The purpose of writing this article is to know and analyse the legal protection system against a whistleblower reporting a crime. The research method used is a normative juridical research method using conceptual approaches, legal approaches, and comparative approaches to the United States. The result of this study is that a person identified as a whistleblower, if referring to settings and comparisons, will still raise doubts caused by the uncertainty of benefits and protection for himself and his family. The conclusion of this study is that the legal protection and protection of future guarantees for someone who has been designated as a whistleblower are still very minimal. Thus, the disclosure of a large-scale criminal case becomes very difficult and focuses only on the interests of justice collaborators.   Keywords: evidence; legal protection; whistleblower

This study investigates the efficacy of dynamic assignment strategies in enhancing English language proficiency, engagement, and motivation among learners compared to traditional assignment methods. Through a mixed-methods approach, involving quantitative analyses of language proficiency scores and engagement levels, as well as qualitative insights from student perspectives and teacher observations, the research highlights the significant advantages of integrating dynamic assignments in English language learning. Results indicate that students participating in the dynamic assignment group showed statistically significant improvements in overall language proficiency, particularly in speaking and writing skills (p < 0.05). Additionally, these students reported higher levels of cognitive, emotional, and behavioral engagement (p < 0.05), which were positively correlated with their language proficiency improvements (r = 0.62, p < 0.01). This suggests that the more engaged students are in their learning process, the better their language learning outcomes. From the qualitative data, students expressed a greater motivation and interest in learning English, attributing this to the real-world relevance and applicability of the dynamic assignments. Teachers corroborated these findings, noting enhanced active participation, collaboration, and improvements in students’ communication skills and confidence. However, both students and teachers identified challenges, including increased preparation time and the need for clearer guidelines to maximize the benefits of dynamic assignments. The study concludes that dynamic assignment strategies significantly contribute to improving language proficiency and engagement among English language learners. It suggests that addressing the identified challenges could further optimize the effectiveness of these strategies. This research advocates for a shift towards more interactive, relevant, and engaging teaching methodologies in language education to better prepare learners for real-world communication.

The research methods used are Library Research and Field Research. There are three Actors/Users in this system, namely Staff/Operator, Manager and HR. Staff/Operator can only access the form management page, Managers can access to approve the form page, while HR can access all form management pages, make approvals, manage the theme of managing departments, manage accounts, manage reports and manage consultation schedules. The programming language used to create the Kaizen management system is PHP version 7 with the CodeIgniter framework with MySQL version 8. With the existence of the Kaizen Management Information System in the HR Division, it is hoped that it can simplify and accelerate the Kaizen management process.

It is expected that UMKM will become a leading economic sector in order to achieve its building goals. This is due to the fact that UMKM is one of the few businesses that can thrive in challenging economic conditions. Due to this, in order for UMKM to be able to continue, UMKM has to have sound financial management practices. The first is having accurate financial knowledge and the ability to create financial reports that are needed to formulate business strategies that will eventually emerge. The financial performance of East Sudimara Culinary MSME in Ciledug, Tangerang does not reflect a sound financial performance. Training and mentorship outcomes, such as basic accounting and financial report writing, raise MSME actors' knowledge of the value of the information collected.
