Teenagers are a group of people aged 13-17 years. Adolescence is a transition period for humans from children to adults, as we know, Generation Z has experienced a lot of changes, starting from losing a sense of social responsibility because they are busy with individual things, such as constantly playing with gadgets, no longer caring about activities. other social activities and even the surrounding environment. Before this goes too far, we as people who are aware of this must immediately become aware of the changes in our environment, as was done by the residents of Rt 01 in the Ciumbuleuit area, precisely at the Al-hikmah mosque, who started a movement to invite all teenagers who there to take part in several activities at the local mosque and revive the youth mosque movement in this millennial era. Increasing the activities of mosque youth so that they do not abandon activities that were previously very active in carrying out, we are carrying out this activity again to increase activities and advance work programs at the mosque, such as reciting the Koran regularly, welcoming the Isra Miraj event, one of them. To increase youth activities at the mosque again, we need a lot of hands to be able to bring teenagers back to the mosque by holding events at the mosque with things that are fun but still on the right track and not too excessive, then we can start with alternating activities such as doing activities outside the mosque. With so many teenagers taking part in this activity, the surrounding environment will be positively influenced, local residents will also take part in this activity by supporting the various event programs being held.

Indonesia is expected to enter the Demographic Bonus era, a condition where the population of productive age is greater than that of non-productive age. This dominant generation of productive age can also be called the Millennial Generation. According to data held by BPS regarding the increase in Indonesia's population in 2015, the percentage of the working age population was around 70%. The Demographic Bonus has the potential to spur Indonesia's economic growth. However, this condition has requirements, namely the need to provide housing facilities that can accommodate the percentage of the working age population in the range of 70%. The Demographic Bonus has the potential to spur Indonesia's economic growth so that it is hoped that it can improve the welfare of the Indonesian people. However, this condition has requirements, namely the need to provide housing facilities that can accommodate these millennials. Moreover, the current urbanization trend is encouraging the millennial generation to work in big cities in Indonesia. Providing housing facilities in areas supported by adequate transportation facilities or transit/TOD-based housing development can increase the work productivity of millennials. However, the challenges faced in housing services in TOD areas are land issues and ownership status owned by private parties because strategic locations have higher value from an economic perspective. If this happens, then residences in TOD areas will become typical residences intended for people with high incomes. On the other hand, not all millennials are high-income people. In terms of age, most millennials are still in the middle and lower category because they are still at the stage of starting their careers, so providing housing facilities for millennials does not only pay attention to location, but also to economic aspects. In this article, we discuss affordable housing in TOD areas as fulfilling housing needs for millennials along with concepts from an architectural perspective that have been implemented in Indonesia and in several countries in the world as a comparison so that they can be input for special development of affordable housing in TOD areas for millennials in Indonesia.

Along with the development of increasingly advanced technology, the sense of nationalism of the millennial generation is decreasing because it is influenced by western culture. To overcome this, it is necessary to have a solution. To overcome this, Indonesian citizens, especially the millennial generation, need to be given more understanding of the archipelago's insight by means of Citizenship Education at every level of education, even up to universities in which they learn about the archipelago. The role of insight into the archipelago is as a guide, motivation, encouragement, and signs in finding all policies, decisions, actions, and actions for state administrators at the central and regional levels as well as for all Indonesian people in the life of society, nation and state. In addition, it can shape the nation's mental attitude which includes creativity, taste and initiative in an integrated manner. The insight of the archipelago as a unifying tool for the nation is proven in its function of fostering a sense of nationalism based on socio-cultural diversity and the geographical location of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.
