One of the causes of the high Maternal Mortality Rate (AKI) is long childbirth. If the delivery process lasts a long time, it can cause the mother to be exhausted because she runs out of energy. This results in inadequate uterine contractions (his) so that it can cause failure in the progress of labor. In addition to the inadequacy of uterine contractions (his), psychological conditions are also one of the factors that affect the length of labor progress. The psychological condition in question is the mother's perception of anxiety and pain during the childbirth process. One of the non-pharmacological therapies is self-healing , which is one of the methods used to manage emotions in order to avoid things that cause stress. This study aims to analyze the Effectiveness of Self-Healing to Reduce the Intensity of Pain in Maternal Mothers at PMB Winda Nainggolan, Hutabayu District, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra Province in 2024. This research method uses a quantitative research approach with a quasi-experimental design research method in one group (one group prestest posttest). The research will be conducted in May 2024-July 2024. The sample size was 16 people with nonprobability sampling techniques. The data analysis used was using the Pairet t Test with an error value of α 0.05. The results of the study based on the output test statistics obtained a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than the significance level of 5% (p-value = 0.000 < 0.05). The conclusion of the study is that Ha is accepted, which means that there is an effect of self-healing on the reduction of Period I labor pain in Primigravida mothers at PMB Winda Nainggolan, Hutabayu District, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra Province in 2024. OSCE is an exam with an assessment based on the skills (performance) observed when performing various clinical skills. The OSCE procedure is more emphasized on clinical skills that must be mastered by students to take action on their patients. However, unfortunately OSCE is a high enough stressor in causing anxiety. The OSCE has more stressors than other types of exams. This happens because of the large amount of material that must be mastered and the limited duration of the exam. In addition, the atmosphere during the exam, such as the examiner observing the students directly, causes anxiety. Anxiety that arose during the OSCE exam in medical students turned out to have a significant effect. However, there are not many studies that delve deeply into what causes it. So that the solution related to the problem of anxiety cannot be carried out optimally. The objective of this study was to explore the causes and ways to overcome anxiety in students of the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatra Utara during the OSCE. This research was conducted from January-July 2022. It was quantitative research with cross-sectional data collection. The research sample was students of the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatra Utara, Class of 2019 (n = 200). Anxiety assessment was determined using the Hamilton Rating Scale For Anxiety (HARS) questionnaire, and researchers develop a questionnaire to evaluate the factors that influence students’ anxiety and coping mechanism. A total of 197 out of 200 respondents (98.5%) had anxiety while attending the OSCE. Anxiety was dominated by a mild level of anxiety, about 86 people (43.0%). External factors affect 118 people (59%) and are the factors that dominate the causes of anxiety for students that took part in OSCE. The biggest etiology of anxiety for students who took part in OSCE is the processing time as many as 42 people (21%), too many materials 41 people (20.5%), not focusing/forgetting as many as 39 people (19.5%).

In order to improve the welfare of the community, it is expected that the government will also participate in improving health standards, especially for mothers. This is because healthy mothers will produce superior generations. The best food for babies is breast milk, therefore it is expected that mothers can give their babies exclusive breast milk so that the baby's growth and development are optimal and grow into a healthy, intelligent and productive adult generation. Breastfeeding itself also has obstacles including sore nipples, babies who often cry. Oxytocin massage aims to increase breast milk production in mothers in labor. The implementation of this community service is aimed at prospective breastfeeding mothers and breastfeeding mothers. This activity took place at the Afisya Clinic, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. The method of implementing assistance and application of oxytocin massage consists of refreshing the knowledge and skills of midwives in implementing oxytocin massage. The results of this community service can improve the knowledge and skills of midwives in implementing oxytocin massage. There was an increase in midwives' knowledge by 53% and skills by 100% and all mothers in labor gave breast milk to their mothers. It is hoped that the implementation of oxytocin massage will be applied to all mothers giving birth so that mothers can provide exclusive breastfeeding.

It is hoped that breastfeeding can help achieve SDGs goal 3, target 2, namely efforts to reduce the neonatal mortality rate to at least 12 per 1000 live births in all countries by 2030 and stop unnecessary deaths of newborns and toddlers. Encouraging healthy breastfeeding is so important that it can prevent more than 820,000 deaths of children under five every year. Oxytocin massage has been shown to increase the sensation of relaxation, improve sleep quality and comfort, reduce pain and tension, and help increase prolactin and oxytocin levels, which in turn increases breast milk production. The research design uses the Pre Experimental Design method, namely in the form of a One Group pretest and posttest design without a control group. This research used purposive sampling, with a total sample of 22 respondents. Univariate and bivariate data analysis. The results of this study showed that the value before the oxytocin massage was a mean of 16.14 and after the oxytocin massage the mean was 27.73. The conclusion of this research shows that the results of the experimental test have a significant value with a p value = 0.000 <0.05. This proves that there is a significant difference in breast milk production between before and after oxytocin massage. It is recommended that midwives at the Afisya clinic use this research as input in efforts to increase breast milk production in post partum mothers.

Asphyxia is a condition in which a baby fails to breathe spontaneously and regularly immediately after birth, preventing oxygen intake and carbonic acid removal (Dewi, 2011). It is a pathological change caused by insufficient oxygen in the respiratory air, leading to hypoxia and hypercapnia (Ridha, 2014). Asphyxia can occur at birth (primary asphyxia) or develop later (secondary asphyxia). This study aims to identify factors influencing neonatal asphyxia at the Pagar Merbau Health Center, Deli Serdang Regency, in 2023. The research employs an analytical method with a cross-sectional approach. Data analysis utilized the chi-square statistical test and Fisher’s Exact Test in SPSS to determine the relationship between independent and dependent variables. Results from bivariate analysis using Fisher's Exact Test revealed a p-value of 0.344, indicating no statistically significant relationship between maternal age and neonatal asphyxia at the Pagar Merbau Health Center in 2023. To reduce neonatal asphyxia risk, pregnant women should undergo regular antenatal care using available health facilities to detect complications such as premature birth (<37 weeks), postmature birth (>42 weeks), low birth weight, or premature rupture of membranes. Early detection and appropriate medical intervention can minimize neonatal asphyxia incidence. Healthcare providers must enhance prenatal education and monitoring programs to ensure better maternal and neonatal health outcomes. Strengthening healthcare services and raising awareness among pregnant women about risk factors can contribute significantly to reducing neonatal asphyxia cases.
