This study aims to explore the influence of the social environment on the communication patterns of adolescents in urban areas. A qualitative approach is used to understand how factors such as family, peers, school environment, social media, local culture, socioeconomic status, globalization, and physical environment influence the way adolescents communicate. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, focus group discussions and case studies. The respondents in this study were 100 respondents from teenagers in Bandung city. The results showed that family has a central role in shaping adolescents' communication skills, with supportive parenting increasing openness and communication effectiveness. Peers also have a significant influence, where adolescents adjust their communication style to gain social acceptance. School environments that support open and participatory communication have been shown to improve adolescents' communication skills, while the use of social media and modern technology changes the mode and frequency of communication, although sometimes reducing face-to-face interactions.Local culture and urbanization introduce adolescents to more modern and dynamic communication styles, while socioeconomic status affects access to education and technology, which in turn affects communication skills. Globalization and exposure to foreign cultures broaden adolescents' communication horizons, allowing interaction with various groups. Finally, the urban physical environment, including public facilities and population density, affects adolescents' interaction and communication patterns.  The findings provide implications for policies and interventions aimed at improving adolescents' communication skills through a holistic approach involving family, school, community, and management of social media use.

The support of a cancer patient's family has a significant impact on the experience and treatment outcomes of chemotherapy. Family support encompasses four main dimensions: emotional, esteem, instrumental, and informational. The presence of emotionally supportive family members can reduce stress levels and improve the mental well-being of patients. Cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy often experience feelings of sadness, despair, and a loss of interest in activities. Some even discontinue chemotherapy. This study aims to investigate the relationship between family support and the stress levels of chemotherapy patients in the Anggrek Tewu Room at RSUD dr. Murjani Sampit. This research employs a quantitative research method, a cross-sectional research design, and total sampling technique. The sample consists of 45 individuals. A questionnaire instrument is used, and Spearman Rank statistical test is applied to examine the relationship between family support and the stress levels of chemotherapy patients. The statistical analysis results with Spearman rho show that the ? value is 0.160 where (? = 0.05), so ?>?, thus Ha is rejected, meaning: "There is no relationship between family support and the stress levels of chemotherapy patients in the Anggrek Tewu Room at RSUD dr. Murjani Sampit." The research concludes that the stress levels depend on the characteristics of the chemotherapy patients themselves and how individuals cope with the life problems they face. One of the factors is an individual's beliefs and health values, as well as their ability to determine a treatment program for their own mental readiness to accept changes both physically and socially and the effects of chemotherapy.

A person suffering from Diabetes Mellitus must carry out routine control for the rest of his life to control blood sugar and prevent complications. Family support is important during the treatment period. One form of support is giving motivation to comply with routine controls. This study used a questionnaire in the form of family support. Using the Spearman rank test, the results of the study included good family support of 88.9%  and adherence to routine control of 88.9%. Spearman rank test results with a p-value = 0.000 (p <0.05) with a moderate level of closeness (R = 0.550), which means that there is a significant relationship between family support and compliance with routine control of diabetes mellitus patients at the Kalibagor Health Center. So, it is suggested that respondents adhere to routine control with the help of family support to avoid complications caused by diabetes mellitus. Results of this study found 23.5% respondents did not have complete visit, 12.5% respondents had a low level of knowledge, 56.4% respondents have negative attitude,  and 33.3% respondents did not have husband’s support. Statistical analysis shows correlation between complete visit (p<0.05) with knowledge (p=0.007) and husband’s support (p=0.039) and no correlation with attitude (p=0.052). MP Giving breast milk too early at less than 6 months of age is an indicator that the mother has failed to breastfeed exclusively, which also has an impact on the rate of exclusive breastfeeding which is still low. Providing early MP-ASI is closely related to the decisions made by the mother. Giving MP-ASI too early can have an impact on the baby's health, including other diarrheal diseases. This is because the baby's digestive system is not ready to accept food other than breast milk, causing a reaction in the digestive system (Utami, 2019). Giving people MP-ASI too early is a difficult problem. Even though breast milk is known to have many advantages in terms of nutrition, immunity, economics, practicality and psychology, mothers' awareness of giving breast milk is still very low. The practice of giving MP-ASI too early, namely to babies less than 6 months old, is a serious concern because the digestive organs in the baby's body have not yet fully developed. This is caused by several reasons, including because mothers' knowledge about the importance of breastfeeding is still low, lack of family support for exclusive breastfeeding, and many mothers work outside the home (Yuliarti, 2019). An initial survey was conducted at the BPS Sulastri Clinic, Medan Marelan District, Medan City on mothers who had babies aged 6-12 months. Of the 12 mothers who conducted interviews, there were 7 mothers who gave MP-ASI to babies before the age of 6 months, and 5 mothers said that the baby has been given formula milk since birth because only a little breast milk comes out. From the results of this background, the author is interested in researching "The relationship between the level of maternal knowledge about complementary foods for breast milk and the provision of complementary foods for babies aged 6-12 months at the BPS Sulastri Clinic, Medan Marelan District, Medan City in 2023."

Factors that influence anxiety in pregnant women include lack of family support, financial adequacy, stress from the environment, high frequency of nausea and vomiting (physical health factors of pregnant women), attitudes towards pregnancy and ability to control pregnancy, good adjustment process to pregnancy. physically and psychosocially, as well as information about frightening birth experiences from the environment. (Andriana, 2016) This research aims to determine the influence of the class of pregnant women on anxiety among primigravida mothers in Parmonangan Village, Samosir Regency in 2023. This research uses a quantitative research design using correlational research and a cross-sectional approach, the population and sample size are primigravida mothers with a gestational age of 8-37 weeks in Parmonangan Village, Samosir Regency, namely 40 people using the total sampling method in April-June 2023. Analysis uses the Chi Square test for significance and if the p-value is > 0.05. Based on the results of the Chi Square statistical test research, the p value = 0.001, so p > 0.05, means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a relationship between the class of pregnant women and primigravida anxiety at the Tanjung Pura District Hospital, Langkat Regency based on Spearman's rho calculations with ᾳ = 0.05, a p value of 0.010 is obtained because the p value < ᾳ means that the test results are statistically significant, or reject Ho. described that pregnant women who attended classes for pregnant women had mild levels of anxiety. It is hoped that this will provide information about the implementation of pregnancy classes for primigravida mothers in reducing anxiety about their pregnancy
