The factors influencing lowland rice production in Padang City are the focus of this study. The study was conducted through a field survey of lowland rice farmers to obtain primary data relevant to farming activities. The analysis method used was multiple linear regression with the dependent variable being lowland rice production (Y) and independent variables including land area (X₁), seeds (X₂), fertilizer (X₃), labor (X₄), and farming experience (X₅). The research findings show that simultaneously all production factors, including land area, seeds, fertilizer, labor, and farming experience, have a significant effect on lowland rice production in Padang City. Partially, the variables of fertilizer and labor have a significant effect on lowland rice production, while land area, seeds, and farming experience have no significant effect. These findings indicate that the increase in lowland rice production in Padang City is more determined by input intensification efforts, particularly through appropriate fertilization and labor availability, compared to land expansion. As a result, agricultural policies need to be directed at increasing input efficiency to support the productivity and sustainability of rice farming.

Banks are financial institutions that play a very important role in the economy and continue to innovate by developing various new forms and services. Spin-offs of Sharia Business Units (UUS) are a new method in the world of Islamic banking with the aim of becoming independent Islamic banks in conducting business activities based on sharia principles. The spin-off of the SBU is one of the main focuses of Law Number 4 of 2023 concerning the Development and Strengthening of the Financial Sector. Furthermore, referring to the provisions in Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 12 of 2023 concerning Sharia Business Units, conventional banks can carry out banking activities in accordance with sharia principles by being required to open an SBU. This shows that the UUS is a unit that remains part of the conventional bank, and the provisions governing its activities, even though they are carried out by conventional banks, must still follow sharia principles, including prohibiting interest-based transactions. This study shows that spin-offs of UUS have great potential to drive the growth of Islamic banking. A spin-off is a company's decision to restructure, which has various legal implications. Although spin-offs of Islamic banks have the potential to improve the performance of Islamic banking, government policies that require spin-offs without considering the specific context of each bank can hinder the development of this sector. The implementation of mandatory spin-off policies needs to be balanced with more comprehensive government policy support.

A company budget is a structured and logical plan. In business management, a budget serves as a planning, control, and decision-making tool, enabling the company to achieve effective and efficient goals. Furthermore, a company budget aims to regulate cash flow, preventing waste. This article discusses the budgeting process in the culinary business "Seblak" and the importance of proper budgeting for culinary businesses. Budgeting enables companies to effectively manage their businesses and achieve their financial goals. Seblak is a traditional Indonesian dish originating from West Java, particularly the Bandung area. Initially, seblak was a simple dish made from raw crackers, boiled until soft, mixed with spices, and topped with various toppings such as sausage, chicken, and frozen food. Seblak is derived from the word "segak" and "nyegak," two Sundanese words meaning "pungent" or "invigorating." The name is quite synonymous with seblak, which is characterized by its spicy flavor and the use of galangal (galangal) for its strong aroma.

The Right to Build Certificate (Hak Guna Bangunan/HGB), as evidence of land rights intended to provide legal certainty for right holders, may in practice be revoked through decisions of the State Administrative Court. Such revocation creates legal uncertainty regarding the legal status of the land and the position of the right holder, particularly where the certificate holder is not a party to the proceedings. This research aims to analyze the legal status of land following the revocation of an HGB certificate and to examine the legal remedies available to right holders in order to obtain legal certainty. The research employs a normative juridical approach through a literature review of statutory regulations and court decisions. The findings indicate that following the revocation of HGB Certificate Number B 222 in the name of PT Pertamina (Persero), the land reverts to state land, with Pertamina holding priority rights pursuant to Article 37 paragraph (4) of Government Regulation Number 18 of 2021. However, legal remedies through the priority rights mechanism do not provide absolute legal certainty, as the use of the term “may” reflects governmental discretion rather than a legal obligation. Consequently, legal certainty for PT Pertamina remains conditional and dependent upon administrative discretion, rather than constituting final legal certainty.

