A level road intersection is a meeting place for vehicle flows from various directions both towards the intersection and leaving the intersection, so that at the intersection there is the potential for vehicle conflicts to occur which are at the same time at the same point. This causes the vehicle to reduce speed. Reducing vehicle speed at intersections results in the potential for queues and delays. Evaluation of the performance of the intersection needs to be done to find out the current performance of the intersection, so that anticipatory steps can be taken so that the performance of the intersection can be maintained and maintained in good condition. In this study, an analysis of intersection performance will be carried out using the Vissim software. In this study, an assessment of the unsignalized intersection of Pasar Butun, Balikpapan City was carried out. The data needed for input into the model include traffic flow data at rush hour or peak density hours, intersection geometry data. The output or results generated by the model are intersection performance information in the form of queue length and delay time parameters  Degree of Saturation (DS) for the existing condition is 1.70 and for the next 5 years it is 2.20. Spinal anesthesia is a widely used anesthetic technique, particularly in surgeries involving the lower body, due to its effectiveness and safety profile. A critical component of post-spinal anesthesia recovery is the assessment of patient mobility, which can be quantitatively measured using the Bromage Score. The Bromage Score evaluates the degree of motor block, which is essential for determining when a patient can safely begin mobilizing after anesthesia. The education and implementation of the Bromage Score in hospitals are designed to enhance healthcare professionals' understanding of its significance, ensuring a more objective and systematic approach to patient recovery monitoring. This educational program involves a structured training session for healthcare workers, distribution of educational materials such as brochures and manuals, and evaluations both before and after the intervention to assess changes in knowledge and application. The results of the program indicate a significant increase in healthcare professionals’ understanding of how to apply the Bromage Score and improved quality in the monitoring of patient mobility after spinal anesthesia. The consistent and accurate implementation of the Bromage Score is crucial as it helps medical personnel determine an appropriate and safe time for patient mobilization, thus reducing the risk of complications such as falls, orthostatic hypotension, or delayed recovery. As a result, the program is recommended as a standard practice in healthcare settings to improve post-spinal anesthesia recovery outcomes and patient safety.

Packaging is one part of the product as a whole. Packaging must be able to attract the attention of consumers. Getting the attention of consumers is very important, because if a product does not get the attention of consumers (consumer attention), then consumers will not have a picture of the product (Hine, 1995). Packaging can give an initial picture of a product, both in terms of quality and value offered. “Jenang Kudus” is a type of traditional food originating from the city of Kudus. At first it was produced in a home industry since about a century ago. Initiated by mothers as a supporter of family income, and marketed directly to local consumers in traditional markets. Because the development of this business in the future is considered quite prospective for the Kudus community, the Kudus Regency Government makes the Jenang Kudus product as the mainstay product of the Kudus Regency. Based on some of the explanations above, there are several weaknesses in the packaging design of CV jenang products. Sinar Aisyah Kudus which can cause delays in the marketing process of its products due to unattractive packaging designs. This causes a desire to increase the competitiveness of jenang sales with other companies through attractive and varied packaging designs. Due to some of these things, raises the desire of CV. Hj Siti Aisyah to redesign the product packaging according to the type of jenang product, type of taste, quantity of contents, without leaving the characteristics of the previous design.

Monitoring realizes efforts to improve the quality of health services. To obtain information on patient condition data during treatment. The monitoring process is done manually. So that it has an impact on the service and condition of the patient during treatment. The design of monitoring the patient's body temperature and heart during treatment with IoT can be controlled through the NodeMCU sensor ESP8266, MLX9014, MAX30100 sensor and Arduino IDE software program. Furthermore, it can detect the patient's temperature and the patient's heart rate during treatment. And processed by the NodeMCU ESP8266, the data from the two sensors is displayed on the SSD1306 OLED LCD and also to the smartphone of the medical officer on duty via Blynk. In order for the tool to work properly and optimally, it is necessary to adjust the pin placement so that it can work optimally. The problem of internet connection interference causes delays, resulting in a mismatch between the measurement of the test equipment and the standard tool. Data values are taken with an accuracy of 70%-93% for the MAX30100 sensor, for the temperature sensor it is close to optimal with a value that is read on a standard tool with an accuracy of 97%-99%.
