The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of vehicle tax and price on the purchasing power of four-wheeled vehicles in the city of Surabaya. This type of research uses quantitative research. This study uses primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique used in this study is probability / random sampling technique using the slovin formula, so that the number of samples in this study is 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that vehicle taxes and prices have an effect on the purchasing power of four-wheeled vehicles in the Surabaya city area, vehicle taxes and prices have a simultaneous effect on the purchasing power of four-wheeled vehicles in the Surabaya city area with R square values of 62.9% and 37.1 % influenced by other variables.    

In this case it refers to the purpose of the content in this final project, namely by compiling a schedule for the Implementation of KM.Mutiara Ferindo 5 Ship Maintenance during the docking process at the PT.PAL Indonesia shipyard. Making a schedule includes what components are repaired when the ship is in a condition shipyard, make a ship maintenance management schedule that has been carried out in the shipyard. The data used in this thesis are data from PT.Antosim Lampung Pelayaran Surabaya and the researchers themselves. The type of data used in this research is primary data. will be related to the problem being studied and the results of the questionnaire distributed to several employees related to this research. In carrying out repairs there is a work list that shows how many items of work work must be done. So this work list has been approved to be carried out in the ship repair process. KM ship repair work. Mutiara Ferindo 5 which carries out planned repairs both at the shipyard and when the ship anchors at sea carries out maintenance technically and economically. Repair work on RO-RO ships that carry out maintenance on a scale that has been determined by the office and ship crew who are authorized to help carry out ship repairs. Repair work on the ship KM. Mutiara Ferindo 5 is well planned in terms of safety equipment and also component equipment that plays an important role in the smooth operation of the ship (maintenance of the entire engine room, deck, safety equipment and maintenance of the inside and outside of the ship). Implementing an economical system of estimating the remaining funds after maintenance at the shipyard.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the calculation of direct wages and incentives at the company. This type of research uses qualitative research. Data obtained from interviews and several documents from the company. Data collection techniques used are documentation and interviews. The results of this study use the direct labor budget theory, to determine the calculation of direct wages and incentives.The benefits of this study explain the calculation of direct wages and incentives for companies.    

STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) improvements in education, as well as PAUD teacher inability to effectively use the resources at their disposal despite their simplicity in the classroom. Using active and creative learning approaches, the implementation of learning in STEAM-based PAUD is designed to encourage children's creativity. The method's activities included a pre-test to gauge PAUD teachers' familiarity with the STEAM learning approach, instruction about STEAM resources after that, and training or group practice in creating STEAM-based learning resources. introducing new information, since PAUD teachers did not previously comprehend what STEAM was, They understand now it, and because it combines the five knowledges with basic tools and materials, they can develop it for use as an engaging method of instruction in the future.

In a shipbuilding industry, fast and efficient time is needed in carrying out construction projects and ship repairs. This is because it has been mutually agreed between the two parties, both the owner of the ship (owner), and the shipyard regarding the time to work on the project. By racing on the processing time, the level of productivity is an important point that must be considered by the shipyard. There are many factors that can affect the level of productivity of a shipyard. One of the factors, among others, is the determination of the number of man hours (man hours). In a ship building or repair project, the allocation of the number of man hours is very important, if the number of man hours (man hours) is not correct it will cause delays and decrease in productivity levels. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of man hours on the level of productivity in the KMP repair project. Cakalang and KMP. Gili Iyang by conducting a correlation test of the Product Moment method with the help of SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) v2.3 for windows software, with the independent variable (X), namely the number of man hours (man hours) and the dependent variable (Y), namely the level of productivity. And then a significant correlation value is generated between the number of man hours (man hours) and the level of shipyard productivity. The results of this study are the significance values obtained between the X and Y variables in the KMP repair project. Cakalang is 0.037 and at KMP. Gili Iyang is 0.026 which means that there is a significant correlation between the variable man hours and productivity with a very strong relationship category in KMP. Shift work is a system for organizing human resource activities in a particular industry with the aim that the human resources in it can work according to a predetermined schedule. Main kitchen is the main kitchen section that handles a variety of sauces, stocks, and various main courses. This study aims to analyze the application of employee work shifts in the main kitchen of Best Western Papilio Hotel Surabaya. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. Data collection was done by field observation, interview with 1 sous chef, and giving questionnaires to 7 employees in the main kitchen. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively.The results showed: 1) The implementation of employee work shit in the main kitchen of Best Western Papilio Hotel Surabaya is in accordance with established company regulations and government regulations. The application in the main kitchen of Best Western Papilio Hotel Surabaya includes: working for 8 hours a day with a maximum break time of 1 hour; there is a difference in work limits between permanent and daily contract employees so that in making schedules it is always done in the middle of the month and the beginning of the month so that there is a regularity of schedules; there are 3 work shifts namely morning, afternoon and night with a pattern of 5 working days 1 day off in one week.

