The principle of fish processing basically aims to protect fish from damage and decay. With the processing process, the activity of spoilage bacteria can be inhibited or stopped. One method that is often used is canning. The data collection methods used are observation, question and answer, and literature. The purpose of this writing is to know or describe how the effectiveness of the quality control process of canning sardines at PT Sarana Tani Pratama. The writing of this thesis is prepared based on the results of activities that have been carried out at PT Sarana Tani Pratama. The type of research conducted is descriptive qualitative research, which is intended to describe or collect data and information about the process of quality control of the production process of canning lemuru fish (sardinella lemuru sp) at PT Sarana Tani Pratama. The results of this study indicate that quality control carried out at PT Sarana Tani Pratama starts from the receipt of raw materials to the final product. The level of effectiveness of quality control carried out by PT Sarana Tani is considered to have run effectively and according to operational standards that have been set and supervised by the Quality Control (QC) team where they are tasked with controlling during the production process. Supervision is carried out in order to ensure the quality and quality of the product to be consumed and distributed in accordance with the standards that have been set.

Abstract: Education is the main point of support of the progress of a country. Training is an important component of working in HR. HR develops and creates according to the individuals ability to think and think about the design of their own meetings. With changes to educatioanl programs, public authorities want to advance existing educatonal programs, SO that the implementation of educational programs must be able to slowly understand the vision, mission and goals of public schools. Therefore, any changes to the education plan should focus on the conditions experienced in the implementation of the previous education plan. The preparation of this article of educational programs that involve research strategias as writing or writing studies. The free educations program is an educational program with various intracuriculer realizations where the subtance will be more ideal so that student have sufficient opportunities to explore ideas and strengthen skills. The head is the boss and pioneer is continuing to make changes in development at the school. Intructors can contribute cooperatively and actually work with the progress of the schools educational plan to coordinate and design learning materials, books, texts and content.          

Problem-based learning (PBM) has been proven effective in improving students' active learning and problem-solving skills. This article examines the application of technology-integrated PBM methods as an approach to improving students' writing skills. In this study, learning support software and teacher consultation were used in the development of problem scenarios related to curriculum content. Qualitative research provides detailed and relevant information. The researcher used qualitative research methods because qualitative research provides detailed information about the application of technology-based problem-based learning to improve writing skills. The library learning method consists of activities related to collecting bibliographic information, reading and recording, and managing written materials. Qualitative research uses secondary data obtained from literature reviews such as; References, journals, articles and sources related to the research. The information obtained was analyzed using interpretative analysis. This means that the information collected is interpreted or explained, and the analysis is not just a description, but also a precise explanation and interpretation. This method involves several steps, starting with problem identification, research, collaboration and solution development. This case study made extensive use of secondary education literature as a source of literary material. The results show that students' writing skills improved significantly after applying this approach. The practical implication of the findings is that combining PBM and technology can be an effective strategy to improve students' writing skills.

The enhancement of linguistic abilities in early childhood is geared towards acquainting and enhancing their linguistic repertoire, enabling effective verbal interaction with their surroundings. The realm of language proficiency encompasses four key components: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. A method employed to foster linguistic proficiency involves the utilization of flashcards. The approach employed in this study involves a review of existing literature. The findings revealed that the utilization of flashcard materials has the potential to enhance linguistic abilities among young children by incorporating visual elements such as images, alphabets, symbols, and colors. This, in turn, captures the attention of children, facilitates easier retention of new words, enables recognition of letter shapes and sounds, enhances listening skills, promotes critical thinking, and encourages verbal expression, as evidenced by their communication proficiency.

The rapid development of the current era has given rise to various advances in the world of technology, one of which is marked by the presence of crypto assets. Crypto assets themselves have been widely used for various purposes in various countries, including Indonesia. However, of all the regulations regarding activities related to crypto assets, there is not a single regulation that explains the actual status of the property rights of these crypto assets. The purpose of writing this article is to determine the status of property rights and the acquisition of property rights from crypto assets. The type of research used is normative research by examining legal materials consisting of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. Based on the results of this research, it was found that crypto assets can be said to be objects, in this case specifically intangible objects, movable objects, and some are consumable objects and non-consumable objects. According to the Civil Code, the method of obtaining the right is divided into several ways, namely claim, handover, inheritance, expiration, and withdrawal.  

Children are the next generation of the nation and will inherit the cultures and customs that are in their environment, especially the family environment. Child Protection is an effort to protect children's human rights so that they can continue to grow and develop into the hope and successor of the nation and state. The family is formed on a sense of security, comfort and affection, unfortunately there are some children who get insecurity and coercion within the scope of their family. The method used in this research is a normative juridical approach, namely by conducting research based on legal materials or references by examining the theories and concepts of these legal materials relating to the legal principles of legislation related to this writing or research. This research aims to examine in depth the legal protection for victims of sexual violence against minors in the family environment, as well as identify problems and obstacles in the application of the Law in order to strengthen legal protection for victims. The results showed that the existing law is still weak with the lack of human resources equipped with special training in handling cases like this.

