This research aims to identify and analyze financial distress by using the Altman Z-Score methodology to predict the bankruptcy of property and real estate companies listed on the IDX based on the 2019 - 2021 period. The data were obtained from published financial reports by www.idx.coi.id with the period from 2019 to 2021. Research population is property and real estate companies registered with the IDX with a sample of annual financial report data for 3 consecutive years. Data collection techniques with literature study. The results of this research show that in 2019 - 2021 PT Bekasi Asri Pemula Tbk. is in the healthy zone. This is based on the Altman Z-Score criteria, if Z > 2.99 is categorized as a healthy company, if Z is between 1.81 to 2.99 it is categorized a grey area, and if Z < 1.81 it is categorized as the initial company went bankrupt.

The amount of newspaper waste makes the writer want to use newsprint as the basic material for making nail art extensions as a new innovation in the nail art field. This research was conducted with the methods of observation, documentation, literature, experiments, interviews and questionnaires. The manufacture of nail art extensions using newspaper waste is carried out in 3 stages, namely, the preparation of tools and materials, the process of making nail art extensions using newspaper waste and the final stage of using nail art extensions on fingernails. The feasibility of nail art extensions using newsprint waste, the color indicator has an average value of 4 which is declared feasible, the shape indicator has an average value of 4.5 which is considered quite feasible, the texture indicator has an average value of 4 which is considered quite feasible, the ease of application indicator obtains an average value. an average of 4.5 was declared quite feasible and the product design indicators obtained an average value of 4.3 with a fairly decent category. The results of a public test conducted on 38 respondents can be concluded that 94% like nail art extension products from newsprint waste. The results of this study produce a product that has a unique and attractive design because of the pattern of waste newsprint that makes the product look aesthetic. Thus, it can be concluded that nail art extension products using newsprint waste are quite feasible to use.

Rambutan is a seasonal fruit that is easy to find in tropical areas like Indonesia. Rambutan seeds contain fat, polyphenols (flavones, flavonoids, resveratrol, and isoflavones, and vitamin C. Fophenols in rambutan seeds function to increase anti-inflammation and reduce acne. The study was conducted by methods of observation, documentation, literature, experiments, questionnaires and questionnaires. The composition is 8 pcs rambutan seeds, 120 ml of ethanol, 15 ml of olive oil, 1 tsp of vegetable glycerin. This research aims to find out and explain the manufacturing process, benefits and public acceptance of rambutan seed serum The sensory test of the two validators, namely thick serum and the ingredients for making Face Serum is correct. Use of facial serum is carried out 2x a day, in the morning after washing your face and at night before going to bed, to get results. Public test results on 35 respondents to find out public acceptance, 97 % of respondents liked the use of rambutan seeds as a facial serum, 100% of respondents liked the brownish yellow color, 100% of respondents liked the fragrant aroma of olive oil, 100% of respondents liked the non-coarse texture, 100% of respondents liked facial serum which when applied directly sticks to facial skin . It can be concluded that the use of rambutan seeds as a facial serum to reduce acne is a new product innovation in the field of beauty. Clinical trials and product durability tests are needed for rambutan seed as a facial serum to reduce acne.

 Purslane plant is an herbal plant that is used as a medicine for skin infections. The author is interested in using the purslane plant as a peel-off mask to relieve acne nodules. The aim is to find out how to manufacture, sensory test results, public test results, and determine the effect of the purslane peel-off mask. This research was conducted with the methods of observation, experimentation, documentation, interviews, questionnaires, literature. The analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The manufacture of purslane powder starts from the preparation of tools, materials, cleaning, drying, and refining. The manufacture of peel-off masks begins with the preparation of tools, materials, weighing, mixing, heating, and packaging. The feasibility of the product is tested based on color, aroma, texture, adhesion, product appearance. Product improvement is the addition of essence to the peel-off mask. In conclusion, according to the validator, the purslane plant powder is suitable for use in making peel-off masks and the results of the purslane peel-off mask facial treatment can relieve acne nodules. Suggestions for further researchers to change purslane plant powder into oil extract to maintain its content, BPOM test, and laboratory tests.

