The construction industry faces major challenges in managing material inventory, particularly among start-up companies that still rely on paper-based manual records. Such practices often lead to data inconsistencies, delays in decision-making, and project inefficiencies. This study aims to analyze the implementation of a cloud-based and real-time inventory management system utilizing spreadsheets at PT X, a start-up contractor located in Karanganyar, Central Java. The research employs a qualitative case study approach, with data collected through direct observation, semi-structured interviews with finance staff, logistics administration staff, and the project manager, as well as documentation of material inflows and outflows. The findings reveal that the use of cloud-based spreadsheets enhances data transparency, facilitates real-time monitoring between field and office, and accelerates stock opname validation. The system also supports more responsive decision-making regarding material reordering and request postponements. Nevertheless, several obstacles remain, including limited digital literacy among staff, potential input errors, and reliance on internet connectivity. Theoretically, this research contributes to the literature on accounting information systems and inventory management in small-scale construction sectors. Practically, it demonstrates that low-cost cloud solutions can improve operational efficiency and serve as a foundation for developing more integrated systems in the future.

This study aims to compare two methods of raw material inventory management, namely Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Periodic Order Quantity (POQ), in improving efficiency and reducing operational costs at Konveksi Arey Hijab. The main problem faced by this company is the irregularity in raw material inventory management, which causes wasteful costs, especially ordering costs and storage costs. Based on raw material purchase data in 2024, which recorded a total purchase of 26,203 kg with a total cost of IDR 1,834,573,300, this study uses a descriptive quantitative approach to compare the two methods. The results of the study show that the EOQ method produces lower inventory costs, namely IDR 16,568,074, compared to the POQ method. The application of the EOQ method can reduce the frequency of excessive ordering, while the POQ method is more effective for ordering periods that are adjusted to seasonal demand. This study recommends that Konveksi Arey Hijab adopt the EOQ method to optimize raw material inventory management, reduce wasteful costs, and improve the company's operational efficiency.

In the final phase of their studies, students often experience intense psychological pressure, especially when writing their final thesis. If this academic stress is not managed optimally, it can cause mental health problems, reduce internal motivation, and lead to despair in the context of education. Hardiness personality is one of the psychological characteristics that is believed to play a crucial role in dealing with such situations. Hardiness encompasses the dimensions of control, commitment, and the ability to see challenges as opportunities, thereby encouraging individuals to persevere in the face of external pressures. This study focuses on the relationship between hardiness personality and the level of stress experienced by final-year students of the Diploma Three Nursing Study Program at Abulyatama University while writing scientific papers. This study used a correlational quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design, involving 63 students selected through proportional random sampling. The Dispositional Resilience Scale (DRS) was used to measure hardiness, while the Student-Life Stress Inventory (SSI) was used to assess stress levels. Data collection took place from April 26 to May 8, 2025. To obtain valid results, data analysis was performed using the Chi-Square test with a significance level of 0.05. The research findings show a significant negative correlation between hardiness personality and stress levels in the process of writing scientific papers (p=0.004; p<0.05). Students who show high levels of hardiness tend to experience lower stress during the preparation of scientific papers, while those with low hardiness are more vulnerable to high academic pressure. Nurses' caring behavior is a fundamental element in quality healthcare services. However, pressures such as high workload and burnout can hinder its implementation. This study aims to analyze the relationship between workload and burnout on the caring behavior of nurses in the Inpatient Ward of “X” Hospital. The research method used is quantitative with a cross-sectional design, involving 96 practicing nurses through a total sampling technique. Data were collected using the Subjective Workload Assessment Technique (SWAT) questionnaire, the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), and a caring behavior questionnaire based on Jean Watson's theory. The results showed that the workload (p<0.001) and burnout (p<0.001) variables have a significant negative relationship with caring behavior. Logistic regression analysis identified workload as the more dominant factor influencing caring behavior. Simultaneously, these two independent variables could explain 57.9% of the variance in nurses' caring behavior. This study concludes that an increase in workload and burnout levels significantly decreases nurses' caring behavior, making workload management a priority intervention to improve the quality of nursing care.
