The need to manage a good and coordinated relationship among employees is critical in human resource management. In order to achieve organizational goals, the relationships between individuals involved in the context must be well managed, especially if the context is broader and involves a union. This brief article will focus on the relationship within the union. The fundamental question here is, "How is the working relationship between the union and the company management?" This question's response elaborates on six main points. First, we'll talk about the nature of trade unions and the issues they face, including in Indonesia. Second, several factors contributing to the decline in union membership will be identified. Third, labor and trade union regulations will be explained. The fourth topic will be the stages of the union process. Fifth, the collective bargaining agreement will be discussed. The complaint procedure will be described in the sixth section.    

Community service activities on bullying prevention and handling aim to increase awareness, understanding, and countermeasures against bullying in schools. Service activities are carried out through identification of needs, material development, implementation of counseling, and evaluation. Teachers are given training on bullying handling, effective communication strategies, conflict management, social skills development, and mental strengthening. They are also given an understanding of human rights, tolerance, empathy, and the importance of building healthy relationships in schools. The results of the service activities show an increase in teachers' awareness and understanding of bullying and the development of a safe and inclusive school environment. The collaboration of all relevant parties in dealing with bullying can create positive change, reduce bullying rates, and create a better environment for students in their learning and development process.

Anemia in pregnancy is a national problem because it reflects the value of the socio-economic welfare of the community and has a very large influence on the quality of human resources. where in this situation the patient does not go on a diet against anemia. The purpose of this study was to find out the description of the factors that cause anemia in pregnant women in the Kalodran Community Health Center, Serang City, Banten Province in 2022. Descriptive research and this study used primary data with measuring instruments, namely questionnaires that have been tested with instruments, in data analysis using the Chi Square statistical test with a sample of pregnant women as many as 44 respondents and researchers chose respondents with total sampling technique. The description of economic status is mostly low <UMR as much as 34 (77.3%), the knowledge of pregnant women about anemia is mostly lacking is as many as 31 (<70.5%), the education of pregnant women is mostly medium as much as 33 (75%), Compliance with consumption of Fe tablets was mostly disobedient as much as 34 (77.3%), parity was mostly multipara as many as 33 (75%), most pregnant women were <25 years old as many as 28 (63.6%), husband support was partially 28 (63.6%) did not get husband's support, there was a relationship between socio-economic, knowledge, education, adherence to consuming FE tablets, parity, age, and husband's support with the occurrence of anemia in pregnant women in the Kalodran Health Center area, Serang City, Banten Province. 2022. It is recommended for future researchers that the results of this study will add references to knowledge and insight regarding the incidence of anemia in pregnant women so that students can gain skills in handling cases of anemia in pregnant women. as well as being able to apply the science of research methodology that has been studied in the form of a thesis.

Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) is a collection of symptoms that arise due to an acquired decline in the body's immune system, caused by infection with the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV). Indonesia experienced an increase in 2020, the cumulative number in Indonesia reached 911,877 HIV/AIDS cases. The cumulative number of HIV/AIDS cases in the Riau Islands reported through the SIHA report up to December 2020 was 11,436 cases. In 2021 in Tanjungpinang City, 11,356 blood samples were screened for HIV and 100 samples were found to be HIV positive. Of the 100 people who are HIV positive, 58 people have reached the AIDS stage. The aim of this research has been carried out and it is known that there is a relationship between self-efficacy and medication adherence in HIV/AIDS patients at the Tanjungpinang City Regional Hospital. This research method uses quantitative descriptive with a cross sectional approach. Data were processed using the Chi-square test. The results showed that univariate data for the high self-efficacy variable was 74.5% and low self-efficacy was 25.5%. for the medication adherence variable, the high category was 74.5% and the low category was 25.5%. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between self-efficacy and adherence to taking medication in HIV/AIDS patients at the Tanjungpinang City Regional Hospital. Recommendation: Nurses and health workers can provide more intensive education to HIV/AIDS patients about the importance of self-efficacy in undergoing treatment.

In this case, Toko Maju Jaya is used as a place of research, because in this place the system that is carried out is still manual and has not been managed properly, so errors often occur in making reports and in processing stock items. The purpose of this study is to provide convenience during the processing of sales, purchase transactions, goods data, supplier data and customer data, minimizing errors in recording. The research method used in this research is using the R&D (Research and Development) method. This method is used to produce a certain product that is analytical and can be tested for effectiveness so that it can be used in the wider community. In designing the system the tools used are Flowcharts, Entity Relationship Diagrams and Context Diagrams, while for data collection using observations, interviews, and literature studies. The database application development tool uses MySQL and the programming language uses Visual Basic 6.0. With this information system transaction data processing can be done computerized so as to reduce errors in reporting.

