Optimizing education management in schools is a strategic step to achieve superior education quality, where various aspects such as human resource development, utilization of facilities and infrastructure, and education supervision play an important role in creating a conducive learning environment and responsive to student needs. The purpose of this study is to examine more deeply the role of education management in realizing quality schools. The research method to be used in this study is a literature study approach, in which data and information will be collected from various academic sources, such as books, journals and relevant articles on education management and quality schools. The results of this study show that effective education management plays a key role in creating quality schools through key components such as human resources, facilities and infrastructure, finance and education supervision. Each of these components works synergistically to support optimal learning processes, although they often face challenges such as limited resources, resistance to change and lack of stakeholder support. Through collaborative strategies from various parties, including the government, community and parents, schools can overcome these obstacles. Optimizing education management complemented by educational supervision helps improve the professional quality of teachers, curriculum and school management, and builds a culture of continuous evaluation. This synergy results in schools that are qualified, adaptive and able to respond to the demands of today's education.

Factors such as leadership behavior, employee compensation, and related policies significantly impact employee engagement in achieving organizational performance. Case studies from large and medium-sized companies in Indonesia indicate that achieving shared goals requires balancing performance targets at every individual level. This study analyzes human resource management (HRM) at the Rahmatan Lil Alamin Mosque Welfare Institution, Al-Zaytun Indramayu, and formulates HRM strategies using SWOT analysis. The findings show that HRM at the Rahmatan Lil Alamin Mosque Welfare Institution, Al-Zaytun, is implemented through two main approaches: motivation and soft skill development. The motivational approach aligns with fulfilling employees' physiological needs, while the soft skill approach addresses the need for security, appreciation, love, and self-actualization. The SWOT analysis reveals that the institution's internal strengths include standardized systems and procedures, well-managed human resources, and clear job descriptions for each role. Identified weaknesses are the absence of job analysis as a foundation for HR planning and recurring disciplinary violations. Externally, opportunities include utilizing e-commerce and implementing minimum service standards, while threats arise from individuals or parties who oppose the institution's existence.

The real source of a country's riches and an essential component of its development are its people. We can determine the extent to which human resources are of high quality from the perspectives of the economy, health, and education thanks to the HDI. DKI Jakarta is the province in Indonesia with the highest HDI, while Papua and West Papua have the lowest HDIs. Both provinces get special funding known as special autonomy funds and are recognized as special autonomous areas. Even after Papua was given special autonomy funds twenty years ago, it is still the province in Indonesia with the lowest HDI. Improving the Human Development Index (HDI) mostly depends on spending in the areas of economy, health, and education. This study looks at the impact of spending on the economy, health, and education as well as local government expenditure (DOK) on the HDI. Using secondary data from the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance (DJPK) and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), panel data regression is the study methodology employed. The study's findings show that DOK has a favorable impact on the HDI, as does spending on the economy, health, and education
