Posyandu for the elderly is a form of public health service that aims to improve the health and quality of life of the elderly. However, the utilization rate of Posyandu for the elderly is often not optimal. One of the influencing factors is family support. Family support is a form of assistance provided directly by the family to the elderly, including informational, emotional, instrumental, and appreciation. This study aims to determine the relationship between family support for the elderly and the utilization of Posyandu for the elderly. The design or method of this study uses an analytical survey design with a cross-sectional study method approach. The population in this study were elderly people who live in the Lembang Community Health Center Working Area with a sample of 80 respondents based on predetermined inclusion criteria. Data collection using questionnaires and observations. Univariate analysis is presented using a frequency distribution table while Bivariate analysis uses a chi-square test. The final result obtained a P value = 0.000 with a significant value of α = 0.005 through the Chi-square test. Since the P value <α, it is statistically concluded that there is a relationship between family support for the elderly and utilization of the Posyandu for the elderly in the Lembang Community Health Center work area. It is recommended that health workers be more active in providing education and motivation to elderly families regarding the importance of support in utilizing Posyandu for the elderly. Furthermore, health workers need to increase the socialization of Posyandu activities, conduct home visits for less active elderly people, and establish good communication with families so that they play a greater role in supporting elderly participation in Posyandu for the elderly.

This study aims to determine the Effect of Birthball Therapy on the Progress of Labor in the First Stage of Labor in Mothers in Bangun Rejo Health Center, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. The research design used is the Quasy Experiment Method (Experiment). By using the Two Group Design design, in this study the population was all mothers in labor as many as 20 people using the Mann-Whitney Test. The results of the study using the Man Whitney test to see the comparison between the intervention group and the control group obtained a sig value of 0.029 or <0.05 with a z table value of 2.189. So H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an effect of birthball on the progress of the first stage in mothers who are given birthball therapy and those who are not given birthball therapy at Pustu Bangun Rejo, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. Community Health Centers (Puskesmas) are the main place for the public to get basic health services. In certain conditions, the Health Center will receive visits from patients who arrive with the same number of origins at the same time. This has an impact on health services experiencing a decline and not maximizing the health of health workers in checking patients' health. So, comprehensive services are not obtained, and there are even patients who queue for too long. In order to minimize this occurrence, simulations are carried out to predict the number of possible visits that will occur in the future. The method used in this study is Monte Carlo. This research is intended so that the information provided by the Health Center related to the prediction of the number of patient visits that are likely to occur in the next year or in the future can be done validly and accurately. The data used is data on the number of patient visits in 2021, 2022, and 2023. As a result of this study, a prediction of the number of patient visits was obtained so that the Health Center could implement the next action that was useful for improving the quality of services needed

Cervical cancer is very dangerous because it can result in death, so it needs serious attention. One of the efforts to prevent cervical cancer in women of fertile age (WUS) is by conducting a visual inspection of acetic acid (IVA) test. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the low number of IVA examinations at the Margorejo Pati Community Health Center. Cervical cancer is the fourth highest cancer in women with an estimated 570,000 new cases in 2018 which represents 6.6% of all female cancers. The high mortality rate from cervical cancer globally can be reduced through prevention, early diagnosis, effective screening and treatment programs. As of 2016, VIA coverage in Indonesia was 4.34%, which is still far from the national target of 10% at the end of 2015. In Indonesia, cervical cancer is still the cancer with the second largest number of sufferers after breast cancer. The incidence of new cases of cervical cancer according to GLOBOCAN data, 2018 for women in Indonesia is around 32,469 cases (17.2%) with a death rate of 18,279 (8.8%). The Global Burden of Cancer Study (Globocan) from the World Health Organization (WHO) noted that the total cancer cases in Indonesia in 2020 reached 396,914 cases and the total deaths were 234,511 cases. According to the Indonesian Cancer Foundation (YKI), one of the causes of the high number of cancer cases in Indonesia is environmental conditions that continue to produce carcinogens, such as cigarettes, processed meat, etc. Other causes that also influence include the habit of staying up late, lack of exercise, and eating too much. As a form of cancer prevention and control in Indonesia, especially breast cancer and cervical cancer, the Ministry of Health has made several efforts such as early detection of breast cancer and cervical cancer in women aged 30-50 years using the Visual Inspection method with Acetic Acid (IVA).

The phenomenon of globalization has transformed the world's landscape, connecting nations, and inspiring the concept of Special Economic Zones (SEZs). The utilization of Foreign National Health Workers (FHNWs) has become a strategy to address the shortage of medical personnel and enhance healthcare services, particularly in remote regions. However, the implementation of this policy also faces several ethical, cultural, and linguistic challenges. The ethical aspect takes center stage in the utilization of FHNWs. Patient rights, professionalism, and cross-cultural collaboration are crucial focal points in healthcare service practices. Despite its benefits, the utilization of FHNWs encounters communication hurdles, especially when the employed language is unfamiliar. Additionally, the integration of local cultural values becomes a pivotal aspect in delivering sensitive and patient-centered care. This paper analyzes policy documents related to the utilization of Foreign National Health Workers (FHNWs) in Indonesia through normative and predictive approaches. The objective is to comprehend the concepts and regulatory implementations concerning the ethics of FHNW utilization within the context of Indonesian healthcare services. The phenomena of globalization and efforts to expedite economic growth through Special Economic Zones (SEZs) have influenced these policies. The analysis involves various policy documents relevant to FHNW utilization. In facing the ethical dilemmas arising in the practice of healthcare services by foreign medical personnel, it is imperative for them to adapt to the local culture without compromising the principles of medical ethics. Moreover, competition within the job market and cultural disparities between foreign and local medical personnel also present challenges that need to be addressed. In dealing with competition, a holistic approach involving the government, relevant institutions, and professional training for local medical personnel is required. Overall, the utilization of FHNWs holds potential benefits in addressing medical workforce shortages and enhancing healthcare access. However, this utilization must be carried out with ethical responsibility, respecting patient rights, and considering cultural and professional aspects. With a prudent approach, the utilization of FHNWs can contribute to improving the quality of healthcare services and the well-being of local medical personnel, in line with ethical principles and national interests.

The design of this activity is to carry out one measurement up front (pre test) before the treatment and after that another measurement is carried out (post test). In this activity, the non-parametric Wilcoxon test is used because the results of the data are not normally distributed. The results show that there is a significant increase in knowledge regarding HIV/AIDS prevention where the p value is 0.004 < 0.05, and there is no significant increase in attitudes towards HIV/AIDS prevention where the p value is 0.138 > 0.05.
