Stunting remains a persistent nutritional challenge that threatens human capital development in Indonesia. This study examines the effects of exclusive breastfeeding, female education, sanitation, access to safe drinking water, inadequate food consumption, and poverty on stunting prevalence across 34 provinces in Indonesia during 2017–2024. The study employs a random-effects Panel EGLS estimator with Panel Corrected Standard Errors (PCSE) to address heteroskedasticity and cross-sectional dependence in provincial panel data. The findings reveal that exclusive breastfeeding, female education, and adequate sanitation significantly reduce stunting prevalence, while poverty significantly increases it. Interestingly, inadequate food consumption is negatively associated with stunting prevalence, potentially reflecting the contribution of government nutritional assistance and social protection programs. In contrast, access to safe drinking water does not show a statistically significant effect. Among the explanatory variables, female education is strongly associated with reductions in stunting. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening women’s education, improving sanitation quality, and expanding poverty-alleviation and nutrition-sensitive interventions to accelerate reductions in stunting and support the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal 2 in Indonesia.

The completeness of nursing care documentation serves as a primary indicator of hospital service quality and remains a critical component of patient safety, clinical communication, and legal accountability. Despite its importance, empirical evidence from various healthcare facilities indicates that nursing records are frequently suboptimal, incomplete, or inconsistent. This study aims to analyze the complex interrelationships between burnout and coaching on the completeness of nursing care documentation, specifically examining the role of nursing competence as a mediating (intervening) variable at the Dr. Chasbullah Abdulmadjid General Hospital in Bekasi City. Utilizing a quantitative research framework with a cross-sectional design, this study sampled practicing nurses stationed across inpatient and intensive care units. Primary data were gathered through a validated, structured questionnaire designed to measure psychological burnout, the frequency of clinical coaching, perceived professional competence, and the objective completeness of documentation. The data were subjected to rigorous analysis using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to test the hypothesized pathways within the conceptual model. The results demonstrated that burnout exerts a significant negative influence on both nursing competence and the quality of documentation, suggesting that emotional exhaustion hinders professional performance. Conversely, systematic coaching was found to have a significant positive impact, directly improving both competence levels and documentation adherence. Critically, the analysis confirmed that nursing competence acts as a vital intervening variable; it effectively mediates and strengthens the influence of both burnout reduction and coaching interventions on the overall completeness of nursing care records. This study concludes that proactive burnout management and the institutionalization of structured coaching programs are essential strategic priorities. By addressing these factors, hospital management can enhance individual nurse competence, thereby ensuring high-quality, comprehensive nursing documentation that supports patient safety and institutional integrity.

Effective communication is essential for teamwork effectiveness in healthcare, particularly in inpatient units where patient care requires coordination among multiple professionals. Internal data from Hospital X showed that more than 50% of medical incidents in the last two years were related to miscommunication among healthcare workers. In addition, the 2024 employee satisfaction survey reported that workplace communication satisfaction was only 62%, below the hospital target of 75%. This study aimed to examine the influence of effective communication on teamwork effectiveness with interprofessional collaboration as an intervening variable at Hospital X.This study used a quantitative cross-sectional design involving 226 healthcare workers, including doctors, nurses, and medical support staff. Data were analyzed using the Three-Box Method and PLS-SEM. The findings revealed that effective communication significantly influenced teamwork effectiveness both directly and indirectly through interprofessional collaboration. Interprofessional collaboration also acted as a significant mediating variable between communication and teamwork effectiveness. These results indicate that communication is a key foundation for strengthening collaboration and improving teamwork in hospitals. Therefore, hospitals should enhance communication training and interprofessional collaboration programs to improve healthcare quality and patient safety

This research investigates the effect of the amount of MSMEs, the number of buildings, and GRDP on regional tax revenue in selected cities and regencies in South Sulawesi, driven by the inconsistency between the growth of economic potential and the realization of tax revenue, where increases in MSMEs, buildings, and GRDP are not always followed by higher tax receipts. The study aims to analyze the effect of these variables and identify the most significant factors contributing to regional fiscal capacity. A quantitative approach is employed using panel data that combine time series and cross-sectional data from 2015-2024, analyzed through panel data regression with model selection based on Chow, Hausman, and Lagrange Multiplier test. The results show that partially, MSMEs and the number of buildings do not have a significant effect on tax revenue, while GRDP has a positive significant impact; however, simultaneously, all variables significantly influence tax revenue, as indicated by a high Adjusted R-squared value. These findings suggest that economic growth, as proxied by GRDP, plays a more dominant role in increasing tax revenue compared to the mere increase in the number of MSMEs and buildings, implying that optimizing tax revenue requires not only expanding economic potential but also enhancing tax compliance, administrative efficiency, and the quality of economic growth.

Low-grade fibromyxoid sarcoma (LGFMS) is a rare soft tissue tumor with deceptively benign histological features but significant potential for local recurrence and distant metastasis. Pelvic LGFMS is extremely uncommon and may mimic gynecological malignancies, leading to diagnostic challenges. This report describes a 39-year-old woman presenting with progressive abdominal enlargement, bloating, early satiety, and dyspnea. Physical and ultrasonographic examinations suggested a malignant ovarian tumor. The patient underwent exploratory laparotomy without preoperative CT scan evaluation. Intraoperatively, multiple solid masses involving the intestines, mesentery, omentum, peritoneum, and ovaries were identified, with the largest measuring 20 × 15 cm. Histopathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of LGFMS. The absence of preoperative cross-sectional imaging contributed to diagnostic difficulty in this case. CT scan and MRI are important for evaluating tumor origin, tissue characteristics, and involvement of surrounding structures. Definitive diagnosis requires histopathology supported by immunohistochemistry, particularly MUC4, and molecular confirmation when available. Comprehensive diagnostic evaluation is essential to avoid misdiagnosis, optimize management, and improve long-term outcomes in patients with pelvic LGFMS.

