The implementation of management system in health services is common as an attempt to improve the quality. In Indonesia, the most commonly used health  insurance is the service issued by Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Social or BPJS  (Social Security Administration) that collaborates with many hospitals such as Datu Pancaitana Regional Public Hospital in Bone Regency. This research uses qualitative approach with a case study as the research design. The research data are obtained through in-depth interviews with The Head of Medical Records Department, some staffs of the administrative service as well as patients of BPJS users in the Emergency Unit. In addition to that, this research collects its research data through field observations and a review of related previous studies. The findings reveal that the hospital management applies the following strategies in the division of administrative services: (1) planning through trainings and workshops provided for the human resources as well as the formulation of RUK and RPK; (2) organising through trainings involving a number of institutions within Datu Pancaitana Regional Public Hospital in Bone Regency; (3) actuating through an execution of administrative services for BPJS users; (4) controlling through supervision facilitated by the hospital management; (5) evaluating that addresses the process of human resources quality promotion through databased information trainings. In conclusion, the findings of this research are hoped to provide insights that can be useful for the hospital management specifically the emergency unit to improve their performance in providing services for BPJS users. They can start by assessing the development and training, program execution and evaluation aspects as well as by improving the facilities and infrastructure.

One of the learning characteristics related to absorbing, processing, and conveying this information is the learning style of students. Learning style is a very important learning modality. Information related to the characteristics of the learning styles of students to be taught is very important for lecturers to improve the quality of their learning. Students will also find it easier to motivate themselves in learning. There are 3 learning styles such as visual, audio and kinesthetic where each style gives characteristics to the child. , the task of parents is to observe the child and then learn how to deal with the pattern of educating him at home. When students face obstacles from learning, it is necessary for the role of parents to know the child's learning style in order to help identify and develop the potential in each child. Some parents of students do a checklist about each child's learning style so that in understanding the parents can help so that the learning style becomes potential for the child

This community service aims to improve patient knowledge after spinal anesthesia through structured counseling activities. Spinal anesthesia often causes anxiety and is dangerous for patients, especially related to side effects and the recovery process. Lack of understanding can lead to non-compliance with medical injuries, which has the potential to prolong the recovery period and increase risk complications. Therefore, counseling is carried out by providing direct education to patients and families using educational media such as leaflets and interactive discussions. This approach not only helps improve patient understanding of spinal anesthesia procedures but also plays a role in reducing anxiety and increasing compliance with postoperative care. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in the level of patient knowledge, which has an impact on a better recovery experience. Thus, this counseling program contributes to improving the quality of health services and patient satisfaction at PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta Hospital, as well as being a model of educational intervention that can be applied in various other health facilities.

Increasing prosperity, technological advances and westernization can result in changes in lifestyle and eating patterns in society, especially medical personnel who are at the forefront of maintaining public health. However, ironically, they themselves are faced with a health risk that is no less serious, namely obesity. One of the factors that can influence obesity/overweight is the availability of cheap, fast but unhealthy food, one of which is fast food. Fast food consumption is increasing among medical personnel because this type of food tends to be easy to obtain, tastes delicious, and is served quickly. The nutritional content of food is no longer a consideration for medical personnel. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of fast food consumption on obesity in medical personnel. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive research methods with a cross sectional research design. The results of this study show that there is a direct influence of fast food consumption on the incidence of obesity (9.45%, T statistic 4.06%, α 5%). The conclusion is that excessive consumption of fast food can increase the risk of obesity in medical personnel. Efforts to prevent and control obesity need to be carried out comprehensively to maintain the health of medical personnel and improve the quality of health services.

One factor that plays an important role in the quality of radiodiagnostic examination results is radiographic contrast. When examining thick objects, radiographic contrast will decrease as a result of the large amount of scattered radiation originating from the object and reaching the film. To obtain optimal radiographic contrast on thick objects such as the head, it can be done in various ways, including using a grid. The grid is a tool that functions to absorb scattered radiation but can still transmit primary radiation. Examination of the head is done to get the head radiograph and to determine any abnormalities or diseases of the head. This examination was performed using the grid and without grid to compare the better results of radiographs. Radiographs results were obtained using processing film,  Computed Radiography (CR). This research used descriptive study conducted at Hospital Tk. II Pelamonia Makassar on January 2020. Based on the results of the research which conducted for examination of the head using grid and without grid on CR cassette obtained that the result of radiograph examination of the head using a grid was better.

