Proprioceptive sensor data, including inertial measurement units (IMU), joint encoders, and torque sensors, plays a critical role in state estimation for quadruped robots operating in dynamic and unstructured environments. However, these signals are often degraded by various sources of error, such as high-frequency noise, bias, drift, and contact-induced disturbances, which directly affect estimation accuracy and stability. This study presents a systematic analysis of sensor-specific noise characteristics and evaluates the effectiveness of preprocessing methods tailored to each sensor modality. Specifically, moving average filtering is applied to encoder signals to mitigate noise amplification during differentiation, while first-order low-pass filtering is employed for IMU and torque signals to suppress high-frequency noise. Experimental results on a publicly available quadruped dataset demonstrate that encoder velocity RMSE is reduced by 12.09%, high-frequency energy decreases by 59.63%, and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) improves by 145.6%. However, variance reductions remain limited (3.39% for IMU and 4.05% for torque), indicating the persistence of impulsive, non-Gaussian noise caused by contact events. These findings highlight that linear preprocessing methods are effective for attenuating high-frequency noise but insufficient for handling non-Gaussian disturbances. The study provides practical insights into the effectiveness and limitations of preprocessing strategies, serving as a foundation for developing more robust signal processing and state estimation frameworks in quadruped robotics.

This study examines in depth the responsibility of the Pangkalpinang City Government in maintaining environmental cleanliness. Such responsibility is not merely an administrative obligation but a constitutional mandate as stated in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Every citizen, including the people of Pangkalpinang, has the right to live in a clean and healthy environment, while the local government is obliged to ensure the fulfillment of this right. This research analyzes the extent to which the local government has carried out its responsibilities through preventive measures (such as formulating regulations and supervising permits) and enforcement actions (including imposing sanctions and restoring the environment). The findings reveal several obstacles, such as limited budget, weak inter-agency coordination, and low public awareness regarding environmental cleanliness. Therefore, although the legal framework is well established, strong commitment, synergy, and continuous efforts from all stakeholders are required to realize a clean and sustainable Pangkalpinang City.

Litopenaeus vannamei is a brackish-water aquaculture commodity that is highly favored by the Indonesian community and represents one of the country’s leading aquaculture products, with production continuing to increase in response to rising domestic and export demand. One of the main factors triggering disease in L. vannamei is the presence of Vibrio sp. bacteria, which are recognized as serious pathogens in various aquaculture organisms and serve as causative agents of bacterial diseases. These bacteria naturally inhabit marine environments and are categorized as opportunistic, meaning they become pathogenic when environmental conditions decline and host health is compromised. Disinfectants are chemical substances used to inhibit or eliminate microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, and fungi (excluding bacterial spores) on non-living surfaces. One disinfectant material is Smart Care (Intracare B.V., The Netherlands), which contains stabilized hydrogen peroxide with a prolonged-release mechanism. This study employed an experimental method using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with four treatments and five replications. The treatments included a control (without H₂O₂) and applications of H₂O₂ at concentrations of 1 ml/L, 2 ml/L, 3 ml/L, and 4 ml/L. The results indicated that the addition of hydrogen peroxide at different concentrations did not produce statistically significant differences in suppressing the growth rate of Vibrio sp. Nevertheless, treatment C (3 ml/L H₂O₂) showed the highest inhibitory effect, with no bacterial colony growth observed. Therefore, the application of H₂O₂ at 3 ml/L demonstrates potential in reducing Vibrio sp. growth and supporting sustainable shrimp aquaculture practices.

Food security is a complex issue closely related to various aspects such as agriculture, nutrition, health, and the environment. In the context of global development, food security is an integral part of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 2: Zero Hunger. This study aims to analyze the implementation of food security policies in supporting the achievement of the SDGs and to identify the factors that hinder the successful implementation of these policies. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method, examining various secondary data sources including books, journal articles, laws and regulations, official government reports, mass media, and relevant online publications. The results show that the Indonesian government has undertaken various efforts to achieve food security through strengthening regulations, starting from Law Number 18 of 2012, Government Regulation Number 17 of 2015, and Presidential Regulation Number 125 of 2022. These efforts are supported by increased budget allocation, local wisdom-based food diversification programs, food estate programs, and strengthening national food reserves through cross-sectoral coordination. However, the implementation of these policies still faces four structural constraints, namely high population growth, the conversion of agricultural land, the impact of climate change on agricultural productivity, and low interest among the younger generation, which threatens farmer regeneration. The implications of this study indicate that the successful implementation of food security policies in supporting the achievement of the SDGs requires comprehensive, sustainable strategies and effective cross-sector collaboration.
