Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Cafe Rindu Lokaria (2) mengetahui pengaruh harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Cafe Rindu Lokaria (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Cafe Rindu Lokaria. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Pada penelitian ini, ukuran sampel diambil dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin berjumlah 100 responden yang berasal dari konsumen Cafe Rindu Lokaria.  Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan statistik inferensial yaitu regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji F  dan Uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kualitas produk berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 3.533 > 1.98472, (2) harga berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Cafe Rindu Lokaria dengan t hitung sebesar 8.225 > 1.98472 (3) kualitas produk dan harga berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap terhadap kepuasan konsumen Cafe Rindu Lokaria dengan nilai F tabel sebesar 116.938 > 3.09.

This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance and work environment simultaneously or partially on the performance of SMPN 1 Kesamanah teachers. survey. With a research sample of 60 teachers as respondents to SMPN 1 Kesamanah based on 60 known population data. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS support application version 25. Simultaneously work-life balance and work environment have a significant effect on teacher performance. Partially, the work-life balance variable has a significant effect on teacher performance, as well as the work environment variable, which partially has a significant effect on teacher performance.

The study aims to analyze the accountability of decision funds, the commitment of the organization and the clarity of budget targets towards managerial performance at the Aceh Financial Management Agency both simultaneously and partially.The sample of this research is a staff member of the Aceh Financial Management Agency with a total of 29 staff members using census techniques. To test each item on each variable, a validity and reliability test of the instrument has been carried out. The results of the analysis show that simultaneously there is an influence on the accountability of otsus funds, organizational commitment and clarity of budget targets on managerial performance. The result of the F test is obtained a number Fcalculus > Ftable or (22,814>2,73) and the test signifies that the p value of 0,000<p is set to 0.05 which means significant. Partially variable decision fund accountability, organizational commitment and budget objective clarity influence managerial performance. The determination coefficient value of 73.2% indicates that the ability of the independent variable (the accountability of the otsus fund, the organic commitment and the clarity of budget targets) in explaining dependent variables (management performance) and the rest are other variables not described in this study.

The purpose of this research is to determine and explain the partial and simultaneous effects of workload and work environment on employee performance at PT. Karunia Ultima Kemasan. This study employs a quantitative approach and includes the entire population of employees at PT Karunia Ultima Kemasan in Jatikalen Nganjuk. A saturated sample was used, comprising 76 employees of PT Karunia Ultima Kemasan in Jatikalen Nganjuk, selected through the distribution of questionnaires directly to the respondents. The data analysis was conducted using multiple regression analysis. The results of the research indicate that workload and work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

This research is motivated by an agency operating in the hospitality sector, because in agencies human resources are very important in achieving success. The purpose of this research is to explain the influence of teamwork, work discipline, and work ethics on employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method using questionnaires as data. This research uses a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this research was all PKWT employees, 47 employees of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri. In this research, the results showed that teamwork partially had no significant effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees, work discipline partially had a significant effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees, and work ethics partially had an effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees. Meanwhile, simultaneously these three variables have a significant effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees.

Background: Thyroid tumors are abnormal growths of the thyroid gland, which can be benign or malignant tumors such as papillary, follicular, medullary or anaplastic types (Aldino, 2018). CT scan of the neck according to (Lee at al, 2016) The contrast media used consists of 80 ml of non-ionic contrast media followed by 20 ml of saline given through the antecubital vein using a power injector and a 20 gauge intravenous catheter at a speed of 2.5- 3.0 ml/sec. According to (Yang et al., 2016) 80-100 ml of 300 mg/L omnipaque contrast media is injected through the cubital vein at a rate of 2.7-3.0 mL/s. And according to (Deng et al., 2019), 80 ml of iopromide (300 mgl/mL) contrast media is injected intravenously at a rate of 3 ml/sec. The aim of this research is to determine the procedure for a CT scan of the neck with contrast in cases of thyroid tumors in the radiology installation at the NTB Provincial Regional Hospital. Method: The type of research carried out is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data were collected by observation, interviews with one radiologist and three radiographers and documentation. Data collection was carried out from June to July 2023. Data analysis was carried out using an interactive model system. Results: This study shows that the contrast media used in CT scans of the neck uses 50 ml contrast media on the grounds that 50 ml contrast media can confirm the diagnosis because in the case of tumors in the thyroid you only want to see whether there is enhancement of the tumor. And the contrast media injection is carried out manually by a radiology nurse on the grounds that it is sufficient to confirm the diagnosis if it is carried out with proper control so that the examination is simpler and the processing time is faster. Conclusion: There is a difference in the CT scan of the neck between theory and the NTB provincial hospital where in theory Lee et al (2016) explains that 80 ml of contrast media is used and an injector is used at a speed of 2.5-3.0 ml/s while the provincial hospital NTB uses 50 ml contrast media and is injected manually by a radiology nurse on the grounds that this can confirm the diagnosis.

