The problem discussed in this study is how the personality of Leo in the novel And the Rain Stops. This study aims to determine the inner conflicts related to personality in the novel Dan Hujan Pun Henti, by Farida Susanty using a literary psychology approach. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. The source of this research data is the utterances and words contained in the novel Dan Hujan Pun Henti, by Farida Susanty. The data collection techniques used are reading, recording and analyzing. The results of this study stated that the main character Leo in the novel "And the Rain Stopped" by Farida Susanty experienced inner conflicts related to Sigmud Freud's psychoanalysis studies, namely: id, ego and superego. The id in the main character Leo is described that Leo does not know to distinguish between good and bad and he also seems to have lost his taste. The ego in Leo attempts to suppress Leo's id to be able to overcome it. The superego depicted by Leo is related to his feelings and seeks to cultivate a moral side to himself.

The purpose of this study is to describe the forms of code switching and code mixing that occur in Nessie Judge's YouTube videos. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique in this study was the listening technique and the note taking technique, namely by listening and observing the contents of Nessie Judge's YouTube videos and then noting the forms of code switching and code mixing that occurred. The source of this research data comes from one of Nessie Judge's YouTube videos. In this study, data analysis techniques included re-reading video transcripts, recording conversations involving code-mixing and code-switching, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that there are 19 data in the form of code switching and 20 data in the form of code mixing. Code switching and code mixing are caused by speakers and speech partners who are both able to use more than two languages.

Research on the analysis of "Values ​​and Functions of Tradision Manten Mubeng Gapura at mosque Wali At-Taqwa Loram Kulon Kudus" was conducted in Loram Kulon Village, Jati District, Kudus Regency, Central Java. This study uses a qualitative descrptif approach. Data collection techniques through literature, observation, interviews, recording, writing and taking pictures. The results of this study obtained the values ​​and functions of the manten mubeng gapura padureksan tradition, the values ​​associated with this tradition are religious values ​​and cultural values ​​while its function is as a medium of da'wah and to introduce if a Muslim must have a sense of responsibility and not leave obligations.

The method is qualitative with a case study approach, research data uses primary data, data collection techniques by observation, observation, recording observations, and structured interviews, data validity techniques by triangulation of data sources. The findings are that the independent learning curriculum is quite fun and does not make it difficult for teachers and students at SD Marsudirini Gedangan. Uncertainty was felt when the teachers did not know the process for implementing the main harvest in December 2022 and there was no BOS allocation fund to support project implementation. The implication of this research is to provide an overview of the implementation of a fun independent learning curriculum, so that in the 2023/2024 academic year schools are increasingly ready to implement the full learning independent curriculum

This research analyzed one of the syntactic fields of study, namely phrases in argumentation texts in class XI textbooks of the Kurikulum Merdeka. Two data will be studied in argumentation texts entitled "Ketahanan Pangan Lokal” and “Ketahanan Pangan pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19". In this study, the researchers limit the analysis of phrase type studies, namely based on word categories in the form of verb and noun phrases. The purpose of this research is to know in depth the research data along with an explanation of the types of phrases based on word categories, namely verb phrases and noun phrases found. In addition, this research is also expected to be valuable as a learning medium, especially in one of the fields of syntactic units, namely about phrases. The research method used a qualitative descriptive methodological approach and theoretical syntax with reading, listening, and recording techniques. In the analysis, it was found that verb phrases based on their position and location were divided into two, namely Coordinative Verb Phrases (FVK) and Subordinative Verb Phrases (FVS). Meanwhile, noun phrases based on their position and location are also divided into two, namely Coordinative Noun Phrases (FNK) and Subordinative Noun Phrases (FNS). To facilitate the analysis and understanding of the reader, the phrase data is presented in the form of a table accompanied by an explanation. This research is important to analyze the phrases in the argumentation text contained in the independent curriculum textbook, this is because the independent curriculum is the latest educational learning system in Indonesia.

The purpose of this study is to describe the representation of social values ​​in the sack. The problem explored in this research is social values ​​in the form of spiritual values ​​which include (1) truth values (2) honesty values (3) toughness values (4) caring values. The method and approach used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach. Qualitative descriptive approach is used to describe the education values ​​in the film Dua Garis Biru by Gina S. Noer. Data analysis of this research was carried out by collecting data with the method of observing and recording, identifying data, classifying data, and describing data. The results of this study indicate that the educational values ​​contained in the film Dua Garis Biru by Gina S. Noer with several forms of value are as follows: (a) the educational value of honesty in the film is the most dominant, there are 15 forms of the value of honesty. (b) the educational value of toughness in the film shows 15 forms of toughness value. (c) the educational value of caring in the film shows 13 forms of caring value. (d) religious educational values ​​in the film show 8 forms of religious values.

