HIMS as a series of activities that cover all hospital health services at all administrative levels that can provide information to managers for the management process. In carrying out the hospital management information system process, the HOT FIT method is needed. The HOT FIT method is a complete solution that is most suitable for current difficulties or limitations. The purpose of this literature review is to find out how to analyze the application of a hospital management information system using the HOT FIT method. The literature used in this study is to determine the articles that match the inclusion criteria. The data base used is Google Scholar. The year of publication of literature sources taken is the last 5 years between 2018 and 2023, literature sources use English or Indonesian. The results of 5 articles obtained that the analysis of the application of hospital management information systems using the HOT FIT method is by implementing Human (System use, user satisfaction), Organization (Structure, environment), Technology (system quality, information quality, service quality). It can be concluded that the quality of a management information can be assessed from the level of accuracy and level of relevance of the information data. With the HOT FIT method, information can be more relevant and accurate and this information has benefits for its users. It is also Vnecessary for the hospital to improve the quality of the information management system by paying attention to the stages and models used.

Graha Trans experienced a positive impact from the booming e-commerce business. Quality assurance is needed to measure the success of a logistics transportation company and become a reference for improvement. The research method used is a literature study by collecting various related references related to the development of the quality of Graha Trans's logistics transportation. The results of the research are that Graha Trans carries out quality assurance by providing periodic checks on vehicles, providing training for employees to carry out standard operating procedures and creating services that make it easier for customers to track goods.

This study aims to reveal the anomaly of female domination: the moral message in Djarum 76 advertisement version of the genie is afraid of the wife, by representing something that is not visible on the surface. This article is a qualitative descriptive research type with Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis based on Stuart Hall's representation theory. Primary data through observation of text and audio-visual images from advertisements, and secondary data from relevant literature, then analyzed based on the concept of The Codes of Television. The results of the study show: in the Djarum 76 advertisement, the version of the genie is afraid of his wife, builds the image that men are afraid of their wives, which can be seen from the activities, sounds, expressions, camera techniques, and existing ideology. This anomaly is a reality that occurs a lot in the reality of society where a household is dominated by the wife. The research implication, narrative experience brings the consumer's mood to the narrative which is carried as a moral message. More specific research is needed to reveal the atmosphere of the relationship built on the research focus.  

Quality of service caused by human resources, facilities, and referrals that are not optimal. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction at the Puskesmas. This type of research is quantitative research with associative methods. The population in this study were all visitors who came to the Puskesmas. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. The mnumber of samples used in this study were 100 respondents. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique was carried out using multiple regression analysis using SPSS. The results of the study show that the tangible dimension has a significant influence on patient satisfaction, the reliable dimension has a significant effect on patient satisfaction, the responsiveness dimension has a significant influence on patient satisfaction, the assurance dimension has a significant influence on patient satisfaction, the empathy dimension has a significant influence on patient satisfaction. The most dominant dimension of influence is tangible, while the lowest is responsiveness. Tangible, reliable, responsiveness, assurance and empathy dimensions simultaneously have a significant influence on patient satisfaction. The results of the study are expected that the management of the Banja Loweh Community Health Center, Fifty Cities District, will further improve service quality, especially on the lowest responsiveness dimension.

Strategic management has a very important role and needs to be implemented in improving the accreditation status of the hospital. The strategy that has been made must be implemented properly in order to ensure development and sustainability. This strategy must be applicable to all hospital parties in order to improve service quality and accreditation status. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out and review from a theoretical point of view various literatures. The method used is a theoretical study by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical study are the function of strategic management in improving accreditation status by carrying out procedures so that it can assist hospitals in making better plans with a more logical, rational and systematic approach for each option that will be found by forming a plan. It can be concluded that in improving the quality of health, strategic management is also needed to improve services. With accreditation strategic management, the hospital becomes the object of focus or a process of assessing and determining the eligibility of the hospital according to service standards set by an independent accreditation agency. So that it can improve the image and trust of patients in choosing health care facilities. For hospitals strategic management is very important and needs to be done optimally to support the improvement of accreditation status. So agencies improve infrastructure facilities, adequate human resources and supporting facilities.