The elderly is a vulnerable group that has a very high dependency rate. The elderly  has various health problems such as degenerative diseases and decreased productivity so that it can cause a decrease in independence in carrying out daily activities (Activities Daily Living).This research strategy combines a cross-sectional approach with correlational analysis. Simple random sampling is the method used for sampling. employing the logistic regression test. examined respondents' perceptions of senior citizens' independence, using a sample size of 45 respondents.The results of this study found that there was a relationship between all factors that could be done both from family support, cognitive function, and anxiety with a p value of 0.05 while the dominant factor related to the independence of the elderly was the anxiety factor with a p value of 0.005 a 0.05 and OR value =248792879.8 Can guarantee that family support, cognitive function, and can increase the independence of the elderly, but the most dominant factor for independence is the anxiety factor.To ensure that body parts can move and there is no immobility disorder, it is expected of the aged to continue with everyday activities. They are also expected to maintain their health by visiting an integrated health center, a public health center, or other healthcare facilities.    

Eating and drinking are the most basic needs of all living creatures, including humans. because eating and drinking is one of the primary needs or basic needs that must be met every day and is a top priority that must be fulfilled by every human being. Therefore, many entrepreneurs have established restaurants, one of which is the Nurul Qomar Islamic Boarding School which has established a seafood culinary restaurant called Pondok NQ Seafood Restaurant. The aim of this research is to find out how the selling price and food quality influence customer satisfaction at the Pondok Seafood NQ (Nurul Qomar) Restaurant, Palembang City. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were consumers of Pondok NQ Seafood restaurants, which according to data numbered 11,000. Sampling was taken using the Slovin technique as many as 100 respondents. This research uses primary data and secondary data, as well as distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale. Based on the research results, the selling price influences customer satisfaction. Food quality influences customer satisfaction. And the selling price and food quality simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Pondok NQ Seafood restaurant in the city of Palembang.

This research aims to examine compensation, work disclipine, its influence on work productivity, and to examine the influence of compensation, work disclipine, simultaneously on work productivity. The population in this study were employees at CV. Jaya Wangi Mojokerto. The sampling technique used the saturated sampling method and a sample of 150 employees was obtained. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics and inferental statistics using IBM SPSS as a testing tool. The research results show that compensation does not have a positive effect on work productivity, work discipline has a positive effect on work productivity. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product diversity and service quality on consumer buying interest of Singaparna Area Clothing Store , Tasikmalaya Regency. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach to 100 respondents who are consumers of Singaparna Area Clothing Stores. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this test prove that product diversity and service quality have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on consumer buying interest in Singaparna Tasikmalaya Area Clothing Stores.

This study was conducted to examine the effect of price, product quality, word of mouth (WOM) or consumer testimonials on purchasing decisions. The population in this study was the general public of Brebes Regency using Slovin formula obtained a total sample of 75 respondents. In this study, the technique used in data collection is the Probability sampling technique with sampling using simple random sampling techniques. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The analysis methods used are descriptive statistics, validity tests, reality tests, classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicolonicity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and hypothesis tests consisting of T tests, F tests, voefficient of determination tests (R2), and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of partial research, it can be concluded that: 1). Price has a positive and significant effect with the value of t calculated > t table, which is 2.067 > 0.227 and the value of sig. < 0.05 which is 0.042 < 0.05. 2). Product Quality has a positive and significant effect with the t-value of the table t-count > of the table, which is 4.354 > 0.227 and the sig value. < 0.05 which is 0.00 < 0.05. 3). Word of Mouth (WOM) has a positive and significant effect with the t-value of the table t-count > which is 2.238 > 0.227 and the value of sig. 0.028 < 0.05. The results of the study simultaneously with the F test stated that the variables price, product causality, and word of mouth (WOM) had a positive and significant effect with the value of f calculated > f table which is 7.158 > 2.50 and the value of sig. < 0.05 which is 0.00.    

The purpose Of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance at Secretariat DPRD Jombang. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 50 employees and the sample amounted to 50 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. Data was collected by the questionnaire method, which was then analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results showed that partially compensation variable did not exist, influence on employee performance, while the work environment variable influences employee performance. Simultaneously, compensation and work environment variable have a positive effect on employee performance at Secretariat  DPRD Jombang. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained 0,434 or 43,4% which means that the contribution of compensation and work environment variable to employee performance is 43,4%, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside this regression model.

