Based on the data ofNabire District Health Office concerning findings of cases in 2009 which are recorded as TB type patients: Positive BTA Pulmonary TB 209, Positive BTA relapsed TB 3, Negative BTA but positive Rontgen about 625 cases, Extra Pulmonary Pediatric patients 72 and 175 with total number for all cases of each type of TB patients about 1083 persons. The aim of this study is to analyse the risk factors of home environment Pulmonary Tuberculosis related Prevention Practices in Nabire Regency. The research design was observasionally retrospective study with case control study design. All of the patients who had been diagnosed as Positive BTA Pulmonary TB through microscopic examination both in the hospitaJ or Community Health Center (Puskesmas) laboratory were taken as the sample of the study, in January - July 2010 periode. Matching separation that based on age and gender, the control group member is each person who more or less has the same characteristic with the case group, live at Nabire district and 15 years of aged, as part of the case group neighbours but does not suffer pulmonary TB. The results indicate a signicantly relationship between occupation density (p = 0,001); OR= 4,376), in room ventilation (p = 0,001; OR = 3,541), in house ventilation (p = 0,017; OR= 2,637), in room lighting intensity (p = 0,017; OR= 2,615), in house lighting intensity (p = 0,002; OR= 3,455), in room hwnidity (p = 0,037; OR = 2,406), in house humudity (p = 0,001 ; OR = 4,376), presence of window in room (p= 0,002; OR= 3,500), in room temperature (p = 0,131; OR= 2,143), in house temperature (p = 0,001; OR= 3,984) with incidence of Pulmonary Tuberculosis. There is no relationship between floor type (p = 0,001; OR = 4,376) and separation room (p = 0,851;OR = 0,869) with the incidence of Pulmonary Tuberculosis. It is suggested to attempt the increment of Pulmonary tuberculosis findings, improvement of house environtment condition with emphasized on sanitation aspect of healthy house at the time of build, and increase clean and healthy behaviours.

Main Objective: This study explores the work vacancy advertising for graphic designers in some countries and appraises differences in economic, and educational infrastructure. Background problem: The designer's role is changing and building a more critical advancement to the organization. The job and expertise of a graphic designer as commonly associated with boundless visual results, equally designing for flyers and having knowledge of typography and visual content. Apart from that, graphic designers job and competent in equal employment, study, and technology. The expansive work and skill set of graphic designers mien a challenge for lecturers and professionals alike to carry abreast of the work of graphic designers. Novelty: For design professionals and lecturers, employment provides an intermediary for compassionate labor advertising which can format academic activities and self-improvement intentions. In design research, job Ads bring information about the competencies demanded by employers in the design professional field as well as about the organization's level of knowledge of the profession. Research Method: This study uses the doc analysis method in traditional and digital graphic design job advertisements to investigate the skills that organizations seek when recruiting graphic designers. Finding/Result: The job and skills of a graphic designer are more expansive than repeatedly characterized. Graphic designers primarily provide digital and print jobs. Graphic designers primarily provide digital and print jobs. To do this kind of job, a graphic designer must have not only visual design experiences but also experiences generally identical with other areas, equally “business”, “project management”, and “research”. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that job advertisements reverse the former during interpretive job advancement for graphic designers in the future. As a suggestion for investigating future professional development, design researchers should make more careful use of the opportunity and scope contributed by job advertisements. ABSTRACT The use of mobile devices with the Android operating system which are used as supporting media and supplements in improving learning outcomes combined with demonstration methods and discovery learning or demon-disco learning is needed to help students improve learning outcomes in hydroponic plant cultivation vocational competency subjects at SMK. Kristen Terang Bangsa, because the use of android-based applications can provide new experiences regarding the use of information and communication technology, as well as provide opportunities for students to be able to learn more independently. The concept chosen as a learning medium is to present material about understanding, introduction to parts, types, and quizzes containing questions about hydroponic cultivation of plants. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potentials and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement, product testing. The result of this research is to produce learning media in the form of android-based applications. The validity value of the media expert is 2.6 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of the material expert is 3.6 which is declared feasible, and is able to increase the average value in the hydroponic plant cultivation vocational competency subject at the Terang Bangsa Christian Vocational School which Initially 67 (with 13 students who had not reached the KKM) to 80 (with 4 students who had not reached the KKM).

This research produces Artificial Fiber Spinning Learning Media that applies Augmented Reality (AR) for Class XI Students of TPSB SMK Texmaco Semarang as a learning aid. so that it can be used as a modern, effective, and interactive learning medium. This application was made with the aim of completing the limitations of depicting objects in existing learning media, helping students to more easily learn the material, improving student learning outcomes, and increasing the variety of media in learning. This study uses the Research and Development (RnD) method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potentials and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement and product testing. The final result of making this learning media is an application in the format android application, used on every android-based mobile phone. The validity value of the media expert obtained a value of 3.2 which was declared feasible, the results of the material expert validation test obtained a value of 3.6 which was declared very feasible, and was able to increase the average value of the artificial fiber spinning subject class XI TPSB SMK Texmaco Semarang which Initially 61.5% with 17 students who had not reached the KKM to 80.5% with 4 students who had not reached the KKM.

