Legality has an important role for the progress of the business owned by all business actors, because legality is basically a form of granting permits granted by the authorities to every business actor in running their business. Legality itself is said to be important because it is used as evidence that the business being run or established is feasible and ongoing. People who do not understand the importance of business legality are a problem that causes many business actors who do not have business legality to support their business. The community service carried out by Group 10 KKN-T MBKM UPN "Veteran" East Java aims to sensitize the community, especially business actors, especially in Ngrimbi Village, Bareng District, Jombang Regency regarding the importance of business legality and provide assistance in making a business legality. The method of implementing community service carried out by Group 10 KKN-T MBKM UPN "Veteran" East Java is divided into 3 (three) stages, the first step begins with providing understanding to business people about the importance of business legality through socialization that we held in the first week. Second, data collection of all Ngrimbi village Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and registering NIB (Business Identification Number) which has been scheduled by the village. The third is business mentoring with the aim of improving and marketing the products they want to sell. The implementation of this activity was carried out by Group 10 KKN-T MBKM UPN "Veteran" East Java consisting of 10 people. The result of this activity is the awareness of business actors in Ngrimbi Village about the importance of business legality for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), and as many as 20 MSMEs that have been surveyed by group 10 in Ngrimbi Village, 19 MSMEs have carried out business legality in the form of NIB (Business Identification Number).

Business legality is a standard that must be met by economic entities. Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) must meet these requirements to compete in the free market era. This requirement is problematic because many business actors do not have business legality. We face various obstacles such as lack of means to ensure legality, difficulty in responding, and lack of knowledge. This paper discusses the results of community service provided, namely assistance and the importance of business legality for MSMEs. The purpose of this service is to raise awareness and provide a framework of thinking about the importance of business legality for MSMEs to compete in the open market. The implementation method used is touse in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The result of the implementation is the issuance of a Business Identification Number (NIB) which is the legal umbrella of an official business and recognized by the state through the OSS Institution or known as Online Single Submission.

Business legality plays a very important role in running a business, because the legality of a business is a form of licensing from the implementation of business activities provided by the authorized party to the business owner. The legality also acts as a benchmark that the business established can be said to be feasible, legal and ongoing. The problem that is often encountered in the surrounding community, especially Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), is that understanding the importance of having legality and how to make legality for their business causes them not to have business legality. Therefore, this service activity aims to provide understanding to the community in the form of socialization of what business legality is and provide assistance in terms of making business legality, especially for business actors in the Sentul village area. The method carried out in this assistance activity is divided into three stages, in the first stage the group 28 KKN-T UPN "Veteran" East Java conducts surveys and interviews regarding the business legality that has been owned by business actors in Sentul village, the next stage is conducting socialization activities regarding the importance of having business legality and the final stage is providing assistance in making a Business Identification Number (NIB) online through Online Single Submission. The results obtained by this activity are an increase in the understanding of business actors in Sentul village regarding the importance of having business legality.

Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Klampok City, in running their business, handle problems related to almost all assets, both raw materials, finance, advertising, work, innovation and also the views of the management. The data checking procedure used is a separate inspection method because the information obtained is subjective, namely by distributing opinion polls using a real scale. The factor that creates this problem is largely due to the low level of training and education in business that business entertainment executives have. Most financial experts feel that they have sufficient business knowledge and skills, so they are not too eager to add their business information, especially if they need to pay cash to get this information. The problem of capital is a well-known one that almost all types of businesses face. The problems of MSMEs in Klampok District inspired researchers to develop solutions starting from NIB, product branding with improved packaging and logos or brands, business analysis with business plans, online bookkeeping system assistance, and product digitization with a more modern online marketing system. way to increase sales.

Legality is the identity of a business to legalize a business so that it can be recognized by the public. Business legality is very important for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) because it can provide many benefits. To obtain complete and legal business legality, MSMEs must fulfill all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. The Thematic Real Work Lecture (KKNT) activities for MSMEs in Karangtengah Village involve several MSMEs that have been recorded and surveyed. The purpose of this community empowerment program itself is so that business actors can better understand the importance of NIB and can take advantage of government programs that can facilitate online legality permits. After registering business legality, it is hoped that business actors will consider the importance of licensing business entities, there needs to be more attention to training and socialization of business licensing in Karangtengah Village.

Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mengetahui partisipasi pelaku UMKM di lokasi wisata Ciung Wanara kabupaten Ciamis dalam menumbuhkembangkan ekonomi kreatif pasca pandemi Covid 19. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 21 hingga 23 Oktober 2022 kepada 25 pelaku UMKM. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data diolah menggunakan observasi lapangan, wawancara dan studi Pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaku UMKM optimis dan yakin mampu bangkit Kembali dan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan usahanya. Pelaku UMKM perlu mengupgrade skill kemampuan dengan melakukan penguasaan digital marketing serta melengkapi legalitas ijin usaha berupa Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB). Strategi yang dilakukan antara laian membantu para Wirausahawan (pemilik warung) yang berada di dalam lingkungan tempat Wisata Ciung Wanara dengan membantu mereka dalam pembuatan Kartu NIB (Nomor Induk Berusaha) untuk Legalitas usaha mereka. Selain itu memberikan pengajaran dalam hal Kewirausahaan (baik bagi mereka yang sudah menjadi Pelaku Usaha Ekonomi Kreatif & UMKM atau Wirausahawan) maupun bagi mereka yang baru akan memulai menjadi Wirausahawan. Lalu dengan memberikan pelatihan bagi semua Pelaku Usaha (Wirausahawan) yang ada di tempat Wisata Ciung Wanara berupa pembuatan Catatan Pengelolaan Keuangan untuk usaha yang sedang mereka jalankan

The community service activities carried out were creating Business Identification Numbers through Online Single Submission (OSS) and marketing to several small business partners, due to a lack of understanding of gadget applications and a lack of product marketing strategies in Sukamoro Hamlet, Puncu Village. The purpose of this service is to provide understanding to the public about the importance of having business legality and product marketing. The method used is observation. The number of umkm in Sukomoro Hamlet is 11 umkm, and 1 umkm does not yet have an NIB. The UMKM was pleased and succeeded in forming an NIB so that it was able to obtain an NIB legality certificate, namely the "Salsabila" banana chips business. The results obtained from this activity were an increase in product quality and customers for "Salsabila" banana chips.