This study aims to analyze the feasibility and sensitivity of shallot farming as seed production using a low cost greenhouse system in Hasara Dodo Farmer Group, Nias Regency. The research employed a quantitative approach with a case study method. The data used include production costs, yield, selling price, and greenhouse investment components, which were analyzed using cost, revenue, income, and R/C ratio calculations, as well as sensitivity analysis. The results show that the total production cost is Rp205,200,000 per hectare per planting season, with total revenue of Rp510,000,000 and income of Rp304,800,000. The R/C ratio value of 2.48 indicates that the farming is financially feasible. Sensitivity analysis results show that the farming remains feasible even under a 10% decrease in selling price, increase in production cost, and decrease in production, with the R/C ratio still greater than one. The use of a low cost greenhouse system is proven to improve production stability, especially in areas with high rainfall. In addition, shallot production as seed provides higher economic value compared to consumption purposes. Therefore, greenhouse-based shallot farming has strong potential to be developed as a strategy to increase farmers' income.

This study aims to analyze production cost efficiency through the use of self-formulated feed based on rice bran in laying hen farming in Kutamandiri Village. Feed costs represent the largest component of production expenses in laying hen enterprises, reaching up to 60–70% of total operational costs. The research employed a descriptive quantitative approach using primary data collected through observation, interviews, and cost-revenue recording during one production period. Data were analyzed using cost structure analysis and Revenue-Cost (R/C) ratio to determine business feasibility. The results indicate that the use of rice bran-based self-formulated feed reduced feed costs and lowered total production expenses. The calculated R/C ratio was 1.43, indicating that the enterprise is financially feasible and profitable. Additionally, the findings suggest that utilizing locally available feed resources such as rice bran can improve cost efficiency, reduce reliance on external feed supplies, and enhance the sustainability of small-scale laying hen enterprises. This research provides valuable insights for farmers in Kutamandiri Village and other similar agricultural communities looking to optimize production costs and improve their profitability by adopting cost-effective, locally sourced feed options.

Cooperatives, as the backbone of the people's economy, play a strategic role in improving the welfare of their members, particularly through the management of business profits. This role becomes even more complex when cooperatives receive government assistance sourced from state finances, as its management concerns not only the internal interests of the cooperative, but also the public interest. In practice, the extensive authority of cooperative administrators is often not balanced with strict restrictions and effective oversight mechanisms, thereby creating the potential for abuse of authority and weak accountability. The purpose of this study is to determine whether legal regulations can limit the authority of administrators so that they do not abuse government assistance and to determine whether existing regulations provide adequate oversight mechanisms. The research method used was normative juridical with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The results of the study show that normatively, the authority of cooperative administrators has been limited through the principle of delegation from member meetings and accountability obligations, and reinforced by the state financial legal regime through government assistance. In addition, the supervisory mechanism has been regulated in layers through internal and external supervision, although in practice it still has the potential to be formalistic. The implication of this study is the importance of strengthening the implementation of authority restrictions and effective supervisory mechanisms in order to realize accountable, transparent, and sustainable cooperative governance, while maintaining public trust in government assistance programs.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of market ethics from the perspective of Islamic economics on the behavior of business actors at Mandiri Jaya Jatimulyo Market, South Lampung Regency. Islamic market ethics are viewed as a moral instrument that guides economic activities to operate fairly, honestly, and oriented toward public welfare. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving business actors actively engaged in daily market transactions. The findings reveal that Islamic market ethical values, such as honesty, transparency, and moral responsibility, have been applied in trading practices; however, their implementation remains partial and largely dependent on individual moral awareness. Religiosity, economic pressure, the social environment of the market, and the level of Islamic economic literacy are identified as key factors influencing ethical behavior. This study concludes that strengthening Islamic market ethics in traditional markets requires a comprehensive approach involving continuous education, the development of an ethical market culture, and institutional support to ensure sustainable internalization of Islamic values.

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation on employee productivity at Kerupuk Uenak Bu Rina, a home-based industry in Boyolali. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and direct observation at the business location. The results indicate that work motivation derived from internal factors such as satisfaction with received wages and a familial work environment, as well as external factors in the form of appreciation from the owner, significantly influence employee morale and work output. Employee productivity levels are reflected in the consistency in meeting production targets for two types of crackers and the ability to adapt to demand fluctuations. These findings suggest that improving productivity in micro-enterprises like this one depends not only on technical operational aspects but is also greatly influenced by how work motivation is managed. This research provides practical contributions regarding the importance of paying attention to human resource aspects in managing operational risks and improving the performance of small-scale businesses.