Globalization is one of the changes in the pattern of life in a group of individuals or a society that has headed towards modernization. This era of globalization will certainly result in people who tend to choose new cultures that are fresher and simpler, causing local culture to begin to erode and be forgotten and even a shift in values from the local culture. This is one of the factors that causes local culture to be abandoned and also forgotten nowadays. The absence or reduction of the younger generation who are successors and inheritors of local culture and wisdom has made interest in learning and getting to know one's own culture begin to fade. Today's young generation has neither the effort nor the interest to preserve local culture or local culture which is Indonesia's wealth in this era of globalization. The research method used is a qualitative method with literature study techniques in data collection. Based on the narrative from Malinowski, cultures that are in a higher caste and are active will have a great influence on cultures that are lower and tend to be passive. And this influence can occur in cultural contact. This theory is clearly visible in the current era of globalization. This can be seen from the shift in Indonesian cultural values which have begun to lean towards the west with the rapid flow of incoming information. This is of course a force that can influence people's thinking. In order to overcome this, it certainly requires awareness of the importance of local culture as identity and also national identity. It is the obligation of every society to preserve and also maintain culture with the help of the younger generation as heirs to that culture.

In the context of the modern church, the leadership role of Christian women has become an increasingly important and complex issue. Despite increasing awareness of the importance of gender equality, there are still challenges and obstacles that hinder the advancement of Christian women in ecclesiastical leadership roles. This article aims to explore the influences and challenges faced by Christian women in ecclesiastical leadership and find solutions to promote their role in the modern church. Therefore, in this study the authors used a qualitative approach by applying a literature review and reflective analysis. A literature review was conducted to gather relevant literature on Christian women's leadership in the modern church, including scholarly articles, books, ecclesiastical journals, and theological sources. Reflective analysis was then carried out to deeply understand the influence that Christian women have on ecclesiastical leadership as well as to identify the challenges they face in the context of the modern church. Based on the literature review and reflective analysis conducted, this article reveals that Christian women have a significant influence in ecclesiastical leadership, including in ecclesiastical decision-making, public service, teaching, and spiritual guidance. However, they also face challenges such as restricted traditional roles, different interpretations of the Bible, gender stereotypes, lack of necessary support and training, and cultural conservatism. Therefore, this article concludes the need to recognize and promote the role of Christian women in ecclesiastical leadership by creating an inclusive environment, providing adequate training, overcoming cultural barriers, and promoting gender equality in the modern church.

This study aims to describe (1) the value of character education in Tere Liye's Novel Si Anak Savana (2) the implications for learning literature in high school.This study uses qualitative methods and types of library research. Qualitative research was used to describe the value of character education in Tere Liye's Novel Si Anak Savana and to describe its implications for teaching literature in high school. The results of the study were 14 values of character education and 28 quotes of character education values in Tere Liye's novel Si Anak Savana by Tere Liye. The 14 values of character education are: (1) Religious (form: obedient to worship, always pray, be grateful, believe, put your trust in and pray). (2) Honest (form: not lying) (3) Discipline (form: not delaying work). (4) Hard Work (its form: always trying and never giving up), (5) Independent (its form: not depending on other people) (6) Creative (its form: always having ideas and ideas) (7) Democratic (its form: expressing opinions ) (8) Curiosity (its form: curiosity), (9) Friendly (its form: always doing work together), (10) Peace-loving (its form: not wanting to fight), (11) Caring for the environment (its form : environmental cleanliness and natural preservation), (12) Social care (its form: helping others and social service). (13) Likes to read (form: likes to read) (14) Responsibility (form: obligation that must be carried out. The most dominant character education value in Tere Liye's novel Si Anak Savana by Tere Liye is the value of social care character education, and curiosity From the results of the analysis of the 28 values of character education in Tere Liye's novel Si Anak Savana, it can be implicated in teaching literature in class XI high school, according to KD 3.20 analyzing the messages from the two fiction books (novels and poetry) that have been read. , students can learn the value of character education.Students can also find the value of character education in novel.