This study aims to understand the Production Process of the Islamic Pedia Program at Salam TV Jl. Darmo, Ujung Serdang, Kec. Tj. Morawa, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. The research method used is a qualitative approach, using 1 informant as sources for data collection. The results obtained from this study are that the production process for the Islam Pedia program on Salam TV has several production stages, namely the pre-production process, the production process and the post-production process. In the pre-production process, the creative team drafted the concept, created the title, created the script, prepared materials starting from pictures and videos. The production stage is searching for photos from Google and videos from YouTube at sources that are trusted to be edited and combined with voice recordings (vo), this is done to support the script that has been written according to the theme being discussed. The post-production stage is uploading videos (media publicity) by the broadcast team (MCR) to YouTube, official Instagram greeting TV and other official websites and conducting evaluations through feedback from the public.

The problem that often occurs is that some people do not understand the existence of exemplary values contained in the folklore of Bulusan. This study aims to describe exemplary values in the Bulusan folklore, namely the religious values and moral values contained in the Bulusan folklore. The method used in this study is qualitative with a qualitative descriptive analysis method and the data sources come from community leaders, village heads, local residents, and practitioners who are experts in knowing and understanding Bulusan folklore. In this study using data collection techniques by way of observation, interviews, recording, recording, photographing, and transcription. In this study, the validity of the data was used, namely triangulation of sources, time, and techniques. Based on the analysis of the data obtained in the Bulusan Folklore, there are also character values that can serve as guidelines and examples for the whole community, especially young people for the next generation. The origins of the Bulusan folklore have several religious values and moral values contained in it. The content of religious values in Bulusan folklore includes obedience, belief, and practice. The moral values contained in the Bulusan folklore are the values of mutual cooperation, obedience, and politeness.  

Medical records are an important part of reporting and recording as well as assisting the implementation of service delivery to patients, one of which is a summary form for discharge patients, which includes all services that have been provided to patients. It was found that there were still medical records that were not 100% complete according to service quality standards at the Tarakan Hospital, Jakarta. Researchers analyzed the medical records of inpatients for COVID-19 cases, especially the summary form for discharge patients. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative analysis approach. The purpose of this study was to determine standard operating procedures and calculate the percentage of completeness of inpatient medical records on the summary form of inpatient discharge patients in the case of covid-19 in March 2022, and to find out the obstacles in filling out the summary form of inpatient discharge in cases of covid-19 . Based on the results of a study of 152 medical records of hospitalized patients with COVID-19 cases, the average completeness rate was 92% complete and 8% incomplete. The need to resocialize standard operating procedures for filling out medical records and the need for hospital director decisions regarding the discipline of filling out medical records should be able to be carried out properly and on time .

The problems of this research are (1) the relationship of similarities and similarities in the vocabulary of Dentong and Duri languages ​​(2) the relationship between sound and meaning in Dentong and Duri languages ​​(3) the kinship relationship between Dentong and Duri languages. The techniques used are observation techniques, interview techniques, recording techniques, observation/note-taking techniques and documentation. This research was conducted for 2 weeks and the research subjects were native speakers of Dentong and Duri languages.The results of this study obtained similarities and similarities between Dentong and Duri languages ​​based on five word classes, namely verbs, pronouns, nouns, numerals, and adjectives. The basic vocabulary similarities in Dentong and Duri languages ​​total 46 words or 23%, one of the data is that the word [fur] in BDNT is also called [bulu] in BDRI, the basic vocabulary similarities in Dentong and Duri languages ​​are 20 words or 10 % one of the data in the word [two] 'rua' in BDNT and [two] 'two' in BDRI.Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the comparison between Dentong and Duri languages ​​has similarities and similarities. The similarities and similarities, if totaled, there are 66 similarities and similarities or 33% of the vocabulary. Therefore it can be stated that the two languages ​​being compared are cognate languages.