Training on making learning videos for teachers in Jayapura City High School aims to improve teachers' ability to teach students with visual kinesthetic learning type. The research used a qualitative approach and hands-on training method. The results show that the use of videos as learning media can increase student interest and understanding, as well as provide a more interactive learning experience. Ultimately, this training is expected to contribute to the quality of education in the Jayapura City area.

This study aims to examine how much influence on students to follow the accounting profession education. The population of this study were students majoring in accounting from state universities and private universities in the city of Semarang. The sample of this study amounted to 100 respondents from university students UNES, UNDIP, UNISBANK, USM, UNIMUS, STIE BPD JATENG, UDINUS, UPGRIS. The independent variables in this study are quality motivation, career motivation, economic motivation, and social motivation. While the dependent variable is student interest in participating in PPAk. The data was collected by using a questionnaire, and the data was analyzed using the multiple linear regression method. The results show that quality motivation of 0.320 has an effect on student interest in PPAk, career motivation of -0.118 has no effect on student interest in PPAk, economic motivation of -0.096 has no effect on asking students to take PPAk, social motivation of -0.141 has no effect on asking students to take part PPAk. The conclusion shows that motivation has no effect on student interest in taking the Accounting Profession Education (PPAk) by 3.098%. Based on these findings, it is suggested to the PPAk organizing body to always develop the PPAk curriculum. The research objective was to determine the effect of the quality of fertilizer, technology and capital on the productivity of the people in Tunas Harapan Village, Gunung Meriah District, Aceh Singkil Regency. The population in this study was the community in Tunas Harapan Village, Gunung Meriah District, Aceh Singkil Regency, totaling 198 people, then the determination technique was purposive random sampling. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert measurement scale. The results of multiple regression analysis are Y = 7.772 + 0.257X1 + 0.1932 + 0.348X3 + e which shows the quality of fertilizer, technology and capital have a positive and significant effect on the productivity of the people. While the results of the test (t) or partial test show that the quality of fertilizer has a positive and significant effect on community productivity where it can be seen that the value of t count = 2.359 > t table 2.034, the technology variable has a positive and significant effect on community productivity where it can be seen that the value of t count = 2.137 > t table 2.034, and capital also has a positive and significant effect on the productivity of the people where it can be seen that the value of t count = 2.533 > t table 2.034. Then the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.823 (82.3%). So that it can be said that 82.3% of the variation in the dependent variable, namely the quality of fertilizer, technology and capital in the model has contributed to the productivity of the community in Tunas Harapan Village, Gunung Meriah District, Aceh Singkil Regency, while the remaining 17.7% is influenced by other variables outside the model  

This study aims to examine the effect of the e-system of taxation, tax incentives, taxvsanctions, and service quality on individual taxpayer compliance in paying taxes. This research was conducted on individual self-employed taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Jepara. This research is a quantitative research using primary data sources with distribution via google form link. The population in this study were all takxpayers who are independent workers who are registered at KPP Pratama Jepara. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis wich was processed in the SPSS version 24 program. The result showed that the e-system of taxation, tax incentives, tax sanctions, and service quality had a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance.

Pelayanan publik merupakan ukuran kinerja pemerintah yang paling terlihat. Masyarakat dapat langsung menilai kinerja pemerintah berdasarkan pelayanan yang mereka terima. Sebab kualitas pelayanan publik di seluruh kementerian/lembaga merupakan hal mendasar yang harus ditingkatkan. Peningkatan pelayanan publik, kebijakan Kemenpan RB yang sejak tahun 2014 merupakan tahun inovasi pelayanan publik. Semua instansi pemerintah, baik di pusat maupun daerah diharapkan membuat ide kreatif atau jawaban cara kerja/metode pelayanan publik. Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi mengumpulkan dan menilai inovasi yang telah dilakukan di sejumlah instansi di seluruh Indonesia. Semoga kualitas dan inovasi pelayanan publik BPS dapat selalu ditingkatkan.

