The fabric slashing technique is the appearance of a clothing that requires modifications to beautify the clothing. The way to beautify a garment is to be creative by using the fabric slashing technique which can make the garment more attractive. The purpose of this technique is to explain about the fabric slashing technique process along with making clothes that will be applied to ready to wear. Descriptive method is done by looking for information related to the technique. The fabric slashing technique uses a piece of cloth that is cut according to a pattern. This technique will be a research on how to do slashing techniques on ready to wear which will produce new motifs and textures on the surface of the fabric. This research produces new motifs and textures on the surface of the fabric that will look oozing at the edges. This research uses vertical and horizontal line motifs on the fabric surface. The slashing technique can be further expanded on the design with various variations such as changing the shape, size and color. The types of materials used can vary to see the results of the materials obtained are right or not.

During the COVID-19 pandemic and the new normal, teacher innovation is urgently needed to make their students not bored and stressed in the learning process, either virtual or face-to-face. In North Maluku, face-to-face learning has been carried out with simulations and strict protocols. Learning variations using Blended Learning become a general solution that is applied. Infographics are information graphics which are visual representations of a collection of data, information and designs. Infographics require a large amount of information in the form of writing or numbers and then converted into a simpler form, namely a combination of images and text that allows readers to quickly understand the meaning of a message or image itself. Various efforts to educate covid 19 both non-formally and formally have been carried out to prevent infection, social restrictions and the provision of social and medical assistance have been carried out by the government, but the public still does not have good awareness and discipline towards covid 19. This study aims to educate about the virus and its dangers, especially covid 19 through the development of infographic-based science teaching aids in elementary schools. Research Development with reference to 4D models with modifications. The results of the study indicate that infographic media is suitable for use as media material or science teaching aids, especially virus education for elementary school students. The use of infographics related to viruses and infection mechanisms can be used in various ways in online and offline learning for elementary school students

Main Objective: This research targets AP sizing entrenched on image structure to raise denoising performance using an improved method for classifying image pixels. Background problem: Digital images may be blended by noise while the addition or communication process, affecting the authentic image signal. Image noise can cause problems at several stages of image processing equally image distribution. Accordingly, image denoising is a significant activity to recover the initial clean image signal from the detected noise signal. Novelty: The proposed WAV method has been refined and improved regarding the classification scheme, and the APS, and the classification results can be used as a mask on the noise image to fix identical patches. Research Method: This study proposes a WAV reprojection algorithm, with the PS being set dynamically entrenched on the image structure. Image structures are consistently taken with an upgraded and enhanced analysis method entrenched in the structure tensor matrix. Analysis results are also used to develop the analysis of comparable patches in images. Finding/Result: Empirical outcomes present that the noise cancellation work of the suggested method is better than the authentic WAVRA, along with several other modifications of the NLMA. Conclusion: In intensity profiles, the proposed method mostly has fewer changes to the original image values than other methods, thus, this method can be continued again to color images, and can also be applied to various types of data such as medical images.   Keywords: Weighted Average (WAV), Noise Cancellation Image, Non-Local Means (NLM), Adaptive Patch
