The leading sectors are almost in every region, including the provinces in Eastern Indonesia. This research is a quantitative research, the source of data in this research is secondary data. Data collection technique is documentation through published reports on the official website of the Central Statistics Agency, which is obtained through the official BI website www.bps.go.id. The data analysis technique used shift share analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the processing industry of Ternate City has endurance and grows positively during the COVID-19 pandemic.    

The Livestock Service Office playsan important role in livestock management and services in the Regency area. Its main mission is to ensure animal welfare, increase livestock productivity, control animal diseases, and manage other aspects related to livestock activities. However, data management still often relies on manual methods or the use of Microsoft Excel is deemed less effective and efficient. An information system is required to address this issue manage employee data quickly, accurately and can be updated easily. The research aims to design and execute a website-based information system for data collection for employee of the Nabire Regency Animal Husbandry Service. The research methods used include data collection through field studies, interview and literature studies, as well as system development using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The results of this research include system design through Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and user interfaces. System testing is conducted using the black box method method to ensure the system functions as expected. With the implementation of this system, it is hoped that employee data management at the Nabire Regency Livestock Service will become more efficient and accurate. This system makes it possible to carry out data collection, editing and deletion of employee data more easily and quickl. In conclusion, this system makes a significant contribution in improving operational efficiency and human resource management at the Nabire Regency Livestock Service.    

The existence of this public complaint service can help the public in submitting their complaints. Complainants to one-stop integrated service offices often feel disappointed when their complaints are not managed or responded to well, so it is important to manage complaints that can be managed well. Complaints must be planned by the Nabire district One Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) public service provider. Reporters are all parties who submit complaints to the Public Service Complaints Management body, including citizens and residents, whether individuals, groups or legal entities, who are beneficiaries of the services of the Licensing Department. So far, the complaint system is still limited to manual methods and the use of platforms such as WhatsApp. This condition results in various problems, including slow complaint resolution due to limitations in the use of paper or the WhatsApp platform. The risk of human error, such as losing the complaint form, also increases with the use of these manual methods. The WhatsApp application, which is not a dedicated platform for complaints, also has privacy flaws that could threaten user information if not properly encrypted. Apart from that, using Telegram or WhatsApp as a platform for complaints also does not guarantee optimal data security. Messages sent through such applications are vulnerable to thirdparty access if not properly encrypted, increasing privacy risks for users. Therefore, the use of web-based applications can be an appropriate and effective solution for handling complaints. Relevant agencies must allocate resources to develop more sophisticated digital complaint systems.    

The central statistics agency is a non-ministerial institution tasked with providing data, one example is agricultural census data. Agricultural census data is data obtained through interviews with farmers conducted directly in the field. The data obtained is so much that sometimes it makes it difficult for employees to manage the data. This data is recorded in a census document, this document will be used for the management process. The author realizes that in doing this task there are many obstacles because in doing data recaps are still done manually or by recording every incoming document, this also makes it difficult for the author to find the required documents. Therefore, solutions are needed in solving the problems faced. The author conducted research so as to find a solution, namely creating a website-based application that is easy to use in inputting census documents and also easy to access for employees in managing data obtained from the field. With the application made, it is expected to help employees in carrying out the process of managing documents.

The oil fuel stock monitoring system (BBM) is becoming crucial to the management of valuable energy assets. The aim of the author is to conduct an effective system analysis and development to monitor BBM stocks. The research uses prototyping methods, which include the following steps: identification of initial needs, initial prototype making, evaluation and feedback, improvement and development, final implementation, and final evaluation. An easy-to-understand user interface design and an efficient database structure are important components of system design. Web-based software development is part of the system implementation. The testing process is carried out to ensure the performance, reliability, and security of the system. The system is regularlyined to remain functional and relevant. It is expected that the results of this practice will make a significant contribution in improving the efficiency and accuracy of monitoring BBM stocks. Moreover, these results will provide the basis for similar system development in the future.

