The community service activity entitled "Use of social media as a means of communication, information, documentation and promotion in the Blessings of Faith herbal drink business" aims to implement the university's tridharma, namely Community Service. The purpose of this activity is to provide information regarding the use of social media Instagram for small businesses and provide training on the use of Instagram so that its use can later be implemented in marketing activities for the red blessing red ginger business. The method used in this activity is direct observation of the Red Blessings Faithful ginger business by conducting direct interviews and documenting product photos and product manufacture which are then uploaded to Instagram media. The final result of this service is the use of social media Instagram as a medium for communication, information, documentation and means of promoting each product produced and activities discussed by the Ginger Berkah Setia business unit including images and supporting information

Education in the current digital era demands the use of smart technology and social media platforms in the learning process to suit the character of the digital generation. However, the competence of lecturers in Indonesia in this regard is still limited. Therefore, the workshop "Revolutionary Strategies for Modern Learning Through the Integration of Smart Technology and Social Media Platforms for Digital Generation Education" is important to implement. This workshop aims to provide understanding and skills to 187 lecturers in implementing technology and social media for learning innovation for digital generation students. Workshop material includes smart technology trends, use of social media platforms, digital evaluation and assessment strategies, as well as discussion of challenges and opportunities for integrating technology and social media in digital era learning. Participants' enthusiasm was quite high and the evaluation results showed that 91% were interested in implementing modern learning strategies after the workshop.

This article or paper aims to determine “the use of social media as a tool for building business networks in the dropship business”. The problem focuses on the use of social media in building business networks. The data collected was obtained based on qualitative observation and analysis, namely interviews with sources directly. This study concludes that the use of social media platforms, especially facebook, can be a means for Mumu Hijab to build a business network, this is proven by the spread of resellers reaching 40 people. Not only that, in building a business network, Mumu Hijab is also active in utilizing WhatsApp, where WhatsApp is a good communication medium for building business networks with Mumu Hijab resellers and also with consumers.

The communication relationship does not need to be active but at least its existence can be determined. This means that the communication that occurs can be through social media.

One of the marketing tools that contribute to the success of sales promotion is digital marketing through social media. The purpose of this scientific article is to understand how Instagram social media content management functions as a digital marketing strategy at PT Anugerah Santosa Abadi. The method used is descriptive method, with data sources coming from documents, observations, and interviews. PT Anugerah Santosa Abadi implements a digital marketing strategy that includes research, content creation, promotion, and analysis of the results of digital marketing efforts. The results of this digital marketing strategy show that PT. Anugerah Santosa Abadi managed to effectively increase its marketing reach and performance through the Instagram digital platform.

This research aims to provide a solution to the importance of literacy in the digital era, to explain the importance of literacy in the digital era in dealing with hoaxes or false information on social media as well as strategies for increasing literacy in the digital era. Hoaxes can have a very detrimental impact, both on individuals and society as a whole. Therefore, it is important for people to always check the veracity of information before sharing it or taking action based on that information. With digital literacy, people can understand and manage information spread on social media. The research method used is a qualitative method with a library research approach. The literature study method involves collecting data by understanding and studying theories from various literature that are relevant to the research subject. Literacy in this digital era is the key to overcoming various challenges. Digital literacy is important in dealing with hoaxes, including the ability to identify hoaxes, evaluate the authenticity of information sources, understand the context of information, use tools, question information, and maintain online privacy and security. Digital literacy helps individuals become more intelligent, critical and responsible in consuming and disseminating information in the digital world.

Gardinio merupakan salah satu UMKM yang memproduksi kue di Kota Batam. Meski Gardinio telah berjalan lama adapun masalah yang dihadapi yaitu belum memanfaatkan pemasaran digital dengan baik dan masih sangat bergantung pemasaran dari mulut ke mulut (Word of Mouth). Maka tujuan implementasi program pengabdian ini adalah membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi UMKM Gardinio. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah observasi dan wawancara. Dalam pelaksanaan program ini hasil yang dikembangkan yakni pembuatan akun media sosial di Instagram, Facebook, dan TikTok. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran digital memberi banyak manfaat bagi UMKM Gardinio seperti meningkatkan omset penjualan, meningkatkan brand awareness, memperluas jangkauan pasar, dan memudahkan penyebaran promosi produk, dan dapat bersaing dengan kompetitor lainnya.

The era of society 5.0 is an era that applies the ease of technological innovation in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 to facilitate activities, especially in the economic sector. This research aims to see the use of technology such as social media in the creative economy so as to create new businesses for young entrepreneurs. To support this statement, this study uses the literature review method in finding supporting data. Almost all internet users must have social media, especially among teenagers and young people, so that it makes business people especially among teenagers and young people make creative new innovations in building a business. This shows an increase in creative economy development that has great potential and will have a significant impact on the Indonesian economy.