Streetwear is street clothing that is used every day and can be combined with various clothes that create a relaxed yet attractive effect. Batik, the fabric that is characteristic of Indonesia, is also widely combined with various models of clothing. Origami combination that would be applied to the fabric aimed to create decorative techniques so that the clothes are unique and interesting. The aim of this study was to determine how is the process of making batik streetwear with origami decorative techniques. The research method used was qualitative. The data collection methods used was literature, observation and documentation. The combination of origami placed on the shirt and outer sleeves produced a different artistic value, with the composition that has been considered so that they will look harmonious when wearing origami and batik. The production of this dress used the basic pattern of the Soen system so as to obtain pieces of clothing, darts, sleeves and sizes that are comfortable when worn. The conclusion of making streetwear that has been done was the cutting process of batik and materials must be done correctly. Then, pressing was also important to obtain good origami results.The suggestions for the next opportunity in making origami was on the arms should use layers to obtain arms that have firmness. The manufacture of streetwear clothing with a combination of origami should pay more attention to the materials used and the pressing process.

This research aims to provide knowledge to the community regarding the limitations for adopted children, especially in terms of inheritance, so that the community is not wrong in providing knowledge about adopted children. This research is a field research (Field Research), the data sources used are primary data sources collected through interviews, documentation and observation. Primary data is obtained directly from respondents regarding inheritance for adopted children in Islamic law and customary law, while secondary data is in the form of legal theories and norms as well as other supporting data obtained from literature, documentation and biographies. All of these data are materials to describe an overview of Islamic law regarding inheritance for adopted children in the perspective of customary law.                Based on the results of the research, it turns out that the Indigenous people of the city of Gorontalo, in giving their inheritance to adopted children, carry out the provisions of Islamic inheritance law and some carry out customary inheritance law. For people who implement Islamic law, the adopted child does not get an inheritance but gets assets in the form of a mandatory testament and may not exceed 1/3 of the assets left behind, while for people who use Javanese customary law they determine their own in accordance with the agreement in the deliberations of experts the heir concerned. It is better for people who adhere to Javanese customs to be given knowledge about Islamic inheritance law.

Pharmacy is a health service facility that aims to help improve health for the community (public health), as well as a place for practicing pharmacists in carrying out pharmaceutical work spread across various regions. Choosing a business location is the main thing to consider in build a business, including pharmacy. A strategic business location is related to transportation efficiency, material properties, product characteristics, and ease of reaching consumers. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of choosing the pharmacy location on medicine purchasing decisions in Indonesia. The method that used in this study is literature review with 6 research journals that collected and processed pre-existing data using search engines such as Google Scholar and journal databases such as Researchgate and published in 2018-2023. The result shows that pharmacy location is not always a factor in a person's decision to buy medicine, there are other factors such as price, quality of pharmacy service, and etc.

Reading is a cognitive activity or process that aims to find various information contained in written information. This means that reading is a thought process to understand the contents of the text read. Evaluation of learning to read is a series of activities or steps taken after the completion of the main activities to obtain information about the results of learning to read, then manage and interpret them using benchmarks and goals and certain criteria. This type of research is library research, namely research conducted by analyzing and making written literature scientific journals as well as the main source. So the evaluation of learning to read is the process of determining students’ understanding, acceptance, categorization, analysis and reasoning abilities, as well as the accuracy of students’ pronunciation and intonation when taking reading tests in the target language. The purpose of learning to read is so that students can understand and use language in practice, it is not enough to measure it with mere mechanical abilities. The assessment of reading ability must be seen from the general reading ability as a whole, so that when assessing skills other than mechanical skills, it is also necessary to measure reading ability, for example understanding the content or meaning of sentences. The purpose of this study is to find out how the effort to implement the evaluation of students’ reading learning.

This study aims to understand more deeply about the values ​​of character education in the Qur'an, especially in surah Ali Imron verse 79. In this study, researchers used qualitative research with a type of library research. As for the data collection technique through library research (library research), namely an analysis that the author uses by reading and studying some scientific literature that has something to do with the thesis to be studied. The results of this study indicate that the values ​​of character education contained in surah Ali Imron verse 79 are religious character education values ​​which have been applied and exemplified by Rasulullah saw as a caliph on this earth who has very good morals, and has the qualities a good character so that the miracles and advantages he possessed did not make the Messenger of Allah arrogant and did not make him belittle the oneness of Allah SWT.

