Advances in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) have changed the paradigm in various sectors of life, including education, health services, government and the economy. In the ever-evolving digital era, digitalization has become a significant global trend, influencing the way we communicate and interact, including in villages. Villages, as legal community entities with unique characteristics, are the center of attention in digital transformation in Indonesia. However, to measure the level of success of digitalization in villages, an index is needed that can provide an objective picture. In this context, the Digital Village Index (DVI) exists as an evaluation tool that allows the government and stakeholders to identify areas that require improvement and plan more effective development strategies. The Damai Village case study uses a Design Science approach to develop a comprehensive and relevant DVI, with the hope of formulating appropriate strategies to accelerate the digitalization process in the village, according to local characteristics and needs.

Competition in the industrial world after the impact of Covid-19 has become fierce competition. Many companies choose to increase effectiveness and efficiency by implementing digitalization in production and sales activities. PT. Megarhizo Ega Persada is a company that is developing, a company whose main production is liquid organic fertilizer under the brand "Megarhizo". Production activities still use manual bookkeeping processes. So it takes a long time for distribution from the warehouse to the production location. Miscalculations often occur in warehouses resulting in inappropriate production targets, due to insufficient or expired materials due to being in the warehouse for too long. This problem often occurs because the recording process is not thorough and results in stock buildup or stock shortages in the warehouse. So we need a system that can easily and quickly manage data so that these things don't happen again. Digitalization of the sales process is a solution to this problem, fertilizer products are products that are different from other production, because fertilizer is a product that is monitored so the price of fertilizer should not burden the public. By digitizing sales, companies can directly monitor stock and products sold from each distribution location to the resellers. So the number of products sold and prices can still be monitored, besides that the company can also find out the effectiveness of fertilizer production.

Digital literacy has become a key foundation for educational innovation and economic participation in the 21st century. As global economies transition toward digitalization, integrating digital competencies into senior high school curricula is increasingly viewed as essential for supporting Sustainable Development Goal 8 (SDG 8), which emphasizes decent work and inclusive economic growth. This study investigates the role of public policy in shaping digital literacy education in senior high schools through a comparative case study of Indonesia, the Philippines, and Canada. Employing qualitative policy analysis, the research explores how each country’s policy framework conceptualizes, implements, and evaluates digital literacy initiatives. The analysis focuses on curriculum integration, resource allocation, and stakeholder involvement, while also examining how these programs contribute to employability and economic resilience. The findings reveal notable differences in policy design and institutional commitment, with Canada demonstrating a more systematic integration of digital literacy, the Philippines emphasizing access and equity, and Indonesia facing challenges related to resource disparities and curriculum consistency. These variations illustrate how national contexts influence the inclusiveness and effectiveness of digital literacy policies. The study concludes with recommendations for policymakers to design context-sensitive, equitable, and future-oriented digital literacy strategies that align with labor market demands and promote sustainable economic growth.

In the era of digitalization like this, and in the realm of the process of finding the identity of a teenager, it is very easy for teenagers to be affected by many good and bad things by the surrounding environment. The problem that is often faced by teenagers is mental health where there are many causes and consequences that can trigger this to happen. Because of this problem, teenagers lack an understanding of self-love or love themselves. Self love has the meaning of a feeling where we feel confident and proud of our own abilities without attaching importance to the opinions of others by involving aspects of self-awareness, self-confidence, and caring for ourselves. Looking at the reality, this article uses qualitative methods and literature studies in answering these problems. In the interview that we have conducted to 7 existing resource persons and contain active high school teenagers based in the city of Surakarta. With the results we get in several existing aspects such as self awareness, self care, self esteem and in the 7th self worth aspect, the informant has a fairly good and high percentage. Even though in the aspect of self esteem at the same time it is still wrapped in a sense of insecurity.