The purpose of this research was to find out the analysis of the application of standard operating procedures (SOP) for food processing at the Aria Centra Hotel Surabaya which has a very important role in an industry, one of which is the hospitality industry as a guide or reference for staff to work consistently and with standards. The data collection technique used (1) interviews to find out the application of food processing procedures and the implementation of these procedures: and (2) documentation to find out the analysis of the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP) for banquet food processing at the Hot Kitchen Hotel Aria Centra Surabaya, an overview of the company and worker data. Data collection was carried out in July-December 2022. The results of this study were an analysis of the application of standard operating procedures (SOP) for banquet food processing at the Hot Kitchen Hotel Aria Centra Surabaya which included (1) standard operating procedures for handling banquets; (2) implementing a banquet menu; (3) material procurement system for banquet ordering needs; (4) standard operating procedures (SOP) for foodstuffs; (5) preparation of banquet materials and tools; (6) strategies to minimize errors in standard operating procedures (SOP) for handling banquets; (7) constraints and solutions in banquet handling. Based on these results it can be concluded that the analysis of standard operating procedures (SOP) for banquet food processing at the Hot Kitchen Hotel Aria centra Surabaya required various stages in handling it.

For approximately 3 months, these programs can be carried out well and can be accepted by the residents of Keputih Village even though there are several obstacles or obstacles that become a challenge for students to find solutions to these problems so that the planned programs can run more optimally and are expected to help develop MSMEs and business potential in Keputih Village,  Sukolilo District, Surabaya City well. The Thematic Real Work Lecture of Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (KKNT MBKM) has a work program that has been implemented by the University of National Development "Veteran" East Java. This work program includes FGD (Focus Group Discussion), Ramadan bazaar and coloring competition as well as takjil distribution, counseling, training, TTG innovation which is called by another term, namely Appropriate Technology. This TTG is also in the form of a map of the potential of MSMEs in Keputih Village and a menu catalog of the Harmoni Keputih Tourism Market, an exhibition of Baverage Culinary Tourism Center Activities and an exhibition of MSMEs in Sukolilo District, the creation of a website for the Harmoni Keputih Tourism Market, the creation of the Harmoni Keputih Tourism Market Instagram, and the creation of product promotion content for MSMEs in the Keputih region.

Insomnia is one of the most common diseases in modern society, with its characteristics being difficulty sleeping at night or failure to maintain effective sleep after sleep. Conventional treatments for existing insomnia have undesirable effects when used for a long time. Treatment with acupuncture and herbs can be used as an alternative and complementary therapy in the treatment of insomnia. Research purposes to determine the effect of a combination of acupuncture and herbal therapy Bai Zi Yang Xin Tang  on client insomnia with heart and kidney disharmony syndrome at Yayasan Dharma Warga Surabaya. Research methods is one group pre-test and post-test design. Respondents in the study amounted to 14 people received acupuncture therapy at point (Feng Chi, An Mian, Bai Hui, Si Shen Cong, Shen Men, Nei Guan, Zu San Li, San Yin Jiao, Tai Xi, Tai Chong) and consumed Bai Zi Yang Xin Tang. The average length of sleep for respondents before therapy was 3.75 ± 0.47 hours and after therapy 6.0 ± 0.65 hours (p < 0.05). The combination of acupuncture and  Bai Zi Yang Xin Tang for insomnia with heart and kidney disharmony syndrome can increase the patient's sleep duration after therapy.