The number of islands and the size of Indonesia's territory is a problems in building telecommunications infrastructure. VSAT satellite technology is a solution and is useful when terrestrial relations experience issues. This is because not all regions are terrestrial and can reach all islands and mainland in Indonesia. In this study, the Ku-Band VSAT was used, and the Ku-Band VSAT installation location was in Jangga Dolok Village, Lumban Julu District, Toba Samosir Regency, North Sumatra Province. The research method involves needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The results showed that the quality of the network obtained showed a bandwidth of 024 Kbps, 637 ms delay, 0% packet loss, 1.84 Mbit/s download throughput, and 319.18 Kbit/s uploads. The measurement analysis results in the field show that the IP Config VSAT IP can be connected to the gateway, and the connection test shows the reply response. The transmission parameter output IDU downlink SQF is 168, and the uplink is 16 Apsk 1024 K 9/10, the upload, and download measurement results show the upload results of 1.8 Mbps and 0.3 Mbps upload. All the analysis results were carried out, and it showed promising results, and the VSAT-based internet network in Jangga Dolok village was feasible to use. The Koinonia ministry is one of the tri-duties of the church's vocation which at this time seems to have begun to weaken quite a number of churches due to the development of the times which requires that the koinonia strategy must be improved or in other words quality. Therefore, a quality Koinonia ministry is able to protect the congregation to remain faithful in fellowship. A good Koinonia is to divide certain categories to improve the quality of the congregation in its growth in quality and quantity. In this paper, I provide Koinonia services by dividing into five categories, namely: Child Category (Age 0-2, 2-5, 6-12), Youth Category (Age 15-35 years), Early Adult Category (Age 17- 22, 22-28, 28-33, 40-45 years), Middle Adult Category (45-65 years old), and Advanced Adult Category (over 60 years old). Each category has its own portion and needs according to their psychological condition and situation, which should be seen from the point of view of their age. This will make it easier for the church to improve or even improve the quality of Koinonia's service to the congregation, especially in today's churches that require an increase in their Koinonia.

The state is an organization that has a purpose. The purpose of this study is to enforce the law regarding permits for waste water disposal in motor vehicle washing businesses and the sanctions imposed by the government on motorized vehicle washing businesses that do not have a waste water disposal permit. Normative juridical research, namely research originating from laws and regulations that present actual facts with the topic of study. Law enforcement of waste water disposal permits in motorized vehicle washing businesses through administrative instruments aims to prevent acts or omissions that violate the law or do not meet the requirements, stop or return to their original state (before the violation). So the focus of administrative sanctions is the actions of violators of the rules. In the Surabaya City Regional Regulation Number 12 of 2016 concerning Water Quality Management and Wastewater Control Article 34 explains the administrative sanctions referred to in the form of: written warning, Government coercion, Freezing of waste water disposal permits, Revocation of waste water disposal permits. In addition to administrative sanctions, there are also criminal sanctions in the form of violations. The local government should socialize the Regional Regulation on Water Quality Management and Wastewater Control to the general public and the organizers of motor vehicle washing wastewater management (motor vehicle washing entrepreneurs) in order to increase legal awareness embedded in the community and it is hoped that the government will issue implementing regulations, namely Regulation Mayor.

The Gojek Mobile application is one application that is widely used by the wider community. In recent years, Gojek has developed very rapidly and is able to beat conventional transportation modes because it is more practical and has many service features offered by the applicator. This study aims to analyze and determine the extent to which the ease of use, information quality, security quality and technical & functional quality of the Gojek application are perceived as useful for users and have implications for user satisfaction and loyalty. The approach used in this study is included in the type of explanatory research, namely research whose explanation uses hypothesis testing in which the causal relationship between variables is explained. The respondents of this study were 100 students from various universities in the city of Semarang. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire instrument where the variables were measured using a five-scale Likert scale, where the data was processed using SmartPLS 3.0. From the model test, the test results show that of the 7 hypotheses, five hypotheses are accepted because they have a significant effect and two are rejected because they are not significant, the data is said to be significant if it has t < 0.05. customer satisfaction variable has a significant effect on loyalty variable with P Values ​​= 0.000, information quality variable also has a significant effect on perceived usefullness variable with P values ​​= 0.001, perceived easy of use variable affects customer satisfaction variable with P Values ​​= 0.000 , the perceived easy of use variable has an effect on the perceived usefullness variable with P Values ​​= 0.009, the perceived usefullness variable affects the Customer satisfaction variable with the P Values ​​= 0.023, the security quality variable has no effect on the perceived usefullness variable with the P Values ​​= 0.085, the technical variable & functional quality has no effect on the perceived usefullness variable with P Values ​​= 0.813.