This article examines the analysis of sentence types in the History Text of Class XI Sociology Books in the Merdeka Curriculum. The content of this study uses narrative text. The purpose of this study is to describe functions, categories, and roles at the syntactic level. sentences in the presentation of sociology book material for class XI SMA/MA contained in Chapter 2 Social Problems Due to Social Grouping pages 41 to 81. This research is a literature study. Therefore, the method used in collecting data is reading and taking notes. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive analysis. In qualitative research, data is analyzed inductively, which means that specific things found during the research are grouped and conclusions are drawn from these results. This approach does not use the collected data to prove or disprove the hypotheses that have been made before but rather focuses on describing data to facilitate understanding. The writing method of this research adopts historiography as the main approach. Sentence structure analysis is also used to improve grammar skills and abilities to better understand. Sentence structure analysis itself is a topic that is rarely discussed. To improve the application of linguistic rules in writing historical texts, a good understanding of grammar, a broad vocabulary, and a habit of reading and writing historical texts are required. Therefore by analyzing sentence structures in historical texts in Sociology Class XI books SMA/SMA/ MA Kurikulum Merdeka, this research provides an overview of the variations in the use of sentence structures and the importance of correct grammar in understanding texts. It is hoped that this research can improve understanding of syntax and grammar which will facilitate understanding of sociology and historical texts.

The challenges of the 21st century nursing world demand that nursing educators be able to prepare future nurses who can adapt to changes in the health care system, new technologies, changes in information systems (computerized), changes in pharmacological therapy, increased workload for nurses, increased infectious diseases in the community. , increasing cases of antibiotic-resistant infections, increasing aging population, and increasing number of chronic and co-morbid conditions (Aiken, Clarke, Cheung, Sloane, & Silber, 2003). Nurse educators are responsible for preparing graduates who can adapt to this rapidly changing health system. The simulation learning strategy is proposed as a suitable method to overcome this problem and can bridge the gap between education and clinical practice in hospitals. This literature search aims to analyze the results of related research that focuses on the effect of Simulation-Based Learning on the critical thinking of nursing students. This study was conducted using the review method of research results from 2010 – 2020 which have been published in electronic media such as ProQuest, Pubmed, and CINAHL. The number of journals obtained was 10 journals and 6 of them met the criteria. The conclusion of the research results obtained was that simulation is an interactive teaching-learning process, learning knowledge about critical care from a simulation of real patient situations, learning clinical skills and presenting holistic patient care by playing a role , and bridging the theory-practice gap to enhance critical thinking. In addition, simulations can hone critical thinking skills through feedback from simulators and monitor displays, develop communication skills through teamwork, and improve task delegation skills in complex situations.

The result of this research is that the essence of legal protection of personal data as a right to privacy is a citizen's constitutional right. This study aims to analyze the philosophy of Christian education related to the vision and mission of Christian religious education teachers in the context of an independent curriculum. The main focus of this study is to introduce the basic concepts and principles of Christian education philosophy that are relevant to understanding the vision and mission of Christian religious education teachers. This study also identifies the contribution of Christian educational philosophy to the development of an independent Christian curriculum. This study uses a descriptive analysis method to study the relevant concepts and principles of Christian education philosophy. Various theoretical sources, such as Christian educational philosophy literature and the Bible, are used to support the analysis. This research reveals that the vision and mission of Christian religious education teachers emphasize the recognition of God's divinity, love as the main principle, the integration of faith and knowledge, the formation of Christian character, and the spiritual dimension of education. In implementing their vision and mission, Christian religious education teachers can use content selection that supports Christian values, integrated teaching strategies, and relevant assessments. In this way, they can create learning experiences that reflect their vision and mission and help students develop strong Christian character.

Actualizing effective spiritual education for children is a very, very important thing. To achieve this, collaboration between parents and PAK teachers is needed. Children are the next generation. For this reason, every child must receive proper and correct spiritual education. This is so that children's lives can be educated in the truth of God's word and can live according to His commands written in the Bible. However, without the collaboration of parents and PAK teachers, it is certain that the child's spiritual education will not be realized satisfactorily. For this reason, what is needed is for the two educators to collaborate well in realizing effective spiritual education for children. This article uses a qualitative method with a literature research approach. The efforts made aim to contribute ideas to the weakening collaboration of parents and PAK teachers in meeting the spiritual needs of children. The final conclusion in this study is that the collaboration of parents and PAK teachers is needed in realizing effective spiritual education for children.

