Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari pengaruh partisipasi pengambilan keputusan terhadap kinerja organisasi yang dimediasi oleh komitmen kerja membangun perusahaan percetakan dan penerbitan kota semarang, provinsi jawa tengah, Indonesia. Berdasarkan tujuan utama penelitian ini merupakan penelitian terapan deskriptif korelatif berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan yang telah dilakukan pada tahun 2021. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari karyawan yang bekerja pada perusahaan penerbitan di kota semarang yang mempunyai kantor cabang sebagai distributor di bagian penjualan. Jumlah pegawai di kantor pusat dan cabang sebanyak 1.260 orang. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 200 orang, dengan teknik probabilitas sampling. Model kerangka teori yang dibuat menunjukkan adanya variabel intervening yang berfungsi untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), dengan menggunakan Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS). Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi dalam pengambilan keputusan, komitmen organisasi dan individu mempunyai pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi. The main purpose of this research is to study the impact of participation on decision-making towards organizational performance mediated by workplace commitment to construct a printing and publishing company in Semarang City, province of central Java, Indonesia. Based on the main purpose this research is an applied research descriptive correlative based on data collected which had been done in 2021. The research population consists of employees who work in publishing companies in the city of Semarang which have branch offices as distributors in sales. The number of employees at the head office and branches is 1,260 people. The number of samples taken was as many as 200 people, with a probability sampling technique. The theoretical frame model that has been made shows the existence of intervening variables, those to test the hypothesis which is already proposed. Hypothesis testing is carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), using the Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS). The result of hypothesis examination shows that participation in decision-making, and organizational and individual commitment have a significant positive influence on organizational performance.

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is a diagnostic examination modality in medical science using a magnetic field without using X-rays. MRI has the advantage of being able to create images and showing clearer and more sensitive anatomical differences in soft tissues in the body such as the extremities, brain, bone marrow and musculoskeletal to establish a clinical diagnosis, one of which is Supraspinatus Injury to the Shoulder. Supraspinatus is a tear or rupture of the tendon of the supraspinatus muscle. The supraspinatus is part of the shoulder rotator cuff. Most of the time, it is accompanied by another rotator cuff muscle tear. This can occur due to trauma or repeated microtrauma and appears as a partial or full thickness tear. The rotator cuff is a fibrous connective tissue that surrounds the top of the humerus bone and functions to maintain the stability of the glenohumeral joint by pulling the humerus towards the scapula. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research with an observational approach. Data collection was carried out from 08 August 2023 to 07 September 2023 using the Mri Philips Achieva 1.5 Hestia aircraft. The patient sample used in this study was a patient with shoulder complaints. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Hypertension is a non-communicable disease which is one of the main causes of death in the world. A person can be said to be diagnosed with hypertension if the systolic blood pressure is at a level of 140 mmHg or more and the diastolic blood pressure is at a level of 90 mmHg or more. Interventions that can be done in preventing and reducing high blood pressure by providing education on controlling progressive muscle relaxation exercises. This study aims to determine the effect of Progressive Muscle Relaxation Exercises on reducing blood pressure in the working area of the Kopeta Health Center, Alok District, Sikka Regency. Methods of data collection techniques through observation, interviews, physical examination and documentation. The results of data analysis showed several diagnoses, namely health behavior tends to be risky, risk of decreased cardiac output, readiness to increase knowledge. Hypertension education with control using progressive muscle relaxation is one of the non-pharmacological interventions that can be used to reduce blood pressure. Conclusion: based on the results of the case evaluation conducted, it was found that the application of progressive muscle relaxation exercises can lower blood pressure slowly, besides that this intervention can have a relaxing effect on Mr. I.B and Mr. F.W.

. Helminth infection is one of the health problems in all tropical countries in the world including Indonesia. Ascaris lumbricoides is one of the Soil Transmitted Helminths (STH). Stunting are the age group that is vulnerable to helminth infection including ascariasis. A. lumbricoides infection can cause serious effects if not treated and without a clean and healthy lifestyle. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research on the prevalence of A. lumbricoides infection and hemoglobin (Hb) level in its infected hosts. The design of this study was observational analytic with cross sectional study. The subjects of the stunting in Bone Village. The sample technique used in this method is the total population. Diagnosis was performed microscopically by Kato-Katz method and Hb levels were measured using a hematology analyzer. Microscopy examination found 6.4% eggs of A. lumbricoides and a low hemoglobin level of 22,5%, students infected with A. lumbricoides in Bone Village with very low hygiene and sanitation.