This research aims to analyze design thinking integrated with technological pedagogical content knowledge (TPACK) in ducation. This research is a type of systematic literature review (SLR) research with the PRISMA method. The data sources in the study came from 10 national and international journals published between 2018- 2023 and indexed by SINTA, Scopus, and WOS. The search for data sources comes from Google Scholar, MPDI, ScienceDirect, Wiley, and Eric. The analysis shows that 1) TPACK-integrated design thinking has a positive impact on the learning process, and 2) design thinking integrated with TPACK in education has a variety of forms both in theory and practice. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the concept of design thinking integrated with TPACK is very necessary to be developed in the education system in Indonesia. Design thinking integrated with TPACK is able to encourage students' critical thinking skills and creativity in learning.

The article titled "The Influence of Islamic Business Ethics in Enhancing UMKM" by Manna et al. elaborates on how Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) are one of the solutions to address economic challenges in society. However, UMKM entrepreneurs often encounter various challenges in running their businesses, which has led to the emergence of the Islamic economic system as a solution to these problems. In applying Islamic business ethics, there are several rules that must be followed. This research uses a qualitative research method and a literature review approach by searching for several relevant journals and articles about the application of Islamic business ethics in enhancing UMKM. The results of this study indicate that the application of Islamic business ethics needs to be implemented to increase awareness in business practices. The application of Islamic business ethics also has a positive impact on enhancing UMKM.

This study aims to find out what challenges parents face in online learning and to what extent parents are ready for online learning to take place. The research method used is a systematic literature review (SLR). The results of the study show that the challenges faced by parents in online learning include time constraints, learning atmosphere, digital literacy, facilities and infrastructure, gender, children's social development, children's health, and parents' social status. The results of the study also show that parents are not ready for online learning to be implemented. Future research needs to look at parents' views on children's cognitive development in online learning and develop appropriate learning platforms so that teacher-student-parent communication can be well established in online learning

Through this article, we examine the factors that cause the success of how to educate children in Islam focusing on the morals, manners and knowledge of children in the realm of the family. The type of analysis used in this study is literature search, or in other words called literature search. It is a problem-solving activity based on a critical and in-depth analysis of important library materials. Most of this research is done in newspapers and news stories, looking for different sources of information relating to the issue under investigation. This research method uses qualitative descriptive methods. The data displayed is categorized, displayed, and analyzed using a system of elaboration of the source's answers, This analysis involves contextualizing and interpreting the data that has been collected. The data are presented in this article in a narrative and descriptive format. The conclusion of this study on child rearing in the Islamic worldview is that raising children in the Islamic worldview is the duty of every parent. Children are a gift of Allah SWT to all parents and raising children in an Islamic perspective is an irreplaceable obligation of every parent. There are different ways of raising children in Islam, for example. How to teach the basics of Islam, give nicknames to children with good intentions, give affection every day and teach children to pray since childhood. Environmental factors, parental character and social environment can affect a child's education in Islam. IT infrastructure is a long-term asset which is often referred to as an asset that creates value for an organization. This article thoroughly examines the theory of information technology infrastructure management, by writing this article using the literature research method, it is expected that we can better understand and apply it properly related to information technology infrastructure management.    

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of research methodology learning with students' understanding in thesis writing. Research methodology plays an important role in equipping students with the knowledge and skills necessary to design, conduct and analyze research effectively. However, challenges in understanding the concepts of research methodology can affect students' ability to write quality thesis. Therefore, this study identified the challenges faced by students in learning research methodology and presented solutions that could be applied to increase learning effectiveness. The research method used was literature study and descriptive analysis. Data was collected through a literature review which included research articles, textbooks and other related sources of information. Data analysis was carried out by identifying common challenges in learning research methodology and recommendations that can be implemented to overcome these challenges. The results of the study indicate that a good understanding of research methodology has a positive impact on student thesis writing. Students who have a good understanding of research methodology tend to plan their research well, collect valid data, carry out appropriate data analysis, use relevant reference sources, and construct strong arguments in their thesis. However, there are challenges such as material complexity, limited resources, lack of practical experience, time constraints, and low motivation that need to be overcome. Recommendations to improve research methodology learning include developing a good curriculum, training lecturers, providing adequate resources and facilities, use of technology in learning, intensive individual guidance, and further research on the effectiveness of research methodology learning. By implementing these recommendations, students are expected to gain a better understanding of research methodology and apply it well in their thesis writing. This increased understanding will have an impact on the quality of thesis writing, a more significant contribution in the field of study, and better preparation for future academic or professional careers.

