Background:Breastfeeding is expected to help achieve SDGs goal 3, target 2, which is to reduce neonatal mortality to at least 12 per 1,000 live births in all countries by 2030 and stop unnecessary deaths of newborns and children under five. Encouraging healthy breastfeeding is essential to prevent more than 820,000 deaths of children under five each year. Oxytocin massage has been shown to increase the sensation of relaxation, improve sleep quality and comfort, reduce pain and tension, and help increase prolactin and oxytocin levels, which in turn increase breast milk production. Research Method:The research design used the Pre Experimental Design method, namely with the form of a One Group pretest and posttest design without a control group. This study used purposive sampling, with a sample size of 22 respondents. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate. Result:This study showed that the value before oxytocin massage was 16.14 and after oxytocin massage the mean was 27.73. The conclusion of the study shows that the results of the experimental test have a significant value with a p value of 0.000 <0.05. This shows that there is a significant gap in breast milk production between before and after oxytocin massage. Suggestion: It is hoped that midwives at the Lidya Clinic can use this study as input to support increased breast milk production in mothers, especially those in the postpartum period.

Background: In Indonesia, coughs and colds increase from 10% to 35.5%. Due to this situation, many mothers are still not fully aware of the proper handling of coughs and colds, which is further exacerbated by the issue of syrup medications containing ethylene glycol that exceed the safe dosage limits, potentially leading to kidney failure in infants. There are two types of cold treatments: pharmacological with oral medications such as powders and syrups, and non-pharmacological with common cold massage. Research objective: This quantitative research determined the effect of educational videos on common cold massage for infants on mothers' cognition and motivation in performing self-massage at the Mranggen I Public Health Care with a pre-experimental method and a one-group pre-test-post-test design. The population in this study consisted of mothers with children aged 4–12 months at the Mranggen I Public Health Care taken with a simple random sampling technique, resulting in 54 mothers. The applied instruments in this research were the Common Cold Cognition questionnaire and maternal motivation. The researchers analyzed the data using univariate and bivariate analysis, employing the Wilcoxon test to identify the non-normally distributed effect of video education on knowledge, and the paired t-test to evaluate its normal distribution effect on motivation. Research Results: Video education has an influence on mothers' cognition and motivation to perform self-massage at Mranggen I Public Health Center, with a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05. Conclusions and suggestions: Respondents, mothers with children aged 4–12 months at the Mranggen I public health care, had excellent knowledge (46.3%) and strong motivation (46.3%). The researcher expects that mothers in the Mranggen I public health care area will seek more information about common cold massages.

Labor pain is a complex experience, with 65-80% of mothers in Indonesia experiencing severe pain during childbirth, requiring effective management. The SP6 (Sanyinjiao) acupressure technique offers a non-pharmacological, easy-to-apply, and safe alternative with minimal side effects for reducing labor pain. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of SP6 acupressure on labor pain in mothers giving birth at the Obstetrics Emergency Room of Tidore Islands City Hospital. A quasi-experimental design with a pre-test and post-test approach was used. The sample included 30 mothers in the active phase of labor (4-7 cm dilation), with singleton pregnancies and gestational ages of 37-42 weeks, selected through purposive sampling. The intervention involved applying acupressure at the SP6 point for 20 minutes with moderate pressure. Pain intensity was measured before and after the intervention using a Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) from 0-10. The Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test showed a significant decrease in pain intensity (p = 0.000), with 50% of participants reporting moderate pain post-intervention, and no participants experiencing uncontrolled severe pain. In conclusion, SP6 acupressure significantly reduced labor pain intensity and can be recommended as an effective, safe, and easy-to-apply method for managing labor pain.

Breast milk production in the early postpartum period often experiences obstacles due to physiological and psychological factors, which can affect the success of exclusive breastfeeding. Non-pharmacological interventions such as oxytocin massage are known to help stimulate the milk ejection reflex, but their application in primary health facilities is still limited. This study aims to determine the effect of oxytocin massage on breast milk production in breastfeeding mothers. The study design used a quasi-experimental approach with a one-group pretest–posttest design. The study sample consisted of 30 breastfeeding mothers who met the criteria and were selected using total sampling technique at the Galala Inpatient Health Center. Breast milk production was measured based on volume and clinical signs of breast milk production before and after the oxytocin massage intervention. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results showed a significant increase in breast milk volume and signs of production after the intervention with a p-value < 0.001. This indicates that oxytocin massage is effective in increasing breast milk production through a neurohormonal stimulation mechanism that enhances the let-down reflex. In conclusion, oxytocin massage can be recommended as a lactation support intervention in primary care facilities to support successful exclusive breastfeeding.

