This research analyzes the authority of local governments in ensuring aviation safety and security through the regulation of the Airport Operation Safety Zone (Kawasan Keselamatan Operasi Penerbangan/KKOP) and spatial control around airports in Indonesia. The study employs a normative juridical method by examining statutory regulations, international standards from the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), as well as relevant cases in Ahmad Yani Airport Semarang, Mutiara Sis Al Jufri Airport Palu, and Supadio Airport Pontianak. The results show that the authority of local governments is strategic but not absolute; it must be harmonized with national policies and international standards. In practice, the implementation is hampered by normative and practical challenges. Normative barriers include fragmented regulations, weak regional legal instruments, and the lack of incorporation of ICAO standards into local regulations. Implementation barriers involve limited technical capacity, insufficient resources, weak supervision, and socio-economic resistance related to land use around airports. These conditions result in ineffective spatial control, which directly affects aviation safety and airport development. The study suggests strengthening local regulations through specific bylaws on KKOP that align with national and international standards, improving the technical capacity of local apparatus, integrating obstacle registry systems, and establishing compensation or relocation mechanisms for affected communities. Cross-sectoral coordination between central government, local government, airport authorities, and stakeholders is also essential to ensure consistent policy implementation. This research contributes to the development of aviation law, regional autonomy, and the improvement of public safety in Indonesia.

The faster economic development in the world causes tighter business competition. Plus the rapid progress of increasingly sophisticated technology. Many companies are currently competing to use technology to increase performance efficiency advantages in other companies and competition. Information technology that is quite popular in the current generation is System Application and Product In Data Processing (SAP). SAP is a system that runs a business using one database which can then be accessed by all departments in the company. This research aims to provide evaluation and input on the problems faced by SAP admin sales users at PT Bina Pertiwi Surabaya Branch. In this research, a qualitative approach was used by conducting interviews with resource persons from the administration department and Branch Administration Supervisors using a fishbone diagram. The results of the evaluation of the implementation of the admin job description for sales rental administration and units using SAP are quite good, but there are still problems caused by discrepancies between the actual cash in and the cash in plan, so AR monitoring must be carried out.

Rapid urbanization in major cities has led to the decreasing availability of green spaces, exacerbating urban challenges such as the Urban Heat Island (UHI) effect, high energy consumption in buildings, and air pollution. In response, green architecture innovations like green roofs and vertical farming present opportunities for reducing carbon footprints and improving urban sustainability. This study explores the potential for life-cycle carbon footprint reduction through the integration of green roofs and vertical farming systems in high-rise buildings, focusing on energy savings, environmental impact, and air quality improvements. Using Life-Cycle Assessment (LCA) methodology, the research evaluates carbon emissions reduction, operational energy savings, and ecosystem benefits from different building scenarios. Simulation models were developed for conventional high-rise buildings and those incorporating green roofs and vertical farming. EnergyPlus, SketchUp, and SimaPro software were used for energy consumption calculations and carbon emissions modeling. The study analyzes various intervention scenarios-baseline (no vegetation), green roof only, vertical farming only, and a combined system-based on tropical climate data from cities like Jakarta, Surabaya, and Kuala Lumpur. Results reveal that the integration of both green technologies significantly reduces cooling demand, lowers CO₂ emissions, and improves urban microclimates by reducing surface temperatures and enhancing air quality. Policy recommendations and guidelines for adopting green construction practices in tropical regions are provided, alongside suggestions for future research on optimizing these technologies, conducting economic modeling, and evaluating multi-building approaches at a district scale.

The money supply can affect other economic variables, such as output and prices, create stability in the economy and help achieve the ultimate goal of monetary policy, namely the stability of inflation and exchange rates.  The level of the exchange rate by the monetary authority must be kept stable because an unstable exchange rate, especially one that experiences a sharp depreciation, can have financial crisis implications. This research approach was associative/quantitative research. The data used in this study are secondary data taken and processed from Bank Indonesia (BI) and the Central Statistics Agency (CSA) from 2013-2023 (11 years). Based on the results of regression analysis shows that the variable money supply, exchange rates, and interest rates simultaneously affect the inflation variable. Based on the results of regression analysis shows that the variable money supply has a positive and significant effect on inflation. Based on the results of regression analysis, the exchange rate variable has a negative and significant effect on inflation. Based on the regression analysis, the interest rate variable has no statistical effect on inflation.

The transport industry stands out as a crucial domain in bolstering Indonesia's journey toward economic revitalization, swift progress, and equitable distribution. At present, Indonesia is in the process of establishing a high-speed railway sector that adheres to global benchmarks. Rail-based transit systems exert considerable influence on the mobility of both individuals and commodities. Trains possess the capacity to convey substantial volumes of commuters and freight in one journey, thereby playing a role in diminishing operational expenses for transportation fleets. Braking is an important aspect of driving because it affects safety, vehicle control, and vehicle efficiency. In order to develop braking research, high-speed train braking test equipment is needed to describe the actual conditions during braking. High-speed trains are a type of train capable of traveling at speeds above 200 km/h. The braking applied to these high-speed trains involves several combined forces, including regenerative braking and pneumatic braking. In regenerative braking, deceleration occurs due to the conversion of kinetic energy into electrical power. This mechanism is carried out when the train is at an operational speed of 220 km/h until it decelerates to 160 km/h. Next, pneumatic braking was applied at a speed of 160 km/h until the train slowed down and came to a stop. This study shows how the calculation process was carried out using a scale of 1:4 at a speed of 160 km/h.

In carrying out structured maintenance, a method is needed to increase the durability of an aircraft component, one of the methods used is the reliability method. The reliability of aircraft components is very necessary to ensure that each aircraft component is serviceable and runs according to its function in the aircraft system, so to increase the reliability of an aircraft component, the reliability method is very important to do. This study aims to determine the critical life time limit of the asset or system or equipment function and identify the failure mode that occurs in the Gas Turbine Engine component of the Boeing 737-500 aircraft because if this engine fails, it can result in flight delays and if not handled immediately can cause the aircraft to experience Aircraft on Ground (AOG) conditions, because it has the potential to disrupt airworthiness and threaten safety. This study uses exploratory research which aims to simplify problems to make them easier to solve. This study uses the Pareto diagram method to determine the highest type of failure in components, then analyzes it using the failure mode effect analysis (FMEA) method. Based on FMECA and FTA analysis, there are 3 failure modes, the failure modes include mechanical system (Bleed Valve), pneumatic system (Butterfly Shaft), electrical system (actuator). The failure was due to the occurrence of the top event part consumable, namely the bleed valve part with an RPN value of 192, followed by the butterfly shaft part with an RPN value of 75 and the Actuator part with an RPN value of 72. The pneumatic system and electrical system categories are prioritized to carry out preventive maintenance, which means it is a solution from industry players in an effort to maximize maintenance of the turbofan engine system accompanied by technical or economic analysis to ensure a system in extending the service life of parts in the aircraft system.