Background : Health is an indicator to measure the level of welfare of a society or nation. The current healthy paradigm being promoted requires a change in people's mindset from treating disease to maintaining or maintaining health so that you don't get sick, therefore an understanding of disease and how to prevent it needs to be disseminated to the community. One aspect of health at the end of the 20th century which was a disaster for humans was the emergence of a disease caused by a virus called HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) which can cause AIDS (Acquired Immuno Deficiency Syndrome). Purpose of Writing : To find out the Effectiveness of Implementing the Android-Based HIV Care Tools Application for Lifestyle Changes in Mothers with HIV/AIDS at the Malingping Health Center in 2023. Research Methods : The type of research used was quantitative research. This research method is experimental with the type of Quasy Experimental (pseudo-experimental) with a one-group pretest-posttest design. This research was conducted at the Malingping Health Center in January-February 2023. The population in this study totaled 35 samples while the sample numbered 30 by means of sampling using purposive sampling. Research results : Output on the Chi Square Tests table, the calculated value of X2 = 38.830 with ap value = 0.000 <0.05 then Ho is rejected. So, it can be concluded that there is an effective relationship between the Implementation of the Android-Based HIV Care Tools Application on Lifestyle Changes in Mothers with HIV/AIDS. Conclusions and Suggestions: There is Application for Lifestyle Changes in Mothers with HIV/AIDS at the Malingping Health Center in 2023. It is hoped that the public will further increase their knowledge of the Care Tools program by actively participating in counseling given by related healthnworkes so that knowledge can be good and HIV transmission can be prevented.

This investigation aims to learn more about love and hatred in Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet. This research is qualitative since the data are in the form of words rather than numbers. In collecting the data, the writer used primary and secondary sources. The primary source is the play, Romeo and Juliet. The secondary sources are books, the internet, and some relevant articles. In analyzing the data, the writer used a mimetic approach. The result shows that human beings are born to love each other. However, in Romeo and Juliet, Shakespeare portrays not only love but also hatred that destroys the lives of human beings who are falling in love with each other. Shakespeare portrays a couple who are not allowed to continue their love relationship because their families are against each other. They are not allowed to meet each other because the families hate each other. Romeo and Juliet is a tragedy written by William Shakespeare early in his career about two young star-crossed lovers whose deaths ultimately reconcile their feuding families.

The incentive is a reward or retribution provided the company to employees who perform as a form of reward. Incentives as a means of motivation that encourages employees to work with optimal ability, which was intended as an extra income outside of salary or wages have been determined. This research using qualitative research methods. As for the independent variable Incentive (X) and the dependent variable (Y) Performance. The population in this research is the Production Department glass manufacturing company. The sample used in this dipenelitian is saturated sample in which every Member of the population serve as samples. In this study, data gathering is carried out using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the determination of the calculation can be seen that the value of R2 is 0.907 Adusted. This can indicate the magnitude of the role or contribution that independent variable (X1), namely incentive can explain or influence the dependent variable (Y) the performance of employees amounted to 95.2%, while the rest is affected by other factors that do not researched. And based on the results of testing linearity obtained value p value of 0.05 0.00 < Sig. This indicates acceptance of the H1 so that the relationship can be inferred variable x with y Linear.

Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) is an infectious disease caused by infection with the human immunodeficiency virus that attacks the immune system. The infection causes a decrease in the defense of the immune system which then makes the body more vulnerable to various other diseases. This study aims to determine the factors that influence pregnant women in examining HIV/AIDS at the Maga Health Center in 2022. This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross-sectional approach. The population is all pregnant women who are at the Maga Health Center in 2022, a total of 50 pregnant women. The number of samples used was 50 people obtained by using total sampling technique. Data analysis technique using chi square. The results obtained in this study were from 50 respondents, there was a relationship between the variable knowledge of pregnant women and VCT participation with a p value = 0.025, there was a relationship between the attitudes of pregnant women and VCT participation with a p value = 0.015. Conclusion: there is a relationship between the variable knowledge of pregnant women and VCT participation, there is a relationship between the variable attitudes of pregnant women and VCT participation. It is suggested to the puskesmas to increase the knowledge of pregnant women to increase counseling related to VCT examinations.

Kalibaru Indonesia This research is included in the category of quantitative research. The total population is 302 employees, so the sample used is 77 employees because it uses the Slovin formula. From these results work motivation, work environment and career development affect job satisfaction.    

