Agriculture is a sector that plays a vital role in the economies of many developing countries, including Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the production scale and examine the factors influencing rice production, such as capital, labor, and land area. The research was conducted in Kerambitan Sub-district, Tabanan Regency. The agricultural sector, particularly rice production, plays an essential role in the regional economy and food security. However, it continues to face fluctuations due to various influencing factors. This study employs a quantitative method using multiple linear regression based on the Cobb-Douglas production function to measure the scale of production. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews with rice farmers in Kerambitan Sub-district, using proportionate stratified random sampling. The results indicate that capital, labor, and land area have a positive and significant effect on rice production in Kerambitan Sub-district, Tabanan Regency. Furthermore, the production scale in this study shows decreasing returns to scale, meaning that each additional unit of input yields a proportionally smaller increase in output. These findings imply the need for strategies to enhance production efficiency and optimize resource utilization to improve rice productivity.

This study examines marathon events as an effective strategy for enhancing destination appeal in the context of sport tourism development. As tourism trends shift toward active and health-conscious lifestyles, marathon events have emerged as inclusive platforms that integrate physical activity with cultural and natural attractions. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach, combining literature analysis and in-depth interviews with participants. The findings show that marathon events significantly influence tourist engagement, increase length of stay, and stimulate local economic activity through increased accommodation, culinary consumption, and attraction visits. Furthermore, these events promote destination visibility through digital and social media engagement. However, challenges remain, including environmental risks, infrastructure limitations, regulatory constraints, and accessibility for persons with disabilities. The study concludes that marathon events, when managed sustainably and inclusively, can enhance a destination’s brand identity and competitiveness. It suggests the need for integrated planning involving local governments, tourism stakeholders, and community participation to ensure that marathon events contribute positively to long-term destination development.

This study aims to analyze the legal aspects of public information disputes in the context of state administration, focusing on the Decision of the Jakarta State Administrative Court (PTUN) Number 410/G/KI/2024/PTUN.JKT. A public information dispute is a dispute between a public agency and an information applicant regarding the right to obtain and use public information based on laws and regulations. In the era of globalization and the development of information technology, access to public information is one of the important pillars in realizing transparent and accountable governance. In Indonesia, the right to public information is guaranteed by Law Number 14 of 2008 concerning Openness of Public Information (UU KIP). However, in practice, disputes often occur between public agencies and the public regarding the fulfillment of the right to information. The Decision of the Jakarta PTUN Number 410/G/KI/2024/PTUN.JKT is an important case study because it reflects the dynamics of law in resolving public information disputes at the state administration level. This study uses a normative legal approach with a case study method. Data were obtained from the analysis of PTUN Jakarta decisions and related legal documents. The results of the study show that public information disputes often occur due to unclear boundaries between information that can be accessed by the public and that which must be protected. The Jakarta PTUN decision emphasizes the importance of consistency in the application of the Consequence Test Sheet and emphasizes that information related to public services must be open to public access. This study contributes to understanding the legal complexity behind public information disputes and provides recommendations for improving the dispute resolution system in the future. In addition, this study also reminds us of the importance of a balance between public information transparency and personal data protection, especially in the context of state administration.

The trust dimension has been implemented well, where the security of public data is guaranteed with the JSON Web Token (JWT) security system. The content & appearance of information dimensions have not been running optimally due to the lack of service features related to the movement of families from outside the district to within the district. In the dimension of functionality of the interaction environment, it is not yet fully maximized because some people still feel that filling out forms is rather difficult through online-based services. Then the last dimension, namely citizen support, has gone quite well, but there are still shortcomings, namely the lack of outreach carried out by the department to the community. It is hoped that the results of this research can be utilized as needed by relevant agencies and for further research.