One of the business sectors that is now starting to be controlled by many Indonesians is micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The main factor in boosting Indonesia's economy is estimated to be the micro, small and medium enterprises sector. However, many MSMEs still struggle to use their accounting skills in their daily business activities. This happens because of a lack of understanding and knowledge about accounting, especially in terms of preparing financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards, especially SAK EMKM, and business actors still think that the preparation of financial statements is not needed to run their business.. In order for MSME owners to prepare financial statements at the end of each recording period, support is provided to MSMEs in the form of assistance to prepare financial statements based on SAK EMKM. This activity not only helps in making financial statements but also provides knowledge about the importance of accounting, especially those related to making financial statements for business activities. The results of this activity show that MSME owners are interested in trying to apply accounting science in their business activities.

MSMEs must be able to make good bookkeeping both manually and digitally. Digital accounting can be managed with the Bukukas application on a smartphone. The advantage of this application is that it makes recording easy, economical, easy to increase capacity, quality and reporting expertise. Application-based financing so that MSME players can use the BukuKas application independently. This mission was carried out in Kedungdalem Village MSMEs by presenting around 20 people from various types of MSMEs such as flower sales, chips and snacks businesses. The obstacles that are often faced by MSMEs are that there is no record of bookkeeping and financial transactions and some are still recording manually as well. In addition, there are still difficulties in determining profits and inventory levels. Therefore, providing training on how to use the BukuKas application can help them record financial transactions and market their products.

The existence of SOP will help the company to achieve company goals. To achieve company goals, the company provides a design in the form of an SOP that will guide employees in carrying out their duties and minimize errors in carrying out the responsibilities of each employee. This study aims to determine the application of standard operating procedures (SOP) in the Inventory Department at PT RIMEX International Indonesia Balikpapan. This type of research is qualitative concerning the 7 main points in the SOP which include efficiency, consistency, minimizing errors, problem-solving, and defense boundaries. There are 3 research informants: One supervisor, one Quality Control, and 1 Warehouseman. Data collection techniques through interviews. The results of the analysis show that Inventory Department employees have implemented the SOP made by the company. The problem found is that there are differences in goods between the recording of goods in the company's recording system and the physical goods between the recording of goods in the company's recording system and the physical goods in the warehouse, such as how many items are left, abandoned and how many items are left in the warehouse.

In companies, office administration systems have an important role, especially warehousing administration in the warehouse section that handles inventory. Warehousing administration in the warehouse department is the spearhead of all records of incoming and outgoing goods. PT. Transkon Jaya has a warehouse section that handles spare parts inventory for vehicles or equipment that is rented, the inaccuracy of data in recording administration at the warehouse will have an impact on the company's operations. Based on the description above, the authors conducted a study entitled Analysis of Warehouse Administration Systems at the Warehouse Department at PT Transkon Jaya Tbk, Balikpapan City. The research method used in this research is Descriptive Qualitative Research which uses comparative analysis techniques through literature study, observation, and interviews. From the results of research and analysis, it can be concluded that the warehousing administration system in the Warehouse Department at PT. Transkon Jaya Tbk Balikpapan uses 2 (two) mechanisms, namely a computerized mechanism that uses the MYOB application and a manual mechanism. However, the application used is an accounting computer application, not an application specifically for inventory administration, which can provide information regarding the location of goods, the number of goods, the date of goods coming in, the date of goods left, and the amount of stock in the warehouse in real-time.

Low education human resources in Indonesia, especially educators or teachers who are less professional in carrying out their work, can be the cause of low levels of education in this country. Education supervision is also a process of controlling and evaluating activities to ensure that all educational activities are carried out according to plan, as well as activities to improve and correct if there are deviations that will interfere with the process of achieving goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the payroll accounting information system for employees at PT. Star Rubber, obstacles in employee payroll accounting information systems and efforts to overcome obstacles in employee payroll accounting information systems at PT. Star Rubber. This study used qualitative research methods. Data were obtained from subjects in the study including the Director, Expenditure Treasurer and employees regarding the payroll system of PT. Star Rubber Jujuhan and Employees of PT. Star Rubber.  The results showed that the Employee Payroll Accounting Information System at PT. Star Rubber has been designed to support the achievement of company goals and the creation of good internal control. In addition, the payroll and remuneration system is also designed to ensure that employees' salaries and wages are paid. While the related functions at PT. Star Rubber is a staffing function that is held by the personnel department, the function of recording employee attendance times is held by the timekeeper, the function of making payroll and wages is handled by the personnel section, the cashier function, and the function of paying salaries and wages is authorized by the personnel and cashier section.