This study aims to determine the library strategy to obtain library accreditation at SMP Negeri 1 Pekanbaru. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design with the main objective of providing an objective description or description of a situation. The method used is observation, interviews, documentation. The results of this study found that the strategies carried out by the head of the library Insan Cendikia to obtain national school library accreditation were procurement of books, procurement of infrastructure, arrangement of equipment in the library, cataloging and human resource development. The supporting factor is the existence of a library card number (NPP), the library building has reached an area of ​​168m² and there is a reading area, work area and bookshelf area and the books are neatly arranged, there is a library management structure, the relationship between the librarian and the head of the library is quite good , the number of collections of library materials has met the national school library standards as many as 2,520 titles with 2,737 copies and professional human resources, while the inhibiting factors are insufficient funding, incomplete facilities and infrastructure, insufficient book procurement, and support from school principals who less strong.

Puskesmas as a provider of basic health services has a very important role in maintaining public health. If it functions properly, the puskesmas will be able to provide quality services for people in need. The success of puskesmas in carrying out their programs is determined by the availability of human resources (HR) that are balanced between medical personnel on one side and promotive and preventive personnel on the other. The relationship between ability, workload, work discipline, and work motivation with the performance of health workers is obtained that there is a relationship between ability, workload, work discipline, and work motivation with the performance of health workers. Research Objectives: The purpose of this study is to analyze the suitability of the main tasks and functions (tupoksi) with education and skills as well as means of supporting work. Research Methods: The author of this article uses a descriptive qualitative method that seeks to describe an object or subject of an inductive nature. Result: Inappropriate tupoksi due to limited health workers in puskesmas, especially limited skills based on the type of education. As a result, there are health workers who are in charge of programs that do not match their skills. Conclusion: The lack of health workers makes the tupoksi incompatible with the educational background of the staff in charge of the program at the Puskesmas.

This condition presents a significant challenge to the implementation of sustainable development at the community level. This community service activity aims to enhance community participation in environmental conservation and to strengthen social awareness of sustainable development. The methods employed include interactive presentations and the development of informational media as accessible and effective educational tools. The results indicate an improvement in community understanding of the relationship between daily behaviors and environmental degradation, accompanied by the emergence of collective awareness and active participation in environmental conservation initiatives such as waste management and greening programs. Overall, this activity contributes to encouraging behavioral change toward environmentally responsible practices within the framework of sustainable social development.

Within this framework, research and methods related to cost-minimization, cost-effectiveness, quality-of-life and other humanistic assessments are include. In-essence, pharmacoeconomics analysis uses tools for examining the impact of alternative drug therapies and other medical interventions Based on this background, the author is interested to explain about the role of Pharmacoecomics on health service in pharmacist students at Bintang Persada School, Denpasar. Purpose: The purpose of this activity is as a form of implementation of Tri Dharma Stikes Bali Wisnu Dharma Denpasar. Methods: Participants who took part in this activity were 83 students using the pretest and posttest methods. Results: The results obtained were an increase in the pretest score (before being given education) which was 62.11% to 83.22% in the posttest result (after being given education). Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between posttest scores, which increases after education is held, so pharmacoeconomics education needs to be given and pharmaceutical products utilization in health service followed by cost utillity evaluation and cost effectiveness as well as impact evaluation of quality adjusted life years of patients.

Another obstacle to online learning between teachers and students is the teacher-student relationship. You look nervous because you get stuck in the Zoom application. A barrier to online learning between students and parents is that it is difficult for working parents to tutor their children because they are working. The impact of online learning itself takes the form of reduced learning ability and changes in student behavior. The purpose of this non-research journal is that schools need new strategies to meet their post-pandemic educational goals. In order to overcome this, it is necessary to develop human resources by implementing education that reflects the cultural characteristics of the country. Education must respond not only to global requirements, but also to developments in digital technology.

Batik is a global cultural heritage of the Indonesian nation. Various kinds of Indonesian batik motifs, one of which is the Javanese Lurik Motif. In Philosophical-Sociological-Phenomenological Studies, Lurik Motives are very close to the human life cycle. Using a critical discourse analysis approach, Philosophical-Sociological-Phenomenological studies, this paper describes the relationship between the Javanese Lurik Motifs and their spiritual meanings. Javanese lurik motifs have different meanings and uses in every traditional ceremony in society. It is hoped that this writing will be able to awaken the nationalism and love of the younger generation for Javanese Lurik Batik Motifs, their preservation in the future and increase our piety to the Creator, God Almighty.