This legal writing aims to examine and analyze the inconsistency of the Supreme Court in providing protection for well-known brands in Indonesia. This research is normative legal research that is prescriptive in nature. The approaches used in this research are the statutory approach, case approach, comparative approach and conceptual approach. This research uses primary legal materials, statutory regulations and Supreme Court decisions relating to well-known trademark disputes as well as secondary legal materials in the form of research results discussing trademark disputes. The results of this research are that the Supreme Court decisions studied in this research conclude that there is inconsistency in the Supreme Court in providing protection for well-known brands. The Supreme Court has not been able to provide an appropriate protection mechanism in dealing with the legal vacuum regarding the definition of a Famous Mark. This has implications for various interpretations in considering the popularity of a brand. The considerations given by the Supreme Court have not shown justice and continuity with the ratification of international agreements regarding the legal protection of well-known marks. Where judges should be able to refer to jurisprudence in resolving famous brand disputes, this research concludes that there are inconsistencies in this matter so that legal certainty has not been created regarding the protection of famous brands.

In fact, according to a 2017 World Bank report, Indonesia was able to rank highest in ASEAN for the contribution of the manufacturing sector to the world economy with a contribution of 20.5%, The method used in this writing uses a causality quantitative research method, especially using literature materials as a source of research data or also called (Library research).the results of this study conclude that digital transformation has become a necessity for manufacturing to be able to compete in the digital era. By adopting technologies such as IoT, robotics, analytics, and cloud computing, manufacturers can improve the efficiency, productivity, and quality of their products.

The development of the modern economy, which is characterized by digital trade through various buying and selling platforms, is not free from monopolistic practices, especially price manipulation behaviour by business actors, which is detrimental to consumers and other business actors. This matter needs to receive attention from business competition institutions to maintain healthy business competition. This writing aims to determine the extent of the KPPU's role as a business competition institution in supervising price manipulation practices in digital trade. The research method used is normative juridical which is prescriptive in nature by collecting primary and secondary legal materials to answer problems. From the research results, it was found that in the development of digital trade in Indonesia, an active role from the government is needed to update regulations that regulate in detail regarding monopolistic actions in the form of price manipulation in digital trade. It is hoped that the KPPU's role as a business competition supervisory institution will dynamically be able to balance the supervision of trade monopoly practices in the digital economy era.

Phonology is one of the main subjects that make up the study of language, which is called the scientific study of the structure of language. One way to understand the meaning of language is to compare it to other parts of language. Basically, phonology is a science that studies the sound structure of language, as opposed to the study of sentence structure (grammar), word structure (morphology), and language variation over time (history). This definition is too simplistic and unnecessary. The research method used in writing this article is library research, this method is to search for reference materials through previous scientific works, in the form of journals, theses, books, etc. According to Seewoester (2009), humor is the manipulation of language at the linguistic level. Creating confusion and ambiguity with your words can influence many reactions from your audience, including laughter and confusion. Be careful with your language. Some strategies for creating humor in comic situations use sound effects such as sound substitution, deletion, addition, deductive pairing, metathesis, and sound compatibility.

In making this final project the author raised the issue of how the application of the Italian renaissance ideas in the manufacture of fashion evening party, where women at this time wear clothes that have characteristics that show luxury, glamor, feminine, shiny, tight (press body), rigid and made fall. This writing aims to determine the process of making party dress with renaissance ideas source using the application of smock on corset and sequin decoration. The method of data collection used in this paper is the method of observation, documentation and lite The process of making clothes in this study starts from determining the design of clothing, sizing, making basic patterns to break patterns, making smock, laying patterns, cutting materials, and pattern marks. The initial stage in the process is sewing a translucent top, tanktop, corset and circle skirt. The conclusion of the process of making this dress is that the manufacture of smock is carried out with accuracy.Installation of the smock on the corset must also be done with the appropriate technique, so that the results look right. The suggestion in this report is that the smock making process must pay attention to the needs of the fabric, so that during the smock making process there is no shortage of materials. The process of installing the smock must be considered, because in this installation technique it determines the accuracy of the results attached to the corset.rature. Technology that is increasingly developing every time makes everyone can easily create works and can create songs easily. However, there are also musicians who commit violations by covering other people's songs without the permission of the creator. The results of the song cover are uploaded through the social media of the song cover owner as if they created the song. In this research the author formulates problems regarding law enforcement for the perpetrators of song covers without the author's permission. The author formulates the first regarding how the policy regarding the perpetrators of song covers on social media platforms without the permission of the songwriter? And secondly, does the policy accommodate and have legal consequences for café singers and social media singers? The method used by the author is normative legal research. The data collection uses data from primary legal materials The legal norms that apply in the national realm are written positive legal norms such as Law No. 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright and also books related to the theme of the writing.  Policies on song covers on social media platforms without the author's permission vary depending on the copyright law in each country and the platform's policies. However, in general, song covers usually need to obtain permission from the song's copyright holder before they can broadcast or share their version. Some social media platforms have implemented systems that allow songwriters or copyright holders to claim content that uses their work. This means that cafe singers or social media singers may need to obtain permission or a license from the copyright holder before they can broadcast or share their version of a cover song. Cafe singers or social media singers should be aware of the copyright regulations that apply in their region and strive to comply with existing policies or obtain permission where necessary to ensure legal compliance and respect the rights of copyright holders.