The research problem in this study is the examination of the correlation between parental perceptions of sex education in early childhood in North Nunu Village, Rainis District, Talaud Islands Regency. The objective of this study is to establish the relationship between parental perspectives on sex education for young children in North Nunu Village, Rainis District, Talaud Islands Regency. A study was conducted in September to determine parents' attitudes of sex education in early childhood.   The study employed a descriptive survey research method, utilising a quantitative methodology.   According to the percentage calculations from the distributed questionnaire, it is evident that a significant number of parents expressed agreement rather than providing alternative answers when asked about their understanding of sex education for early childhood.   Under the category of disagreement.   The computation of the proportion for each indicator item has yielded a cumulative value of 1447, with an average of 72.35% indicating their agreement to receive instruction during early life.   The correlation data computations indicate a positive association between parents' impressions of sex education in early infancy. Specifically, the resulting correlation coefficient (rxy) is 0.1000, based on data from 20 respondents. The significance level for this relationship is 0.05, and the critical value (rtable) is 0.422. These computations indicate that the value of rcount is greater than the value of rtable, with a significance level of 0.05. If the count of r is more than the count of rtable, then the hypothesis test concludes that there is a correlation between parents' judgements of sex education in early infancy.

Background: A traffic accident is an unexpected and unwanted road traffic event which is difficult to predict when and where it will occur, involving at least one vehicle with other road users or due to negligence in driving a vehicle, be it a car or motorcycle which can cause death, disability, serious injury or minor injury. Within the territory of Indonesia itself, every hour has an average of at least three people who die as a result of the accident with many causal factors such as the human factor itself, which is around 61%, then the vehicle factor is 9% and environmental factors and infrastructure contribute as much as 30%. Case Description : We report a case of a traffic accident with multiple trauma. This traffic accident involved 2 motorbike riders who were traveling at maximum speed so that they collided with a truck that was stopped at a red light in Makassar City, South Sulawesi, on Thursday 15 June 2022 at around 01.00 WITA and caused the two motorbike riders to die. The motorbike that was traveling at high speed suddenly stopped and hit the back of the truck, as a result the body moving at the speed of the vehicle suddenly experienced a deceleration, causing multiple trauma to several regions or organs of the body. The effects on the victim's corpse varied in the form of head injuries, open wounds, and fractures to several bones. Conclusion : Forensic examination is very useful to determine the cause of death, mechanism of death, and nature of death. In the medical report of a traffic accident, the forensic doctor can explain his findings in the form of a post mortem et repertum.

B value is a factor that reflects the strength and timing of the gradient that will be used to generate a diffusion-weighted image. The higher the b value, the stronger the effect on diffusion. B value can be expressed in units of s/mm2 with a b value range of 500 s/mm2 to 1500 s/mm2. The use of b value in Diffusion Weighted Imaging (DWI) sequences is very important in detecting prostate cancer to distinguish malignant and benign cancer tissue because b value determines the amount of diffusion weighting and shows the sensitivity of the sequence to diffusion. The purpose of this study is to determine the difference in the quality of SNR and CNR images with b value variations in Pelvic MRI examination in prostate cancer cases. This study uses quantitative research methods with an experimental approach. The study population and samples were 4 Pelvic MRI patients with prostate cancer cases who underwent examination in July-August 2023 at the Radiology Installation of Prof.Dr.I.G.N.G Ngoerah Hospital, and each sample was subjected to b value variations of 800, 1000, 1400 and 2000 on the Diffusion Weighted Imaging (DWI) sequence. Data were processed using radiant DICOM and then analyzed using normality test and repeated anova test on SPSS 25 software. The results showed a significance value (p-value) > than 0.05, it can be concluded that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected, which means that there is no difference in Pelvic MRI image quality in Prostate Cancer Cases with b value variations. The b value variation of 800 on Pelvic MRI examination on Diffusion Weighted Imaging (DWI) sequences with prostate cancer cases can produce more optimal image quality compared to b value variations of 1000, 1400 and 2000.