This research aims to conduct a theological and scientific study of virtual water baptism so that it becomes input for believers and God's church. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach, in which the primary data was obtained by means of literature review. The results of the study show that water baptism carried out by the virtual reality church has no biblical basis, so believers and God's church must reject this baptism.

This study aims to analyze the responsibilities of directors in a company through a legal approach. In this context, the responsibility of directors refers to the legal obligations attached to directors in carrying out their duties and functions in a company. This study uses the literature analysis method to collect data from various legal sources, such as laws, court decisions, and related literature. The results of the research show that the responsibility of directors in a company has a strong legal basis. The directors have an obligation to act in good faith, carry out the functions of managing the company, and protect the interests of the company and its shareholders. They must make rational decisions, based on careful consideration and adequate information. However, there are several issues that need to be considered regarding the responsibilities of directors in the company. One of them is the potential problem of law violations by the directors, whether intentional or unintentional. In this regard, there needs to be an effective oversight and accountability mechanism in place to ensure that directors are held accountable for their actions.

Community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) adalah salah satu infeksi akut paling umum yang membutuhkan rawat inap di rumah sakit. Infeksi akut seperti CAP dapat memengaruhi sistem kardiovaskular melalui berbagai mekanisme dan secara langsung menyebabkan atau memperburuk komplikasi kardiovaskular, seperti gagal jantung, sindrom koroner akut, aritmia jantung, dan stroke.  Pasien dengan gagal jantung diperkirakan memiliki risiko pneumonia 2 kali lipat lebih tinggi dibandingkan mereka yang tidak. Sebaliknya, pneumonia meningkatkan risiko perburukan gagal jantung dan sering dianggap sebagai faktor dekompensasi yang menyebabkan rawat inap. Tujuan: Mengetahui prevalensi dan mekanisme pasien gagal jantung yang disertai dengan pneumonia dan tanpa pneumonia. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review melalui google schoolar dan PUBMED dengan menggunakan kata kunci “Gagal Jantung“ + “Pneumonia”. Artikel jurnal yang dianalisis adalah yang dipublikasikan sejak tahun 2017 sampai dengan 2022 yang diakses full text dalam format pdf.

The quality of service at hospitals must always be improved to provide the best service to people in Indonesia. In accordance with Permenkes Number 82 of 2013 it states that every hospital is required to implement and develop a Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS). The Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is very important to do to support the efficiency of the management process in hospitals starting from information to patients, data, data processing and all activities in the hospital. By implementing a Hospital Management Information System, it is necessary to know how it is applied in improving the quality of health services in Indonesia. This research was conducted with literature reviews and journal searches using Google Scholar. The research results show that the implementation of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) can improve the quality of health services because it facilitates the management activities of health service institutions.

Perilaku sumber daya manusia yang positif, seperti komitmen, dedikasi, kerja tim, adaptasi terhadap perubahan, dan komunikasi yang efektif, berkontribusi pada pencapaian tujuan organisasi dan meningkatkan produktivitas. Selain itu, perilaku sumber daya manusia juga berdampak pada citra dan reputasi organisasi di era digital yang terhubung secara global. Perilaku yang profesional, etis, dan bertanggung jawab membantu membangun kepercayaan dan kepuasan pelanggan serta pemangku kepentingan lainnya. Dalam kesimpulannya, artikel ini menekankan bahwa perilaku sumber daya manusia berperan penting dalam keberhasilan organisasi bisnis di era global, dan organisasi perlu menerapkan strategi yang tepat dalam mengelola perilaku tersebut.

This research uses a qualitative research method design, which data collection is carried out by interviews, observation, documentation, and literature studies in the work area of the passasi unit of PT Kokapura Avia Yogyakarta International Airport. This research was conducted to determine the performance of ground handling employees in terms of the level of discipline at PT Kokapura Avia Yogyakarta Internasional Airport. The results of this study are the performance of ground handling employees on time is quite good in providing services to passangers, ground handling employees are quite good in two ways communication between leaders and subordinates, ground handling employees obey the regulations in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP), carry oud good cooperation with coworkers, creating a sense of comfort and safety at work has improved well.
