This research investigates the impact of profitability, growth opportunities, and firm size on firm value in Indonesian property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2016 to 2022. Using regression analysis and t-tests, the study finds that profitability significantly influences firm value, indicating that profitable firms tend to have higher market valuations. In contrast, growth opportunities do not exhibit a significant impact on firm value, suggesting that investors prioritize current profitability over future growth potential in their valuation assessments. Additionally, firm size is found to significantly affect firm value, with larger firms generally commanding higher market valuations due to their perceived stability and market influence. Moreover, the study demonstrates that profitability, growth opportunities, and firm size collectively exert a significant simultaneous influence on firm value. These findings underscore the multifaceted nature of firm valuation in the Indonesian property sector and highlight the importance of considering multiple factors in investment decision-making. .

This study puts the spotlight on McLuhan’s concept “the medium is the message,” situating it within the body of scholarly work on media ecology. This paper probes the question, “How does the human body as a medium communicate the message of Christ?” Why this study? In a higher education institution like St. Paul University Iloilo where the University’s vision explicitly states its identity as a Catholic University rooted in the love of Christ, the question that it always faces is, how is this vision manifested and embodied by its administrators, faculty, staff, students, and alumni? The major concept that underpins this question is, how can the human body, particularly a student, an administrator, a staff or faculty member, communicate its foundational belief and identification in Christ, the center of the University’s engagement and formation as a Catholic University? This paper is qualitative in nature that seeks to provide a conceptual framework in examining the body as a medium and raises key questions on how the human body can communicate the Christian message of the Incarnation in general, and how a particular body that subscribes to this tradition exhibits and manifests its foundational mission rooted in the love of Christ.

The law states that the essence of human being is creation of God the Creator of the universe. God is Spirit. The time God created man, Adam, He formed it from the dust of the earth. When God breathed his Spirit then that man was alive physically, phsycologically and spiritually. Worshipping God is a logical consequence for man for its creation. The purpose of anointing is that the worshippers adapted to the nature of God, the Most Holy One. By this they are made holy before God. The reason is that man had fallen into sin. That sin separated him from the presence of the Most Holy God. A curse from God and difficulty in live make man realize if he needs God. The matter is that man in his own effort of his idea can not please God and come to him. Sin has separated man from the holy God. The research uses a qualitative methode, by mean of describing and acquiring the understanding values and the quality of the Law’s anointing.

This article explains how the phenomenon and influence of identity politics in Indonesia, the issue of identity politics in the 2024 elections and identity politics based on Islamic teaching sources. Identity politics can be positive or negative. Positive in nature means that it makes an impetus to recognize and accommodate the existence of comparisons, even to the extent of recognizing the predicate or privilege of a region or nation due to a basis that can be understood historically and logically. It is negative when there is a difference between one group and another, for example the domination between the majority and the minority. Identity politics grows over a social group that considers intimidated and discriminated against by government and state power in regulating government order, this condition which then becomes the basis for the birth of identity politics in state issues.

Therefore, researchers dissect the portrayal of female power presented by Disney. Researchers use Ferdinand De Sausure's semiotic analysis method which focuses on signifiers and signified in interpreting women's power in Mulan. Sustainable development is a development paradigm that is directly related to the balance of nature or the environment, just as the paradigm of sustainable development is a concept that is accepted as a political agenda of development for all countries in the world where the relationship between economy and ecology is important in the discussion of sustainable development itself. Sustainable development is development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs The concept of sustainable development is a necessity to reconcile economic development, quality of life, and the environment in a diverse political framework that is interrelated at the international and global levels. Thus, it can be concluded that the meaning of sustainable development cannot be separated from environmental sustainability. A sustainable environment is expected to support human life. Sustainabledevelopment that is environmentally sound is able to improve the quality of life of present and future generations. Therefore, it is necessary to review the concept of local wisdom that exists in legislation and other Regulations that hierarchically exist under it to close loopholes and fence in such a way that the claims of local wisdom remain sacred and not easily perverted casually by the detractors of commercial economic interests for a moment. On the other hand, it is necessary to be aware of political elites and stakeholders to avoid intervention and political content of decisions taken by the government in intervening in cases of environmental damage under the pretext  of natural  disasters which are part of the bad side of law enforcement for environmental destruction, especially in the application of Strict Liability without having to prove a mistake.