The purpose of this research is to know the inspection procedureMRCP and the role of giving bitter tea before examination asnegative oral contrast media. This research is a descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Subjects consisted of 3 patients with clinicalCholelithiasis. Examination using MRI 1.5 Tesla to find out the procedure and the role of giving bitter tea asnegative oral contrast media. From the results obtained according to the theory of using 400 ml of black tea, 300 ml of jasmine tea and 300 ml of black tea with 40 grams of sugar. While in the field using a different type of tea with an amount of 100 ml before the inspection. Checks are carried out usingbody coil patient position iesupine,  feet first. The use of bitter tea before the examination aims to reduce the presence of artefacts in the stomach, small intestine, large intestine and can help the gallbladder organ to tend to enlarge.

MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) examination becomes tool diagnostic important in evaluation the soft tissue anatomy of the human body. MRI examination of the ankle joint role crucial in detect soft tissue impingement in the ankle joint. Fast Spoiled Gradient Echo (FSPGR) is an MRI method with high sensitivity in diagnose soft tissue problems in the ankle joint. Ankle joint MRI protocol at RSUD Dr. Moewardi uses several types of sequences with addition 3D sequences but not routinely. This study aims to examine the use of the 3D FSPGR oblique sequence in MRI ankle joint, while comparing it with the Sagittal T1 FSE and Sagittal FSE STIR sequences. This quantitative study involved 5 people to compare imaging 3D oblique FSPGR, sagittal T1 FSE and sagittal FSE STIR sequences. Analysis was carried out using the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) test, Friedman test, and Kruskal Wallis test. The results study showed there is difference information MRI ankle joint anatomy with oblique 3D FSPGR, sagittal T1 FSE, and sagittal FSE STIR sequences (p-value = 0.000). Test Kruskal Wallis show sequence 3D FSPGR and sagittal T1 FSE produce imaging different on every type anatomy (p-value= 0.045; 0.020), whereas Sagittal FSE STIR sequence shows results No different significant (p-value= 0.065. 3D oblique sequence of FSPGR is proven effective show anatomy ankle joint and posterior talofibular ligament.

The primary objectives of this study are twofold: (1) To assess the influence of the work environment on the job satisfaction of non-state civil servants, and (2) To investigate the impact of compensation on job satisfaction among non-state civil apparatus employees. This research adopts a quantitative approach, involving data collection methods such as observation, documentation, and the distribution of surveys. The research encompasses the entire population of non-state civil apparatus employees at the Kolaka Transportation Service, with a sample size of 135 individuals selected through a census technique, enabling a comprehensive examination of the population. The analysis of data encompassed an assessment of the measurement model and an investigation of the structural model through the application of Smart PLS 4.0. The research findings reveal a positive and statistically significant correlation between the work environment and compensation variables and the job satisfaction of non-state civil servant employees.

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is a medical diagnostic imaging technique that works on the principle of nuclear magnetic resonance. MRI aircraft can produce diagnostic images of the inside of the human body in both sagittal, coronal, and transverse cuts, Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a widely accepted non-invasive technique for the evaluation of cartilage lesions. The femur, tibia, fibula, and patella are united into one complex group by ligaments. According to Moeller, Genu Examination uses STIR Sequence, Sagital T2 Weighted Fat saturated, Sagittal 3D GRE, Proton Density weighted fat saturated T1 Coronal. The author's purpose in conducting this study is because Genu Examination at one of the Jakarta Hospital in the Case of Soft Tissue Tumor, Meniscus Tear and Oesteoarthritis added the Axial 3D SPGR sequence. The research method used is descriptive research with an observational approach. Data collection was carried out on June 5 to August 31 using Mri GE aircraft with a power of 1.5 Tesla. The patient samples used in this study were three patients with clinical Soft Tissue Tumor, Meniscus Tear, and Osteoarthritis. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and Genu Examination Documentation with the addition of Axial 3D SPGR. The examination is carried out using Quad Knee Coil, the patient's position is supine, feet first. The sequences used in the examination at one of the Jakarta hospitals are Axial Proton Density Fat saturated, Sagital Proton Density Fat saturated, Sagital T2, Coronal Proton Density Fat saturated, Coronal STIR. The role of the Axial 3D SPGR sequence is to evaluate articular cartilage due to its clear depiction of cartilage morphology and high signal to noise ratio (SNR) images.