Purpose: To understand the meaning of e-commerce, its development, and the Islamic law perspective on it. Method: The method used is literature study from relevant journals, books, and fatwas. Results and Conclusion: E-commerce is a buying and selling transaction process carried out through the internet. E-commerce has several advantages compared to traditional commerce, such as the buying and selling process can be done anywhere and anytime. E-commerce in Indonesia has developed since 1999 until now, and it has always been accompanied by improvements. The largest e-commerce service providers in Indonesia are Lazada, Tokopedia, Shopee, Elevania, Bukalapak, Blibli, and Matahari Mal.com. E-commerce has been declared legitimate by MUI, NU, and ulama.

The general research objective is to obtain an overview of the value of struggle in a film and to find out its implications for drama learning for Grade VIII students of junior high school. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis approach, in which the researcher records carefully and carefully the data in the form of words, sentences, pictures, and videos..Researchers found 40 values ​​of struggle in the film Memorization of Shalat Delisa and have described their implications for drama learning for class VIII students.  The value of the struggle that was found the most was the value of the struggle for patience consisting of 19 data and the value of the struggle for the unyielding spirit consisting of 11 data, while the least was the value of the struggle for cooperation consisting of 5 data and the value of the struggle for mutual help consisting of 5 data. This study aims to determine the concept of haul in the perspective of four schools of thought. This research is a type of qualitative research with library research methods. This study aims to determine and describe the Implementation of Cultural Arts (Music) Learning Singing Material Based on the Independent Curriculum Class VII B SMP Unp Laboratory Development. This type of research is qualitative, with a descriptive approach. Research instruments are researchers themselves and are assisted by supporting instruments such as stationery, cameras and mobile phones. Data collection techniques are carried out through literature study, observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are collecting data, classifying data, clarifying data, analyzing data, describing data and inferring data. The results showed that learning planning has not been fully guided by the teaching modules in the independent curriculum, the impact of these conditions, the learning outcomes of students are still not optimal. Then, at the stage of implementing learning, it has not been carried out optimally because when carrying out learning the teacher is not fully guided by the teaching modules made. Assessments, methods and learning strategies used by teachers have not been implemented in accordance with the stage of cultural arts learning outcomes based on the independent curriculum. Teachers who are too fixated on the material and lack of teacher intervention in the learning process of students Furthermore, at the evaluation stage, a full summative assessment has not been carried out, such as teachers do not do.

This study aims to find out and describe how the implementation of learning traditional Minangkabau music material at UNP Laboratory Development High School. This type of research is qualitative research using descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through literature studies, interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are collecting data, classifying data, analyzing data, describing data and inferring data. The results showed that the lack of appropriate strategies and learning methods used by teachers. The strategy used by teachers in the learning process is an expository strategy, in the implementation of this expository strategy teachers use textbooks, references and other auxiliary media, but this strategy is not effectively used in learning because not all students are comfortable for learning that is only spoken. The method used in this learning is the lecture method, where learning is delivered by telling stories so as to make students feel bored and sleepy during learning, and it seems that the teacher has not been able to vary the method that is suitable for the implementation of traditional Minangkabau music learning which in fact in the delivery of learning can use several methods for the smooth achievement of the desired learning objectives.

The illustrated story book The Legend of Harau Valley is a book designed by bringing folklore from Harau. This comic book was created to preserve local folklore and become a medium for introducing folklore to the younger generation. Currently, the younger generation's interest in culture is decreasing, so many people don't know the story about this legend. With this design, it is hoped that the Legend of Harau Valley will be increasingly recognized by the wider community so that it becomes a regional identity and its sustainability is maintained. The illustrations in this design use a semi-realist and full color illustration style to make it more easily accepted and liked by the younger generation. The method used in designing this picture book is the glass box method based on data obtained through observation, interviews, literature studies and documentation of the folklore The Legend of Harau Valley. In the problem solving process, 5W+1H analysis is used. This design resulted in a main media in the form of a picture story book entitled "The Legend of the Creation of the Harau Valley". Supporting media options used are bookmarks, e-books, x-banners, hand fans, mini notebooks, posters and tote bags.