This study conducts a systematic review of literature concerning the role of Management Information Systems (MIS) in managing Umrah pilgrim data across Indonesia. Employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) guided by the PRISMA protocol, the study examined and synthesized 24 peer-reviewed articles published between 2019 and 2026, drawn from Google Scholar, SINTA, and nationally accredited journal portals. Findings indicate that MIS adoption has yielded notable improvements in operational efficiency, data reliability, service transparency, and the overall quality of managerial decision-making within Umrah travel organizations. Web-based MIS remains the predominant technological approach, offering integrated modules for pilgrim registration, document handling, financial tracking, and departure scheduling. At the national level, government-initiated platforms such as SISKOHAT and SISKOPATUH have demonstrated tangible contributions to the administration of Hajj and Umrah services. Nevertheless, persistent obstacles continue to hinder full-scale adoption, including inadequate digital infrastructure in certain regions, inconsistent internet connectivity, and gaps in human resource competencies for operating digital systems. The study argues that embracing MIS is no longer optional for Umrah travel operators; rather, it constitutes a strategic necessity. Future research is encouraged to investigate long-term implementation outcomes, cross-system comparisons, and data security considerations within the broader digital landscape of pilgrimage service management.

Typhoid fever remains a significant diagnostic challenge, particularly regarding the interpretation of Widal test results which are often affected by antibody persistence. This study aims to analyze the variations in Widal antibody titers among students at Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto, focusing on the time interval since their last confirmed infection. Using a cross-sectional design, serum samples from 24 students were analyzed through the semi-quantitative slide agglutination technique to detect Salmonella typhi O and H agglutinins. The findings indicated that anti-Salmonella O titers could persist up to 1:320 in individuals with an infection history of more than one year. In contrast, anti-Salmonella H was only identified in more recent infections (less than a year) with a lower titer of 1:80, and was undetectable in samples from infections exceeding one year. These results demonstrate that O antigens remain detectable in the blood significantly longer than H antigens. This study suggests that the duration since the last infection is a critical factor in the screening and validation of Widal test results. Accurate identification of these titer variations is essential for clinical laboratory technologists to provide more precise diagnostic data and support effective clinical management.

Technological developments have brought significant changes to various aspects of human life, including church life. These changes also impact intergenerational relationships within the congregation. This paper aims to examine the challenges faced by church leaders at GEKISIA Depok in serving Generation X, Millennials, and Generation Z, and to examine the relevance of the theological principle of Romans 12:2 in addressing these challenges. Ultimately, the author observes that differences in generational characteristics influence communication patterns, ministry models, and congregational expectations of church leadership. Therefore, church leaders in the digital age are required to be adaptive, transformative, and remain rooted in biblical values. Romans 12:2 serves as an important theological foundation for Christian leaders to experience a renewed mindset so they can serve according to God's will without being influenced by worldly patterns. Furthermore, the challenge of cross-generational leadership is not merely practical in nature, but also theological. Each generation brings different experiences, values, and perspectives in understanding faith and spirituality. Generation X tends to value institutional stability and loyalty, while Millennials are more oriented toward authentic experience and community. Generation Z, having grown up entirely in the digital age, communicates and expresses faith in ways that differ greatly from previous generations. In this context, church leaders are called to become bridges between generations, rather than simply following trends or rigidly preserving tradition.

This study was conducted in response to the increasingly complex nutritional issues among adolescents, reflected in the coexistence of undernutrition and overnutrition within the same population, which are closely associated with dietary consumption patterns. The research aimed to investigate the relationship between diet quality and the nutritional status of students at SMAN 9 Surabaya. A quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design was employed, involving 85 participants selected based on the estimated sample requirement for correlation analysis. Dietary intake data were collected using two non-consecutive 24-hour food recalls and subsequently assessed using the Diet Quality Index for Adolescents (DQI-A). Nutritional status was determined through BMI-for-age calculations in accordance with the World Health Organization standards. Data analysis was performed using correlational testing and Chi-Square analysis to identify differences in proportions. The findings revealed that the respondents’ diet quality remained suboptimal, while most students were categorized as having normal nutritional status, although cases of undernutrition and overnutrition were still identified. A significant association was found between diet quality and nutritional status (p = 0.001), indicating that better diet quality tended to be linked with normal nutritional status. Based on the DQI-A components, dietary quality demonstrated a significant relationship with nutritional status (p = 0.007), whereas dietary diversity (p = 0.597) and dietary equilibrium (p = 0.507) showed no significant associations. These findings highlight that diet quality, particularly food selection patterns, plays an important role in determining adolescent nutritional status. Therefore, improving nutritional conditions requires more intensive nutrition education interventions focusing on healthy food choices, increased fruit and vegetable consumption, and controlled intake of sugar, salt, and fat, supported consistently by both individuals and the school environment.