Percutaneous coronary interventional (PCI) is a minimally invasive blood vessel widening procedure using balloons and stents, the PCI procedure in CTO cases uses the double puncture technique and the C-arm tube angle position LAO 45 ? - Cranial 15 ? and Frontal 0 ? - Cranial 30 ?. The aim of using the double puncture technique is to see the entry point and exit point of chronic total occlusion. This study aims to find out the latest literature related to PCI procedures in CTO cases, including current developments and status. This research is a literature review (Summary Method) where literature exploration is carried out using various sources with the keyword "Percutaneous Coronary Interventional (PCI) Chronic Total Occlusion (CTO)". Reference sources used in preparing this article include books, as well as articles in scientific journals in English and Indonesian. Based on the results of a review of several literature procedures, PCI procedures with CTO cases consist of patient preparation, preparation of tools and materials, and examination techniques for selecting puncture access. radial artery and femoral artery, patient position, C-arm angle position. There is a role for radiographers that conforms to SKKNI radiographer Number 237 of 2020, and the role of radiographers in the actions taking place in the cathlab is to prepare the readiness of the C-arm aircraft and pay attention to radiation protection during the action.

Comparison Of Metabolic Value On MR-Spectroscopy With and Without Contrast Media at Persahabatan Hospital, East Jakarta. Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy is a non-invasive technique that can be used to measure the metabolism of several biochemical components in body tissue, especially the brain. Based on observations made by the author at Persahabatan Hospital, the spectroscopy technique used at Persahabatan Hospital is a multi-voxle technique, with sequences selction namely s2D_PRESS_144, where the spectroscopy images are taken after administering contrast and prevalence for tumor cases in the Radiology Installation at Persahabatan Hospital, with 5 data from the month May-August 2023. To determine the validity of this opinion, the authors performed pre and post- contrast MR-Spectroscopy on patients with contrast and compared the results with patients without contrast. In this study the author used a quantitative analysis type of research with an experimental approach aimed at whether the administration of contrast material affects the results of MR-Spectroscopy in patients with brain tumor cases. Where the research data comes from primary data in the Radiology installation at Persahabatan Hospital from May - August 2023 using 5 patient data. Results: Based on an observational study carried out on primary data from 5 patients, there were differences in metabolic values with and without contrast media in brain tumor cases. And MR-Spectroscopy examination without contrast is better to use than with contrast, although from the overall data it turns out there are some data that say post- contrast is higher.

Herniated nucleus pulposus (HNP) is the leading cause of back pain in old age, occurring as a result of tearing of the fibrous annulus and the nucleus pulposus exiting through the tear. To optimize pathology, fat suppression techniques are needed to suppress fat and fluid. Fat Suppression techniques include Dixon and SPAIR. The use of Dixon is relatively longer but can produce four images at once, while SPIR has the advantage of being more resistant to inhomogeneous magnetic fields. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference between T2WI SPIR and T2WI diagnostic image information Dixon Sagital Cut Lumbar MRI with Hernia Nucleus Pulposus (HNP) cases as well as find out which one is better between the two techniques. The type of research used is quantitative research with an experimental approach that uses prospective data aimed at determining the difference in diagnostic image information T2WI SPIR and T2WI Dixon MRI examination of Sagital Cuts. The study population is patients who perform Lumbar MRI examinations with HNP cases at the Radiology Installation of NTB Provincial Hospital for the period May-July 2023. This study applied total sampling, using a research sample of 17 patients. The results showed a difference in image information between the T2WI SPIR and T2WI Dixon sequences on Lumbar MRI examination of Sagital Cut with a p-velue value smaller than α (<0.05), namely in the anatomy of the Spinal Cord with a p-value (0.021), and the anatomy of the Corpus Vertebraewith value p-value (0.001). The T2 Spir sequence is more optimal in showing anatomical information on the Sagittal Cut lumbar MRI examination compared to the T2 Dixon sequence.  due to the more homogeneous emphasis of fat on the anatomy of the Spinal Cord and Corpus Vertebrae

