, in addition to implementing a periodic evaluation system to measure the level of employee engagement and creative behavior, and using the evaluation results to improve programs and practices. This study aims to analyze the role of corporate communication in building and maintaining a positive image of PT Paragon Technology and Innovation (Paragon), one of the largest cosmetic manufacturers in Indonesia. The focus of this study is to understand how internal and external communication strategies, including media relations, digital communication, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs, are implemented effectively to strengthen the company's reputation in the eyes of stakeholders. The research method used is a literature study with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected from various secondary sources, such as official company documents, scientific journals, mass media articles, and Paragon's official digital platforms. The results of the study indicate that corporate communication at Paragon plays a significant role in creating a positive company image. The implementation of internal communication based on company values, such as innovation and care, has succeeded in increasing employee loyalty. Structured media relations and digital communication strategies expand the company's positive exposure, while CSR programs that focus on education, health, women's empowerment, and the environment strengthen Paragon's relationship with the community. Regular evaluation of communication strategies ensures the effectiveness of the programs implemented.

Hydroponic Cultivation and Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA) is an innovation that supports food security. The Community Service Program in Getas Village, Kendal Regency, Central Java, aims to improve agricultural land use through sustainable management and development of medicinal plants. The target of this program is for farmer groups and youth organizations. These activities include counseling, establishment of hydroponic houses, training, mentoring, monitoring, collaboration between the government and educational institutions, and evaluation and feedback. This program has succeeded in achieving several achievements, namely increasing knowledge, increasing skills, increasing production, and changing behavior.

Community service is one of the pillars of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which aims to provide real contributions to improving community welfare. In this context, the community service program implemented in RW 03, Paledang Village, Bogor City, aims to educate and intervene in health problems, especially hypertension. Hypertension was chosen based on the results of initial data analysis which showed the prevalence of high blood pressure reaching 66% in the community. Activities included hypertension gymnastics, health education, and melon juice distribution, which were carried out in a participatory manner by nursing students and supervising lecturers. The implementation method consisted of three stages: planning through data collection and analysis, implementation of educational and promotive activities, and evaluation to identify obstacles and impacts of the program. The results showed an almost even distribution between men and women, with the majority of respondents in the middle adult age group (40–59 years) and secondary education level (high school/vocational high school). These findings indicate that a community-based education and intervention approach can increase public awareness of the importance of preventing and controlling hypertension. This program has a positive impact, both for the community and students, through direct application of knowledge, improving public health, and strengthening the role of the nursing profession in the community.

The development program for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Punti Village, Soromandi District, represents a strategic step in improving the local economy. This study aims to analyze the impact of entrepreneurship workshops conducted through the Thematic Community Service Program (KKN-T) by STIE Bima. The methods employed include observation, interviews, and participatory evaluation to assess the changes in MSMEs' capacities. The findings revealed an increase in participants' understanding and skills in business management and the emergence of innovative local products. This program contributes significantly to strengthening the village's economic resilience.

One of the Lamongan Regency government programs related to family medicinal plants (TOGA) is Asman Toga (Independent Care of Family Medicinal Plants). This program is one of the Lamongan Regency Government's efforts to reduce stunting rates. One of the villages that already has Asman Toga is Klagensrampat Village. The outreach aims to provide knowledge to the public, especially regarding the benefits of plants against types of diseases and how to treat Toga, as well as how to independently process Toga into ready-to-eat medicine (either in the form of drinks, rhizomes or powder). Service activities are carried out in the form of direct outreach to the Klagensrampat Village community. Before and after the socialization was carried out there were pre-tests and post-tests carried out by the participants. Evaluation activities carried out to assess public knowledge about the use of Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA) were carried out with written exams in the form of pre-tests and post-tests. The results of the analysis show that there has been an increase in public knowledge about the benefits of Toga for various minor illnesses.