Background: Decubitus is a condition where external pressure causes local tissue damage or injury. It usually affects people with chronic illnesses who spend a lot of time in bed. Trauma and surgery can cause damage to the integrity of the skin, but long-term pressure on the skin can also cause irritation and the formation of decubitus, or pressure sores. People who have nerve damage from stroke, traumatic injury, diabetes or coma are also more likely to develop decubitus. However, decubitus of the back or spine still affects a large number of patients today. Objective: To determine the effect of back massage with virgin coconut oil on the risk of decubitus in stroke patients. Methods: The study used a type of quantitative research with an experimental one group pre-post test design. The sample consisted of 17 respondents. Sampling was determined using the Lemeshow formula technique. The data obtained was analyzed using the Mann-Whitney test. Results: In this study, significant results were obtained with a p value of 0.001 (p <0.5). This means that there is an effect of back massage with virgin coconut oil on the risk of decubitus in stroke patients.  Conclusion: There is an effect of back massage with virgin coconut oil on the risk of decubitus in stroke patients.

: Coughs and colds in babies and toddlers can be caused by many factors. Most of the causes are viruses. Treatment for acute coughs and colds can be done in 2 ways, namely pharmacological and non-pharmacological. Non-pharmacological treatment can be complementary therapy or common cold therapy, which is a relaxation therapy to reduce feelings of anxiety and depression in respiratory tract disorders. The aim of this activity is to increase mothers' knowledge about how to do Common Cold massage for non-pharmacological treatment of coughs and colds. Community service activities are carried out to increase students' knowledge about the impact of early marriage. Community service activities are carried out using the lecture (counseling) method and practicing the Common Cold massage method. Before and after counseling students were given pre-test and post-test questionnaires. As a result of this activity, mothers' knowledge before counseling was in the good category was 5 people (26.3%) and after counseling, knowledge in the good category increased to 17 people (89.5%). This shows that there is an increase in mothers' knowledge about Common Cold massage therapy after the counseling was carried out.

Mother's milk (ASI) has an important role in increasing the baby's immune system and baby's weight. Breast milk production that is not strong enough causes the baby's needs to not be fulfilled and the failure of exclusive breastfeeding. Based on a survey conducted by the research and development agency in the field of Health, it was found that 46% of the inability to breastfeed occurred due to lack of breast care, 25% due to the frequency of breastfeeding less than 8x/day, 14% due to newborns (LBW), 10% premature, and 5% due to acute or chronic disease. The decrease in breast milk production during the puerperium can be caused by a lack of stimulation of the hormones prolactin and oxytocin which play a very important role in the smooth production of breast milk. Marmet massage and oxytocin massage are safe ways to stimulate the breasts to produce more milk.

In order to improve the welfare of the community, it is expected that the government will also participate in improving health standards, especially for mothers. This is because healthy mothers will produce superior generations. The best food for babies is breast milk, therefore it is expected that mothers can give their babies exclusive breast milk so that the baby's growth and development are optimal and grow into a healthy, intelligent and productive adult generation. Breastfeeding itself also has obstacles including sore nipples, babies who often cry. Oxytocin massage aims to increase breast milk production in mothers in labor. The implementation of this community service is aimed at prospective breastfeeding mothers and breastfeeding mothers. This activity took place at the Afisya Clinic, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. The method of implementing assistance and application of oxytocin massage consists of refreshing the knowledge and skills of midwives in implementing oxytocin massage. The results of this community service can improve the knowledge and skills of midwives in implementing oxytocin massage. There was an increase in midwives' knowledge by 53% and skills by 100% and all mothers in labor gave breast milk to their mothers. Human breathing involves a process that brings oxygen from the outside air to body tissues and expels carbon dioxide from the lungs. This mechanism is characterized by decreased inspiratory pressure, reduced minute ventilation, and increased tension in the respiratory muscles. So that breathing for humans is very important, in certain conditions, the respiratory tract can be disrupted and cause various symptoms, one of the respiratory disorders is pneumothorax. Pneumothorax is the presence of air in the pleural cavity. This can cause problems with ventilation, oxygen supply, or both. When these symptoms occur in the absence of lung trauma or obvious pathology, the patient is said to have primary spontaneous pneumothorax. If the pneumothorax is accompanied by complications or the presence of pulmonary disease, the prognosis of the disease will be worse and treatment will be more difficult. One of the actions in pneumothorax cases is physiotherapy rehabilitation. The purpose of this study is to find out whether physiotherapy intervention can reduce complaints in pneumothorax patients. .  Patients are given exercise therapy in the form of pursed lip breathing, thoracic expansion exercise and gentle massage. From the therapy given as much as 3x therapy, the results were obtained in the form of decreased shortness of breath, increased thoracic expansion and increased functional activity.
