Restorative justice or better known as restorative justice in the development of schools of law and punishment in human civilization, where the state returns the ius ponale and ius poniendi mandates to the community within the framework of healing, recovery and recovery. Restorative justice is a concept of thinking that responds to the development of the criminal justice system by focusing on the need to involve actors, communities and victims as a social recovery step in social relations. The principle of restorative justice is one of the principles of law enforcement in resolving cases which can be used as an instrument of recovery and has been implemented by the supreme court in the form of policy implementation (Supreme Court Regulations and Supreme Court Circulars). Restorative justice is considered a model of modern punishment that is more humane than the retributive justice used in the current justice system. One of the applications of this is the termination of the prosecution process by the prosecutor.

Humans are basically spiritual beings. Because, a person can mentally react to something. Humans have always tried to relate to the divine. So the relationship with the god is in the form of worship. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between service quality and Telkomsel customer satisfaction in Palangka Raya City. Data collection was carried out by distributing 100 questionnaires to Telkomsel service users in Palangka Raya City who were selected by random sampling. Respondents were asked to provide value or satisfaction points for Telkomsel's service quality. The procedure used in this study is a simple regression procedure with cross section data type. The data obtained was processed using the Eviews 12 application. The results of the data analysis obtained the regression model Y = 15.706 + 0.8041X. From this study it can be concluded that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

The emergence of literary works is not solely written to provide entertainment to readers, but this is also a means of instilling cultural values ​​in the lives of readers. The presence of cultural values ​​in a literary work aims to provide positive values ​​in people's lives which will become a human guide in behaving. In addition, this cultural value will be a driving factor for a good way of thinking in society. This study aims to analyze cultural values ​​in one of Bernard Batubara's novels because the novel contains many life values, especially cultural values. This research is a type of library research. The data in this study is in the form of a novel entitled "Batu Manikam". The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study can be concluded that the novel "Batu Manikam" contains cultural values, namely the relationship between man and God, between man and himself, and between man and man, and between man and the environment. In this novel, the cultural values ​​that are more commonly found are cultural values ​​related to human relations with humans, including (1) ridiculing, (2) killing, (3) not having sympathy, (4) lying, (5) betrayal, (6) not holding grudges, (7) conveying the truth, and others. In addition, this study also found its implications for learning Indonesian in high school.

This study aims to examine the intricate relationship among brand image, intellectual capital, human capital, public relation strategy, and firm value. The research adopts a qualitative approach utilizing semi-structured interviews with key stakeholders from diverse industries. A purposive sampling technique is employed to select participants with relevant expertise. Data analysis involves thematic analysis to identify patterns, themes, and relationships among the variables. The findings reveal nuanced interconnections between brand image, intellectual and human capital, public relation strategies, and firm value, highlighting the importance of holistic management approaches in enhancing organizational performance and competitiveness.

Introduction;  Nutritional status is the state of the human body as a result of food consumption and the use of nutrients.  Good human nutritional status is influenced by two main things, namely food consumption and the state of health of the body or infection.  Malnutrition can result in failure to grow and develop, decreased endurance, lead to loss of healthy life of toddlers, as well as more serious impacts are the onset of disability, high rates of pain and acceleration of death.  Purpose;  to find out the factors associated with the incidence of malnutrition in toddlers in Sidomulyo Village Pulobandring Subdistrict.  Methods;  This research uses methods that are analytical surveys with a cross sectional approach. Sampling technique using accidental sampling method, with the number of samples as many as 32 toddlers in Sidomulyo Village Pulobandring Subdistrict. The data was analyzed using Univariate and Bivariate using the chi square test.  Results;  Studies using the chisquare  test showed a relationship between knowledge variables and the incidence of undernutrition (p= 0.015 < 0.05 respondents to trimesters II and III), family income with the incidence of undernutrition (p = 0.010 <.05), and jobs with less nutritional events (p = 0.001 < 0.05).  Conclusions;  In this study, there is a relationship between knowledge, family income, and work and the incidence of malnutrition in Sidomulyo Village pulobandring district in 2021. It is expected that health workers further improve health promotion as their role to achieve a goal that is to improve the health of mothers and children.

This research seeks deeper information about religious moderation in terms of acceptance of tradition. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach, and several of these methods were intended to obtain information and a clear picture of the focus of the problem discussing religious moderation within the framework of acceptance of tradition. Because the sales made by MSMEs are still traditional, although there are some who have used the WA group and Facebook, but have never used a website application. The company profile prototype development method is waterfall, namely through several stages starting from planning and data collection, system design with Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), programming in PHPMySQL and XAMPP languages. Community service activities on bullying prevention and handling aim to increase awareness, understanding, and countermeasures against bullying in schools. Service activities are carried out through identification of needs, material development, implementation of counseling, and evaluation. Teachers are given training on bullying handling, effective communication strategies, conflict management, social skills development, and mental strengthening. They are also given an understanding of human rights, tolerance, empathy, and the importance of building healthy relationships in schools. The results of the service activities show an increase in teachers' awareness and understanding of bullying and the development of a safe and inclusive school environment. The collaboration of all relevant parties in dealing with bullying can create positive change, reduce bullying rates, and create a better environment for students in their learning and development process.