This study aims to explain how the tahfidz program at Boarding School Muhammadiyah 1 Wates is managed. Memorizing the Qur'an is an important tradition in Islam that continues to be maintained through educational institutions such as Islamic boarding schools. The tahfidz program at Boarding School Muhammadiyah 1 Wates is designed to increase students' interest and ability in memorizing the Qur'an, but its success requires planned and structured management. This program is one of the best programs and has full support from the school as the parent manager of the Boarding School. In fostering students' interest in memorizing the Qur'an at the Muhammadiyah 1 Wates Boarding School, it includes planning, implementation, evaluation, form of methods and supporting and inhibiting factors of the tahfidz program in increasing interest in memorizing the Qur'an. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method and is collected using interview, observation and documentation instruments. The results of the study show that in managing a special program in increasing interest in Qur'an memorization at Boarding School Muhammadiyah 1 Wates, starting from the planning, implementation, evaluation, and types of methods, as well as supporting and inhibiting elements of the class tahfidz program which are intended to increase interest in Qur'an memorization. The research shows that the management of the special class tahfidz program at the Muhammadiyah 1 Wates Boarding School is running well in terms of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. The methods used in the implementation of this special class tahfidz program are the Tikror method (Repetition of reading 5-20 times in each block) and the Tasmi' method (Listening to verses that are read repeatedly). Supporting factors include a comfortable place for students, support from parents, teachers, and administrators of the tahfidz program, as well as health factors and a desire to learn. Inhibiting factors include indiscipline in managing time, limited knowledge, student disobedience, interpersonal problems, speed of forgetting memorization, and laziness. The result of efforts to increase students' interest in memorizing the Qur'an is an increase in the number of people enrolled in special classes, the number of children who pass to take tasmi' bil goib per 1 Juz and students in special classes on average have reached their memorization targets.

The Student Creativity Program (PKM) is an initiative by the Directorate General of Higher Education aimed at enhancing students' creativity and skills in facing global challenges. The PKM training by the service team is aimed at enhancing the understanding and abilities of FEB UNY Accounting Education students in systematically and relevantly preparing PKM proposals. This program is designed to help students overcome obstacles in determining appropriate PKM ideas and titles, as well as providing technical guidance in preparing competitive proposals. The training used methods such as needs analysis, planning, material presentation, interactive discussions through Focus Group Discussions (FGD), as well as evaluation and analysis of the activity results. The training results show that 48% of participants are interested in the PKM-K field, 45% in PKM-PM, 3% in PKM-RSH, and 1% each in PKM-AI and PKM-GFT. These findings emphasize the importance of training in directing students' interests according to their field potentials. This training plays a strategic role in building students' competencies as young innovators ready to contribute to the development of science, technology, and social solutions. The sustainability of this program is expected to be realized through intensive monitoring and mentoring, so that the proposals generated can be implemented effectively.

CV. Rasyid is a business unit specializing in the production of ecoprints. Currently, one of the most sought-after clothing colors by consumers is burnt coral red. However, CV. Rasyid has been unable to meet this demand due to challenges in the production process, specifically the deterioration of the color during the fixation stage. To address this issue, the community service team from the Industrial Engineering Study Program at Muhammadiyah University of Gombong (Unimugo) provided facilitation and support. The program aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to produce burnt coral red for ecoprints using secang dye. The activities include preparation, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. The implementation process was conducted with guidance on color extraction, mordanting, design printing, and fixation. Monitoring results indicate that CV. Rasyid successfully carried out the burnt coral red ecoprint production process independently without significant issues. While the colors produced may vary slightly, this is not a concern, as such variations are a unique characteristic of ecoprint products.

The UMKM training in Sepulu Village, Bangkalan aims to enhance entrepreneurs' abilities to tackle marketing challenges in the digital era. Challenges such as low digital literacy, limited access to technology, and underutilization of digital platforms are major obstacles for UMKM. This study adopts a participatory, need-based approach, encompassing needs analysis, program design, implementation, and post-training evaluation. The training materials cover digital marketing introduction, strategies for using social media and e-commerce, and creative content creation. The results show improved participants' understanding of digital marketing and their ability to leverage technology to expand markets and boost sales. This training is expected to drive UMKM growth, foster relevant marketing innovations, and positively impact the local economy.

This research aims to determine the implementation of the Takhassus Al-Qur'an Program in tahfidz-based schools, with a focus on curriculum, teaching methods, evaluation, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors that influence its success. This program is designed to form a generation of Al-Qur'an memorizers who excel in academic and spiritual aspects. The background to this research is the importance of developing a comprehensive Al-Qur'an education program to support the achievement of quality memorization, as well as the challenges faced in its implementation. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study and phenomenology methods, which involves in-depth interviews with program managers, teachers and students, as well as observations of program implementation. The research results show that the curriculum implemented is systematic and includes realistic memorization targets, tahsin, tajwid, and moral development. Teaching methods such as tikrar, simai, and wahdah are effective in supporting the memorization process, although challenges such as fatigue, boredom, and time constraints often hinder students. Supporting factors, including family support and intensive teacher guidance, strengthen the success of this program. In conclusion, synergy is needed between teachers, students and the school to optimize the implementation of the Takhassus Al-Qur'an Program.

