One tries to work anywhere with no hindrances and can compete with their rivals in the competitive environment of today's globalized world. The emergence of disputes is one of the things that often occurs in circumstances like this. Disputes are ingrained in human life. Disputes in everyday life can arise between business partners, family, friends, husband and wife, and so on. A forum whose task is to resolve disputes can be used as a means of dispute resolution. Courts are the official place to settle disputes, while private institutions offer arbitration. Alternative Dispute Settlement (ADR), or Alternative Dispute Settlement (APS) in Indonesian, is the term used to describe out-of-court dispute resolution.

Geographically, Kadirejo village is located to the south of the Karanganom sub-district capital, which is still an integral part of the Klaten Regency area with a distance of 2 km from the sub-district capital and 7 km from the district capital, while from the provincial capital it is around 100 km. The Kadirejo village government has several parts of land that will have no access due to the closure of the Solo – Jogja toll road. To get around this, the Kadirejo Village Head wants to create a new tourist spot in the form of a Tiban market and fishing pond so that the village remains busy and increases the village's cash fund income through Bumdes. It is difficult for company players to market their products in the current digital era so that the share market expands. As a service partner, Tani Sejahtera Group offers excellent products. Gandus specialty coffee requires online media marketing through the use of e-commerce to promote supportive activities. Use the Rational Unified Process method (RUP) to approach implementation, which is incorrect. Developing web applications is one strategy utilized in problem-solving marketing. A website designed specifically for partners, www.kt Sejahtera Kopi.com, offers online ordering capabilities. Using a website for media promotion will enable you to reach a larger audience, which will benefit farmers in the prosperity group.

Quality antenatal care is essentially one of the basic medical services that is very strategic in an effort to improve the health status of pregnant women and the fetuses they contain. To achieve this desire, it is necessary to always pay attention to access to antenatal services that can be reached by pregnant women and their families, so that pregnant women can continue to attend antenatal check-ups on an ongoing basis for the health and safety of their pregnancy. Apart from that, the quality of the services provided must always be maintained, thereby increasing the continuity of antenatal checks so that partners can maintain the health status of the pregnancy and early detection of disorders that may occur during pregnancy (Guidelines for Antenatal Services).

In this mini service project, the focus partner is a private university, namely Nurul Jadid University. The problem faced by partners is that the process of controlling the production equipment used at Nurul Jadid University is still manual, causing less than optimal efficiency and a fairly high error rate. The form of service that will be carried out is by implementing an Automatic Switch Control system using Internet of Things (IoT) technology at Nurul Jadid University. This system will replace manual processes with automation methods that can monitor the condition of production equipment and control it in real time. The proposed solution will involve installing sensors connected to an IoT (Internet Of Things) network on each production equipment. Data from these sensors will be sent to the control center which will control the Automatic Switch to regulate and monitor equipment performance in real-time.