Marketing tactics used by business people include Influencers who function as target audiences and segments that are targeted for product promotion and branding. The aim of this research is to understand how Influencer Tasya Farasya and the Shopee Affiliate Program work and explore the legal aspects of sharia business related to collaboration between Influencers and the Shopee Affiliate Program. Researchers use descriptive qualitative methods using internet searching research, namely the process of searching for data via internet media to obtain information based on references, journals, articles. In this research, it was concluded that if an Influencer promotes a product, the Influencer will direct potential buyers to the affiliate's URL address. When the affiliate URL is opened, potential buyers will be directed to the seller's product sales website. This affiliate cooperation practice uses a samsarah contract because it is a form of intermediary between the seller and the buyer. In view of Sharia Economic Law, the practice of collaboration between Influencers and the Shopee affiliate program is permitted because it meets the requirements and is in line with the Samsarah agreement.  

With the advent and rapid advancement of text mining technology, a computer-based approach used to capture sentiment standpoints from data in textual form is increasingly becoming a promising field. Detailed information about sentiment can be provided using aspect-based sentiment analysis, which can be used in better decision-making. This study aims to study, observe, and classify previous methods used in aspect-based sentiment analysis. A systematic review is adopted as the method used to collect and review papers to achieve this research's aim. Papers focused on sentiment analysis, aspect extraction, and aspect aggregation from different academic databases such as Scopus, ScienceDirect, IEEE Explore, and Web of Science were gathered based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the study. The gathered papers were further reviewed to answer the stated research questions. The findings from the research show the most used methods for aspect extraction, sentiment analysis, and aspect aggregation in aspect-based sentiment analysis. This research offers a robust synthesis of evidence to guide further academic exploration in sentiment analysis.

The Bhina ​​Tunas Bhakti Juwana Vocational School IT team is a unit team at Bhina ​​Tunas Bhakti Juwana Vocational School which has the task of managing media and everything related to IT. With current reporting techniques, reporting problems is still relatively slow and has an impact on the IT team's slow resolution of complaints from units or rooms experiencing problems. Therefore, the author has the initiative to build an IT Complaint Service System at Bhina ​​Tunas Bhakti Juwana Vocational School. This system is designed to provide reporting, monitoring and IT problem solving services in the school environment. The research methodology used is a qualitative method that uses observation, interview and literature study techniques in data collection. In designing the system, it refers to an object-oriented approach, so UML (Unified Modeling Language) is used. The output of this research will be a website-based IT complaint service system implemented at Bhina ​​Tunas Bhakti Juwana Vocational School.

The SIKONTRAS application is a web-based application that has previously been used to socialize contraceptives to support government programs in broadcasting family planning programs, however, with technological developments and the large number of user demands who want comfort and ease in accessing information with attractive visuals, especially in terms of system appearance. used, the author took the initiative to carry out an evaluation of the SIKONTRAS application by going through the initial stages, namely distributing questionnaires to SIKONTRAS users and experts in the field of information system development, then from the results of the assessment, they will then be analyzed using the heuristic evaluation method. The research method is heuristic evaluation, method to identify design problems in user interfaces. The evaluator assesses the design based on a set of guidelines (called heuristics) that make the system easy to use. This Heuristic Evaluation is used to obtain usability testing results from SIKONTRAS. Testing was carried out on 5 respondents in the IT sector and the process included the following stages in carrying out the test. Based on the results of data analysis using heuristic evaluation, it can be concluded that the evaluation results of the SIKONTRAS system contained the greatest value in the flexibility and efficiency of use variable indicators, which means SIKONTRAS is flexible in using the system and easy for new users to understand, but development recommendations are still given based on comments and input by respondents, where respondents have professions in the field of information systems.

Pramudita is a company that operates in the field of parking lot management services at one of the Regional General Hospitals in East Sumba, where CV. Pramudita still records manually in a book, namely recording financial data in the form of income and expenditure of parking financial data every day, so there are often errors in recording financial data. CV. Pramudita needs a financial data management system to help store financial data in the form of daily income and expenses and also various issues that include financial matters. The system design that will be designed includes a website-based financial information system. This system was also built using the waterfall method with PHP, HTML and MySQL programming languages. From the SUS test results, this parking financial data management information system is included in the marginal category, acceptability ranges and high, the scale grade obtained is D and the level of user satisfaction is OK.