Kemajuan teknologi informasi  pada era globalisasi cenderung membentuk perubahan perilaku konsumen untuk memenuhi minat dan kebutuhannya. Kemajuan teknologi berdampak pada perubahan metode penjualan konvensional perlahan menjadi penjualan secara online dengan memanfaatkan jejaring internet dan media sosial. Penggunaan media sosial bagi masyarakat indonesia sangat beragam salah satunya ialah sebagai wadah promosi dan penjualan produk. Instagram merupakan media sosial yang berfokus pada visual sehingga cocok digunakan sebagai platform promosi dan penjualan produk UMKM, sebagai platform promosi dan penjualan yang tergolong mudah dan efisien. Hal ini dikarenakan, konsumen dapat melihat secara visual bentuk dari produk yang dijual sehingga mampu meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen dalam membeli. Namun, pada UMKM Omah Dayang penggunaan Instagram sebagai wadah promosi dan penjualan masih belum dimanfaatkan dengan baik. Adanya keterbatasan pengetahuan dan pemahaman dalam menggunakan Instagram menjadi hambatan UMKM tersebut. Oleh karena itu, dengan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat akan membantu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman Instagram sebagai wadah promosi dan penjualan produk UMKM sehingga dapat meningkatkan penjualan produknya. Kemudian, dari kegiatan sosialisasi dan pendampingan berupa pelaku UMKM mengenal dan mulai menggunakan sosial media sebagai wadah promosi dan penjualan produk. Dari hasil kegiatan mulai menghasilkan beberapa peningkatan seperti akun sosial media yang mulai dikenal dan meningkatnya kemampuan pemilik dalam mempromosikan produknya.

This research is a study that describes linguistics and science that studies humans and culture as a whole. Researchers review this case through two fields, namely, Psycholinguistics and Anthropolinguistics. The field of Psycholinguistics is the science of language that studies the relationship between psychology and language. Meanwhile, Anthropolinguistics is the study of humankind from its culture and traditions. This study aims to find out how the encouragement of the culture they adhere to, and to find out the process of children aged around 9 to 11 years in obtaining, knowing and learning Mustholahat Arabic through social media, especially on the YouTube platform. Which often displays Arabic-based content in the form of Vlogs, Pranks and the like. While the techniques used to examine this research are listening techniques and interview techniques to the research object. The method used to study this study is a descriptive quantitative method. With this method, it is expected to find patterns formed in these children in obtaining Mustholahat Arabic through social media. And the results of this study will explain how the process of these children obtaining Mustholahat and applying it in everyday life. And also this research will explain the impact of social media for children aged 9 to 11 years in learning Arabic through social media.

This article considers how the use of Indonesian on social instagram through west Java governor @ridwankamil's account. Where this instagram is being used as one means to showcase his identity as an active politician using a mixed language between Indonesian and sundanese. The study aims to know the language used by ridwan kamil in every post he posted. The study used a method with a library study type. This library study process is also used for collecting data. Based on results and discussions, analysis of the use of language styles or variations in social media has been found in a great variety of language styles such as the use of sundanese in his posts and comments column, through his personal instagram of @ridwankamil, through his personal instagram not only uploading political content but also by interacting with his followers through the instagram so that personal messages can be faster and more accessible.

Rendahnya tingkat literasi di suatu daerah di karenakan kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya literasi, serta akses pada buku bacaan yang sulit dijangkau terlebih untuk bacaan buku populer. Kehadiran toko buku di suatu daerah atau kawasan ikut mempengaruhi aktivitas literasi suatu daerah atau kawasan tersebut. Di Sulawesi Tengah khususnya Kota Palu Buku Djarita hadir sebagai toko buku yang menjajakan buku-buku populer yang di minati kawula muda Kota Palu yang umumnya tidak di jual di toko buku major seperti Gramedia dan Ramedia.rancangan penelitian meliputi disain penelitian, populasi/ sampel penelitian, teknik dan instrumen pengumpulan data, alat analisis data, dan model penelitian yang digunakan.   Dalam upaya peninggkatan sistem pelayanan dalam aspek kecepatan pelayanan tentu masih harus ada perbaikan, hal ini diupayakan untuk kepuasan anggota Klub Baca, pengelola harus disiplin dengan jam operasional dan responsif terhadap keluhan anggota, dan menambah koleksi buku bacaan. Untuk tetap menjaga kesejahteraan anggota pengelola harus terus memperhatikan aspek-aspek tersebut serta tetap melakukan inovasi untuk peningkatan kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan atau anggota.Sistem pelayanan yang baik mempunyai 4 indikator yaitu kecepatan pelayanan, kualitas pelayanan, efesiensi biaya, dan kepuasan pelanggan, dalam aspek kecepatan pelayanan klub baca buku djarita mendapat respon tidak baik, sebab kurang responsifnya pengelola klub baca dan cenderung sulit untuk berkomunikasi dengan pengelola via media sosial.

