With the increasing era of globalization today, competition in the industrial sector is becoming increasingly fierce and competitive. With the development of modern technology for the better but on the other hand raises problems for the environment. Every business actor who wants to win the competition must pay full attention to the quality of the products or services produced, at a low cost, the right time and quantity, and safe conditions. This study aims to analyze and reduce waste of packaging waste at PT XYZ, a manufacturing company engaged in the manufacture of medicines and vaccines. In the last 7 months, there were 1,906 pcs of defective packaging out of a total of 204,940 pcs used. The defects were caused by mold, misprinted information, faded colors, and lack of glue on the packaging. The methods used in this research are Pareto diagram and fishbone diagram. Pareto diagrams are used to identify dominant product defects, while fishbone diagrams are used to identify the causes of defects. It is expected that the results of this research can help PT XYZ reduce packaging waste and improve the quality of their products. By reducing packaging waste, PT XYZ can also contribute to reducing negative impacts on the environment.

This scientific work aims to formulate the problem of the role of Indonesian in facing the era of globalization. This research uses a literature review method, which means this method examines the results of analysis of various conceptual information as well as qualitative and quantitative data from various previously published scientific articles. Almost all agreements in Indonesia are dominated by long sentences, up to eighty to one hundred words in one sentence. This is ironic, because Indonesian shouldn't be like that, thus showing clichéd mistakes that keep repeating themselves and lead to uncertainty. In short, understanding Indonesian is no longer the responsibility of a linguist or writer, but also of legal practitioners as the spearhead of law enforcement in Indonesia.

Today's era of globalization has become one of the media used to express opinions or views. Freedom of opinion, especially on social media, is currently widely misunderstood and abused by the public, because in exercising the right to freedom of opinion, many people carry out actions which result in insults, accusations without evidence and defamation which causes loss, hurt feelings, Mental health even has an impact on suicide situations for certain individuals and groups. The problem in this research is that many social media users give opinions or views that the female artist with the real name Chintya, who is an Indonesian citizen living in Germany or better known as Bunda Corla, is a transgender. This was conveyed clearly on social media Instagram and Tiktok without supporting evidence. This is an activity of defamation, an attempt to influence other people to believe in their opinions or views to the detriment of one party. If we look at the criminal law and violations of the misuse of the right to freedom of expression on social media and the criminal sanctions for criminal acts of defamation under the guise of freedom of opinion, this already refers to 3 crimes, defamation, unpleasant acts and violations of human rights. . Persons involved in defamation cases can be charged with criminal penalties for acts of insult and/or defamation on the internet. Especially for internet users, criminal threats through Article 27 paragraph (3) in conjunction with Article 45 of the ITE Law. Through this provision, internet users can also be subject to coercive measures considering the maximum penalty is 5 years in prison. The method used in research is the literature method, data collection techniques in the form of documentation and observation. Data from observations is in the form of screenshots from social media. The results of this research show that; comments on social media are included in several violations of existing laws in Indonesia, the ITE Law article 45 paragraph 1, the Defamation Law articles 310 and 311 of the Criminal Code; Threat of Criminal Defamation in the ITE Law Article 27 paragraph (3) in conjunction with Article 45. This research concludes that freedom of opinion is not absolute freedom, but rather, opinion must be in accordance with ethics and norms in society and in accordance with legal regulations without harming any party. and these unpleasant acts can be prosecuted in accordance with applicable legal provisions. Freedom of opinion on Instagram and Tiktok media aimed at Mother Corla has been proven to be defamation.

Accounting for foreign currency transactions is an important aspect in the scope of corporate finance, especially in the context of business globalization. PSAK 10 (Statement of Financial Accounting Standards) regulates this aspect and provides guidelines on how companies should account for transactions in foreign currencies as well as related financial reporting. This research explores the implementation of PSAK 10 in preparing financial reports, with a focus on foreign currency transactions. In PSAK 10, companies are directed to use the foreign currency exchange rate on the transaction date to measure transactions in foreign currency. In addition, significant changes in foreign currency exchange rates after the transaction date are also taken into account and recognized as exchange gain or loss. A deep understanding of the application of these provisions is crucial so that financial reports accurately reflect the company's financial position. Through literature research and analysis of accounting practices, this article investigates how companies effectively manage foreign currency risks and present relevant and reliable information in their financial reports. A comparison between the methods used by companies in implementing PSAK 10 and best practices in the industry is explained to provide a comprehensive picture. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide in-depth insight into the challenges, opportunities and best policies in dealing with foreign currency transactions based on PSAK 10. The practical implications of compliance with this standard, as well as the potential impact on corporate financial decisions, will also be reviewed. With a better understanding of foreign currency transaction accounting, companies are expected to improve the quality and credibility of their financial reports in an ever-expanding global market.

Islamic Religious Education is considered the main pillar in shaping the character of Muslims; however, in the era of globalization, entrepreneurship has become essential. The integration of entrepreneurship enables students to connect religious values with the real world, develop self-potential, and become agents of positive change. Inclusive management of Islamic religious education towards entrepreneurship is not only a necessity but also a challenge to create innovative curricula. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method through a literature review approach to examine the management of education and entrepreneurship in Islamic religious education. The goal of Islamic Religious Education is to shape individuals with profound knowledge of Islamic teachings, capable of applying them in daily life, fostering love and obedience to Allah SWT, imparting Islamic values and ethics, and encouraging critical, analytical skills, and entrepreneurial spirit. Entrepreneurship in Islamic religious education aims to mold a younger generation of Muslims who can become successful entrepreneurs and are morally and ethically responsible. The integration of entrepreneurship involves teaching entrepreneurial values and principles, as well as developing entrepreneurial skills such as creativity and management. A conducive environment for entrepreneurship, including the empowerment of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (UMKM), training, mentoring, access to financing, and incentives for entrepreneurs, is deemed essential. By integrating entrepreneurship into Islamic religious education, it is expected that students can prepare themselves to face the challenges of the job market and contribute to the welfare of society.