This research aims to analyze the relationship between the learning process to write proposals and the results of students' proposal writing abilities. This research uses quantitative methods with a correlational approach. Data was collected through observation, questionnaires and document analysis from a sample of students taking the proposal writing course. The research results show that there is a significant relationship between the quality of the proposal writing learning process and students' proposal writing abilities. Factors such as teaching methods, teaching materials, and the level of student involvement in the learning process contribute positively to improving proposal writing skills. The implications of this research indicate that improving the quality of the learning process can improve the results of students' proposal writing abilities, which in turn can support their academic and professional success.  

The aim of this research is to determine the process of developing teaching materials for observation report texts in the Merdeka phase D curriculum assisted by Lectora Inspire in class VIII SMP and to determine the feasibility of the resulting product. This research uses research and development methods using the Borg and Gall procedure with stages of potential and problems, data collection, product design, product validation, product revision, and limited trials. The feasibility value is calculated using a Likert scale based on the results of material expert validation, design expert validation, and study teacher assessment. The material development process was carried out to add several contributions in developing the existing observation report text material to be better. The research results show that the product resulting from the research "Development of Teaching Materials for Writing Text Reports on Observations in the Merdeka Curriculum Phase D for Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 1 Bintang Bayu for the 2023/2024 Academic Year" is included in the "Very Good" category. This is based on the results of validation and material experts which were carried out twice with a score of 89% in the "Very Good" category and media expert validation twice with a score of 93% in the "Very good" category. Thus, the product is said to be suitable for use in the learning process.

This law regulates the protection and management of the environment systematically to achieve environmental balance and human welfare as a unit.

This research article has the title "Dynamics of Environmental Law in the Concept of Development and Implementation of Sustainable Development in Indonesia." The research method used in writing this article is a qualitative method with a normative juridical approach. The data that will be used is relevant data from a book, scientific article, news or other written sources. The sources of data collection are related to the titles studied, both from primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. This research aims to find out the concept of sustainable development, how to realize sustainable development goals and implement environmental law enforcement. The results of this research are that people tend to carry out activities that are detrimental to the environment to fulfill their interests. Therefore, it is necessary to take into account the impact of any sustainable development on the environment. In order for the implementation of sustainable development to be achieved, all development needs to have environmental permits and enforce environmental laws.

The development of modern society in the process of globalization and industrialization has had a huge impact on forest sustainability as a support for life and in the world's biological life. The existence of forests is of course very much needed considering that forests are not only a source of wood production but are also an integral part of the environment, forests are open areas that make people's access to use them very large which causes logging and timber theft. In order for this to happen more often, this problem must be addressed immediately for the sake of the preservation of forest ecosystems in Indonesia. This journal writing uses normative research methods, normative methods are used with a statutory approach and use reference materials from book sources or other scientific research. As for the results of this study, the regulation of illegal logging is contained in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 41 of 1999 concerning Forestry in Article 50 which regulates prohibitions for anyone who carries out activities in the form of logging, Article 50 also discusses the prohibition of carrying out forest destruction activities. and confiscation of forest resources in violation of laws and regulations or without permission from interested parties, namely forestry officials.

This article discusses strategies for handling money politics in legislative general elections using the Pancasila Democracy approach as a foundation for general elections with integrity. By referring to the principles of Pancasila which emphasize social justice, people's sovereignty,unity and balance between rights and obligations, this article identifies concrete steps that can be taken to overcome the practice of money politics which undermines democracy. Writing is carried out using normative juridical methods, namely research on secondary data or library materials. To realize elections with integrity, primary legal materials will guide the writing of strategies for handling political money in legislative elections based on Pancasila democracy. These steps include law enforcement, political education, financial transparency, independent oversight, active participation, public disclosure of the campaign, and use of technology. By implementing these strategies holistically and based on Pancasila values, it is hoped that Indonesia can overcome the challenges of money politics and strengthen integrity in the legislative election process, as well as build a stronger foundation for a healthy democracy and integrity.