This Community Service Partner (PKM) is a small micro business of Brick. Knowledge about inventory management in the Brick business is still a fundamental weakness in meeting market demand, so that the price of Brick is relatively determined by the market. The purpose of this service is to motivate Brick business owners to have the knowledge and skills to be able to carry out proper inventory management as a support in developing their business. The method of implementation uses a combination of lecture and practice. Participants consist of Brick business owners in Bajeng District, Gowa Regency. The technique of implementing the activity consists of three stages starting from the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the activity evaluation stage. The results of the training show that Brick business owners have difficulty managing the inventory of their business due to limited business capital. The finances used in business are still combined with finance for household needs. After the simulation is carried out, the participants can understand inventory management in the business. Furthermore, Brick business owners can know inventory management properly. Knowledge about inventory management is emphasized on Brick business owners because the productive life of Brick is only 5 months in one year, so inventory can be a strategy to increase operating profits. The limitation in this training is that the implementation method has not used mentoring techniques, so that knowledge about inventory management can be implemented in business activities.    

The aim of the research was to determine cosumer respons and and the effect of service quality and brand image on customer satisfaction at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Cibadak Branch simultaneously and individually. The method used in this research is the survey method. The type of research is descriptive and verification. The sample size used in this study was 100 consumers. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and simultaneous and partial hypothesis testing. The results showed that simultaneously and individually service quality and brand image have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani branch Cibadak.

The development of the potential of MSMEs in Indonesia cannot be separated from banking support in distributing financing to MSME players. The role of BPR in developing community businesses, especially MSMEs, is to participate in providing financing to the community to develop their businesses. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of providing micro credit on the development of MSME customers of BPR TLM Kas Naikoten and to determine the difference in customer income before and after receiving credit. The research methodology used is a quantitative approach. The sample used was BPR TLM Kas Naikoten Micro Credit Customers from 2021 to 2022, totaling 79 respondents. The data analysis used in this research is simple linear regression analysis and comparison tests, with the help of SPSS version 24. The results of the research conducted show that the provision of microcredit has a significant effect on the development of MSME customers of PT. BPR TLM Cash Naikoten. The development of the Customer's business occurs in increasing business capital, increasing sales turnover, increasing income, expanding the business and increasing the workforce. And there is a significant difference in the income level of PT customers. BPR TLM Kas Naikoten before and after receiving microcredit. The average income of customers after receiving BPR TLM Kas Naikoten micro credit has increased, where the average income before receiving micro credit is IDR 2,912,063.29 and after receiving micro credit is IDR 3,589,506.33.    

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially the effect of promotional costs and production costs on AL-Galla Industries Sales Volume for the period January 2019- Desember 2021 Tasikmalaya. The research method used in this research is quantitative analysis method with a case study approach. Data collected in the form of secondary and primary data. The data analysis in this study used Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS version 25 software. The results showed that Promotion Costs and Production Costs had a simultaneous influence on AL-Galla Industries Sales Volume. Promotion costs have a partial effect on AL-Galla Industries. This purpose of this study to determine the influence of raw material inventory and machine capacity on production volume (Case study on UMKM Raflesia Bordir Mukena at Tasikmalaya). The method used is a quantitative method with a research sample data on raw material inventory, machine capacity and production volume for the period 2019 – 2021. The data is used primary data and secondary data. The analitytical tool in this research is multiple regression using by SPSS version 25. The result showed that simultaneously raw material inventory and machine capacity has a significant influence on production volume. Partially raw material inventory has unsignificant on production volume. Machine capacity has significant on production volume.  

This study uses the Altman z-score method to examine the effects of company size, profitability, and leverage as control variables on company performance in the primary consumer goods sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2017 and 2021. There are 52 companies in total in this population. Purposive sampling was the sampling approach employed in order to collect data from 260 observations. Secondary data are used in this research's quantitative methodology. Panel data regression analysis using Eviews 12 is the technique employed. The study's findings indicate that corporate performance is simultaneously influenced by tunnelling activity, audit opinion, and board size, with firm size, profitability, and leverage as control factors. Partially, audit findings and tunnelling activities have no impact on a company's performance. The size of the board of commissioners, nevertheless, has a detrimental impact on the operation of the business.  

This research aims to find out whether workload influences the performance of Rafly Cake MSME business actors in Mambi District, Mamasa Regency. .The Influence of aimed to (1) determine the descripition of performance, organization culture, and employee engagement; (2) analyse the influence of organization culture and employee engagement on employee performance both partially and simultaneously.The population in this study were 50 employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 East Flores. Due to the limited population, this research was conducted through census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analysed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods, which was multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was carried out through the F test t test.The results of descriptive analysis showed that the variabels of employee performance, organizational culture and employee engagement were categorized as good. The statistical results of the t test indicated that partially ,organizational culture variabels have a significant effect on employee performance, while simultaneously employee engagement has an insiginificant effect on employee performent variabels. The results of the F test statistics indicated that simultanesously the variabels of organizational culture and employee engagement have a significant effect on employee performance.The results of the determination alalysis showed that the two independent variabels in this study were able to explain the variation in the fluctuation of employee performance of PT PLN (Peresro) UP3 Eastern Flores Maumare Sikka Regency by 75%