Abstrak Di Desa Sikara Tobata tanaman aren merupakan salah satu komoditas perkebunan yang memilik nilai ekonomis yang tinggi sehingga sangat prospektif dalam pengembangannya dan memiliki peluang yang sangat besar dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat di desa tersebut. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pendekatan survei dengan mewawancarai 4 pelaku usaha gula aren melalui pertanyaan terbuka. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan  dengan melakukan 4 bauran pemasaran (4P) yaitu (1) Produk : mempertahankan dan melakukan peningkatan kualitas produk (2) Harga : melakukan penetapan harga dengan orientasi biaya (3) Promosi: melakukan pelatihan pengunaan media sosial dalam melakukan promosi gula aren dan membantu pelaku usaha gula aren dalam mencari mitra (4) Tempat : gula aren diproduksi di Desa Sikara Tobata secara tradisional sebagai industri skala rumah tangga serta membentuk kerjasama kemitraan terhadap para pengusaha gula aren

  Pentingnya sektor pariwisata memberi dampak yang sangat besar bagi masyarakat, terutama masyarakat yang berada di kawasan atau lokasi yang menjadi tujuan wisata. Adapun Desa yang mempunyai potensi wisata yakni Desa Kotapulu yang merupakan salah satu Desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Dolo Kabupaten Sigi. Desa Kotapulu berjarak 5 km dari pusat pemerintahan Sulawesi Tengah yakni Kota Palu. Salah satu bidang parawisata yakni Pemancingan Denis sebagai salah satu objek wisata yang akan mendorong peningkatan ekonomi bagi Kotapulu. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat menggunakan metode sosialisasi dan pendampingan memanfaatkan digital marketing di Desa Kotapulu Kecamatan Dolo Kabupaten Sigi dengan waktu pelaksanaan kurang lebih selama 5 bulan di mulai dari bulan September 2022 sampai bulan Januari 2023.  Berdasarkan hasil dari sosialisasi dan pembuatan akun media sosial yang dilaksanakan telah menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman mengenai pengelolaan media sosial sebagai daya tarik wisata. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini kemampuan pengelola pemasaran digital menjadi selangkah lebih maju dan modern.

Akomodasi merupakan orientasi sosial yang bermakna keutuhan sosial demi menjauhi serta mendamaikan kegentingan, pertikaian yang saling berkaitan. Seumpama bentuk kegiatan akomodasi yang bermanfaat mempersiapkan perlengkapan guna melengkapi keperluan. provinsi jawa barat terdapat tempat wisata yang ramai dikunjungi oleh wisatawan nusantara dan mancanegara oleh sebab itu pengunjung menggunakan fasilitas akomodasi yang tersedia di setiap daerah, wisatawan nusantara ramai menginap di villa sedangkan wisatawan mancanegara lebih memilih hotel berbintang. Penelitian ini memfokuskan bagaimana pengelompokan wisatawan daerah wisata akomodasi dan jenis wisatawan terbanyak yang ramai berkunjung menggunakan algoritma k-means, analisis ini memakai metode Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD). Teknik pengumpulan data atau pengumpulan data bersumber dari Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Dengan tujuan kiranya menjadi pengetahuan untuk wisatawan serta mampu mempublikasikan wisata di media sosial dan diharapkan akan lebih meningkat jumlah wisatawan yang berkunjung dan meningkatnya pembangunan sarana dan prasarana di setiap daerah akomodas.Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa daerah akomodasi yang ramai dikunjungi adalah Kota Bandung dengan jenis wisatawan yang datang yaitu pengunjung  dalam negeri (Nusantara).

Di tengah era globalisasi saat ini, tingkat perkembangan teknologi telah memberikan berbagai kemudahan bagi pengguna media sosial di berbagai bidang. Tidak hanya digunakan sebagai tempat untuk berkomunikasi dan bertukar kabar, tetapi pengguna media sosial dapat menggunakannya untuk bisnis dan jual beli. Dalam riset ini peneliti melakukan penelitian guna mendapatkan hasil tenntang hal ang ingin diteliti terkait dengan penggunaan digital marketing dalam meningkatkan pendapatan para pelaku UMKM, dimana peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif dimana teknik yang digunakan dalam riset ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penararikan kesimpulan. Dimana dampak positif dari Media sosial itu sendiri yang bisa memudahkan manusia untuk menyebarkan berita dengan mudah dan cepat, memperluas pergaulan, memudahkna dalam melakukan bisnis dan sebagainya.