UKM Batik Anisa encounters several problems including limited creativity and innovation to create new designs and iconic motifs that can represent regional characteristics, limited variations in batik color, limited market network, marketing strategies, and promotional media for batik products, limited knowledge about tourism and the important role of souvenir, and limited tools and materials that are relevant for initiating the development of new batik motif called pithecanthropus erectus (PE). This is innovative motif that has the potential to become iconic batik product of Ngawi. This activity aims to overcome problem faced by UKM Batik Anisa. Methods include counseling, discussing, training, and assisting. Results of the activity include innovations of new batik design and motifs (pithecanthropus erectus), variation of batik color through diverse combination of color, website to expand market networks, knowledge improvement concerning tourism and opportunities to create iconic souvenirs, and new tools to increase productivity of UKM Batik Anisa. Keywords: batik; design; iconic; pithecanthropus erectus.

This research is motivated by the problem of lack of understanding and attention export drivers in carrying out work in the factory area because of the facilities used still using conventional methods, so that export drivers experience difficulty in understanding work processes in terms of stuffing and resulting procedures losses in terms of time, energy and financial. The way to overcome this in this study is the use of use outreach media as a tool for export officers who display 2D images and interesting explanations as well as music, using the Demonstration delivery method so that export drivers get better performance and easily understand the material delivered by the export officer. This research uses the Research and Development product development method (RnD), using 6 out of 10 stages of research namely potential and problems, gathering data, product design, design validation, design improvements and product trials. The results of this study are to produce aids for export officers by using Adobe Flash CS3 software with validity values ​​from media experts 3.0 where it is declared feasible, the validity value of the material expert is 3.3 where stated very feasible, and increase the understanding of export drivers from 65% to start upto 87.50%

Rapid technological advances have a strong influence on various fields of life, one of which is the field of education. In the field of computer education is a familiar tool for use in the learning process. An educational institution such as a school certainly needs a learning medium as one of the methods in the teaching and learning process. SDN 4 Krajan Kulon is one of the educational institutions that always strives to improve quality both in terms of achievement and service. SDN 4 Krajan Kulon needs a learning media that can support the learning process to improve student performance that is still lacking, especially in science subjects. The solution offered in this study is a learning media with self direct learning method that makes it easy for users to understand the material being studied. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement and product trials. The results of this study are to produce learning media with the method of self-direct learning. As for the validity value of the media expert at 2.7 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of the material expert is 3.4 which is declared feasible, and increases the average grade of the class of students 4 SD is 12% from the initial average score of 71 to 83.56.

After doing research in KB and TK Anak Pintar, it can be seen that there are obstacles that are owned by TK B teaching teachers in delivering the material. The obstacle faced is where children are easily bored with conventional learning methods used by teachers plus there is no learning media at the school. To anticipate these obstacles, learning media are needed that can increase children's interest in learning and can eliminate the boredom of conventional learning. The purpose of this study is to find out how and the benefits of Macromedia Director MX 2004 in the world of education. The method used in the Research and Development (research and development) method, starts from (1) potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) learning media design, (4) learning media validation, (5) revision of learning media, ( 6) trial of learning media, and (7) application. The results showed that the developed media had fulfilled the requirements and fulfilled the requirements to be used, this was seen from the results of the validation carried out by media experts namely 90% and material experts 92.5% and Kindergarten B teachers 92.5%. By displaying 6 learning materials that are accompanied by 5 questions in each material, it is also equipped with instructions for use, profiles of teachers and KB staff and Kindergarten Smart Children and also vision and mission.

Sector The development of information and communication technology is very fast resulting in changes in various aspects. 3D technology is now widely used in various ways, for example in making films, games, educational media and also promotional media. This type of 3D media promotion is very necessary to promote tourist attractions of historic buildings such as Lawang Sewu in Semarang which has beautiful architectural buildings. In addition to offline promotions using 2D media, 3D media are also considered quite effective if used as promotional media to eliminate the mystical and horror impressions of the people at Lawang Sewu. The solution offered in this study is the use of 3D Virtual Reality as a promotional tool that displays a virtual feel, where 3D promotions will be more interesting and look more real so that people will get a pleasant impression in visiting these tourist attractions. This research uses Research product development methods and Development (RnD), using 6 out of 10 stages of research namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement and product trials. The results of this study are to produce promotional aids by utilizing 3D VR technology. The validity value of media experts is 3.4 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of material experts is 3.2 which is declared feasible, and increases the audience's understanding and interest as a user from 33% up to 67%.
