A suitable and targeted marketing plan is required because of the intense competition in the retail drinking water sector. Customer segmentation using RFM (Recency, Frequency, and Monetary) analysis is one of the techniques employed. Additionally, K-Means clustering, a clustering technique based on machine learning, is employed. This study's goal is to present the findings in the form of graphs that can be used to examine consumer trends according to their attributes. With a value of 10286, the Calinski Harabaz index is a suitable metric to move on to the segmentation step in this study, which also tests three metrics using the clustering method. An ideal cluster is created for every cluster evaluation by dividing the Calinski Harabaz index into three more manageable clusters. This contrasts with other evaluation metrics that only yield two clusters. For instance, when XYZ drinking water sales transaction data was distributed, it was discovered that, out of the total drinking water sales, woodsale had 422 customers, diamond had 1061 customers, and star diamond had 2005 customers. The management of the XYZ drinking water company and other marketing fields are expected to encounter more intense competition as a result of the study's findings.

Hospitals are high-risk work environments that expose workers to biological, chemical, physical, and psychosocial hazards.  Despite strict regulations on Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), the implementation of regular Medical Check-Ups (MCU) for hospital workers is often considered merely an administrative formality rather than a legal protection instrument. This study aims to analyze the legal urgency of implementing MCU for hospital workers and examine the evidentiary strength of MCU results as a preventive measure against work-related disease claims. This normative juridical research employs statutory and conceptual approaches, analyzing Law No. 17/2023 on Health, Law No. 13/2003 on Manpower, and Ministry of Health regulations on Hospital OSH. Although MCU obligations are legally mandated, their implementation in hospitals remains administrative in nature and suboptimal as legal evidence for establishing causation in occupational disease litigation. MCU documentation serves as critical baseline evidence to prove or refute work-relatedness of health condition. Hospital compliance with MCU standards constitutes not merely a health compliance requirement, but a preventive legal risk management strategy to avoid compensation claims and ensure workers' constitutional rights to a safe work environment. Strengthening internal MCU protocols is essential for minimizing future litigation risks.

Tuberculosis (TB) remains a major global health problem with high morbidity and mortality rates, particularly in high-burden countries such as Indonesia. Nutritional status is one of the important factors influencing the incidence and outcomes of TB. This literature review aims to analyze the relationship between nutritional status and pulmonary tuberculosis based on recent national and international studies. Articles were retrieved from Google Scholar, PubMed, and Portal Garuda using the keywords “nutritional status” and “tuberculosis” as well as “status gizi tuberculosis” within the period of 2019–2024. Eligible articles were analyzed descriptively. The findings indicate that poor nutritional status is significantly associated with an increased risk of pulmonary tuberculosis. Malnutrition impairs cellular immunity, particularly T-lymphocyte and macrophage function, thereby increasing susceptibility to Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection. Conversely, active TB infection can worsen nutritional status through increased energy expenditure, decreased appetite, and metabolic alterations. This bidirectional relationship highlights the crucial role of nutritional interventions in TB prevention and management. Therefore, improving nutritional status should be considered an integral component of tuberculosis control strategies.