Entrepreneurship education is an important aspect in shaping the character and skills of the younger generation to face future challenges. The aim of this service is to increase interest and entrepreneurial mentality among students at SDN Nagrak 05 through counseling, training and mentoring. This program is designed to foster students' self-confidence and awareness regarding the importance of entrepreneurship as a potential career choice and equip them with the basic skills for making handicrafts and making food to become successful entrepreneurs. The methods used are practice-based training, motivation through sharing sessions, as well as simulations and introductions to the business world with a fun approach. This program involves collaboration between students, teachers and parents in supporting the development of students' entrepreneurial interests and mentality. The expected result of this activity is an increase in students' knowledge about entrepreneurship, as well as the development of a tough and creative mental attitude in facing various challenges. Evaluation is carried out through observations and interviews to measure changes in students' attitudes and interests regarding entrepreneurship. It is hoped that this program can contribute to creating a young generation who has the readiness and courage to start a business early, and is able to adapt to face global economic dynamics

The Information System for Participant Data Management in Vocational Training Institutions (LPK) is designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of participant data management at the Department of Manpower in Asahan Regency. This system focuses on managing training participant data, encompassing registration, grouping, and reporting processes. The data management process includes recording participant identities, the type of training attended, training schedules, and evaluation results. The system is designed to streamline administrative workflows, minimize manual errors, and accelerate access to information. Participant data is recorded and stored automatically using a structured format, including details such as participant names, addresses, identification numbers, and training programs attended. This system is developed using web-based technologies, such as HTML and other supporting technologies, to ensure flexibility and ease of access for users. By implementing this system, it is expected that the data management of vocational training participants in LPKs can be conducted more efficiently, accurately, and integratively, thereby supporting the improvement of administrative service quality at the Department of Manpower in Asahan Regency. A form of lung infection known as ventilator-associated pneumonia affects patients in hospitals who are on mechanical ventilators. Usually, it influences the cause of rising rates of disease and mortality. Hospital stays for patients with ventilator-acquired pneumonia are longer, and their mortality rate might reach 20–30%. The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the nurses' knowledge concerning preventing of ventilator-associated pneumonia in the intensive care units of Al-Nasiriya City hospitals. Descriptive study was conducted through the present investigation from 31st March, 2020 to 30th of September, 2020. Eighty nurses chosen purposive from intensive care units at AL-Hussein Teaching hospital and Al-Nasiriyah Heart Center. Including (44) females and (36) males. To measure the variables, the researcher constructed a questionnaire. The questionnaire was divided into two sections: demographic information as well as nurses' knowledge about how to prevent ventilator-associated pneumonia. A panel of specialists determined the validity. The data analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistics. The majority of the participants were having poor knowledge about prevention of ventilator associated pneumonia. Non-significant correlation between socio-demographic variables (age, gender, marital status, qualification of nurses, working shift, years of experience in ICU as well as working place) and nurses' Knowledge regarding prevention of ventilator associated pneumonia. New nurses working in ICU should participate in a training program to increase their knowledge of how to prevent ventilator-associated pneumonia. Periodically evaluating as well as for training ICU nurses to increase their understanding of evidence-based practices and nursing interventions for ventilator-associated pneumonia prevention.

This study aims to analyze the leadership role of the International Class Program (ICP) coordinator in fostering a productive academic culture at Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Hasan Jufri Lebak Sangkapura Gresik. Specifically, this study explores the leadership role of ICP coordinators, the challenges they face, and the impact of this leadership on student academic achievement. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, and data is collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document studies. Key informants include principals, vice principals, ICP coordinators, teachers, and students. Data analysis uses thematic methods to identify the main patterns and themes. The study’s findings show that ICP coordinators actively facilitate teacher collaboration, create a supportive learning environment, and conduct regular evaluations to improve teaching methods. The coordinator also organizes an additional mentoring program that enhances students’ understanding of the international curriculum, resulting in a 3.6% increase in students' final exam scores over the past two years. The main challenges in implementing ICP include limited technological resources and the need for teacher training in delivering the international curriculum. This study concludes that the transformational leadership of ICP coordinators is crucial in shaping an academic culture that supports student achievement. This research provides practical insights for educational institutions in optimizing the role of special program coordinators to build a productive academic culture.