Anemia in pregnancy is a national problem because it reflects the value of the socio-economic welfare of the community and has a very large influence on the quality of human resources. where in this situation the patient does not go on a diet against anemia. The purpose of this study was to find out the description of the factors that cause anemia in pregnant women in the Kalodran Community Health Center, Serang City, Banten Province in 2022. Descriptive research and this study used primary data with measuring instruments, namely questionnaires that have been tested with instruments, in data analysis using the Chi Square statistical test with a sample of pregnant women as many as 44 respondents and researchers chose respondents with total sampling technique. The description of economic status is mostly low <UMR as much as 34 (77.3%), the knowledge of pregnant women about anemia is mostly lacking is as many as 31 (<70.5%), the education of pregnant women is mostly medium as much as 33 (75%), Compliance with consumption of Fe tablets was mostly disobedient as much as 34 (77.3%), parity was mostly multipara as many as 33 (75%), most pregnant women were <25 years old as many as 28 (63.6%), husband support was partially 28 (63.6%) did not get husband's support, there was a relationship between socio-economic, knowledge, education, adherence to consuming FE tablets, parity, age, and husband's support with the occurrence of anemia in pregnant women in the Kalodran Health Center area, Serang City, Banten Province. 2022. It is recommended for future researchers that the results of this study will add references to knowledge and insight regarding the incidence of anemia in pregnant women so that students can gain skills in handling cases of anemia in pregnant women. as well as being able to apply the science of research methodology that has been studied in the form of a thesis.

Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) is a collection of symptoms that arise due to an acquired decline in the body's immune system, caused by infection with the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV). Indonesia experienced an increase in 2020, the cumulative number in Indonesia reached 911,877 HIV/AIDS cases. The cumulative number of HIV/AIDS cases in the Riau Islands reported through the SIHA report up to December 2020 was 11,436 cases. In 2021 in Tanjungpinang City, 11,356 blood samples were screened for HIV and 100 samples were found to be HIV positive. Of the 100 people who are HIV positive, 58 people have reached the AIDS stage. The aim of this research has been carried out and it is known that there is a relationship between self-efficacy and medication adherence in HIV/AIDS patients at the Tanjungpinang City Regional Hospital. This research method uses quantitative descriptive with a cross sectional approach. Data were processed using the Chi-square test. The results showed that univariate data for the high self-efficacy variable was 74.5% and low self-efficacy was 25.5%. for the medication adherence variable, the high category was 74.5% and the low category was 25.5%. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between self-efficacy and adherence to taking medication in HIV/AIDS patients at the Tanjungpinang City Regional Hospital. Recommendation: Nurses and health workers can provide more intensive education to HIV/AIDS patients about the importance of self-efficacy in undergoing treatment.

The research method used in this research is using the R&D (Research and Development) method. This method is used to produce a certain product that is analytical and can be tested for effectiveness so that it can be used in the wider community. In designing the system the tools used are Flowcharts, Entity Relationship Diagrams and Context Diagrams, while for data collection using observations, interviews, and literature studies. The database application development tool uses MySQL and the programming language uses Visual Basic 6.0. With this information system transaction data processing can be done computerized so as to reduce errors in reporting.

One aspect of health at the end of the 20th century which was a disaster for humans was the emergence of a disease caused by a virus called HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) which can cause AIDS (Acquired Immuno Deficiency Syndrome). Purpose of Writing : To find out the Effectiveness of Implementing the Android-Based HIV Care Tools Application for Lifestyle Changes in Mothers with HIV/AIDS at the Malingping Health Center in 2023. Research Methods : The type of research used was quantitative research. This research method is experimental with the type of Quasy Experimental (pseudo-experimental) with a one-group pretest-posttest design. This research was conducted at the Malingping Health Center in January-February 2023. The population in this study totaled 35 samples while the sample numbered 30 by means of sampling using purposive sampling. Research results : Output on the Chi Square Tests table, the calculated value of X2 = 38.830 with ap value = 0.000 <0.05 then Ho is rejected. So, it can be concluded that there is an effective relationship between the Implementation of the Android-Based HIV Care Tools Application on Lifestyle Changes in Mothers with HIV/AIDS. Conclusions and Suggestions: There is Application for Lifestyle Changes in Mothers with HIV/AIDS at the Malingping Health Center in 2023. It is hoped that the public will further increase their knowledge of the Care Tools program by actively participating in counseling given by related healthnworkes so that knowledge can be good and HIV transmission can be prevented.

This investigation aims to learn more about love and hatred in Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet. This research is qualitative since the data are in the form of words rather than numbers. In collecting the data, the writer used primary and secondary sources. The primary source is the play, Romeo and Juliet. The secondary sources are books, the internet, and some relevant articles. In analyzing the data, the writer used a mimetic approach. The result shows that human beings are born to love each other. However, in Romeo and Juliet, Shakespeare portrays not only love but also hatred that destroys the lives of human beings who are falling in love with each other. Shakespeare portrays a couple who are not allowed to continue their love relationship because their families are against each other. They are not allowed to meet each other because the families hate each other. Romeo and Juliet is a tragedy written by William Shakespeare early in his career about two young star-crossed lovers whose deaths ultimately reconcile their feuding families.
