Improving the quality of education for an educational institution is currently a top priority. This is the most important part in building sustainable education, therefore educators/educational staff must have a management principle in carrying out the level of change or development towards quality education. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out and review from a theoretical point of view and conduct discussions with previous theories. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The result of this theoretical review is that the factors that affect the improvement of the quality of education quality are influenced by internal and external factors and in terms of resources. It can be concluded that the factors that influence the quality of education in educational institutions are an integral part that cannot be separated. These factors support the improvement of higher quality education and become indicators or standards of education and teaching. For educational institutions, it is necessary to develop teaching materials, develop learning strategies and methods, develop learning media, assessment, evaluation and assessment systems as well as educational curricula to improve the quality of teaching quality. It is also necessary for educational institutions to conduct monitoring and evaluation in as well as a more modern development program.

Analysis of E-Learning Information Systems is certainly one of the efforts that can be made to overcome problems that arise in the process of implementing teaching and learning activities (KBM) in each school. Soft System Methodology (SSM) analysis is a method used to help model unstructured problems. The SSM methodology is suitable for assisting an organization in defining their goals and then building a human activity system to achieve those goals. The relationship between the internal and external academic community involves teachers, parents of students, students and school administrators to develop information for supervision and student Development approaches. E-Learning analysis using the Soft Systems Methodology (SSM) approach is expected that the E-Learning information system will be able to answer existing challenges and problems. This study carried out a CATWOE analysis of the holons and elements (Client, Actor, Transformation, World View, Owner, Environment) found in case studies, building E-Learning models by applying the roles of humans, processes and technology as knowledge-forming elements, then analysis. holons based on the modeling of the resulting Knowledge. The analysis of E-Learning needs is answered by the need between the internal staff of teachers, employees, counseling and external students and parents to improve the quality of teaching and learning activities and student development.

Stikubank University (Unisbank) Semarang has implemented a web-based learning system known as a smart campus in which there is an integrated smart campus e-learning model. E-learning applied by Unisbank management is an online learning medium by utilizing information technology to make it easy for all students and lecturers to use in the teaching and learning process. This study aims to analyze the success of university e-learning based on the adaptation of the Delone and McLean information system success model. Primary data and secondary data were used in this study, a questionnaire instrument was used to obtain primary data. Furthermore, the data is processed quantitatively using the Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results of the data test were then analyzed descriptively to provide a narrative description of the research results. The results of research data processing showed that (1) Student assessment of system quality in the e-learning system had no significant effect on intention to use with a p-value of 0.729; (2) Student assessment of system quality in the e-learning system has a significant effect on user satisfaction with a p-value of 0.002; (3) Student assessment of information quality in the e-learning system has a significant effect on intention to use with a p-value of 0.025; (4) Student assessment of information quality in the e-learning system will have a significant effect on user satisfaction with a p-value of 0.000; (5) Student assessment of service quality in the e-learning system has no significant effect on intention to use with a p-value of 0.166; (6) Student assessment of service quality in the e-learning system will have a significant effect on user satisfaction with a p-value of 0.000; (7) User satisfaction related to the e-learning system has a significant effect on intention to use with a p-value of 0.000; (8) Intention to use e-learning system has a significant effect on net benefits p-value 0.004; (9) User satisfaction in the e-learning system has a significant effect on net benefits with a p-value of 0.000. This study aims to explore the extent to which PP 71 of 2010 has been implemented in the accounting process at the BLUD of Tugurejo Hospital, Semarang. Associated with a change in the government accounting system from a cash basis to an accrual basis in accordance with PP 71 of 2010. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with the triagulai method using 2 triagulation techniques which combine data from various sources, techniques and time so that data is obtained in the form of interviews with the head of the accounting department and sub-section, as well as obtaining the financial report documents of the 2020 Tugurejo Hospital Semarang. The results of this study show that Tugurejo Semarang Hospital has implemented the Accrual Basis SAP well, which can be seen from the results of interviews such as implementation readiness, training and learning, facilities, staff understanding and education and internal control. It is hoped that even though the Accrual Base SAP has been running well, the management of the Tugurejo Semarang Hospital and the Srmarang City Government can immediately digitize applications that are still manual, especially in reporting fixed assets

Talang Gantung Adventure is engaged in learning services outside the classroom or open air which is usually called outbound. In carrying out operational activities there are always financial transactions. However, in Talang Gantung Adventure, financial management still uses manual recording, which is recording in a ledger. Financial reports to the owner of the Talang Hang Adventure are performed using Microsoft Excel. Manual Financial Management results in vulnerability in storing financial data and is difficult to find data so that it has not been effective and has difficulties in preparing financial reports. Based on this research the authors designed and made a financial management accounting information system website application Talang Gantung Adventure. The purpose of making this system is to facilitate the recording of financial transactions, facilitate the search for data and be safer in storing Talang Gantung Adventure data storage, and to produce financial reports that are easily reported to the owner of Talang Gantung Adventure wherever and whenever.