A web-based sales information system is a key element in the success of modern business, especially in the rapidly growing e-commerce era. Developing information systems that are responsive and adaptive to change is a major challenge in meeting dynamic market demands. The problem that occurs is that the web application that is built is not in accordance with the wishes and needs of the user so that applications and transactions are difficult to carry out. This article describes the implementation of the prototype method in developing a web-based sales information system, with a focus on aspects of needs analysis, design, development, implementation, and testing and evaluation. By developing a web-based sales information system with a prototype method, consumers can easily operate the application and make transactions easier because this system can be used anywhere and anytime and its development involves consumers, so this system can really be used well and easily.

The representation process for mapping malnutrition rates in the Waingapu City District area does not yet use computer technology, so the process of monitoring malnutrition rates in each region is still not presented well. This certainly makes it difficult for cadres and the Health Service to monitor the rate of malnutrition in the Waingapu City District Area. Therefore, it is necessary to build an information system that is able to provide data, both in the form of graphs and maps, for mapping malnutrition rates in the Waingapu City District area. The design and development of this information system was carried out using data collection methods and direct interviews with the Waingapu City Health Service, by looking for other references related to similar research. The aim of designing a web-based geographic information system for data collection on malnutrition sufferers is to help the community and the Health Service in monitoring and handling cases of malnutrition in the Waingapu City District area. This Geographic Information System will display malnutrition data based on sub-districts using color polygons as signs that provide information about safe conditions or conditions that require further treatment. The method used in creating a website is waterfall and goes through six stages, namely: the Reguirement Analysis (Analysis), Design (design), Development (coding), Testing (trial), and maintenance (maintenance) stages and system testing is carried out using black box.

This research aims to determine the form of social action in the song lyrics on the album Hurje! Maka Merapallah Zarathustra by Pangalo!, using qualitative descriptive methods and content analysis. The analysis was carried out based on a literary sociology approach with the help of social action theory to find out how social action takes shape in the lyrics of the album Hurje! Maka Merapallah Zarathustra. The theory of social action used in this research is based on Max Weber's opinion about forms of social action consisting of instrumental rational action, value-oriented rational action, traditional action, and affective action. The results of this research show that in the song lyrics on the album Hurje! Maka Merapallah Zarathustra by Pangalo!, there are various forms of social action which include instrumental rational action, value-oriented rational action, traditional action, and affective action. It was concluded that there were 81 social actions. These various social actions were found based on the analysis of 62 instrumental rational actions, 8 value-oriented rational actions, 5 traditional actions, and 6 affective actions..

To overcome this problem, the development of a web-based Wedding Equipment Rental Information System is proposed. This system allows customers to get detailed information about rental packages, prices and status of rented items. Apart from that, this system also helps business owners in storing and processing rental data quickly and accurately. The development method used is the waterfall model from SDLC. Test results show that this system is well received by users, with an average score of 70.6 in the SUS test. This study aims to examine the effect of sustainability report, good corporate governance, and profitability on the value of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sector in 2020-2022. The population in this study is 33 food and beverage sector manufacturing companies in 2020-2022. This type of research is quantitative research. The research sampling technique uses the purposive sampling method, namely sample selection based on predetermined criteria so that 12 companies are obtained as research samples. This study used secondary data obtained from the annual report of the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and the website of the company that was the research sample. This analysis technique uses SPSS software version 26. The results showed that sustainability report and good corporate governance did not affect company value, profitability had a positive and significant effect on company value.

Digital marketing is promotional activities and market search through online digital media by utilizing various means such as social networks. The aim of this research is to increase knowledge and skills about digital marketing, especially social media, for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) business people to increase their sales and profits. Online marketing is suitable for new businesses or ventures. Of course it is cost effective, because you don't have to place products/services, can be controlled yourself without having to recruit employees, unlimited time or working hours, and has a wide market reach, because online marketing is supported by the presence of websites or social media (Facebook, Instagram, WA, etc.) and this research is also aimed at proving that there is an influence of digital marketing on the sales performance of Durenstory Serang MSME products. This research uses quantitative methods with a survey approach. Research data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 10 respondents who were Durenstory customers. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The research results show that digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on the sales performance of Durenstory Serang MSME products. This means that the better the implementation of digital marketing, the higher the sales performance of Durenstory products. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that digital marketing is an effective strategy for improving the sales performance of MSME products. Therefore, MSMEs need to implement digital marketing strategies appropriately and sustainably.