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is a medical imaging technique that combines magnetic fields and radio waves to create images and analysis of body tissue, blood circulation and metabolic function of the body. Some indications for MRI brain include detecting and identifying cases such as multiple sclerosis, infarction, hemorrhage, infection, trauma, and tumor or metastatic disease. Hemorrhagic stroke is bleeding that occurs when the blood vessels leading to the brain leak. Hemorrhagic stroke occurs when blood comes out of a blood vessel due to tearing of the blood vessel wall. Blood vessel walls can be weakened by the process of atherosclerosis and can also be due to congenital defects. The research method used was qualitative research. With a case study type of research. Data collection was carried out from July 2023 to August 2023 using a 3 Tesla MRI aircraft. The patient samples used in this study were three patients with complaints in the head. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The MRI brain examination procedure in hemorrhagic stroke cases at one of the hospitals in Jakarta uses the Plain localizer axial, sagittal and coronal sequence, T1_fl2_axial, T2_tse_darkfluid_axial, T2_tse_axial, ep2d_diff_4scan_trace, asl_3d_axial, tof_cs_carotids, flow_pc3d_MRV, tof_brain_MRA, T2_swi_axial. In this case, there is a different sequence used, namely T2_swi_axial. Sequence susceptibility weighted imaging (SWI) is an innovative radiological imaging method that is often used in diagnosing neuroradiological disorders.

A student's lifestyle can be influenced by their studio housing friends, the surrounding environment, local culture, and their level of curiosity. Friends in the boarding house are often the main influence in determining students' daily habits, such as eating patterns, recreational activities, and study habits. Consequently, this research aims to identify requency of exercise, length of study, and type of study between students who live in urban areas and those who live in rural areas and the academic achievements of students at the Faculty of Medicine, Prima Indonesia University. Cross-sectional checks at the Prima University Faculty of Medicine included 60 students. A cross-sectional examination of 60 students from the Faculty of Medicine, Prima Indonesia University was the focus of this research. The variables measured in the research are independent variables, namely the lifestyle of urban students and the lifestyle of rural students, while the dependent variable is learning outcomes seen from the Grade Point Average (GPA). The results of the Spearman rank correlation test show that the relationship between exercise frequency, study duration, study method and total student lifestyle respectively has a p value of 0.043, 0.050, 0.000, and 0.006 < 0.05, consequently it can be concluded that, in part, each student's exercise frequency, study time, study mode and overall lifestyle have a significant relationship with their academic performance. student  at  Faculty of Medicine, Prima  University Indonesia.

Management of Cervical MRI Examination in Cases of Syringomyelia in the Spinal Medulla at Primaya Hospital Tangerang. Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is a state-of-the-art diagnostic tool for examining and detecting the body using a large magnetic field and radio frequency waves, without the use of X-rays or radioactive materials, which produces cross-sectional images of the human body/organs using a magnetic field. strength between 0.064 – 1.5 tesla (1 tesla = 1000 Gauss) and vibrational resonance of the hydrogen atom nucleus. MRI can produce images of the vertebral column, spinal cord, and also the CSF. The MRI screening procedure is ideal for the differential diagnosis of structural disorders that can affect the spinal roots and spinal cord. This examination is used in carrying out a vertebral examination at once, namely scanning starting directly from the cervical vertebrae and also up to the sacrum. From the research results obtained according to the theory using T1-weighted imaging with administration of contrast agent. While in the field using the cervical MRI protocol without contrast, it is sufficient to establish a diagnosis using an examination procedure with a localizer sequence design, sagittal T1, Axial T1 FSE, Axial T2, Axial 2D marge, sagittal T2 fat sat, Axial T2 thoracic 2-3, myelo 2D. The T2 fat sat sagittal sequence section makes it possible to see the anatomy, namely syringomyelia.

The Role Of The T2FSE Paracoronal Sequence On Pelvic Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Image Information In Fistula Pelvic MRI is the most ideal part to be examined using Magnetic Resonance Imaging because it is very suitable for detecting abnormalities in the pelvis which most of the organs consist of soft tissue can be seen using MRI techniques . A fistula is an abnormal connection between two epithelial sites. A fistula is one that connects the anus with the skin around the anus or with other organs such as the vagina. One or more fistula bones are visible on the surface of the skin, which can become pus or feces during bowel movements. This study aims to determine the role of pelvic MRI examination with clinical fistula and to find out paracoronal sequence information can establish the clinical diagnosis of fistula. This study uses qualitative descriptive with a case study approach, the subject consists of one patient who will indeed perform a pelvic MRI examination with clinical fistula, the subject is carried out a 1.5 Tesla MRI examination to find out the sequence and procedure and sequence information used. The aim of this study is to describe the management or procedures for administering 3DCRT field in field (FIF) radiotherapy with abdominal thorax immobilization in Post MRM breast cancer patients at the Radiotherapy Unit at Lavalette Hospital, Malang.