Health problems that generally occur in adolescents are excess and underweight, where the nutritional status figures do not reach normal according to standards. As for these problems, the causative factors are identified, such as food consumption and physical activity factors. From the available data, there is still little research devoted to adolescents who have special conditions (disabilities). This study aims to determine the relationship between food consumption and physical activity with the nutritional status of adolescents, so that it can be ascertained that the most important factors for normal nutritional status are achieved. This research is a type of correlational quantitative research and was carried out at the Galuh Handayani Inclusive High School, Surabaya. The research subjects were adolescents with various disabilities, totaling 17 students. The independent variables in the study were food consumption and physical activity, while the dependent variable was nutritional status. The instruments used include 2 x 24 Food Recall and Physical Activity Questionnaire for Adolescents. To determine the relationship between variables, then analyzed using Spearman's rank correlation. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between food consumption (P = 0.025) and nutritional status and the correlation coefficient value was 0.540 which resulted in a strong correlation, but there was no significant relationship between Physical Activity (P = 0.133) and the nutritional status of adolescents at Galuh Handayani Inclusive High School Surabaya with a correlation coefficient value of 0.380 which means that the correlation is sufficient.There is a significant relationship between food consumption and nutritional status, but there is no significant relationship between physical activity and the nutritional status of adolescents at Galuh Handayani Inclusive High School, Surabaya

Food cost and selling price in the industrial world such as restaurants in hotels are very important in order to control production costs in processing food ingredients. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation using inductive qualitative data analysis methods. Determination of selling price on the set menu through the calculation of market segmentation, competitor analysis, raw materials, and company standards owned. Food cost generated by each dish item has an important role in determining the selling price because it is very influential. Cost of package is the biggest determinant of costs incurred from 2 kinds of main dishes served. The results of this study indicate the determination of the selling price of the new year menu set using the mark-up pricing method based on standard calculations from the company. Strategy and determination of the target market as the main thing that must be considered, with a survey of several competitors including composition and price will be known how feasible the dish competes in the market.

Management functions consist of planning, organizing, directing, and controlling. The obstacle that the researchers found was that aviation security officers were confused when dealing with passengers carrying liquids in unlabeled bottles. Therefore aviation security officers need to have the ability to carry out management functions in carrying out their duties and responsibilities to maintain aviation security and safety. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the management function by aviation security officers at Juanda International Airport, Surabaya and to find out the obstacles faced and find solutions in carrying out management functions by aviation security officers at Juanda International Airport, Surabaya. This study used a qualitative method. The research was conducted at Juanda International Airport in Surabaya which was held in May-June 2023. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. To test the validity of the data used by researchers, namely triangulation of sources and triangulation of techniques. Data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the study show that aviation security officers carry out management functions including: (1) planning (planning) including objectives, duties and responsibilities of aviation security officers; (2) organizing (organizing) includes human resources, division of tasks, facilities and infrastructure; (3) directing includes communication, development, and guidance; (4) supervision (controlling) includes direct supervision and provision of motivation. The obstacles faced include the lack of aviation security officers at Juanda International Airport in Surabaya, aviation security officers who lack updates regarding the latest SOPs, aviation security officers face the character of passengers. While the solution is that several tasks can be handled by one aviation security officer in multiple ways, refreshing and the supervisor providing information regarding the latest SOP, providing the latest information to passengers.

