This qualitative literature review explores the impact of HR digitalization and human resource analytics on organizational performance. The study highlights how the adoption of human resource information systems (HRIS) enhances operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. HR analytics significantly contributes to identifying and addressing workforce challenges, thereby improving organizational performance. However, challenges such as data quality, analytical competence, and managerial support must be addressed to maximize the benefits of HR analytics. The review underscores the importance of top management support and a data-driven organizational culture for successful HR analytics implementation. Limitations include reliance on existing literature and potential publication bias. Future research should empirically investigate the causal relationships between HR digitalization, HR analytics, and organizational performance across diverse cultural and economic contexts.

This literature study examines the application of sustainable production systems in community empowerment, particularly focusing on industrial engineering implementation in local communities. Using a qualitative approach through document analysis, focus group discussions, and in-depth interviews, the research identifies three critical findings. First, community-based production system models that integrate contextual analysis, participatory design, and continuous monitoring significantly improve productivity and income of local communities, as demonstrated in the weaving community in Sleman, Indonesia. Second, production engineering interventions that combine technological innovation and social empowerment generate sustainable economic impacts, including 11-13% increase in global agricultural commodity production and 43% reduction in worker idle time in the manufacturing sector. Third, an adaptive conceptual framework connecting local wisdom with digital technology strengthens community resilience, as seen in green construction practices based on local materials that reduce costs by up to 20% while improving quality of life. The study strengthens socio-technical systems theory by demonstrating that the success of sustainable production systems depends on synergies between technical, social, and institutional aspects.

Global Leadership Organizational Research in Management 2024 STIKes Ibnu Sina Ajibarang

Leaders can influence individuals or groups to achieve goals. If most of the employees' needs are not met, managers must be able to adjust their leadership style and know how to identify and adapt to changes in employees' needs. Otherwise, employees will not have good prospects in the organizational world. Millennial leaders, who are mostly members of an organization or team, are driven by the millennial generation and face more complex challenges. Because they value freedom, flexibility, open communication, supervisors and colleagues, and the use of technology, millennials are more difficult to retain within a company. The aim of this research is to determine whether adaptive leadership styles are effective in managing the current millennial generation. This study is qualitative and uses data analysis methods in a literature review. The goal is to discover and examine effective leadership styles and techniques for millennials. The results indicate that adaptive leadership approaches are beneficial as they help individuals overcome difficulties and adapt to changes. However, adaptive management theory also has its weaknesses. For instance, it is unclear how the key components of the adaptation process work and how these relationships support the adaptation process. According to Rainer Turangan (2015), a good leader should be able to adapt to uncertain future conditions, work across countries and cultures, and create a creative environment.

Legislation function owned by DPD is still limited, it shows the weak position and role (position and function) of DPD when compared with DPR. DPD does not have the authority to form laws together with DPR and the President and has no authority in setting the state budget. The formulation of the problem in this study are: (1) How is the legislative function of the House of Regional Representatives in the formation of the Act? (2) What is the ratio of the legislative function of the House of Regional Representatives that is different from the House of Representatives? This research is a normative juridical research which can be interpreted as a library legal research conducted based on literature or secondary data. In other words, this research is library research (library reseach), meaning that this research is conducted by reading works related to the issues to be studied and then containing a study of the research. The results of research and discussion show that: (1) The legislative function of DPD has a major role in the formation of the Act at the stage of discussion and ratification. At the discussion stage, although its participation is limited to level 1, DPD provides input and consideration of the bill relating to regional autonomy, central-regional relations, and management of economic and natural resources. Furthermore, at the stage of ratification, a joint agreement between DPR and the President strengthens the status of the bill into law. Although DPD can provide input and consideration of some bills, the final decision remains in the hands of DPR. This confirms that the main role of DPD is more as an advisory body in the legislative process. DPR has greater power than DPD in the formation of the Act, with the authority to take the final decision. Thus, although DPD has an important role in certain aspects of the formation of the Act, the main power and final decision remains with DPR. (2) Comparison of legis ratio between DPD and DPR has different representation. DPD represents the interests of the region directly, while DPR represents the interests of the people through political parties. DPD is present to accommodate regional aspirations that are not always represented by DPR. This reflects that the legislative role of DPD has significant limitations. DPD should function as a mechanism of checks and balances in Indonesia's bicameral system. However, due to its limited authority, the implementation of this function has not been optimally realized. Thus, although DPD has an important role in representing regional aspirations, the differences in authority and rights between DPD and DPR cause their position to be unbalanced in the legislative process.

The construction of a high-rise building is a construction project that can be said to have high risk factors so that it will have a negative effect on the project schedule, quality, and costs needed. Project risk management analysis is needed to control risks and to determine risk handling to prevent the occurrence of dominant risks in construction projects. In this study, primary data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, while secondary data was obtained through data from projects and literature studies. The data obtained from the questionnaire will be analyzed for risk variables using the Severity Index (SI) method. Meanwhile, the risk level analysis uses the Probability Impact Matrix (PIM). The results of the analysis show that there is a dominant risk that has the most influence on the time aspect is the risk of delay in material delivery with a high level of risk. The dominant risk that has the most influence on the cost aspect is the occurrence of equipment damage while working with a medium risk level. The dominant risk that has the most influence on the quality aspect is that the quality of the material is not in accordance with the quality specifications with a medium risk level.