The results obtained are that business actors have the right to be responsible to consumers for counterfeit goods which result in losses for consumers.

The researcher created this scientific article, aiming to study and examine the influence of CSR disclosure, dividend policy and financial risk on financial performance which is moderated by capital structure. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method for literature study. The results of this research indicate that the variables corporate social responsibility disclosure, dividend policy, and financial risk have an influence on financial performance. As well as corporate social responsibility disclosure, dividend policy and financial risk can be moderated by capital structure on financial performance.

In the era of globalization, the increasing rate of population growth will affect the need for housing. This need becomes a problem if the continuous increase in demand can cause land prices to increase. It is known that investment in property is very promising and is increasingly in demand by the public both in the short and long term. In this research, the building of housing in Sukasari Village will be very strategic considering that this area is starting to develop an industrial area. To meet residential needs, the developer built 16 housing units on 1900 m2 of land at that location. The feasibility obtained from the 16 unit Housing Development Project was carried out in the form of an analysis to determine investment and financial feasibility based on the Net Present Value, Benefit Cost Ratio, Internal Rate of Return, Return on Investment, Return on Equity, Break Even Point and Payback Period. The profit obtained is with an NPV value of Rp. 1,284,651,362 (NPV > 0), BCR = 1.18 (BCR > 1), BEP in position 9 housing units sold, PP in the 10th month, IRR value = 118%, ROI and ROE have a level and ratio of 52%, moderate conditions make a profit with an NPV value of Rp. 85,000,830 (NPV > 0), BCR = 1.02 (BCR > 1), BEP in the position of 9 units sold, PP for 6 years, IRR value of 102%, ROI and ROE have a ratio of 6%. Meanwhile, in pessimistic conditions suffered a loss with an NPV value of Rp. 1,077,912,437, BCR 0.64 < 1, BEP does not have a break-even point, and the break-even time or PP occurs in the 13th year which can be interpreted as not breaking even, and the IRR value is 99%, ROI and ROE have a ratio level of 0.40%. It was concluded that the 16-unit housing development project could be profitable and feasible to implement, optimistic conditions with the construction process being completed and the housing units being sold in full in the 12th month.

This research explains the implementation of business combination accounting at PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk after implementing PSAK 22, describing its impact on the company's financial performance. Through analysis of ROA, ROE and profit margin, the results show performance fluctuations after the Gojek and Tokopedia merger. Despite an increase in profit margin in 2022, ROA and ROE have decreased, bringing attention to the challenges facing the company. This research encourages companies to evaluate strategies to improve operational efficiency and maintain investor confidence. Limitations of the study involve its focus on one company and a specific time period. Recommendations for future research include involving more companies, considering specific factors that influence performance, and exploring the psychological impact of investors. The Nusantara Real Work Lecture on Religious Moderation is a priority program of the Indonesian Ministry of Religion focusing on community service through collaboration with Religious Universities in realizing religious moderation at KKN locations. In this case, Tewang Rangkang Village became the selected village by the Ministry of Religion by implementing a competition program, namely the organizer of the Christian Guidance Committee for Religious Moderation to become a Religious Moderation Village. The aim of the NMB KKN is to strengthen the religious values of the Tewang Rangkang Village community through the main and superior work program of group IX of the Nusantara KKN Religious Moderation. The NMB KKN implementation method uses a type of research and service, namely PAR Participatory Action Research or action research involving the community, the Tewang Rangkang Village government and the Elementary School and Junior High School Education sectors in facing the excesses of globalization with a lack of community participation in religious activities and a lack of ability to realize moderation. religious. The results of the NMB KKN for 40 days showed that Tewang Rangkang Village had become a Religious Moderation Village by being able to implement the 4 pillars of religious moderation, namely diversity based on ideology, non-violence, tolerance and accommodating local culture. Based on the main and superior work program of Group IX, there is the principle of sustainable development as one of the elements of PAR. Furthermore, the results of NMB Group IX KKN can have an impact on all parties involved through the socialization of religious moderation at the educational levels of SDN 1 Tewang Rangkang, SDN 2 Tewang Rangkang, SMPN 2 Tewang Sangalang Garing and the output obtained, namely inter-religious religious competitions (Islam, Christianity, Hinduism). so as to create harmony between religious communities which is an embodiment of the values of religious moderation at the KKN location in Tewang Rangkang Village, Tewang Sangalang Garing District, Katingan Regency.

This research aims to determine the influence of halal awareness and halal certification on generation Z's choice of halal consumption behavior for Korean food products. The population in this research is Lawson Tulungagung consumers. The sample used in this research was 160 respondents who had been tested to meet the sampling criteria. The analytical methods used are multiple linear regression, instrument testing, descriptive analysis, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that simultaneously halal certification and halal awareness have a positive and significant effect on generation z's halal consumption choices. Apart from that, halal certification partially has a negative and insignificant effect on generation z's halal consumption choices, while halal awareness has a positive and significant effect on generation z's halal consumption choices for Korean food products.