The coffee shop business in Nginden Jangkungan Village, Sukolilo District, Surabaya City, was studied by 6 people and the average income generated   was   IDR 20,195,000 / month, and had an average total cost incurred each month, namely IDR 8,386,032 / month. For the average profit that will be obtained from the 6 coffee shop business owners studied in the Keputih Village, Sukolilo   District, Surabaya City, it is IDR 11,808,967/month. Furthermore, the lowest profit was obtained by Mr. Ridwan, the owner of the   Giras Panorama coffee   shop, amounting to Rp. 8,460,561/month and the highest was obtained by Mr. Arifudin, amounting to Rp. 16,561,839/month. Meanwhile, Mr. Ridwan is the owner of the largest business capital, namely Rp. 20,249,439/month and the smallest is Mr. Fauzi, which is Rp. 3,802,944. /month. Meanwhile with regard to ROI, the lowest percentage was obtained from the Giras Panorama coffee shop business of 41,781% and the highest was the NS 58 coffee shop, namely 393,827%. the average ROI value of the six coffee shops is 196,290%. In simple terms, in 1 year the average rate of return on investment for   the   six coffee shops studied was 196,290%. For R/C calculations, the largest value was obtained from the NS 58 coffee shop with 4,938 and the smallest was the Giras Panorama coffee shop with 1,417. The average R/C value for the six coffee shops is 2,962.5. That is, with a capital of IDR 1,000, coffee shops on average earn IDR 2,962.5 or get a   profit   of   IDR 1,962.5 because the total income of the six coffee shops is far greater than the total monthly costs. For the calculation of the B/C ratio, the largest value was obtained for the NS 58 coffee shop at 3,938 and the smallest was for the Giras Panorama coffee shop at 0,417. Meanwhile, the average value of the B/C ratio for the six coffee shops was 1,962.5. That is, Mr. Ridwan as the owner of the Giras Panorama coffee shop which has a ratio of 0.417 or it can be said that it is not feasible to run.

Micro, small and medium enterprises or MSMEs play an important role in improving the economy of a region and the country's economy. However, in the production cycle, processed food requires prerequisites that must be considered because its quality is easily damaged. One of the factors that often results in defects in MSMEs processed food products is the lack of concern for food safety. The method used in this service activity is counseling. The result of this counseling is that MSMEs actors in Klampis Ngasem Village, Surabaya City know the use of food added ingredients and hazardous materials in food. The purpose of this service activity is to educate MSMEs in Klampis Ngasem Village, Surabaya City about the importance of using food preservation and packaging technology extend the shelf life of the product while still complying with food safety regulations. so that MSMEs actors can make food products that are safe, competitive, of good quality, and have high selling value.

This study aims to analyze the Budget Realization Report (LRA) to assess the implementation of the budget at the Surabaya City Financial and Regional Management Agency for the 2017-2021 fiscal year. This research was conducted at BPKAD Surabaya City. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The data collection technique that was carried out consisted of: 1.) Analysis of the calculation of the economic level of the Budget Realization Report at the Surabaya City BPKAD for the 2017 to 2021 fiscal year 2.) Analysis of the calculation of the efficiency level of the Budget Realization Report at the Surabaya City BPKAD for the 2017 to 2021 fiscal year 3.) Analysis of the calculation of the level of effectiveness of the Budget Realization Report at the Surabaya City BPKAD for the 2017 to 2021 fiscal years. The results showed that program realization as measured by the average economic level from 2017 to 2021 was in the economic criteria and in 2019 it experienced a less economical level, the results of performance measurement as measured by the level of efficiency at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency for the City of Surabaya showed that inefficient and inefficient budget and performance measurement results measured by the level of effectiveness in 2017 to 2019 show very effective

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of job satisfaction and morale on employee performance at PT Javadwipa Duta Mandiri Surabaya. This study took 45 respondents from a total population of 72 employees at PT Javadwipa Duta Madiri Surabaya where a total of 45 respondents all came from the marketing department. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis to test the hypothesis. While the classic assumptions used include the Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, and Heteroscedasticity Test using the SPSS version 20 statistical program. The results of the analysis conclude that variables 1.) Job Satisfaction have no significant effect on Employee Performance, 2.) Work Morale have a significant effect on Employee Performance, 3.) Job Satisfaction and Work Morale have a simultaneous or joint effect on Employee Performance. at PT Javadwipa Duta Mandiri Surabaya.

