The emergence of online transportation services has changed the way humans access areas of life, increasing accessibility significantly. The integration of digital technology has brought increased speed, efficiency and connectivity to services, especially through applications on smartphones. For example, online motorcycle taxi services in Indonesia have become an important source of income for many individuals. Many people rely on work as online motorcycle taxi drivers to meet their family's economic needs. This research aims to provide a comprehensive picture of the role of online motorcycle taxis as a source of income, taking into account the diversity of drivers from various backgrounds, including those with families, those without families, and female drivers. This research uses a qualitative approach, a method suitable for exploring the condition of natural objects. The results of this research are based on interviews with 8 sources from online motorcycle taxi drivers around UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, Pondok Labu Campus. Interviewees involved a variety of backgrounds, and the responses received varied, some were satisfied with their work, while others saw it as just a side job. Even though online motorcycle taxis offer accessibility and flexibility in working hours, research findings show that this profession has not become the main job for most drivers. Tight competition in the online motorcycle taxi industry is also a factor that contributes to the economic constraints felt by some drivers, especially those who have family responsibilities.

The population of this study were all women of perimenopausal age who had osteoarthritis genu at the Metro Pundu Primary Clinic, Central Kalimantan, as many as 32 people. The number of samples used Freder's formula was 20 samples, and data processing used Shapiro Wilk for the normality test to obtain normally distributed data results and paired sample t test with the results of ha accepted. Results: There was a decrease in OA pain scale in perimenopausal women before and after being given acupressure treatment, This shows the effect of acupressure in reducing genu osteoarthritis pain in perimenopausal women.

The Revitalization Development of the Leles People's Market Building Phase III is a government development project overseen by the Garut Regency DISPERINDAG. The construction of this market building began in mid-2021 and was planned to be completed within 120 days of the project plan, however, there were obstacles that resulted in the realization of the construction process requiring additional time to complete the construction. The method used in this study is the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method, the purpose of which is to find the fault tree of various errors that will result in the occurrence of unwanted events and the Event Tree Analysis (ETA) method is used to estimate and assess the probability of each consequence. can arise from an event in anticipation of its various consequences. This research methodology uses the concepts used in the survey using questionnaires and interviews with informants/respondents involved in the Catfish Market Revitalization project. There are two main intermediate events that cause delays in the development of the Revitalization of the Leles Garut People's Market, namely structural work / architectural work and work on the completion of side buildings. The result of identifying the total value of the minimum cut set combination probability for the Top Event of 0.9998 is the overall result of the total combination calculation of the minimum cut set. The results of the Initiating scenario impact analysis which has a "High" risk level caused by the Owner due to Rework work in the field, Changes to work plans, Delays in project work targets, There is some work that requires additional working hours.

The covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia is part of the 2019 coronavirus disease (covid 19) pandemic that is currently taking place throughout the world. During the Covid 19 pandemic there was a system change at Pattimura Ambon Airport, especially in the AOCC unit, namely a change in online system services. The purposes of this study are 1) To determine the impact that the covid pandemic has had on performance at the Airport Operational Control Center (AOCC) unit. 2) To see the positive and negative values due to the impact of the covid pandemic on the Airport Operational Control Center (AOCC) at Pattimura Ambon International Airport. This study uses a qualitative method. The instruments used were the researchers themselves supported by the results of interviews, observations and documentation with supporting documents from the AOCC and the air transport unit at Pattimura Ambon International Airport. To answer the formulation of the research problem, the researcher conducted 3 stages of analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that the Covid pandemic has had a huge impact on airport services because this pandemic has required the government to issue regulations that greatly impact AOCC service activities because it results in changes to the work system so that it also has an impact on the performance of AOCC service officers. This is also related to the solution set by the Airport Operational Control Center Unit, namely changing their work system in providing services to passengers. Previously, Customer Service Staff provided services to passengers directly, so during the pandemic this was changed through a monitor screen. Not only that, the Airport Operational Control Center Unit also changed the working hour limit which was originally until 08.00 Wit. during the pandemic, the limit of working hours for AOCC was only until 04.00 Wit. coupled with the change of staff every day alternately.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and the economic side of the process of manual or semi-automatic bending signs. The data required for both types of marking methods are data on the number of operators, company working hours, effective working hours, and the results of the production process. After that it is done by data processing, data processing in this study uses the Experimental Method, in the Manual marking process, the process is done by directly drawing on the multiplex material according to the drawing design using 2 operators, in the Semi Automatic marking process, the use of a CNC machine is done by using only 1 operator and also using a setting on a CNC machine of 50 Amperes. So from the data that has been managed later, it shows that the use of CNC machines as a substitute for manual marking has a positive effect on the company. Which can reduce the amount of operator usage, get more results from the Manual marking process, and use less electricity. So overall, the marking process using the Semi Automatic method is better from all sides compared to the marking process using the Manual method.