Stikubank University (Unisbank) Semarang has implemented a web-based learning system known as a smart campus in which there is an integrated smart campus e-learning model. E-learning applied by Unisbank management is an online learning medium by utilizing information technology to make it easy for all students and lecturers to use in the teaching and learning process. This study aims to analyze the success of university e-learning based on the adaptation of the Delone and McLean information system success model. Primary data and secondary data were used in this study, a questionnaire instrument was used to obtain primary data. Furthermore, the data is processed quantitatively using the Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results of the data test were then analyzed descriptively to provide a narrative description of the research results. The results of research data processing showed that (1) Student assessment of system quality in the e-learning system had no significant effect on intention to use with a p-value of 0.729; (2) Student assessment of system quality in the e-learning system has a significant effect on user satisfaction with a p-value of 0.002; (3) Student assessment of information quality in the e-learning system has a significant effect on intention to use with a p-value of 0.025; (4) Student assessment of information quality in the e-learning system will have a significant effect on user satisfaction with a p-value of 0.000; (5) Student assessment of service quality in the e-learning system has no significant effect on intention to use with a p-value of 0.166; (6) Student assessment of service quality in the e-learning system will have a significant effect on user satisfaction with a p-value of 0.000; (7) User satisfaction related to the e-learning system has a significant effect on intention to use with a p-value of 0.000; (8) Intention to use e-learning system has a significant effect on net benefits p-value 0.004; (9) User satisfaction in the e-learning system has a significant effect on net benefits with a p-value of 0.000. The problem that almost every developing country faces is poverty, and Indonesia is no exception. The root of the problem of poverty is that people cannot live properly. This has an impact on the quality of human resources, thereby reducing productivity and lowering the income of the community itself. Community income, unemployment, health, education and environmental conditions are factors that influence the occurrence of poverty problems. The poverty rate in North Sumatra is still relatively high compared to other regions, but North Sumatra is not included in the 10 poorest areas in Indonesia. Analyzing the effect of HDI on poverty is the aim of this study. This study uses simple regression for the research method and is processed using the help of SPSS 26 software. Through this study it can be seen that HDI has a significant effect on poverty in North Sumatra.

The quality of a product is one of the most important factors in increasing the competitiveness of a product. Total Quality Management is an approach used in running a business to maximize the competitiveness of an organization through continuous improvement of its services, products, processes and environment. Total Quality Management according to Josep M. Juran Quality is the suitability of a product use (Fitness For Use) which is to meet customer needs and satisfaction. Josep is often referred to as "the Father of Quality" by using the concept of the Quality Trilogy thinking, namely Quality Planning, Quality Control and Quality Improvement. Integrated quality management (Total Quality Management) has success in the business world and impacted on other organizations including educational institutions to implement it. But there is still much debate about TQM applied in management education. Total Quality Management (TQM) needs to be done in every activity of the organization, so that the goals of the organization can be achieved and the investments made have not been in vain. With TQM, it can also be used to assess the ability of existing human resources (HR) to plan human resource improvements and organizational strategies in MTs Nurul Fajri.

One very important aspect in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is the form of granting permits for carrying out business activities, which are given by the authorities to business actors. Legality in a business also has a very important role, because it is used as an indication that the business being established is feasible and running. NIB is a business identity number used by business actors to obtain business permits and commercial or operational permits. The community service activities carried out were creating Business Identification Numbers through Online Single Submission (OSS) and marketing to several small business partners, due to a lack of understanding of gadget applications and a lack of product marketing strategies in Sukamoro Hamlet, Puncu Village. The purpose of this service is to provide understanding to the public about the importance of having business legality and product marketing. The method used is observation. The number of umkm in Sukomoro Hamlet is 11 umkm, and 1 umkm does not yet have an NIB. The UMKM was pleased and succeeded in forming an NIB so that it was able to obtain an NIB legality certificate, namely the "Salsabila" banana chips business. The results obtained from this activity were an increase in product quality and customers for "Salsabila" banana chips.  

This article describes the definition of quality management and examples of implementing quality management at PT. Wika Manufacturing Industries in the manufacture of GESITS electric motorcycle products, which we divided into five discussion points. The first is a discussion of the quality basis from the consumer's perspective, commonly referred to as the consumer's perspective, and the quality basis from the side, commonly referred to as the producers' perspective. The second is a discussion of the strategic role of Quality Management with the basic concept of determining excellence so that products can compete optimally when marketed. The third is a discussion of an evolution of the quality paradigm from the Technical to the Managerial Paradigm. The four analyses of quality management are trying to be explored according to experts' understanding and discuss Total Quality Management. The fifth is a detailed discussion of examples of the implementation of quality management at PT. Wika Manufacturing Industry in the manufacture of electric motorcycle products GESITS. And at the end of the discussion, we will provide conclusions about the challenges and strategic issues contained in quality management to answer every challenge in the times