Kalirungkut Village is one of the urban areas located in Rungkut Sub-district, Surabaya. The area of Kelurahan Kalirungkut is 2.58 km2, divided into 15 RWs (neighborhood units) and 86 RTs (community units) (Statistics Indonesia, Surabaya 2016). The population of this neighborhood is approximately 22,949 people, consisting of 11,345 males and 11,604 females (Kalirungkut Village, 2022). Within the neighborhood, there are 11 active industrial companies, including 7 large-scale industries and 4 small-scale industries (Statistics Indonesia, Surabaya 2019). The significant population and industrial activities in the area require a large amount of land, resulting in a reduction of agricultural land. Therefore, the objective of the community service activity is to create a sustainable farming strategy through the design and implementation of aquaponics. The community service method consists of three stages: survey and preparation, implementation of activities, and maintenance and monitoring of results. The outcome of the community service activity is the establishment of an aquaponics farming system located in the yard of one of the residents in Kalirungkut, namely Mrs. Ismudji Rahayuningsih.

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the highest record holders in this type of sales in Indonesia, both in MSMEs engaged in online media or those that appear physically. In carrying out MSME activities, of course there is a lot that must be observed so that later they can be appropriate, namely with the strategy. Marketing strategy or sales technique is an important role in the business world, especially in today's business competition. Apart from showing the taste and attractive packaging, of course we have to analyze the market so that we can then determine the target and media to use. The importance of marketing management for MSME actors must be emphasized, such as a good marketing strategy, how to determine the target market to determine social media as a promotional tool.

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam pertumbuhan perekonomian negara dan penyerapan tenaga kerja. Kelurahan Keputih memiliki cukup banyak UMKM  yang aktif dan variatif. Hasil survei menemukan beberapa kendala yang dialami oleh UMKM di wilayah Kelurahan Keputih, salah satunya ada pengenalan produk dan ketatnya persaingan untuk melakukan pemasaran di era digital. Solusi kegiatan diprioritaskan untuk UMKM yang memiliki potensi yaitu “Bebek Mesra Surabaya” dilakukan pendampimpangan dengan strategi rebranding dan digital marketing. Pendampingan yang dilakukan diantaranya:  a. Pembuatan foto produk dan video konten;  b. Pembaruan design banner; c. Pembuatan menu dengan Quick Response (QR) Code untuk menu digital UMKM “Bebek Mesra”. Hasil yang diperoleh setelah pendampingan adalah UMKM “Bebek Mesra Surabaya memiliki lebih banyak konten dan mengetahui cara membuat konten yang menarik untuk melakukan pemasaran digital, design banner baru yang sudah tercantum logo halal MUI, dan daftar menu baru disertai Quick Responses (QR).  

MSMEs play a very important role for the progress of the Indonesian economy. With the involvement of MSMEs as a driver of improving the economy in Indonesia, it is certainly hoped that MSMEs can continue to develop in the long term. In the current era, MSME actors are expected to be able to make the best use of technology. One of them is the world of digital marketing, because digital marketing has an extraordinary influence so that MSMEs can continue to develop in the long term. This prompted the East Java MBKM Thematic KKN UPN Veterans Group 74 to hold counseling with the theme "Utilization of Digital Marketing in Improving MSME Marketing" this is also because the results of surveys and observations that have been conducted by KKN-T MBKM Group 74 Surabaya showed a lack of knowledge and the use of digital technology in marketing. Therefore, by holding this counseling, it is hoped that MSME actors can develop more quickly by expanding the market.
